Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeelllllllllllllllllllooooooooooo People! CrimsonKyuubiSage here! As I began writing this chapter, I realized that calling Naruto and the rest of the group by their names in the "-With...-" was too long to write, so I've decided to just call them "Naruto's Group". Why "Naruto's Group"? Because F*ck you that's why!

Silvdra-zero- A common theme that I've noticed and go for in all the fanfiction I've done so far is my ability to piece together backstories through little tidbits of information I reveal in context and through character interactions. I consider it my forte.

BlackhawkStampede- Yes! Yes! Finally a question that actually has a solid logical argument! I congratulate you, good sir/ma'am for being the only one to actually notice my little flaw and call it out! So let me answer your question with a question of my own: What would you do when the world went to shit? I'm talking 'end of days' scenario, not stock market crash. No matter who you are, you will tell your secrets to other people. Whether it be to get a reaction of envy or such, or just to get it off your chest. What's a masterpiece if the world doesn't know about it? Naruto realized that the world he lives in is ending, anarchy taking the reigns, and soon enough (Actually sooner than that) the majority of the world's nations will fall in the midst of chaos. So it wouldn't matter in the long run. He also knows from his experience as an agent of the CIA that keeping secrets will only cause further division amongst his companions.

Hero- Yeah, I know I said that Saeko was with Takashi in the beginning, but I'm still debating it.

"Mortuus motio... That roughly translates into 'Moving Dead'. That was the scientific name that we gave to the disease. Some people who were studying the disease after everything got under control called it that. But most of us called those creatures by other names: the undead, zombies, Zeds, the walking dead, walkers, 'Them'... The list goes on.

We thought we had it bad in Tokonosu City... Just a speck in the sea of blood and undead body parts compared to the rest of the world. Tokyo, Shanghai, LA, New York... Pretty much every city that had a large population was hit hard. We eventually made a vaccine for the virus, but never a cure... [sigh] As a doctor, and as a humanitarian in general, it pained me seeing the lives of people around me slowly fade and not be able to do anything about it. So many lives could have been saved..."

Chapter Start

-With Naruto's Group-

"What?!" Naruto exclaimed.

"The President, the Vice President, and nearly half of the Cabinet are dead, including John." Thomas repeated over the phone. "Nearly all parts of the United States is infected with the virus. Fox... everything is falling apart. The military is scattered, the CDC is as well..." The sound of violent coughing was heard over the phone.
"Thomas?! Thomas!" Naruto yelled.

"*Cough* *Cough* Dammit!" Thomas yelled.
"What's wrong?" Naruto asked.
"Fox... I've been bitten..." Thomas replied, causing Naruto's eyes to widen in shock. "This goes against regulations, but *Cough* *Cough* considering the direness of the situation, Fox... Tell... Hinata... That I name her Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention... Aaaaauuugggghhhh!" Thomas exclaimed. "Good luck, Fox..." And with that, the sound of a gunshot was all that was heard on the other end of the phone before the call was disconnected.

Naruto's satellite phone slowly moved from his head to flop down to his side.

"Naruto-kun? ... What's wrong?" Hinata asked.

"Hinata... I need to speak to you in private..." Naruto said, walking over to the opposite side of the room.

The static screen of the television was quickly replaced with a 'Please Stand By' image before changing back into the news studio.

"There's been some sort of problem. F-From now on, we'll be broadcasting from the studio here." the newscaster stated. "As you can tell, the situation outside has become grave. We advise you please stay in your home unless necessary. Once it's safer outside, we'll bring you information about the on-going situation."

"That's all? Why aren't they saying more?" Takashi asked.
"Because they're afraid of causing panic." Saya replied.
"Even now?" Rei questioned.
"Because of what happened just now! Fear leads to chaos, chaos leads to anarchy." Saya stated. "How would you expect the government to deal with the living dead in a time of anarchy?"

