Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D Meet the Thunderbirds

A/N: Notes on Supernatural in mentioning Dean and Sam Winchester, they're good friends of Alan and Dean often stands up for her when she's in trouble alongside himself and Sam.

Agent John Garrett was bitter at Jeff Tracy because of his marriage to Lucille Tracy, he'd wanted the family that Jeff had, four sons named Scott Malcolm, John Glenn, Virgil Grissom and Gordon Cooper Tracy and a daughter named Alanah Shepard Tracy. He wanted revenge against Jeff for taking a family of which he believed that he deserved and he was left to die during one of Alan's first Thunderbird missions.

Garrett had found out who the Thunderbirds were after he was involved in an accident to destroy Thunderbird Three, which he believed Jeff was piloting, but when he injured the pilot, his helmet had came off and he saw the younger version of Lucy Tracy. The pilot of Thunderbird Three was none other that Jeff and Lucy's only daughter, Alan Shepard Tracy. He then saw three other pilots come in and take off their helmets to get a better look at the girl, one was Scott Malcolm Tracy, the second was Virgil Grissom Tracy and the third was Gordon Cooper Tracy "Scott, is Allie ok?" another boy's voice had came through the watches they were wearing "she's just out cold John, but she's also got a fractured arm" Virgil had said. John Garrett saw him dressed like his siblings in a white Thunderbird flight suit, but his was trimmed in green, Scott's was trimmed in blue, Gordon's was trimmed in yellow and Alan's was trimmed in red, he assumed that the John they were talking to was John Glenn Tracy.

After he had been kicked from S.H.I.E.L.D, Garret was scheming to destroy the Thunderbirds as well as S.H.I.E.L.D. that was when he met The Hood, the one man that scared Alan Tracy most after he had tried to kill her during one spring vacation when she was fourteen "I know her weakness, she'll do anything for her family" The Hood said "and I want revenge against her for leaving me to die" Garrett spat "likewise, I had that same goal when Alan was fourteen, yet she refused to acknowledge the truth about her 'wonderful' and 'brave' family" The Hood sneered.

While this was going on, Alan was running around Thunderbird Two's hanger after a stunt she, Gordon, Scott and John (on Five) had decided it was fun to pull on Virgil:

"There, that should do it" the crimson haired half of the terrible two said "Virgil's gonna go nuts!" the black haired Tracy said "ALAN! GORDON! VIRGIL'S COMING!" the brunette Tracy ran in "Damn, we should've added spots," Alan moaned as she and Gordon jumped behind Thunderbird Four. Alan had a small video camera so that John could see this from Thunderbird Five. The auburn haired Tracy came in and looked at his prized Green Thunderbird, which, now thanks to Gordon and Alan, was now Bright Neon Pink, Alan had to stuff her jumper sleeve into her mouth to stop her from laughing at the look on the middle Tracy's face "ALAN! GORDON! WHY THE HELL DID YOU PAINT THUNDERBIRD 2 NEON PINK?" Virgil demanded. Gordon and Alan popped up from behind Thunderbird Four "why would we have had anything to do with Two's little…. Makeover?" Alan asked, an innocent look on her face "what's the fish and sprout done now?" Scott reappeared at the top of the stairs "hey you helped!" Gordon said to him "so did John" Scott shot back "I don't care whose idea it was, just get her back to normal ASAP!" Virgil snapped at them "and that's Virgil's reaction to his oversized Greenfly getting a makeover" Alan said into the camera, she then sent the video to John on Five.

Virgil was still chasing Alan around the hanger until he heard a yell "GORDON! THAT'S IT! FOUR'S GOING GREEN!" Scott came storming from his Thunderbird's silo, Alan peeked in and saw a bright Orange Thunderbird One "he'd better not have" she panicked as she ran to Thunderbird Three "GORDON COOPER TRACY! I'M GOING TO KILL YOU! WHY THE HELL DID YOU PAINT THUNDERBIRD THREE BRIGHT BLUE?" a girl's voice screeched from Three's silo "I think Alan may have found my little gift" Gordon said to Scott and Virgil "she's gonna kill you" Scott warned "what's she gonna do?" Gordon laughed at him.

