We laid next to each other watching television until Naruto heard my stomach grumble.
"Are you hungry? I..I'll go find something..!" Naruto seemed weirdly excited as he ran off to the kitchen.
My heart nearly fluttered seeing him so happy, it almost ached. I wasn't accustomed to this kind of emotion yet. But now I was just worried about Master. His music was still playing as loud as ever, but I was a little scared. I would have to give him food soon. I didn't want to send Naruto to give it to him since Master might hurt him. I didn't care if he hurt me though..if that's the price I have to pay, then I would endure it for us.
After several minutes, Naruto came back with a plate of the leftover food from yesterday and two forks. He handed me one and I thanked him. We ate at the couch and I leaned against him.
"Uhm..I made a plate for your master, but I..I don't want you to give it to him." Naruto nibbled on his fork.
"Naruto, there's more of a chance he'd hurt you if you went." I told him. "I'll..I'll be fine." I sighed.
"I guess we have to face it either way though." Naruto's ear fell a bit.
"I don't want to think about it.." I mumbled.
"Sorry..I'm just worried."
"I know dobe." I kissed his cheek and then continued eating.
When we finished, Naruto went to wash the plate while I gathered Master's food. Naruto told me he would just be cleaning up the place since it was still a mess. He also told me if he heard me get hurt, he wouldn't hesitate to intervene.
I softly sighed to myself before I headed towards Master's direction with his food. Naruto watched me go into the hall. I was going to just place the plate on the floor quickly, but Master was too fast.
The door swung open, startling me. He grabbed my arm, pulling me inside. I could hear the music clearly now, blasting into my ears. He grabbed the plate and placed it on his desk. He lowered his music down a little so I could hear him.
"So did you enjoy yourselves?" He leaned on his desk and crossed his arms.
I fidgeted in place, not able to look at him properly. This clearly bothered him as he lifted my chin with his finger.
"I'm talking to you Sasuke." Master was staring right at me, making it hard to keep eye contact.
My lips trembled as I opened them.
"Yes.." I told him honestly as I broke away from his grip, looking away.
"Do you remember who your master is?" It seemed I ticked him off more by doing that.
Suddenly without warning, he backhanded my cheek causing me to tumble onto the ground. I was stunned for a brief moment trying to grasp what had happened. I held my stinging cheek and tears were leaking out. And that's when I realized, Master's connecting chain and cuffs were off, but he still had the collar on. I knew it was a mistake opening his office. I was careless. I could hear Naruto calling my name and his footsteps quickly making it into the room.
"Naruto don't come in..!" I cried out, scared.
But it was too late, Naruto flung open the door and tried grabbing me before realizing Master was unchained.
"Come here you piece of shit!" Master lurched for Naruto who dropped my arm to protect himself. I was kicked in the process, making me hit the floor again.
Master overpowered Naruto easily, who could only defend himself at this point. Master punched Naruto to the ground and used his belt to whip him.
"STOP IT!" I sobbed as I finally managed to get up and ran to protect Naruto by using my body as a shield.
Master whipped me with the belt a couple times before stopping. I could hear him panting like an animal and Naruto sobbing in pain.
Without any words, Master grabbed the back of my collar causing me to choke. He dragged me off of Naruto and I struggled just trying to breathe as he dragged me back to his room. He threw me onto his bed that was still in the middle of the room. I coughed from the pain on my neck and tried getting up, but Master pinned me down.
"I didn't know you liked being fucked that much." As he nearly ripped the boxers off of me.
"Master pl..please..!" I choked out, trying to cover myself.
"Don't worry Sasuke, I'll take his scent off of you." He said as he pulled his pants down.
He grabbed my thin wrists with one hand and lifted my leg with the other and he just rammed into me.
I screamed from the pain and my sight went black for a moment. I felt so weak. I couldn't find the strength anymore to fight back. I could only feel the pain of my heart shattering. My tears wouldn't stop and I knew I was bleeding down there as Master pounded into me ruthlessly.