"This unusual phenomenon has spread throughout the United States and has yet to be brought under control." the international newscaster stated, an image of a helicopter flying away from the White House front lawn appearing. "The government authorities have evacuated the White House and will relocate to a command center on-board an aircraft carrier. There are reports that this transfer is in preparation for the possible use of tactical warheads."

"Hinata, you have been named Director of the CDC." Naruto stated.
"What? But that's impossible. The Director has to be appointed by the President, otherwise Thomas would have to have been..." Hinata trailed off, her eyes widening as she placed her hands over her mouth in shock.

"Thomas and John are both dead, the former having named you the Director before his death." Naruto said.

"Government officials have declared-" the international newscaster started, but was never heard when the television turned to static.

"So they're all over the world..." Takashi mumbled.
"But how... When I was surfing the web this morning, it was business as usual..." Kohta said.

"I can't believe that it only took a few hours for the world to come to this. Don't you feel the same?" Rei asked, grabbing Takashi's arm. "But there must be some place that's safe, right? And soon, things will be back to normal."
"I highly doubt that." Hinata stated, walking beside Naruto.

"And who are you to say that?" Rei questioned angrily.

"Doctor Hinata Hyuuga, seventeenth Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention." Hinata stated, getting widened eyes from everyone sans Naruto and herself.
"Hina-chan, you got a promotion?!" Shizuka questioned.
"Just recently, yes..." Hinata mumbled, Naruto placing a hand on her shoulder.
"Did you really have to say it like that?" Takashi questioned.
"This is a pandemic. What am I supposed to say?" Hinata retorted.

"A pandemic?" Shizuka questioned.

"It's when an epidemic of infectious disease spreads." Saya stated. "So, the same disease that's infected people here is spreading throughout the world."
"Like influenza?" Hayate suggested.

"Like the Spanish Flu of 1918. Over six hundred million people were infected by it, and fifty million people died from it." Saya said. "Think about recently when people were worried about that ebola virus."
"Isn't this more like the Black Death of the fourteenth century?" Shizuka suggested.
"Europe's population went down by a third during that." Saya stated.
"How did those diseases stop?" Yugao asked.

"We've theorized a multitude of reasons, but the reason why diseases like those 'die' is because they killed so many that there's not enough people left to spread it." Hinata stated.

"But... In this case, the dead are moving around and attacking people." Kohta said.

"Then you are implying it has no reason to stop spreading?" Saeko questioned.
"But it's so hot outside! Maybe their flesh will start decomposing and they won't be able to move!" Shizuka exclaimed.
"And what is the duration of this process?" Saeko asked.

"Well, during summer, it takes around twenty-two days for some parts of the body to decompose. But during the winter, it can take months..." Shizuka said. "Anyway, if we go to our homes-"

"How do we know they'll even start to decompose?" Saya questioned.
"Why do you say that?" Takashi asked.

"Don't these things defy our knowledge of medicine? So why bother relying on it? It could be hopeless. Just how long..." Saya stated.
"What is important is having a location to make use of after we check on our families. Should we act only in our own self-interest, we stand not a chance. Let us act as a team." Saeko stated.

"I've got a friend of mine already locating a prime location to set up shop in. Which reminds me..." Naruto said, pulling out his satellite phone. 'Sixty-four percent battery power left...' he mentally stated, frowning as he noticed the amount of battery power he had in his phone before dialing a familiar number.

"Naruto? Is that you?" Tadashi questioned over the phone.
"Yeah, it's me. Listen, did you find any places nearby that have the necessary equipment?" Naruto asked.
"About that, I've got some good news and some bad news. The good news is I was able to six locations that have your requested conditions." Tadashi stated.
"And the bad news?" Naruto questioned.

"Well... They aren't exactly the most secured places at the moment..." Tadashi said. "The outbreak hit these places really hard."
"Just tell me the locations, I can deal with securing them myself." Naruto said.
"Alright, the nearest one is a WHO facility just a little ways down Tegakari Street, but the most secure facility I could access was down Sanshiro Avenue. It's an IANPHI (International Association of National Public Health Institutes) medical research facility that was being used to study some of the more lethal diseases before the outbreak. Both places are crawling with 'Them' though." Tadashi stated.

