Darkness and silence surrounded him.

A void without end, with him sitting at its center.

There was no wind, to caress his skin. Nothing holding him aloft either.

Just a boy named Tsukune and his endless thoughts, all moving like molasses in his mind.

"Where the hell am I now?" he wondered.

Nothing can properly compare to the sensation of a loved one missing. The creeping fears gnawing at your mind, cruel suggestions about their fate popping up unbidden, forced to the surface by the slightest cause. The thousands of possible endings to what had been a satisfying story, denied by a twist of fate and the will of an unknown force.

A midnight moon hung over the grounds of Yokai Academy as a vampire sat in the windowsill of her dorm room, the dying moonlight was the only illumination in the gloom as she stared at the campus for a sign of her missing friend."Tsukune has been gone for two days now..." she thought, fatigue being the only force holding back her tears at that point.

A light knock was the only warning Moka received before Hanako's ghostly figure faded into the room. "Are...are you doing okay Moka?" Hanako shyly reached a hand out to her best friend's rival.

Moka didn't turn away from the window. "How is Kurumu doing?" she asked.

Hanako stared at the floor, frowning. "She cried herself to sleep." the Onryō stated. "Yukari is still trying her spells, but nothing is sticking."

"Figures that when we actually need her magic, it wont do anything." Moka snapped, her foul mood giving her plenty of venom to work with.

"She is trying!" Hanako protested, "Maybe someone captured Tsukune or someone is hiding him with magic, I don't know! What I do know is that snipping at each other wont help either!"

Moka frowned, properly chastised. She lowered her eyes, the anger quickly smoldering to nothing. "I'm sorry," she apologized, beginning to cry.

Hanako looked uncomfortable, her momentarily formed spine vanishing. "It's alright, I s-shouldn't have snapped at you..." the ghost girl moved to leave, but before she could take a step and vanish like always Moka surprised her with a hug.

"I miss him so much." the vampire admitted, holding her ghost friend close.

Hanako was visibly uncomfortable with the physical contact and crying, the best she could do was give Moka a halfhearted pat on the back. "He'll be back soon Moka. Ogres, mermaids, and Kurumu couldn't split you two up. Remember?" she said, trying to sound cheerful.

"I suppose your right." Moka sniffled, "I've just been such a...a...so mean to him! I didn't want to hurt him or his feelings or anything!"

Hanako was understandably confused. "I...uh...What?" she said intelligently.

With misty eyes and quivering lips, Moka was impossible to understand, "I've been so wishy washy about being close to him and then other me hurt him and then I was such a tease and then I tried to make him a birthday present and now he's gone!" Moka's sniffling increased as another wave of tears began to come.

"I don't know how to handle this!" Hanako tried to maneuver the upset girl over to her bed, barely succeeding with the task. "Um...There, there." she said awkwardly, trying to repress her discomfort at being used as Moka's tear-stained teddy bear. "I...I'm sure everything is gonna be alright." she said unconvincingly.

Moka nodded, still cuddling with the ghost girl. "I really hope Tsukune's okay." she said.

Hanako nodded, trying to think of something to cheer up Moka. "Just remember, The Headmaster is out looking for Tsukune right now. It's only a matter of time until he is found."

Headmaster Tenmei was not happy, running around a forest in the middle of the night in pursuit of a wayward student was not fun. Running a school required loads of time, and triple the amount of effort. "I should be back in my office drinking coffee and running my school! Not chasing a boy who keeps inventing new ways to upset me!" the infuriated headmaster conjured a whip in his hand and used it to swipe at the steed he was astride.

Nurari squawked at the sting of the whip, doing his best to maintain the headmaster's balance on his shoulders. The pair were jaunting around the forest bordering Yokai academy, seeking a particular prey.

Tsukune Aono.

The boy's berserk rampage had caused several problems, first of all that a replacement was needed to teach gym and art. The second was that the public's opinion of Tsukune had soured immensely, his rampage having injured a dozen students as he chased down the kidnapping gorgon. Even though his rampage was caused by his friends being assaulted, the student body were understandably afraid of Tsukune's multiple monster forms. Even S-class monsters had a limited number of forms, and predictable abilities. Tsukune had shattered the status quo with his dozens of transformations, each one with different powers and abilities.

The boy was unintentionally driving the once calm and tranquil headmaster up a fourth dimensional wall.

"Well?" Tenmei questioned his steed, "Any sign of our rogue Mr. Aono?"