How could things change so quickly? Just a few minutes ago I was so happy. I hated everything. I couldn't control my crying as I started to hiccup, gasping for air. My whole face was messy and wet with my own tears. My chest was in so much pain.
I then hear something unfamiliar. Despite the pain, my ears twitched to listen to it. I grimaced in pain as I felt Master pull out. I looked up with tired eyes.
Master was crying. He noticed me looking at him.
"Why does it hurt.." He clutched his chest.
He then looked down at me and the damage he did.
"S..Sasuke.." His hand trembled as he lightly touched me, making me flinch.
He took his hand back and he almost looked lost. I couldn't keep my eyes open anymore. I slowly closed them, escaping from everything.
When I came to, I was on Master's bed. I was in different clothes and had a cooling patch on my forehead. My body felt heavy. I tried sitting up, but a sharp pain on my bottom stopped me. I noticed the bed was back in it normal spot and the room was cleaner. It was still messy, but it seemed he cleaned up a bit.
That's when I realized what happened and despite the pain I sat up. Where was Naruto. My chest started to tighten in pain at the chance Master took him away. My legs trembled as I walked out of Master's room, using the wall as support. I noticed he didn't put the chain on my collar. But before I could make it to the living room, Master came out of his office. I got startled and tripped over my own feet, but Master caught me before I fell.
"I had a feeling you were up." He said as he picked me up.
I started to protest, but he shushed me.
"Don't worry..he's still here." He said quietly.
I gave a soft sigh in relief and relaxed my body, too tired to go against him. He laid me back down on the bed and picked up the cooling patch and placed it back on my forehead.
"You have a slight temperature." He said as he smoothed my hair out of my face.
"I..put medicine down there, so don't move too much." He couldn't look at me in the eye.
I just stared at him a little puzzled.
"I'll get you some water." He got up and left.
I noticed the window was opened slightly, letting a cool breeze come through. It was strange seeing Master act like this. He's been 'nice' before, but this time it felt like he regretted what he did. He was actually taking care of me directly. He came back with a glass of water and had me drink most of it, saying I might be dehydrated. He told me that Naruto was okay and that he was just sleeping on the couch. He also told me he did his best to treat his wounds.
"I know you can't trust me anymore." Master started, he almost looked sad. "I will be returning to work tomorrow. I placed food orders online for the time I won't be here so that you two have something to eat. I have..things to settle at my other place so I won't be here for a few days."
Master paused.
"I won't be putting the chain on. You two are free to go if you want, but consider..the chance of you two being caught. You and I both know you are the safest right now if you want to be together with him. So..please..don't leave." He placed his hand on mine. "I..can't guarantee I won't hurt you again..so I am giving you that choice."
He sighed when I didn't say anything.
"I won't be taking your collar off though. You have someone else's mark on you already..it pisses me off every time I see it. I already threw the key away for it and don't even attempt to cut it off. You'll just ruin it."
He fiddled with my fingers before speaking again, but he stared at my hand.
"Everytime I wondered..if I was just nicer to you, would things be different. Something..in me just snaps..and it pisses me off. I don't realize what a monster I am until the damage is done. I know you hate me Sasuke..but please..give me a chance to show that I can be better. I..will give you and Naruto your space. But if you two are going to stay in my place, all I ask is for the times I do come..I just want some of your attention. Remember though..I am still your master if you do stay."
I finally opened my mouth to speak.
"Why do you..give us that option to leave if you don't want me too.." My voice was a little hoarse, but I wanted to know his reason.
"Because Sasuke..then that gives me the decision on whether I should give up or not." He said softly. "That is why it is your choice to choose. You know how I am. If you continue to stay here..I don't know what I'll do. Can you blame me though..my own pets imprisoned me in my home. Any sane master would be pissed. But that's not the point." He sighed. "I will make the promise..that I will not separate you two..if you choose to stay."
I already knew we would rather stay here than risk it outside, but I wanted to go into the public with protection.
"I..if we stay..will you take us outside more often..a..and into some stores." Why was I stuttering.