"... How many?" Naruto asked.

"There was twenty-five staff members at the WHO facility, but there was at least three times that many at the IANPHI building." Tadashi replied.

"Okay, I'll try my luck with the second building. Thanks again, Tadashi." Naruto said.
"Good luck, my friend." Tadashi said before Naruto ended the call.

"Okay, I've got the location. It's an IANPHI facility down Sanshiro Avenue." Naruto stated.
"Sanshiro Avenue? That's pretty far away, near the outskirts of the city." Shizuka said.

"It's the most secure facility at the moment. So unless you know where any other good medical research facilities are..." Naruto said.

"Well, there's... no... umm..." Shizuka mumbled, unable to come up with an answer. "I guess not."
"Then let's move out!" Naruto exclaimed, drawing his combat knife. Takashi, Rei, and Saeko got into a fighting stance, Kohta quickly checked over his nail gun, Saya tightly gripped her bag, Hinata took cover behind Naruto, and Yugao and Hayate stood there awkwardly. Naruto walked over to Hayate and pulled out his Glock 21. The tension in the room seemed to dramatically rise as time seemed to slow down when Naruto aimed the gun at Hayate. Less than a second later, Naruto flexed his fingers and flipped the gun so that he was holding the barrel, an inaudible breath being released by all. "Here, you'll probably need this more than I do at the moment." Naruto said, Hayate taking the pistol from the blond CIA agent. "Six rounds are left in the mag, so use them wisely."
"Thanks." Hayate said as Naruto handed his knife to Yugao before pulling his HK416 from his side and flicking the safety off.

"We should help survivors as out ability allows us to." Saeko stated.
"Got it." Takashi said.

"How do we get out?" Rei asked.
"The front door is closest to the parking lot." Saya replied.
"Let's go!" Takashi exclaimed, Kohta opening the door and shooting two of the undead that were waiting outside the door. The group rushed forward with Takashi and Naruto in the front, the former slamming his bat into a zombie and the latter knocking another zombie down with the butt of his rifle.

-Tokonosu Offshore International Airport-

Meanwhile, on the isolated airport, hundreds upon thousands of dead turned undead wandered around the area.

"Tokonosu Tower, JX089. Ready for take off." a voice said over the radio.

"JX089, Tokonosu Tower. Hold on runway 3-4." another voice said over the radio. "We have a... problem."

"He looks repulsive." Rika stated, a celebrity-turned-undead known by the name Bae Yong-joon in her crosshairs. Over the past four years, not much had changed about the busty mercenary, her hair having grown a little bit longer and her skin a little bit tanner.

"He's an actor. He was on location here for filming." Tajima said. Like Rika, his appearance had not changed so much over the years. He stood at 5'9" with light skin, brown eyes, and buzzcut brown hair. He wore a plain white cap, a full-body suit, knee and elbow pads, and a bulletproof vest. "Distance: Four thousand-five hundred. Angle: Negative six. Wind: Favorable. Corrections: None. Permission to fire: Granted." In a matter of seconds, Rika took down every undead creature in the vicinity of the airplane. "Good work. All of the targets on the runway have been eliminated. Over and out." A sigh escaped Rika's lips as she got up from her prone position and began to stretch and fondle her own breasts. "What are you doing?" Tajima asked.
"These things are numb. I've been laying down here sine this morning." Rika replied.
"If you don't mind, I could massage them." Tajima suggested as Rika took off her vest.
"I would if you were a better shot than me. And only Naruto-kun has ever proven that." Rika said.
"But you're one of the top five officers in our whole country, with Naruto-san being number three. That's not fair." Tajima stated.

"You'd better give up then." Rika said.

