Hey y'all! Sorry for the wait! Here is the next chapter. I hope y'all like it! I was going back over old chapters and realized I screwed up! I originally made it known that Quinn and Fin were not in Glee but then in another chapter later I stated that they were. I'm going to go with the first option, Fin and Quinn were never in Glee after it was reinstated! This is a filler chapter, I had an idea and then it left and now I'm slightly blocked!

Disclaimer: I don't own Glee

Pulling up in front of the house Rachel and Blaine were nervous about what was going to happen. It was the first time they had stood up to their dads, and they were nervous about the fallout. They waved goodbye to their friends, with promises to text about how each confrontation went, they started for the house. It was already 1 am and they knew their parents were still up, since the light was on in the living room.

Closing the door, the twins turned to the living room. Their dads were sitting on the couch, but quickly stood up when they entered the house, "Where have you been? It's 1 am!" Sighing Rachel rubbed her shoulder, "We were with our friends. Trying to calm down and come to grips with the fact that our parents don't believe us. That only three teachers and one dad believe in us when we speak to them." Pinching the bridge of his nose Hiram Berry faced his children, "Well maybe if you gave us a reason to believe and trust you today would have gone differently."

Shocked by what their father was saying, "What do you mean? We have never gotten into trouble at school! We have always had great grades and been home before curfew. What have we ever done to show you that you can't trust us?!" Neither man could answer Blaine's questions.

Shocked and appalled at the lack of answers, they quickly rushed upstairs and packed a bag for the night and what they needed for school later that morning. They quickly walked downstairs out to Rachel's car. They ignored their fathers in the living room who were trying to get their attention. Pulling out of the drive way Rachel quickly drove to the park down the road. Pulling to a stop, Rachel killed the engine before looking at Blaine, "What now Blaine? Where are we going to go?" Shrugging Blaine answered his sister, "I don't know Rach. How about we see how everything went with our friends first before deciding ok?" Nodding Rachel pulled out her phone and sent a text in the group chat.

Hey everyone Blaine and I wanted to check in! How did it go with your family? -Rachel*

Everything ok here! Just awkward with Finn here! Carole knows that we are telling the truth! -Kurt

Ma is still disappointed for some reason. I think it has to do with me not telling her about Frankenteen and me not speaking -Puck

Mom and dad were calm when I got home. It took them about twenty minutes after we left before remembering that Rachel would never put her vocal cords in danger. They expected me to stay out late with everyone. All good here! -Sam

Home is still a bit frosty! They don't quite believe us. -Tina

Parents still pissed! They don't believe us! Staying at Britt's! They know she wouldn't do anything too crazy! -Santana

Staying at Matt's place. Parents are freaked that I didn't come home till 1 got into a screaming match before I left! How about you two crazy midget Ninja? -Mike

All good here Diva! Parents are just upset at me missing curfew! -Mercedes

My dad convinced mom that we were telling the truth! He remembers how we were during the summer! -Artie

Dads were pissed! We nearly got into a screaming match! They don't trust us! Blaine and I are in my car at the park down the street! -Rachel*

Looking at his sister, Blaine gave her a tired smile, "At least most of them are alright. Only a few aren't at home." Nodding her head Rachel was relieved that everyone was safe either at home or with a friend. She startled when her phone started ringing, looking down she saw it was Sam. Answering the phone she put it on speaker so Blaine could hear as well.

"Hey Sam. You're on speaker."

"Hey you two. Mom and dad said to come by to stay the night. We were talking in the kitchen about today when you texted. I told them about everyone cause they were concerned, they know that we are all really close. When I told them about you two my mom told me, and I quote 'call them now Sam and tell them to get their butts over here. I am going to go make up the guest room for Rachel and make up the pull-out couch in the living room for Blaine.'

"Your parents don't need to do that Sam."

"They don't believe that Blaine. They are disappointed with your dads. Dad said that if they knew it was that bad Rach, they would have let me stay with my uncle who lives in Lima. I thought your dads were home a lot. We remember they were always around when we were young."

"It's not your fault Sam. I didn't tell you about them being gone all the time. About a month after you moved away, they started going away more. Blaine moved to Dalton about two weeks before they started leaving. Hey text us your address and we will head right over."

"Alright see you soon."

Disconnecting the call Rachel saw that they others had texted the group chat and those that could offered their home for the twins. Sam's text with the address quickly came in, so Blaine texted back to the group telling them thanks but that they were good, that they were staying with Sam.

Pulling up in front of the Evans household, the twins climbed out of the car and grabbed their bags. Before they reached the door, it opened to reveal Sam who had a sad sort of smile on his face. Beckoning them in he led them into the living room where a pull-out couch was made, and his parents were standing. Quickly walking over Mrs. Evans pulled the siblings into a hug. Pulling away, she looked at both of them, "You're both welcome to stay here as long as you need. It took a bit before the two of us remembered how serious you both were about your health and we are sorry for doubting you kids. Sam explained how the entire club are all very active and try to take care of their bodies, because most want to do something in show business. I hope all of you kids can forgive us." Rachel smiled at the older woman, "Mrs. Evans you haven't seen the two of us for years before moving back here. It is natural to think that we have changed. As for the others you aren't familiar with them as much as the other parents. I'm sure they would forgive both of you easily."

Nodding Mrs. Evans sent all three teens to bed and told them that she would have breakfast done later that morning for them to eat before school. Nodding tiredly Rachel went upstairs to change into her pajamas and go to bed, while Blaine used the downstairs bathroom. The three teens were quickly asleep.

Later that morning the three teens pulled into the parking lot of William McKinley High School with tins of cookies, apprehensions, and apologies to give the other members of New Directions from Sam's parents. Getting out of Rachel's car they spotted Puck getting out of his truck a couple spots over, he quickly joined them and helped them carry the tins of cookies. The quartet walked through the halls and noticed the looks they were receiving from other students. Some were giving them smug smiles while others gave them worried glances. Confused they entered the choir room to find all of their friends already sitting there along with Mr. Schue, Coaches Sylvester and Beiste and Miss Pillsbury. Putting their bags down, Sam decided to explain the tins, "So my parents are sorry for not believing us right away yesterday. By the time I got home they were calm, and my mom had made a bunch of 'I'm sorry' cookies. Apparently twenty minutes after we left, they realized that we were telling the truth and that Rachel would never compromise her vocal cords like that." Everyone nodded agreeing with that statement. "She made everyone a tin of cookies and apparently she has been taking notes, because they are not all the same kind. She also made vegan cookies for Rachel and ones without nuts for Matt. (made this up) They hope that you'll forgive them for their mistake. She also made batches for Mr. Schue, Miss Pillsbury, and both coaches. I apparently have spoken about them being our biggest fans in the staff and mom wanted to thank them for standing by us, even if Coach Beiste was not there yesterday." Quickly the quartet passed out the cookies to the right owners, luckily Sam's mom had the foresight to write the names on sticky notes and place them on the right container.

Everyone was happy with their cookies and were quietly talking with one another when Blaine had a thought, "Hey guys, did anyone else receive strange looks this morning walking the halls? Some of them gave us smug looks, while the rest looked at us what looked like either pitying looks or worried ones." Nodding their heads, the rest of the group agreed that they were getting the looks as well. Deciding not to dwell on this anymore they left for their first classes of the day.

Hey y'all here is the chapter. Sorry again for the wait!
