The interrogation process was taking over three hours.

Turns out today was a pretty big holiday. A lot of people took the opportunity to visit their inmate family and friends. A lot of people. Too many people.

It wasn't a bad plan, in theory. A crafty smuggler could discretely take things in and out of prison; including prisoners. Sure the extra security was harsh but in most prisons, the additional people and constant cycle of inmates was a good cover.

Of course, the Green Dolphin Street Prison didn't have an escapee in decades; the prison was built on an offshore island. Any idiot who tried to escape to the mainland either drowned, got captured, or became alligator shit. So the head staff had a lot to brag about. Now with an injured guard, a dead inmate, and a dead 'visitor', it was enough to convince the head staff to conduct a full interrogation process on every inmate with a scheduled visit.

One by one, the guards brought a prisoner in while the others had to wait outside. No talking was permitted, no reading, no writing, nothing to pass the time except for an annoying clock. Prisoners were just supposed to wait outside like lifeless puppets, incapable of boredom. To most of the prisoners, this was just a giant waste of time. For Jolyne Kujo, this was blocking her escape with Josuke.

As time passed, the line of prisoners dwindled. Aside from a stern looking guard, Jolyne was left alone. Gingerly, she summoned some string from the tips of her finger and slid them under the door. Then, as if listening to an old tin can phone, she overheard to the conversation inside.

"Sir, are you sure we should keep doing this? I mean the security camera-"

"Someone triggered the alarm near the room. It's not like we have a choice."

"Yeah but even the guard who we found unconscious can't remember who was in his room. All he knows is that it was not an inmate punched him out."

"The other guards could recall their assignment from the list of the pictures provided. Only FE40536 is unaccounted for."

"Yeah but she's still here. It's her visitor who-" Jolyne pulled back her string and smiled. Turns out Josuke was right about the camera glitch.

Finally, the guards called her in for a long, boring process. The guards rambled on and on, Jolyne nodding occasionally and denying everything that she possibly could. Eventually, she felt her mind wander off and she started thinking about the mysterious boy.

The kid's been hiding here ever since he was born. Poor kid. His mother was a stand user who lost her soul to that White Snake guy. How is that? It can make a person fall asleep and melt their flesh but how it can steal souls?

"Kujo! Pay attention!" Jolyne jerked. She forgot she was being interrogated.

"S-Sir," she stuttered, trying her best to sound weak. The first guard scoffed, his gaze revolting. There were a lot of rumors of guards molesting the female inmates. It's not surprising. This bastard was leering at her, the sick freak. It was starting to piss her off. But as much as she would love to kick his ass, Josuke was bleeding out on a piano. She had to calm her temper for this shit. The second guard pushed some pictures towards her.

"Do you recognize this man?"

Jolyne looked at the pictures that were caught on the security camera. The low-quality pictures made it difficult to distinguish Josuke. If it wasn't for his hair, he'd be almost invisible. Or maybe his stand interfered with the quality.

"N-no. I've never seen him"

"Uh-huh," replied the first grumpy guard. "And I suppose the name Okuyasu Zeppeli means nothing to you?"

This caught Jolyne by surprise. She was sweating out of embarrassment. Really, uncle? A Japanese first name and an Italian last name? You couldn't have picked a more natural sounding name?

"No, I've never heard of such a weird-sounding person."

"Cut the crap! You mean to tell me that some random stranger, a Japanese man no less, schedules an meeting with a new half-Japanese inmate that he has no relation to? Do you think we're dumb? Do you think we don't do background checks? That we don't have copies of his license and family history? We don't let just any weirdo claiming to be uncles inside this prison!"

"If this man has no relation to you, then how was he able to fill out your visitation form?"

"What visitation form?" she asked, her voice going up an octave. This was new information.

"Don't play dumb. Upon entry to the facility, each inmate is given a packet of vital paperwork to complete and return. This includes a Visitor Information Form that must be completed by both the inmate and the visitor she requested. Sound familiar?"

"No," Jolyne whispered honestly. "I never received one."

The first guard snorted. "Bullshit"

"I don't know," she said in a forced, overly-sensitive tone. "This weird man came in, grabbed me and claimed to be my uncle. I've never seen that man in my life. Then he attacked the guard and tried to drag me out with him. I fought back but he was too strong. Once the alarm started, he did something to the camera and ran off. I was afraid I would get blamed for the attack on the guard so I ran back to my cell."