"If that's what you want." Master looked a tiny bit relieved, knowing that I had interest in staying.
He continued to fiddle with my fingers before he squeezed them and turned his head away from me.
"I'm sorry Sasuke." Master let go of my hand and got up. "I'll go make dinner." And then he left.
I was a little stunned that Master apologized to me. I wondered if he would actually change. I would rather get along with Master than hate him if I had to be honest. I didn't want spend the rest of my life living in fear. I sighed. There was no way to tell how things would go. I'm sure Master was still pissed at us for what we did.
I wanted to get up to check on Naruto, but I was tired and my body felt a little too warm. Master would've probably put me back in bed anyways. I decided to close my eyes and rest. My body was aching.
I was awoken by a hand stroking my hair. I leaned into the touch, softly purring. The hand touched my ear, making it flick. I slowly opened my eyes.
"Naruto..?" I started to sit up.
I soon realized that it wasn't Naruto. Master had stopping touching my hair and he had no expression. I quickly turned my gaze downward, hoping I didn't upset him.
"Dinner is ready." He got off the bed and left the room.
I was feeling a little bit better, and there wasn't anymore sharp pain down there. It just felt extremely sore. My whole body was sore, but after so long I kinda got used to it. I sat at the edge of the bed and stretched before getting off. I looked outside the window and it was already dark. Did I sleep for that long?
I slowly started walking towards the kitchen, limping slightly. I saw Naruto already sitting at the table. He had bandages on his face and had a different set of clothes on. His ears were drooped, but they twitched when he heard me come in. He turned his head and gave me a soft but sad smile. He quickly turned back when Master came out of the kitchen.
"Sit." He said as he pulled out a chair next to Naruto.
I sat down and lightly brushed Naruto's hand. Master placed a bowl of noodles in front of us and gave us forks. He then sat across from me with his bowl. He picked up his chopsticks and started to eat. Me and Naruto paused before we followed suit. It was quiet and a little uncomfortable.
"This weekend, in four days, we will go shopping for clothes." Master said before taking another bite. "I'm tired of you guys wearing mine."
We didn't say anything, but we slightly nodded our heads. We continued to eat in silence until we were done. We quietly thanked him and he let us go on the couch which was back at its original spot as well. He washed the dishes fairly quick before sitting on his one seated couch. He turned on the television and just sat back.
Naruto and I didn't dare touch or look at each other. We were both in a lot of pain as it was. We were lucky that Naruto was still here. It didn't matter that Master was a hybrid. We were still his pets.
I wasn't sure how long we were watching the television for, but Master look tired. He finally got up and turned it off. I followed him out of habit, leaving Naruto on the couch. I took a look back, but quickly turned back when Master went into the bathroom. I didn't know what to do. It felt like everything I did was like walking on thin ice. Master didn't seem like he would snap at the moment, but I was still afraid. I just stayed outside of the bathroom door until Master was done washing up. He had me wash up as well, so I did.
When I was done, I went into his room, assuming he'd want me there. He noticed me while he was changing. I couldn't help but look at his scar. I wondered how I haven't seen it before, but I don't think I had actually witnessed him change either.
"It still hurts you know." He touched the scar before pulling his shirt down. "Everyday I get phantom pains from it."
He walked towards and put his arms around me, touching my tail.
"Unlike mine, yours is much softer.." He gently rubbed my tail, making me shudder. "It was hard..taking my tails out."
My ear twitched.
"T..tails?" I questioned softly.
"Yes..I had nine of them. It was the reason they performed tests on me.." He sighed and let go of me. "I don't want to talk about it. Go lay down." He put his hand on my lower back, guiding me to the bed.
I was a little hesitant, but I climbed on the bed and slipped under the blanket. Master laid next to me and put his hand on my forehead.
"Good, your temperature went down." He lowered his hand and wrapped it around my waist.
He then brought me closer so my back was against him.
"It's been a while." He mumbled and hugged me a little tighter.
Soon enough, I could tell he had fallen asleep. I didn't think he was this tired. I closed my eyes and took a soft but deep breath. I hoped Naruto was really okay.