Alan came out and was red in the face with anger "Gordon, can I have a word with you?" she hissed dangerously "Gordo, run NOW!" Virgil said, Gordon heeded his words and tore off out of the Thunderbirds hanger with the other boys and being chased by a pissed off Alana Shepard Tracy into their dad's office during a meeting with someone named Director Fury "dad, Sprout's gonna kill us!" Scott said "let me at Fish Boy!" Alan snarled, Jeff smiled at his children's antics "ok, Alan enough" Jeff said to his only daughter "tell Fish to turn Thunderbird Three back to normal!" Alan snapped "what happened?" Jeff asked. Virgil started off "well, Alan, Gordon, John and Scott painted Thunderbird neon pink" then Scott said "then Gordon had painted Thunderbird One bright orange" Alan growled "and he'd painted Thunderbird Three bright blue" Gordon finished off "then Scott threatened to turn Thunderbird Four green" Jeff sighed "and what about Thunderbird Five?" he asked, dreading the answer "haven't tried it yet" Alan cheekily replied "and Johnny boy would kill us if we did" Gordon said "and this is why you interrupted my meeting?" Jeff said sternly to his four out of five children, they looked at each other "sorry dad" they chorused in complete shame.

Jeff turned back to Nick Fury, shaking his head at his children's behavior, he'd expected this from Alan and Gordon. They were the resident troublemakers and the youngest of the family, but Scott and Virgil, they should know better than to interrupt him in a meeting "sorry Director Fury, what were you saying before my sons and daughter interrupted?" He asked "Agent John Garret had turned against S.H.I.E.L.D and joined H.Y.D.R.A, he has allied himself with a man named The Hood and I believe that your youngest child has some experience with dealing with this man" Fury said, gazing at the black-haired Tracy. Alan said quietly "he tried to kill me sir, me and my family" "pardon, Ms Tracy?" "she's trying to say, he tried to kill all of us as revenge on our dad" Virgil stepped in for Alan, he saw that Director Fury was scaring Alan a little and he was protective of his little sister "can we stop him, daddy?" Alan asked Jeff quietly, Jeff held his only daughter closer to him.

He was scared of what The Hood would do to her, she loved her family and would die for their safety, they would have done the same for the only girl left in the family "I don't know, Allie, I don't know" he said softly to his frightened daughter "one of my teams will be able to assist you, Agent Coulson's team is top of their fields" Fury said to Jeff "if they can keep quiet on who we really are as International Rescue, then I'll be fine with it" Jeff said "they know when and where to keep secrets" Fury said, Jeff turned to Scott who asked "dad, why does Garrett look like you?" "because, he's my cousin from my mother's side of the family" Jeff said to his oldest son "dad, Johnny's checking in" Gordon said as he heard a small beeping sound "actually, that'll be Dean, a friend of mine from Wharton" Alan said "boyfriend?" Scott teased "stow it, Old Man" Alan snapped "what did you just call me?" "you heard me loud an' clear" Alan jibed at Scott as she answered the call.

Alan had two very close friends at Wharton, Dean and Sam Winchester. They had lost their mother like Alan when Sam was six months old and Dean had became good friends with Alan after she was attacked by Jack Stephens, a senior freshmen at the school and Alan could barely fight back on her own:

Dean Winchester had been walking along the path near to the girl's dorms when he heard a young girl scream loudly, he ran in the direction of the screams and saw Jack Stephens beating a girl with jet-black hair and wearing red clothes "hey! Leave her alone!" Dean shouted as he ran and punched Stephens in the face "you little bastard!" he snapped "leave this kiddo alone!" Dean snapped "you're dead meat Winchester!" Stephens spat as he ran. When he had gone, the girl turned to Dean "than you, who are you can I ask?" she said "Dean, Dean Winchester" Dean said "Sam Winchester's brother?" the girl said "yeah, you must be Alan Tracy, Sammy's best friend" Dean said to her "Sammy? Is he ok?" Alan asked "yeah, are you? Stephens is pretty nasty with the girls" Dean said "he's shit himself if he knew my father" Alan said with a grin "who's your dad again?" Dean teased "Jeff Tracy" Alan smirked at Dean who soon became aen extremely good friend with Sam after that.

Alan was jabbering away to Dean when their dad's office alarm for visitors went off "gotta go, Dean, family business to attend to" she said, Dean smiled "have fun anyway, Bird Girl" Dean said as he said goodbye to her. Alan waited in her uniform with her brothers, after she'd had to go and get John off Five, for the SHIELD team that they would be working with "these are Agents Coulson, May and Ward, Jemma Simmons, Leo Fitzgerald and Daisy Johnson (Daisy: Call me Skye though)" Director Fury said to the Thunderbirds