Nurari stopped to gaze around the path of destruction. "Apart from the broken trees, I don't see anything boss."

The bus driver was rewarded with another swipe of the headmaster's whip, "Besides the obvious, you dolt!" Tenmei scolded, "The last thing I need is some stupid punk finding Aono in a weak state and trying to absorb his powers or worse."

"Do you really think that is going to happen?"

"Do you really want to risk it?" the headmaster snapped, "and did I tell you to quit moving?"

The next crack of the whip was exceptionally loud.

The rumbling growl that answered was louder.

"Oh..." the bus driver muttered meekly, "There he is..."

At the end of the trail of broken trees was what could only be called a nest. Numerous trees had been dug up, and pulled together to make a bird's nest of gargantuan proportions. The wooden structure was haphazard, held up by mounds of dirt and rocks that had been scraped together at it's sides. Laying prone at its center was a monster that was as foreign as it was repulsive.

The creature before them had Tsukune's aura, but that was the end of any possible resemblance. Standing at least three stories tall, the beast of nightmares had formed again, this time resembling a Tyrannosaurus-Rex molded from the bones and sinew of a thousand mutilated corpses. Another differing feature from the long dead dinosaurs was a second distorted pair of gorilla like arms above the trademark vestigial arms. Both Nurari and Tenmei could see the look in its eyes. The madness that could only belong to a monster gone berserk.

"Boss, I think it sees us." The bus driver muttered, making sure to keep still.

"I know that you moron." The headmaster growled out.

The Tsukunesaurus Rex growled warningly, the muscles in its legs and arms tensing. The macabre claws on both sets of the arms were flexing, eager to grasp. To tear. The oppressive aura it produced increased, and the flesh rippled. The venomous yellow eyes were glaring at the pair.

Nurari glanced up at the headmaster. "I really don't think Mr. Aono is in right now."

"More than likely his instincts as a monster have overridden the human parts of his mind right now."

"So what do we do? I'm pretty sure if we step any closer, or don't leave soon he's gonna try to eat us."

"We need to wake Mr. Aono up." The priestly man stated, "I'm fairly sure we can restrain him without getting hurt too badly."

"Speak for yourself." Nurari muttered, "You can drop a meteor on him if he pisses you off enough. He's big enough to kill me if he steps on me."

The headmaster glared at his underling. "If you're going to complain this much I will make you do this on your own."

Nurari was sweating. "Even your not that much of a bastard."

The headmaster paused. Which was not a good sign. "I was going to spend all day using you as a whipping boy, but on second thought this works out much better." Tenmei pointed at the still growling abomination, "Attack slave!"

"You are an absolute bastard."

The Tsukunesaurus Rex roared.

Tsukune could feel the void moving around him, an instinctive perception rather than sensory. Something was shifting, moving in the dark. "Is someone there?" He asked, searching for the source of the movement.

"Feed!"

Tsukune felt the presence as much as heard it. It was familiar to him, like an old friend you meet on a random street in life. "What? No... Who are you?" The boy asked, perplexed and amazed at once.

The voice had no form, like Tsukune it was a part of the void. "Need to feed!" It howled, "To Kill. To consume! Flesh. Eat. Tear. Rampancy! Rampancy! Rampancy!"

If he had a body that could move, he would have scrambled back from the sound. It invaded his senses like an infernal scream. "What are you?"

"You?" It called mockingly. "You! You! You! You!" an ache tore at Tsukune's mind with every word. "You deny us! Restrain us! We kill! We take! Stop the hurt! The ache!"

"What do you want?"

"Leave us!"

"Only two more days until the newspaper is printed." Moka stated absently, moping slightly. " Tsukune's Birthday was two days ago..." She thought sadly.

Across the club room Kurumu, Yukari and Hanako were all watching the morose vampire as she worked. Ever since Tsukune's disappearance Moka had been moving as if on auto-pilot, acting like a living robot apart from small bursts of emotion.

"I can't take this. She's making me depressed!" Kurumu complained.

"Isn't there anything we can do?" Yukari asked.

Hanako was floating in the air, thinking hard with her head cradled in her hands. "...I don't think she's going to break out of her funk without Tsukune..." she murmured.

"We need her at full pace. Speed is key to any newspaper business, and we're not only down a member but we're all too distracted by losing Tsukune." Kurumu said frowning.

"I really wish we could stop speaking like he's dead or something." Yukari complained, crossing her arms defensively under her jail-bait bosom.