When I woke up, there were still arms around me. It felt a little different though..more warm..more familiar.
"Good morning.." Naruto whispered.
"N..Naruto.." I felt happy seeing him and squeezed his hand.
"He left a while ago..he said he'd be back on Friday." Naruto told me softly.
"Are you okay?" I sat up to face him.
Naruto slowly sat up as well, but he didn't seem okay.
"I..I'm fine.." Naruto said unconvincingly.
"Don't lie to me." I touched his bandaged cheek.
Naruto bit his lip before putting his head against my chest.
"It hurts.." His voice broke.
I hugged him gently. Just seeing him like this made me sad. He slowly raised his arms and embraced me.
"I'm sorry I couldn't protect you." He whispered.
"W..what are you talking about?" I couldn't believe he was apologizing for that. "Nothing is your fault..I'm okay..I promise."
"Mm.." He continued to lean on me so I laid down with him on top of me.
"Naruto..I need to ask you something." I gently rubbed his back.
He lifted his head, looking at me.
"Master said we could leave if we wanted..but I think we shouldn't." I started to play with Naruto's hair. "I'm scared Naruto..I..I don't want to lose you..not again. If we go out there..we might just get caught. That's why..I want to stay here..but that means being with Master as well."
I paused a bit before continuing.
"I..if you want to leave though..I understand. It..must be hard enduring all of this because of me."
"Sasuke..if I leave here without you..I have nothing. Why would I want that.." Naruto mumbled into my chest.
I felt relieved. I only said it, because I was afraid he wouldn't want to be here anymore after what had happened.
"Sasuke..can I rest a little more..I'm really tired.." Naruto closed his eyes.
I rubbed Naruto's ears and stroked his hair. It didn't take much for him to fall asleep. I could only wonder how much pain he was in. I slowly shifted him off of me since he was getting heavy. I sat back up again and gently touched Naruto's cheek. I trailed down and lifted Naruto's shirt, exposing his back.
I grimaced as I saw nasty bruises all over his back. There were several bandages scattered as well where skin had probably broke and a thin layer of cream was all over his back. It was no wonder he was in so much pain. I put his shirt down and laid back next to him. He was breathing softly, but his face was slightly frowning. I gently stroked his hair and he seemed to relax. It made me smile a little bit.
I couldn't go back to sleep so I decided to go see what food we had. I slipped out of the bed as quietly as i could and went into the kitchen. It seemed Master had already prepared food for us so I just ate by myself, letting Naruto sleep. It felt nice being here alone with Naruto again. I had more freedom. I cleaned up my mess when I was done eating and slowly made my way back to Naruto with his bowl of food. I was a little surprised to see him sitting up on the edge of the bed.
"Are you okay..?" I placed his bowl on the nightstand.
"Yeah.." He rubbed his arm with hand, but he didn't look at me. "It's just been awhile since I've been in so much pain..it feels really shitty.." He mumbled.
"Wh..what even happened after.." I wasn't sure what happened to him after Master raped me.
"Uhm..I..I don't know..I remember hearing your scream..and then later he came back and hit me more..until I just passed out..so I'm not sure.."
"Wait..he hit you more even after..?" I was upset. "What the fuck.." I quietly whispered under my breath.
"I'll be okay.." Naruto tried to assure me.
I held his hand gently. It was frustrating knowing I couldn't do anything. He leaned his head against me, so I hugged him in response.
"We'll be okay right..?" Naruto softly asked, looking up.
"I hope so.." I couldn't give him a definite answer and it made me sad. "Why don't you eat something." I gave him his bowl.
"Thanks." Naruto smiled softly at me and took it.
He ate at the bed and I went to the bathroom to wash up. I looked at myself in the mirror and I looked exhausted. I still had slight discolouration from the bruises on my neck. I moved the collar around, taking a look at it. I softly sighed and went to Naruto to tell him I was going to take a shower. I went back, taking off my clothes and stepped into the tub to shower. I scrubbed myself as clean as I could without hurting myself. When I was done I grabbed the towel and dried my body, feeling refreshed.
