Past and Future Hearts is the upcoming studio album by American singer-songwriter Isabella Swan to be released on June 10th by Epic Records. It is her fifth studio album and is the follow-up to her fourth studio album, Like Magic. For this album, Swan collaborated with a number of artists including Taylor Swift, the 1975, and Nicki Minaj.

The album is preceded by two singles. The first single, Your Only (Feat. Taylor Swift) was released on March 14th. It topped the US Billboard Hot 100 for nine weeks and the UK Singles Chart for seven. Speechless, released on May 20th topped the UK Singles Chart for three weeks and is currently #1 in the US Billboard Hot 100. It is featured in the soundtrack to Midnights.

Midnights is set to Premiere on July 28th this year.

The relationship between two souls thrown together by chance is told in a series of New Year's Eve countdowns. Cade and Lily met once, at a party on New Year's Eve in 2005. Ten years later, they meet again. Between then and now, the midnights show that while time can change people, it can also bring two hearts closer together.