Kurumu's frowning face turned to the lusty witch. "For all we know he could be." the succubus replied, keeping her voice low so Moka couldn't hear, "Monsters disappear here all the time, and Tsukune has made a lot more enemies. For all we know he was weak after his transformation and a group ganged up on him."

"Tsukune is not dead guys. I know he will be back." Yukari stated with certainty.

"How can you be so sure?" Hanako questioned.

Yukari pulled out a set of tarot cards, wrapped in a black silk cloth. "This fortune cards are never wrong. They've been telling me that I have a destined encounter with the man of my dreams coming soon."

"That's your proof?" Kurumu said dismissively, "That's not much to go on..."

"Your just mad that I'm going to sample Tsukune's bedroom bait before you!"

"I already beat you there bitch!"

"Dreams don't count you bat winged skank!"

"It wasn't a dream when I swallowed his seed, little girl. But let me tell you, it felt like one!"

Yukari's eyes were alight with fury, "You're lying." she whispered.

Kurumu seized certain victory, "I was laying in my bed and he was hot and sweaty as I tasted his juices. They. Were. Delicious."

"Bitch!" Yukari leapt over the table, hands extended and eager to throttle the bluenette succubus.

Hanako sighed, surprised the cat fight hadn't started sooner.

"Are- *Stomp* you- *Stomp* going- *Stomp* to- *Stomp* help?" Nurari squealed, trapped between Tsukune's heel and the dirt crater he had been shoved into.

It was a toss up to who was having more fun: The headmaster watching, or the abomination stomping on the bus driver. As the Tsukunesaurus Rex ground its heel into the back of the wailing world warp making monster it became obvious that on some level the shapeshifter was holding a grudge.

"Keep it up! I think he's calming down!" Tenmei called, smirking as he conjured several sticks of dango to snack on while his employee was crushed by a nightmare dinosaur.

"I- *Stomp* really- *Stomp* hate- *Stomp* you!"

Ms. Nekonome's arrival was a blessing of sorts, breaking the monotony of the newspaper club with snacks and assorted drinks. "Is everyone working hard?" she asked, before she spotted the signs of problems. Moka's robotic movements, the bruise on Yukari's cheek and the handprints on Kurumu's neck. The club advisor's cat like hair drooped along with her cheerful expression, "It's not going very well is it?"

"There are a lot of work and a lot of pages." Kurumu tried to defend, unable to meet the teacher's eyes.

Ms. Nekonome was not so easily deceived, "Hanako...Is this true?" she asked warningly.

The ghost girl froze, her nervous nature rendering her nervous at once. She tried to peek over at Kurumu, to no avail. "Um...Maybe...?" she said uncertainly.

"Ms. Ikezawa, please answer the question." the teacher said with a slightly commanding tone.

As expected the spectral girl broke under the slightest pressure. "EveryoneisupsetthatTsukune'smissing,KurumuandYukariwerefighting, andMoka'sturnedintoarobot!" she burst out in one impressive breath.

"Was that so hard?" the Cat-teacher asked playfully.

Hanako glanced at Kurumu and Yukari, both of which were glaring daggers back, "Yes. Yes it was." she muttered.

The Cat-lady frowned, "Well, come and eat some snacks and take a break. It could cheer you up some..." she suggested.

Yukari was already digging in the bags. "I don't mind the favored milk or the sushi, but did you have to put a halibut in too?" the witch asked, levitating out a large fish. "I mean, seriously?"

"It's more delicious that way!" the teacher protested.

As Kurumu stood to retrieve a bottle of milk Ms Nekonome pulled her aside, "This letter was on the door too, I thought you'd like to be given it in private." she said, handing the succubus a letter before going to eat her share of fish.

"What the...'To my beloved Kurumu'? Who the heck is Nagare?" She asked aloud.

The inside of the letter was disturbing.

A dozen pictures with various teasing poses she had taken as a birthday gift for Tsukune... and several that weren't. The additional photos showed her sleeping, showering and dressing. Places that she had believed herself to be safe and alone. The message with them was even worse: If you don't want these pictures to become public, come alone to the Monster Tree in the main schoolyard. -Nagare

Combined with the stress of her destined one missing it was too much, "What the hell is this?!" she shrieked, dropping the pictures on her desk with outraged disgust. Kurumu ran her hands along her arms, feeling a desperate urge to shower.

Hanako floated to her side, "What's the matter- Oh my!" The ghost girl's face became a florescent red.