I slipped my clothes back on which was just Master's shirt and boxers and then returned back to Naruto. He was finished eating his food and he was trying to look at his bruises.
"Man, it looks really bad." He mumbled as he put his shirt down. His ears were sullen the whole time.
"Should I put more cream on it?" I sat next to him, water still dripping from my damp hair.
"Hey, why don't you dry your hair better." He messed my wet hair, causing water to fly everywhere. "And I'm okay, I feel like my whole body is covered in it still. But uhm..are you okay..?"
"I'm fine.." I could feel my ears fall. I was not fine. We were not fine. "I'm still kind of sore..uhm..down there..but I'll be okay." My bottom still had hurt, but it was true that I was feeling a little better.
"We'll be okay.." Naruto then said as he gently leaned against me. "I love you." He turned his head and gave me a small peck on the cheek.
"I love you too." I smiled and kissed his lips softly. "What do we do now?"
"I kind of just want to lay down and watch the television. I don't wanna do anything, everything just hurts." Naruto softly sighed.
"As long as you lay with me." I stood up from the bed.
I helped him get up and walk over to the living room. Naruto winced a bit when he bent to sit down, but he sighed in relief when he laid down to rest. I let him rest his head on my lap and I played with his hair. We fiddled with the remote, finding something interesting to watch.
Television was weird. I knew it existed, but I never actually got to watch it. It was somewhat addicting, but my eyes hurt after a bit. I don't know how Naruto could watch it so much. The shows were sometimes odd, but it was interesting nonetheless.
After a bit, I realized Naruto had fallen asleep again. I felt a little sad knowing how much pain he was in. It was best that he had just rest as much as he could. Luckily Master wouldn't be here for a bit, but I was kind of scared for his return. I just hoped he'd be in a good mood when he came back.
We spent the days just resting and eating. There wasn't much we could do, but I was feeling much better over the days. Naruto was still a bit sore, but he was healing at least. As Master said, there was food deliveries everyday for us so we didn't have to worry about our hunger. We did our best to be as clean as we could. I did most of the chores since Naruto was understandably in more pain. I didn't mind it though. I loved spending time with him, but today was the day Master would be coming back.
"I'm kinda scared." Naruto mumbled.
We were sitting on the couch, just waiting for Master to come back. We didn't want to be caught being too close to each other.
"It'll be fine." I tried reassuring him.
We waited for a bit and soon enough we heard keys rattling as Master unlocked the door. I stood up and walked to the door to greet him.
"Welcome back Master." I slightly bowed my head.
"I'm back." He leaned down and kissed my lips softly.
I felt almost embarrassed that Master kissed me in front of Naruto.
"Welcome back.." Naruto quietly said to Master as he stood up.
Master didn't say anything to Naruto. He just stared at him for a few moments and then took his coat off. I wondered if it was getting colder outside.
"Did you two already eat dinner?" He asked as he hung his coat.
"Yes." I replied.
"How are you feeling." He lifted my chin to see my neck.
"I..I'm okay." I told him.
"I'll check later." He said as he walked passed me.
He walked over to Naruto and just lifted the back of his shirt to look at the bruises. Naruto jumped from the sudden intrusion, but he stood still.
"Does it still hurt."
"Yes.." Naruto seemed on edge.
Master just tsked and he let go of Naruto's shirt who quickly pulled it back down all the way. He walked to his office and came back out with his laptop and a small case. He sat on the bigger couch and told us to sit down as well. I sat next to Master while Naruto sat next to me.
He opened the case and put glasses on, which was weird. I had never seen him wear glasses before, but I realized he was always in his office when he used his computer. He looked less menacing with them on. He placed the laptop on his lap and opened it.
"Where do you want to go to buy clothes." Master asked me.
"I..don't know." How would I know.
He thought about it for a second, probably realizing we knew nothing about the stores out there. He started to type and search for stores near us.