"Then how the hell did he get in?" he asked again. "We don't let just any weirdo claiming to be uncles inside this prison, we do background checks!"

While the first guard was losing complete control over his temper, the second guard was searching for an opening to regain control of the situation. It was clear that the leering idiot was going to try and hit her any second.

"He said he saw me on TV," she whispered, feigning weakness. "Said I was really pretty. That he liked girls who killed. He did a lot of research on me. He knew where I lived, where I went to school, he even knew the name of my mom."

Forcing tears, she threw her face into her hands and faked a sob. "I'm just so scared now. Going to prison is bad enough but now even creeps on the outside won't leave me alone."

"Shut up already!" The first guard stood up, leaning over as if was he physically going to make her stop. Perfect. The second guard rushed to her aid.

"Now, now, she's just upset." He walked over to her and placed his hand on her back. "Tell me, you sure you've never seen this man?"

Oh the old 'good cop, bad cop' routine. They must not take me seriously then.

"Yes, I have never seen this man."

"And he has no relation to you?"

"Yes, this man is not related to me"

The first guard sighed.

"Then we will not hold you accountable for the violation of your visitor," he said, as if he was reading from a script. "However you ran away from the scene and for that, you will be punished."

Punished? she thought, indignant.

"Two shots to your record. This will count against you if you want to apply for parole or request permission for additional privileges."

Well, I can't get parole anyways, so I guess that doesn't matter.

"FE40536, if you're going to stare into space like an idiot, I can bump it up to three marks so that you never get privileges!"

"S-Sorry sir, forgive me."

"We'll also have to perform a complete search of your living quarters," said the first guard in a slimy tone. "Make sure he didn't smuggle something in."

Jolyne's natural instinct was to glare and cuss him out but she fought against it. She waited as the first guard ushered her to follow. They walked back to her cell, Jolyne keeping her distance from the perverted guard. Unbeknownst to him, Jolyne had wrapped her strings around his hands. Any sudden movements (or stupid advances) and she would be able to crush them in a second.

The cell search was brief. Outside of the amulet Jolyne kept inside her shirt, there was nothing else in here to hide. A few times the guard tried to get near her and she smiled when he winced in pain from her tightening strings. Eventually, he got tied of trying and decided to label the cell as clean. Shooting Jolyne a dirty look, he walked out and muttered some vulgar insults.

Jolyne decided to break his fingers.

Fucking bastard. Give me a freckin' break. I don't need this insulting shit. But that Visitor Information Form. I never received any sort of forms. I figured I was going to get it after a couple weeks after good behavior or something but now...

If that's the case, Dio's follower must be someone on the higher up or at least someone with influence on the higher ups. How else could the prison allow a visitor that I never requested? She thought back to the snake-like stand and how it must be lurking through the walls of the prison. The user must be inside the prison as well, waiting for a chance to strike again.

Yet Jolyne had been out in the open for several hours and no second attack. Even when the snake-stand tried to attack Josuke, it fled before it could finish him off. Hopefully, that body-switch will trick the snake into thinking Jongalli A killed him. But then again- the snake-stand was not originally after Josuke.

It's not over yet. I'm going to get another visitor.

Josuke woke up in a cold sweat, his heart racing. The nightmare was terrible. For some reason Jolyne was there and they were in a melting room of snake acid with UFOs shooting at them.

Suddenly a sharp pain overwhelmed him. He couldn't get up; it felt like his arm was made of concrete. His arm... the memories started to flood back. A stand user attacked them. His body must have gone into shock and he lost conscious. He warily turned his head. The room looked familiar and he was on a slick, cold surface.

He heard faint breathing. The boy from before was taking a nap in a nearby chair. "Oh no," he whispered, shutting his eyes. He was back in the prison. Some rescue, he thought I failed in the worst way possible.

Suddenly he heard footsteps. The sleeping boy stirred from his chair as a familiar figure passed through the wall.

"Jolyne," said Josuke, trying to get up.

"Don't move, you lost a lot of blood back there." She was carrying a medical supplies kit, recently purchased from the prison store.

"This is really pathetic. I came in to rescue you not the other way around."

She scoffed and started scouring through the kit.

"You've got to be freckin' kidding me," she muttered, unwrapping some of the bandages. "This piece of crap doesn't have gloves. Emperio, do you know where we could find some?"

"Um- I think the medical room does."