Yukari was on Kurumu's other side, reading over the letter with a growing scowl. "What a creep. I bet he's only doing this because Tsukune's not here."

Kurumu was glaring at the floor with a mix of fury and shame. "I hate this. There is no way this creep is getting away with this."

Hanako's visible eye was posed in a fierce glare making the other girls nervous. The last time they saw her glare she had disabled Tsukune mid-rampage. "W-were gonna stop him." she declared, pseudo-agressively. "Kurumu will meet him at the Monster Tree and then we can ambush him!"

"What do you think Moka?" Yukari turned to Moka, only to see that Moka had not noticed the commotion. "What the heck? Is she spacing out?" The spellcaster frowned, "Moka? Are you paying attention?" she asked, waving a hand in front of the Vampire's eyes.

Moka jumped slightly in her seat, looking at Yukari like she hadn't known her witch rival was there."Oh. Hi Yukari... Did you need something?" she asked kindly.

Yukari frowned, "Didn't you hear what is happening? Someone is blackmailing Kurumu!"

Moka blinked, frowned and her face scrunched up in confusion. "That can't be right. The letter Kurumu is holding is white?" she said absently.

Yukari looked closer at her friend's face. Moka's eyes were hazy and unfocused, her skin was paler than normal and she was swaying slightly in her seat. "Moka? Are you sick or something?" Yukari turned to the teacher who was calmly eating her halibut and watching the drama unfold. "Ms. Nekonome I think something is wrong with Moka!"

Ms. Nekonome pouted at being moved from her treat but moved to Moka's side and looked over the vampire. "How long has it been since you've fed Ms. Akashiya?" she asked, looking her student in the eye.

"I...uh... I last fed on Tsukune. So... Its been a few days... I think..." she replied, stumbling over her words.

The cat-teacher sighed, "She's suffering from a bout of Vampiric Anemia. She needs to go to the nurse's office for some blood and she will be as good as new in a few hours."

Kurumu clicked her tongue, "Tch. Well that means no vampire powerhouses to help kick this pervert's butt."

Yukari helped Moka to her feet. "Come on you two. The sooner we get Moka to the nurse the sooner we can go kick pervert butt."

Ms. Nekonome watched them leave without saying a word, too busy nibbling on her fish again. It wasn't until it was gone that she finally thought about what they had been up to. "Wait a minute... If they are going to assault Ms. Kurono's blackmailer... This means the newspaper is gonna be delayed again!" she complained.

000000000000000000000000000000

000000000000000000000000000000

Hatred. Rage. Wrath. Fury. Anger.

These feelings slammed Tsukune like the swells of the ocean during a hurricane. With each wave he felt weaker, like the negative sensations were going to overwhelm him and drown him within the void.

Tsukune's will wasn't so easily crushed however. "It's gonna take more than that you body-less butthole!"

The voice wasn't amused. "Weak! So weak! We need to be strong! Must be strong! You make us weak!" it raged.

"What? I'm not weak! I beat Saizou! Kicked the crap out of those lizard guys who were bullying Yukari with one hit!"

"Almost killed. Almost died!" the void roared back. "Weakling! Vampire. Ogre. Wolf. All weak. We stronger. You made weak! Weak and dead!"

"Damnit! Let me out of here so I can kick your ass!" Tsukune demanded.

"Never! We are outside! We will never be contained!"

"Well, I'm not staying in here!" Tsukune yelled back. "Wait a fucked up minute." He thought, "I'm in a senseless void, there is an angry voice barking at me, and this whole thing feels like one of Kurumu's dream visits turned to a nightmare setting... "

The shapeshifting hero paused. "I'm in my head arguing with something that is a part of me..." He moaned with annoyance. "That stupid bus driver!" Unknown to Tsukune, his burst of anger led to his body giving a particularly vicious stomp to his real world victim. "Our bodies are fused, but not our minds! You're my monster half!"

The voice in the void growled, but didn't reply.

"What the hell are you pissed at me for? You know I never asked for this! That Bus driver must have half-assed whatever he did to us!" Tsukune argued, "If anything you should be furious at him!"

The growling increased.

"Look, I understand your angry that I'm not a good fighter like you. But I made good things happen to us too! Think about the girls! If you had been too busy fighting everyone, we would never have met any of them! Moka doesn't like violent guys, Hanako would flee from us, Yukari would fear us, and Kurumu would never have any interest in us! It's thanks to my half that they are our friends!"

The growling ceased. In its place a contemplating rumble echoed in the emptiness. "Mates?"