"They won't let you two in normal stores." Master clicked around. "There's a couple of stores for hybrids. Is there something else you would want to do."
I shrugged my shoulders, unsure what there was to do. He too seemed a little unsure as well.
"We'll see what's available for hybrids tomorrow I guess." He sighed and put his laptop on the table. "I need to go over some ground rules before we go out. You will both have to be leashed, and you will not leave my side at all. I don't want any unneeded attention. Remember, you are my pets and I don't want people to think otherwise so don't test me out there, understand?"
"Yes.." Naruto and I both responded.
"Good." He took off his glasses and put them back in his case. "So much for looking it up." He mumbled as he stood up to put his things back in his office.
He came back and told me to get ready for bed. It was still a little early to sleep, but I assumed Master just wanted to be alone with me. I gave a soft smile to Naruto before going to the bathroom. While I was washing up, Master came in as well and then closed the door.
My heart slightly picked up in pace, remembering the times we were alone in the bathroom. It scared me.
I quickly finished up brushing my teeth so I could leave, but Master was blocking the door.
"Let me make sure you are healing." He started to pull my boxers down with his finger.
I panicked a little bit and took a step back, realizing my mistake. My heart started racing, afraid he was angry. I couldn't look at him, and my hands were shaking.
"Calm down." He sighed and grabbed my hand. "I'm not going to do anything..I promise. Let me just make sure you are healing."
"Promise..?" I softly asked.
"Yes I promise." He sighed again.
I hesitated before pulling my boxers down. I bent over, using the toilet as support. I squeezed my eyes shut as I felt him touch me. He separated my cheeks a little, but quickly let go.
"Does it hurt still?"
I shook my head. It was sore, but it didn't hurt terribly.
"I'm going to put more ointment on it." He said as I heard him rummage through products.
I felt the cool gel touch me and Master rubbed it softly, making me shudder.
"I'm done." He said as he got up and washed his hands.
I pulled up my boxers, feeling a bit uncomfortable from the exchange. Master didn't say anything and he started to brush his teeth so I went to his bed and laid down. I wasn't really tired, but my body was. It was nice resting for the week, but I hoped we'd be okay walking tomorrow. I assumed we wouldn't be walking that much though.
Master came in the room and closed the door. He sat on the bed, leaning against the head of it. I slightly turned towards him because he was staring at me.
"Thanks for staying." He softly whispered.
I didn't answer, but I kissed his hand, knowing it would make him happy. He leaned down and kissed my forehead. He looked sad.
"I can understand your pain now..not having the person you love next to you." He spoke softly. "This isn't going to be easy is it Sasuke."
I softly sighed, not knowing what to say.
"What did you two do while I was gone." He seemed to give up on the previous subject.
"We just ate and watched the television..we didn't really do anything." I mumbled.
"You shouldn't be watching it too much." He furrowed his brows. "When did I even give you permission to watch it?"
My ears fell, but it always seemed like he didn't care.
"Don't worry about it." He sighed. "I know you guys have been watching it. But I don't want you to watch it all day. I'll buy you some other things to occupy yourselves when I'm gone."
"Okay.." I still felt a little weirded out when Master was being a little soft spoken.
He started to touch my hair and rub my ears. I couldn't help but lean into his touch. He reached over to his nightstand and pulled out a small but thick book and a different pair of glasses. He put the glasses on and opened to a certain page and started to read on his own while he petted me. I rarely saw him this relaxed before.
I gave in to the pleasure and curled up towards him so he could pet me better. I started to purr softly until he spoke again.
"Would you like to read instead." He looked away from his book.
"I..don't know.." I answered honestly. "I never really read books before."
"I will bring some out for you to read next time." He said as he continued with his book.
He quietly read and rubbed my ears for a while. But I started to feel sleepy from his petting and yawned. He noticed and put his book and glasses away. He got up to turn off the light and then joined me back in bed. He hugged me tightly and I could feel his heart thumping.
Master whispered something under his breath, except I couldn't exactly hear him properly. But I had a feeling he had said 'I love you'.