"Good I'll have to steal some later then." Not one to be ignored, Josuke cut into the conversation.

"It's my own fault for getting shot," he said, sternly. "You should have escaped." She sighed and started ripping the bandages from his shoulder, indifferent to his discomfort.

"Look, you didn't know that there would be two stand users. I didn't want that mistake to come at the cost of your life. That's all there is to it. As long as the submarine remains hidden and I have the amulet, we can escape any time." Josuke nodded. In an odd way, her blunt, stoic demureness made Jolyne look an awful lot like her father. She examined the wound and started to (rather forcefully) apply the disinfectant. "But we still have to be careful. When that snake enemy ran away, it ran inside the building."

"You mean the stand user is still inside the prison?" he asked, surprised. She nodded and started reapplying the bandages.

"Then we've got to get you out of here." He tried to get up again but she pushed him down.

"Don't move. Unless you let your body heal first, you won't stand a chance against another attack. Hell, I doubt you'd even survive the full trip back."

"And what about you? What makes you think that stand won't come back to attack you?"

"Because I'm the bait," she said simply.

The two stared at each other. Josuke bit his lip, searching for words to dissuade her but he was at a loss. His strength was giving out. Soon he wouldn't have enough energy to stay awake, much less argue.

"If that stand user wants revenge against my father, he won't risk losing his only chance. So he'll keep me alive until my father does come." She paused and frowned. The creases in her forehead grew bigger, like there was a troubling question that she did not want to hear answered. She whispered.

"He will come, right?"

"Of course," Josuke said flatly. He could feel his eyelids getting heavier. The blood loss was making him weak; too weak to stay awake. "Jotaro was the one who wanted to come in the first place"

A few months ago...

In the town of Morioh, located in Japan's M Prefecture in the city of S, life was peaceful. In its ancient days, samurai used to inhabit the land and many of their ancient villas remain. It was autumn and the townsfolk were still recovering from the busy summer rampage. During the summer, the beautiful rivers and beaches of Morioh opened up to the general public and people from the major cities flocked to the country-side. The traveling and tourism industries brought in most of the town revenue. Among courageous teenagers, there were rumors of special landmarks hidden throughout the town such as a growling rock, a cursed book that screamed, and a man hiding in a telephone tower. Few ever found these things though. For the rest of the year, the town was relatively sleepy. Today, however, was an exception.

A young street officer on a bike rode passed the busy streets. Some of the female shoppers stopped to wave at the man and a few even called out his name but the officer had no time to acknowledge them much less stop and chat. There was an urgent family matter he had to attend to first.

He had finally made it to the police call box where his partner was reading a manga.

"Hey Higashikata! Busy day?"

"Yeah, kinda. There's something important I have to attend to first" He quickly dialed the number and waited for the pick-up.

"What you reading?" he asked his partner, half interested.

"The latest chapter of Pink Dark Boy came out today. The writer's in the middle of this really good mystery. I couldn't wait until I got home"

"Really? I know the author," Josuke replied dryly. His partner was too engrossed in his manga to have heard him. Josuke shook his head, embarrassed that he would admit to knowing the author or that his series was still popular. Seriously how long can a guy spend writing just one series?

Finally, the dial tone stopped and a deep, stoic voice answered.

"Kujo here."

"Jotaro? It's me, we need to talk." Josuke looked behind him. His partner was still reading his manga, but Josuke decided drop his voice to a whisper anyway.

"Is it true that Jolyne got arrested?"

Jotaro was silent. Josuke could hear his breathing on the other side.

"Her mother told you didn't she?"

"She said she couldn't reach you. She thinks that you're somewhere in Africa studying sea-life. Why are you still in Japan? Your family needs you

"Josuke. I know this is difficult for you to understand but everything I'm doing is for Jolyne's safety."

"Don't feed me that bull, Jotaro. I'm not falling for it."

"I don't need to give you a reason, Josuke. There's nothing you can do to get me involved."

He heard the phone disconnect on the other side.

He-He hung up on me. His anger took control.

"We'll see about that! I'm coming over there and we are going to talk face to face, like men!" He slammed the phone down. He turned to his partner, who had now stopped reading and stared dumbfounded. Josuke sighed and placed his hat on the table.

"I'm going to take the rest of the afternoon off."

"Okay," his partner said meekly. "Take care, Higashikata."