If he was in control of a body, Tsukune would have blushed. "Yes, Mates. Our Mates." Tsukune agreed, praying the girls never learned of this conversation. "They like me. No me, No mates."

The voice growled, Tsukune could feel how much it hated the thought.

Tsukune pressed the moment. "How about we make a deal?" he asked.

The growling became hostile again, "Deal?" the voice was as angry as ever, but this time Tsukune could hear distrust.

Tsukune steeled what willpower he had, and tried to push his emotions out to his other side. "Easy. My offer is simple. I'm in control if we don't need to fight, you're in control when we fight. Okay?"

The rumble returned, and the negative emotions ceased. Tsukune could feel his other half's confusion. "You talk? I...I Fight?"

Tsukune tried to nod, until he remembered he was floating about his own mind as a set of disconnected thoughts. "That's right. I talk, you fight."

Tsukune could feel his monster grinning in the dark.

000000000000000000000000000000

Kurumu approached the Monster Tree with a hesitant step and a weary eye. The old tree had stood since the founding of the school, and thus had been exposed to a large amount of monster energies leading to its haunted appearance. The odd and spooky aura the tree produced didn't help her unease.

"Where is this creep?" Kurumu thought impatiently, "I want to go back to my room and take a shower."

Concealed beneath their methods of invisibility, Hanako and Yukari were both nearby as a silent guard.

"Hey, I've been waiting for you!" A cheerful voice called from the Monster Tree's upper branches. "Long time no see, huh, Kurumu. I'm glad you saw my letter and the pictures! "

The speaker was a thin teen with a slicked mullet and greasy skin. He slowly climbed down the tree, displaying a lack of physical strength. He was the stereotype for unlikable weaklings. There was no doubt in any of the girl's minds that if they were in a human school, he would be the outcast picked on by everyone.

"Who are you?" Kurumu questioned, still incensed. "What are you trying to accomplish by making me come out here with those dirty pictures?"

"I took some really cute pictures of you right?" he asked while ignoring her anger, which only added fuel to the fire. "I really like them."

"What's your problem you grease ball? Are you gonna answer my questions or not?"

The sweaty twirp gave Kurumu an odd smile, "I'm Nagare Kanou. Don't you remember me? Of course you remember! It was right after we started school! Our meeting was fate!"

"I don't remember you at all!" Kurumu shouted, "and so far my first impression of you sucks!"

"That's not fair!" Nagare yelled, "I've been waiting all this time ever since!"

"Since what?" Kurumu asked, glaring at her apparent stalker with disgust.

"You're going to go on a date with me right now just like you promised Kurumu!" the slimy guy demanded, grinning cruelly as he pulled another copy of Kurumu's risque pictures from his pockets, "Unless you want these pictures to be shown to the whole school..."

Yukari's angry form appeared behind Nagare, the young witch ripping the pictures from his hands. "You are such a creep!" She spat, "You can't get a real date so you resort to this kinda stuff you sicko!"

"What? I told you to come alone!"

Kurumu crossed her arms, scowling at her stalker. "Like I would do something that stupid." she held out a hand. "Hand over the pictures. Now."

"Not a chance." Nagare sneered, "These photos aren't the only thing that I have. I have ways of learning a girl's secrets, and I used those ways to make a little video. If you think me sharing the pictures would be bad, how well would you handle people seeing you play with yourself and calling out your precious Tsukune's name?"

"You're not just a creep, your so much worse." Yukari spat, "How does a piece of crap like you live with yourself?"

Nagare ignored the witch, keeping his creepy eyes on his prize. "So are you gonna come on our date or not?"

Kurumu transformed, her sword like claws at his neck, "Not a chance. You're gonna hand over that video and all the copies of the pictures or we're gonna carve you up!"

Two tendrils emerged from Nagare's neck, leaking a smelly gas that floated around him like a smog. "I'm not gonna let you go so easy Kurumu."

Kurumu coughed from the gas and took a few steps back, Yukari scrambled backwards as well. "Uggh, I thought he smelled bad before. What is that nasty smell!?" The spellcaster complained, covering her nose.

Nagare's features began to sag and stretch like a wax dummy that was melting. "You're not going anywhere, both of you are gonna be good girls and be my little dolls. I wanted Kurumu but your a nice bonus as well Ms. Witch!"

Kurumu was the first to notice the numbing weakness growing in her limbs. "What the heck is this?"

Yukari put it together at once, "Get back! He's making that poison gas! Don't breath it in!"

