Without warning, I felt the peak of pleasure hit me and as I moaned loudly, I released into his body.

"Aki-Akihiko!" Misaki cried out as he fell over the edge with me, gripping onto my neck. I fell onto him gently, hugging him to me as I closed my eyes, breathing in Misaki's scent.

"I really love you Akihiko." Misaki breathed, smiling lightly at me. I nodded and rubbing his head.

"I love you too, Misaki."

Two months later

After two months, the surrogate came to visit and I was over the top happy. Early this morning, the surrogate sent me a text, explaining that her abdomen was beginning to harden and her stomach was extending by a very small amount.

As soon as I had found that out, I told Akihiko that I was inviting her to come over immediately.

Akihiko seemed to be excited as well.

Over the course of two months, Akihiko began to just smoke outside. I knew that the surrogate appreciated it as she sat on the couch across from me.

"So, how has your work been for you Misaki?" She asked me, smiling as she sipped the black tea I had given her.

"It has been great, thank you for asking." I said. "How have you been since we saw you last week?"

She winked. "The nausea seems to be lightening up." She said as Akihiko came back in.

"I'm glad to be hearing that." Akihiko said, his smile kind.

She stood up, lifting her shirt a little, showing Akihiko and I the very small change of her stomach. She took my hand, placing it on her abdomen, causing me to gasp at the odd feeling of her abdomen getting hard.

I smiled and nodded a thank you to her as she allowed Akihiko to do the same.

Standing, I gestured to the kitchen. "Would you like some lunch?"

Hitomi smiled. "Sure. That sounds great."

Nodding, I moved to the counter, pulling out ingredients to make sandwiches. "Ms. Hitomi, I was wondering if you would mind my brother, Takahiro, Manami, Mahiro, and my niece coming to meet you?"

She shook her head, smiling. "No, I don't mind that at all."

Smiling, I got up, moving between the fridge and the stove, putting together a meal I knew that everyone would enjoy.

Slowly, I pulled a salmon fillet out, but I stopped. Looking at her, I furrowed my eyebrows. "Are pregnant women okay to eat fish?"

Hitomi smiled. "Yes. It's safe as long as it's cooked."

Nodding, I started to cut the salmon into three by four inch cutlets. Nodding, I deboned it and removed the scales, cleansing the leftover meat of any bone or scale fragments. I then moved to grab butter, brown sugar, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper to mix as a marinade.

I grabbed a whisk and began moving my wrist hard and fast, the ingredients mixing together quickly. I then placed the salmon into a tin foil wrapping, leaving the top of the wrapping open. Grabbing a silicone basting brush, I began to bathe the fish in the marinade. Nodding to myself, I then began to wrap the tinfoil around the fish, before placing it in the oven. Nodding, I moved to grill the asparagus on the stove top when I heard the door knob.

Moving to the door, I smiled as I quickly moved to the door. "Coming!"

I unlocked it and opened it to see my brother with his family.

"Misaki!" Takahiro cheered, pulling me to him and hugging me hard.

I chuckled as I struggled to breathe. "Konbanwa nii-san." I said.

"How are you doing? It feels like forever since I've seen you!"

I chuckled. "It's only been a week."

"Anyhow! Where's Usagi-san?"

"Akihiko is in his study finishing his last chapter. He'll be down very shortly." I looked to Hitomi as she stood up.

Takahiro looked at me confused.

"This is our surrogate, Ms. Hitomi. She's offered to birth a child for Akihiko and I."

Takahiro's eyes shined brightly then. "It is so grand to meet you! I am Takahiro, Misaki's older brother, and this is my family." He said, gesturing to them. "I want to thank you so much for giving my brother and his husband this gift."

"Mitaki!" Mahiro yelled excitedly as I pulled him to hug me.

"Hello Mahiro." I heard from the stairs as Akihiko walked down them.

"Uncoo Una-Usagi." He said, smiling.

I brought Mahiro into the kitchen with me as I removed the asparagus from the grill. Removing them, I dropped them into the ice water. After that, I placed them in a bowl and I tossed them in butter.

Nodding to myself, I placed a bowl of miso broth next to the plate. Smiling, I also grabbed the tea before sitting down.

Mahiro looked at Hitomi, his expression confused. "Who is Ms. Hitomi?"

I smiled, looking to his parents.

Manami nodded. "Well Mahiro, since Uncle Misaki and Uncle Akihiko can not have kids by themselves, they found a woman who is offering to help them."

Mahiro cocked his head to the side. "So... I will have a... cousin?"

Manami nodded. "That's right sweetheart. Won't that be exciting?"

Mahiro nodded. "How long until it is born?"

Manami smiled. "It's going to be a while, like when mommy was pregnant with your little sister."

Mahiro nodded smiled. "I hope it is a girl too."

"Why do you say that?" I asked, a light smile adorning my face.

"Cause... then I can... pro... protect her and sissy."

I looked at Takahiro. "He's already going to be very protective over his sister when she grows up. I can see it now."

Takahiro nodded. "Good. I'll have someone on my side when she gets older and the boys and/or girls start showing up at our house."

Manami laughed, patting his shoulder. "That's not going to be for a long time, dear."

Later in the evening, Akihiko insisted on giving Hitomi a ride home.

As we waited for Akihiko to come back one, I turned the tv on, watching Mahiro's favorite cartoon.

As Akihiko walked in, he took his shoes off, walking towards us, he sat next to me. Mahiro had fallen asleep in Takahiro's lap.

As we went to change the station, we passed a news station where I heard Akihiko's name. I stopped and turned it up a little bit for us to hear.

"Tonight, we have a story for all of those who love, multi-award winning author, Akihiko Usami. Earlier today, there was another post to his fan page. It stated that he and his husband of a little over a year, Misaki Usami, were excited to announce they were looking to surrogacy for a chance at having a child and they were successful. "Misaki and I are very happy and looking forward to welcoming the next Usami."" The news woman smiled widely. "We would like to extend a great warm congratulations to them. Now onto the weekly weather report."

I looked at Akihiko and shook my head chuckling. "Please, inform me when you post?"

Akihiko smirked and nodded, placing a kiss on the crown of my head.

Suddenly, my phone began to light up non-stop, text messages of congratulation from all of my co-workers. I sighed and shut my phone off, looking at Akihiko just before yawning deeply.

"Looks like everyone is getting sleepy. Shall we call it a night?" Takahiro asked.

They all nodded. As Takahiro lifted Mahiro in his arms to carry him to bed, he woke. "Daddy? What are we doing?"

"We are heading to bed Mahiro. Say goodnight to Uncle Misaki and Uncle Akihiko."

"But I want to sleep in Uncoo Mitaki's room!" He begged.

"Mahiro, I bet they are tired."

I shook my head. "It's okay, really." I said, smiling as I hugged Mahiro to me as we carried him to our room.

After an hour, I got up, using the restroom. Moving back to the guest room, I saw that Misaki and Akihiko's door was open. Moving to hit, I checked on Mahiro and was almost awed by what I saw. I felt a light hand on my shoulder, that hand being my wife's.

I watched as Misaki held Mahiro to him paternally as Akihiko had his arm wrapped around my brother's waist. Both were dressed in full pajamas as they slept peacefully.

I smiled, nodding tiredly.

"Let's let them sleep huh?" She asked, intertwining her fingers with mine.

I nodded. "Sure."