As he cycled down the street, he had to soothe his aggression. Jotaro was always mysterious but it puzzled Josuke how much he had changed over the years. At first, Jotaro was affable (well as friendly as his stoicism would allow anyways), not only to Josuke but to Koichi, Okuyasu, and the other stand users in Morioh. He helped introduce Josuke to his half-sister Holly, who he got along with surprisingly well, and even Suzie Q, his father's legal wife and Shizuka's adopted mother. Her reaction to Josuke was... less than amicable, but they managed to find some common ground after a year. As long as his mother never crossed paths with Suzie Q, Josuke had nothing to worry about with his father's wife.

And it was all thanks to Jotaro. He didn't have arrange any of these meetings between Josuke and the rest of the family, he didn't have to give Josuke a confidence boost every time he nervous about meeting the other Joestars. But he did it anyways, in his strange distant style.

But it seemed as Josuke grew closer to the rest of the family, Jotaro became more aloof. A few years after he finished high school, Josuke took a trip to New York by himself to visit his father and Shizuka. It was there that he heard of Jotaro's wife and daughter in Florida. To say that he was stunned was an understatement. Josuke didn't even know that Jotaro had a wife, much less a daughter. He never talked about them, never wore a ring; there was nothing to indicate that he was even married. Regardless, Josuke was interested; he called up Jotaro's wife and took a flight down.

It was a surprising experience. Jotaro's wife was almost his exact opposite of her husband: she was unbelievably pleasant, expressive, and very overt with her affection towards her family. She was like a more grounded version of Holly. Jolyne was a surprise too. For a little girl, she was sharp and crafty with a quick temper and a nasty habit of ignoring adults outside of her mother. It took him a while, but Josuke eventually gained her respect (especially after that incident with the six broken windows and a baseball). However, it was around this time that he came to understand why no one talked about Jotaro's family.

Jolyne was the one who told him all it. About how he was never home, how they were lucky if they got him to stay for a week, how he barely remembered Jolyne's birthday last week or school or anything important. She even told him about an illness she had when she was six. Her father never once came in to see her.

At first Josuke thought she was exaggerating. Sure, Jotaro was remote but he could never be so callous; especially to his own kid. Eventually, Josuke decided to ask Jolyne's mother about Jotaro and although she tried to hide it but it was clear that he was a touchy subject. She talked about the good old days- how they first met, his good traits, the first few years of the marriage. It was like a dream. He was such a good husband and father. But suddenly, something changed. It was like Jotaro became a different person. He kept traveling for longer periods of time. His calls became less and less frequent. He sent money sure, but it wasn't a substitute for the man. She was starting to wonder if he had a mistress or some secret family. It was getting harder and harder to keep things together at home. All Josuke could do was listen.

He had seen a new side to Jotaro, not one that was brave or strong but distant and neglectful. It angered him. How could Jotaro, of all people, ignore his family? The last thing a man does- hell, a decent human being does- is abandon their family and friends. After he left the States, Josuke found Jotaro investigating a stand-related crime in Japan and immediately called him out. Jotaro abruptly cut him off and continued his investigation, avoiding all contact with Josuke. Months passed and then years. In hindsight, it was not the best move on Josuke's part but he didn't care.

Then one day, he received a distressing call from Holly. It turned out that Jolyne was sent to a juvenile detention center. At 14, Jolyne was arrested for robbery and resisting apprehension. It had been a few months but it was only now that the rest of the family was told. Despite their best efforts, they could not legally get Jolyne early; something about the bail and some kind of deadline that had passed. All they could do was offer condolences and money to her mother. It took a while, but Jolyne was released, mostly whole. She was a lot more bitter but she managed to move on with her life. She wouldn't talk about her father.

The last time he saw Jotaro on half-way decent terms was at Shizuka's last birthday party. He had been absent for the past three years, with no word to Holly, Joseph, or Josuke. Then all of a sudden he showed up to his thirteen year old aunt's birthday party; the reaction was understandably chaotic. A lot of anger came up. Still, as much as he wanted to, it was hard to hate on the man. There was just too much history to tear the family apart. But right now- well that might change.

At last, Josuke reached the hotel and he walked up to the front to ask the receptionist for a man Kujo.

"Is he expecting you?"

"Yes," he replied. The receptionist dialed the room to confirm. Jotaro would not run away, he knew that, but he was still anxious.