Kurumu's wings were out, and she took to the air to escape before the gas could do more than make her arms feel numb. She landed on a nearby roof and glared at her blackmailing stalker. "You sick freak. Gimme my pictures before I cut you to ribbons!" she commanded. Kurumu could feel the poison still spreading at the moment she had enough for one good slash or another jump with her wings, but little else.

The living grease stain smiled at her with a knowing disgusting leer, walking over to his obsession as more of the poison gas poured out, "And how are you gonna make me? You can't even get close without breathing in my poison!" His smile widened, making his melted features match the nastiness of his personality, "You're gonna be mine whether you like it or not!"

"She's part of Tsukune's harem you freak, back off!" Yukari yelled, "Sin, zin, zac, nac, evoi! Trinitas Tenebris: Graveyard Lances!" Yukari's heirloom wand launched from the shadows closest to the shadows, dinging into the dirt and ripped out of the ground as dozens of spears made from the absence of light. The dozens of spikes pierced the succubus stalker and lifted his impaled form into the air as a bubble of blood burst from his mouth.

Kurumu grinned, "Great job Yukari! A little messy, but he deserved it!" she cheered.

Yukari made an exaggerated shudder, "He was such a disgusting creep. Jeez, just think of how many girls he must have been doing this to!"

Hanako faded into their sight, "Um... guys, I don't think he's dead yet?" Hanako pointed at the stalker who seemed to be sucking in great gasps of air.

Yukari looked at her victim closely, and spotted at least six more of his tendrils sticking out of his body. "Oh crap!" she exclaimed, ducking back just as a huge blast of poison erupted from Nagare's body. The gas swept over all three girls, forcing the strength from their bodies and leaving them helpless on the ground.

The slimy stalker giggled, his features melting entirely into a puddle of living goo. "I can't believe you three were silly enough to stick around." The oozing body separated itself and reformed into a green-gray mass of humanoid flesh. "I'm gonna enjoy playing with all three of you!"

Hanako faded from her place beside Yukari and reformed in front of the goo monster. "Your bad..." she whispered softly, almost inaudibly. "You need to be punished." the word echoed in the air like a death sentence.

Nagare slithered back, "What? Why doesn't my poison work?!"

Hanako's visible eye was furious, a bright fire reflecting in her violet eyes. "I'm dead..." she explained, still whispering like a gentle wind. Her head tilted to the side, revealing something hidden beneath her long obsidian locks, something that neither Kurumu nor Yukari could see. "and now, so are you."

Nagare's eyes widened, sweat streamed down his flesh as he screamed. The sound was filled with panic, insanity and terror. His eyes were locked onto whatever was hidden behind the ghost girl's hair and no matter how much he wanted, needed, to move them, they would not budge. Under Nagare's liquid flesh the foul organ of his heart trembled and struggled to beat, thumping like the legs of a thousand fleeing rabbits as terror consumed his mind and soul.

Hanako held Nagare's gaze as he died, the soul departing as his heart failed.

"You shouldn't have messed with a maiden's heart." she stated as she began pulling her hair back to its proper place, concealing the right side of her face from the world.

Yukari's body was still weak from poison, but she still had enough strength to sit up and stare at the friendly ghost. "Holy crap. Hanako, since when could you do that?" she asked.

Hanako blushed, shyly looking away and murmured.

Yukari gave the ghost an annoyed look. "You know I can't hear you when you mumble. Speak up or I swear I will make you watch a boy's love marathon when I can feel my legs again."

Hanako blushed to the point that both Kurumu and Yukari would swear steam was pouring from her ears. "I got really angry when Yukari mentioned that he probably has done this kinda thing to other girls, and I always hate guys like that and... well... he was upsetting me..."

Kurumu remembered when she had first met Hanako. "That's right! You're an Onryō! A vengeful spirit!"

Yukari looked surprised, "Wow, really? I thought that vengeful ghosts only strike things that remind them of their death or stuff like that."

Hanako looked away, facing neither of them.

Kurumu dragged herself over to the edge of the building, "So is he really dead this time? No more poison traps or creepy assholes with perverted pictures?"

Yukari rolled over to look at her big boobed friend, "I had a question about that actually. I couldn't help but notice that you were posing in some of those pictures, and that you were also holding the camera in a few..."

Kurumu's face lit up, "It was a birthday present for Tsukune alright!"

Yukari's resulting laughter was infectious, and soon the three were laughing together for the first time in days.
