Aki's world is spinning, figuratively and literally, and she is more than happy to hang on. A gleefully, surprised laugh escaped her before she even realized. Her life right at this very moment is so full of light and her heart overflowing with love. She's never felt this level of happiness before. Her arms moved to wrap more securely around his neck, bringing them closer to each other. Her feet finally came back down to earth, but her head is still in the clouds. Their foreheads met and their eyes locked reverently. His nose brush hers oh so softly before he took her lips with all the affection in the world.

"H-hey, you two! Cut it out, there are kids around!" They both turn their heads to see Crow with his hands covering a protesting Rua's eyes. Jack was staring at them as if they've lost their minds while holding a menu across Ruka's face. She bypassed it easily by looking over it. Her eyes held surprise and embarrassment at being caught watching.

"I'm not a kid! What's going on?" Rua said, finally freed from confinement. He missed everything after Yusei came running to their table outside Blue-Eyes Mountain like a maniac. His appearance was haggard and he still had his lab coat on. Without even a greeting he practically body slammed into Aki and swept her off her feet, spinning wildly. Said maniac was, and still is, grinning like an idiot with his eyes shining like a kid in a candy store. And now he's laughing, which just creeped them out a little. Of course Yusei smiled and laughed like any other person, but they've never seen him do it so openly. His actions today have been so spontaneous and uninhibited. He was trembling with so much energy that they thought he might actually explode any minute. To them the most concerning thing was the fact that Aki was behaving as if this was completely normal. Where did their cool headed, disciplined, kind of nerdy friend go?

"Uh, are you okay there, buddy? You're scaring us a little." Crow didn't think it was possible, but Yusei's smile grew even wider. Aki was no different.

"I'm great," he said, pulling Aki closer until his cheek met her temple, looking into her eyes and sharing a moment only they knew. Jack gave them the most skeptical look possible.

"You sure? You both look like you lost a few screws." Yusei and Aki are not very public with their affections aside from holding hands and a quick peck. Behind closed doors may be another story, but generally they prefer their privacy. That being said, it's strange for them to be so bold. They couldn't keep their hands off each other at the moment. Aki even laughed at his insult when she normally would have given as good as she got. The temperamental psycho, he thinks with the most endearment possible.

"We promise, we're fine. Just really good news."

"Well, don't keep us in the dark. What turned you two into the Energizer Bunny?" It's almost comical how all their eyes followed the couples movement. At the same time their hands moved and stopped at the same spot. Right over Aki's lower abdomen. The reactions were immediate and chaotic.

"What the-"

"Holy-"

"Oh my-"

"Really?!"

"Really!" Aki couldn't contain herself anymore. Tears slipped endlessly down her face, contrasting so beautifully with her radiant smile.

"Aki, don't cry," Yusei uselessly tried to wipe away her tears.

"I'm pregnant! What's your excuse?" There was a noticeable sheen to his cobalt eyes. A breathless laugh escaped him.

"I'm just...happy." Unbelievably so.

"Congratulations!" The twins joined their embrace while sobbing, Rua being much more expressive in volume. Crow came up behind them and grasped each of their shoulders. He too had tears gathering at the corners of his eyes as he shared in their joy.

"Yusei, you sly dog! You guys aren't even married yet!"

"Oh no, now we're all crying," but Aki couldn't imagine this moment any better. Here and now, in the company of her dear friends and the man she loved more than anything, this was perfection.

"I'm not crying!" Jack said indignantly as he turns away from the rest of them, refusing to look back.

"Look at us. We must look insane to anyone else," only laughter followed after. More tears were shed, hugs and back slaps were exchanged, and plans were discussed. Yes, everything was perfect in the world.

Anyone a Code Geass fan? If not, you should watch it. I highly recommend the dub for this one, which says something because usually I hate dub anything.

It has two seasons and is very fast pace. I watched this series almost ten years ago and have noticed a lot more watching it today.

I recently binged it with a friend that has never seen it and now I'm doing the same with my cousin.

It's so entertaining watching their reactions while knowing everything that's going to happen.

Tell me your thoughts on it if you've seen it or decided to.