"Alright, he's in room 392." He nodded and walked towards the elevator. As he approached room 392, he noticed that the floor was oddly quiet. Not too many people this time of year. Did Jotaro rent this whole floor for himself? He knocked on the door.

With the door partially opened, Josuke saw that Jotaro was still the same hulking man.

"If you came all this way to lecture, just leave." Then he closed the door on him. Josuke was dumbfounded. He- He shut the door on me...

"Let hell I will!" he yelled bursting down the door with Crazy Diamond. "I am not going to stand by and watch you do nothing while your daughter goes to jail a second time!"

"And how is that your business?" he asked, indifferent to the broken door and Josuke. He sat down on the bed, flipping through a folder.

"How is that not my business?! We're family! We're suppose to help each other!"

"Jolyne's not your responsibility Josuke. Nor is she mine really. She's an adult now and she-" Josuke cut him off.

"You can't seriously think she would hit and run! Jolyne's a lot of things but she would never kill someone and then run. You're her father, you should know this."

"My point still stands Josuke," he said, softly. "There's nothing I can do now."

"And there's no bail?" Josuke desperately asked. "Nothing we can do?"

"No one contacted me for bail this time."

"This time? What-?" Josuke stopped. Something didn't connect. "You knew? You knew when your daughter was going to juvi and you didn't bail her out? What the hell is wrong with you?! I'd call you a son of a bitch but that would be an insult to my sister!"

Jotaro glared.

"You don't have to worry about her. This isn't the first Jolyne's gone to prison."

"Oh you mean juvi?" he asked, sarcastically. "When you could have bailed her out and you decided not to. Besides, that wasn't what I meant. Physically Jolyne has always been pretty tough but that's not the only way a person can be vulnerable."

"I had business in Japan back then," he explained, stoically.

"What kind of excuse is that?! Why didn't you send your family the money? Or ask me to do it? Or ask dad? Don't pretend like you're some powerless, cowardly marine biologist. What kind of man doesn't take care of his family? I won't defend all of the choices dad made but at least he tried to make up for them the first chance he got. What did you ever do for your kid?"

Josuke stopped. This was going nowhere. He might as well contact the SPW or see if Okuyasu's dad had any surviving connections to the States.

Suddenly, Jotaro said something.

"What?" Josuke asked, irritated. The words were too quiet to hear properly. Jotaro spoke again, his voice cracking.

"What was I supposed to do, Josuke?"

Josuke couldn't answer. Jotaro's expression had not changed; it was the same stoicism he gave everyone although his eyes were looking elsewhere. It was the question caught him off guard. It sounded so sincere, almost vulnerable. Jotaro continued.

"I thought after I killed Dio, after I defeated so many of his big followers, I didn't have to worry anymore. I thought I could handle any stand user who came my way. I guess it was stupid to think they'd all come after me."

"Wait you don't mean-?"

"Yeah. A few of Dio's old followers managed to track me down when Jolyne was still a baby. I was able to fight them off but we lost our first house to a fire. A few years later, more stand users captured my wife. She doesn't remember it but I had to fight tooth and nail to save her. Then Jolyne got really sick. Her fever was 42 degrees Celsius and she was dying. I wanted to go. I wanted to go so badly. But I couldn't. I couldn't just leave you and the old man by yourselves in Morioh."

"Yoshikage Kira," Josuke answered as he began to grasp the situation. "It was when we were hunting that bastard down."

"I've lost a lot of friends to stand users over the years, Josuke. It started with the friends I lost to Dio but since then there have others; all brave men and women. Some with stands, mostly normal people.

"I didn't want to drag Jolyne and my wife into this. I wanted keep them safe. To give Jolyne a normal life. But I knew that it was impossible. As long as I was with them, their lives would be in constant danger. Keeping my distance was the only way"

Josuke, keeping eye contact, said sternly, "That doesn't excuse everything you've done." Josuke paused; Jotaro remained expressionless. Finally, Josuke sat down next to him.

"Jotaro... you can't do everything on your own. You know the upside of living in a family of psychics is that we're capable of helping each other. Let me help you. I didn't know any of this before. Your wife sure as hell doesn't. And Jolyne- well. She'll never be a normal woman. She's a Joestar, through and through. I can tell.

"You know," he said slowly. "I still look up to you, right? You're almost like the uncle I've never had, which is weird, but you know what I mean. You're also one of the most powerful, shrewd men I've ever met.

"That's why I just can't stand by and watch you treat your family this way. Whatever problems you have with your wife are between you two but Jolyne is actually a decent kid. She's more vulnerable than you think," he thought back to when he first discovered his stand. "Maybe we're all more vulnerable than we think. But that's why we help each other, you know?"

Jotaro didn't make eye contact but somehow, Josuke felt that had gotten through to his nephew.

Suddenly, he heard a timid knock on the wall.

"It's open," Jotaro said, looking at the crushed remains of the bedroom door.

"Oh shit! I forgot about that door!" He summoned Crazy Diamond to repair it.

"You're lucky that only SPW members occupy this floor, Josuke."

"I-Is this a bad time?" asked the man with a soft-spoken voice. Although he was technically average height, Koichi Hirose always seemed shorter than he actually was.

"Koichi?"

In all the chaos, Josuke completely forgot that Koichi was a high-level specialist for the SPW Foundation.

"Josuke! Long time no see," he said politely. It was clear that Koichi was still a bit timid; it's likely that he heard everything from the hall and was too embarrassed to interrupt.

"Yeah tell me about it," Josuke smiled, trying to hide his embarrassment.

"Jotaro. I brought you the stuff you asked for," he said as he handed some files over to Jotaro. He simply nodded and looked through the reports.

"So Josuke, what brings you down here?"

"Oh you know, family business."

"Uh-huh," he nodded. His eyes patiently gazed on Josuke, making him uncomfortable.

"Look it's about Jotaro's daughter-"

"Really?" Koichi was excited. "That's what we're looking up!"

"What?"

"Yeah, the accident seemed really suspicious. We've been investigating the scene of the crime, the person who died, the history of the prison she was sent to, and even the history of the inmates."

Josuke was stunned. Jotaro... you knew it too. Jolyne would never just hit and run. It's something bigger than that.

"Koichi, I found it." Jotaro pulled out a picture of a man with cataracts. "This man-He's on the list of known stand users; however his stand is unknown. His is an ex-soldier and legally blind. He currently resides in the mens' ward of the Green Dolphin prison for manslaughter. Sentence of seven years. Worse, we have reason to believe that he was a former lackey of Dio."

Both Josuke and Koichi were shocked.

"DIO?!"

"And this guy's in the mens' ward of the prison?!"

Despite the revelation, Jotaro remained calm. "I need to pack my bags. Koichi, I need you to call the Marine research lab. Tell them to put Operation Dolphin into effect. I'm getting Jolyne out."

Koichi immediately pulled out his cell phone and called.

"Wait a second, Jotaro," said Josuke, grabbing the other man's shoulder.

"Josuke I don't have time to waste. Time is-"

"I know that!" he uttered angrily. "But if you go down there yourself, the stand user's going to kill you!"

Jotaro stopped packing his equipment. Josuke caught him off guard. Even Koichi hung up the phone.

"Listen there's an enemy stand out there and you don't know what this guy is capable of doing. He used to work for Dio so obviously the man has some skill and he has people on the outside that can fake a crime. It's not like your daughter's going to listen to you either. Your bad history with her is going to interfere. We don't even know the name of Jolyne's stand or what it can do or if she even knows how to use it. There's always the possibility that she can't or won't back you up."

Jotaro was not swayed. "She needs to get out of there, Josuke! The situation is critical."

"I know that. But this enemy- he's spent years-decades- plotting this. Remember Angelo? The first thing he did was hunt down the man who sent him to jail, my grandfather. You don't think he knows everything there is to know about you? I wouldn't be surprised if he knows all about Star Platinum!"

Again, Jotaro refused to listen. "I can handle whatever tricks he has planned, Josuke."

"No," Josuke answered coldly. "I don't think you can. Listen, a man like this doesn't act unless he's damn sure he would win. Jongali A holds all the cards. If you go in, you're going to walk straight into a trap."

"Then what do you suggest I do, Josuke?"

"Send me."

Koichi and Jotaro were both stunned. Josuke continued.

"I fought my share of stand users, even after Yoshikage. It's not like I'm rusty. Plus, Dio was before my time. I seriously doubt his lackeys have done any research on me. That could work to our advantage..."

Josuke woke up in a cold sweat once again. Hours had passed and the room was enveloped in the shadow of night. He could feel the icy piano touch his skin, his position unchanged. The boy was asleep again, his breathing faint. Jolyne was nowhere in sight. And Josuke was reminded, once again, that he had made the situation worse.