"Anyway, how did those things even get here? We're at a seaside airport that can only be reached by ship. Haven't they been restricting entry?" Tajima questioned.
"Yeah. Only high ranking officials and airport technicians as well as their families are allowed in. One of them must've been infected." Rika stated. "The situation is under control right now, but who knows how long that'll last?"

"What do you think would've happened to this place if we hadn't been assigned here due to terrorist threats?" Tajima questioned as the airplane began to take off. "Well, I don't have infinite ammo..."
"You're gonna run away?" Rika questioned.
"I should be asking you that. Between the two of us, you're more likely to go out and try to find your 'Naruto-kun'." Tajima teased, a small noticeable blush appearing on Rika's face.
"It's not like that. Well..." Rika said.

"You still love him, don't you." Tajima stated more than questioned, as he already knew the answer to his question.

"I'm going to go into the city eventually." Rika stated.
"What makes you think that Naruto is even anyplace near Tokonosu City?" Tajima asked.

"Naw, I have a friend in the city." Rika said, reaching into her pocket and pulling out a cell phone.
"Do you think he'll even pick up the call? For all we know, he could have been turned into one of 'Them'." Tajima stated.
"You know how Naruto is. There's no way he'd become one of 'Them' that easily." Rika stated, scrolling through her contacts until she found Naruto's name. She stared at the letters on the screen, her mind racing as she thought of all the possible scenarios that could occur. "... I'll call him later. Yeah... I'll call him later..." she mumbled, putting her vest back on and resuming her sniping position.

-With Naruto's Group-

"Just to confirm, you need not begin fighting unless it is inevitable. Refrain from fighting when the opportunity arises." Saeko stated, the rest of the group waiting atop a flight of stairs.

"They only respond to sound. Additionally, they're powerful enough to break down a normal door. So once they get a hold of you, you're gonna get eaten. Be careful." Saya stated. A loud feminine shriek coming from below. A silent nod was shared between the group as they sped off to help whoever that was that screamed.

"Takuzo..." one of the students said.
"Shit... Stay back!" another student exclaimed, the zombie in front of him dropping dead with a nail imbedded in its head courtesy of Kohta. Saeko leaped over the railing, striking one of 'Them' down as she landed, Takashi and Rei doing the same to the surrounding zombies until there were none left in the immediate vicinity.

"T-Thanks-" the first student said.
"Not too loud." Rei whispered.
"Is there a person among you with a bite?" Saeko asked.

"Nope!" a third student denied.
"They really do look fine." Rei stated.
"That's not enough to be a-okay for me, but I guess there isn't enough time for a check-up." Naruto said, walking down the stairs alongside the rest of the group.
"Wanna come with us? We're gonna get outta here." Takashi offered.
"Y-Yes!" the first student said.

"A bunch of them are down there." Takashi whispered, the group having made their way to the ground floor stairwell.

"What's the point of hiding here? Don't they use their ears, not their eyes?" Yugao questioned.

"Then why don't you prove that for us, Yugao-san?" Takashi retorted.

"Regardless, if we remain inside of the school as such, we will be unable to move once attacked." Saeko stated.
"No way out but through the gate, huh." Rei said.
"We requite someone to validify the truth behind Takagi-san's and Hinata-san's words." Saeko said.
"I'll do it." Naruto said.
"No Naruto-kun, I'll-" Hinata started.

"It would be more preferable if I were to go ahead of you." Saeko stated.
"No, you should stay back in case something happens, Saeko-san." Naruto stated.

"But why, Naruto-kun?" Shizuka asked.

"I've got plenty of experience when it comes to stealthily maneuvering. And I'm seventy-five percent positive I can outrun them." Naruto replied.

"Naruto-kun!" Hinata/Shizuka exclaimed, attempting to run towards Naruto but were stopped by Saeko.
"I understand how you feel. Regardless, this decision was made by no one but himself." Saeko said, the entire group watching as Naruto quietly made his way through the undead, stopping right in front of one of 'Them'. Staring the creature in its unfocused eyes, Naruto raised his right hand up before flipping off the undead, causing the rest of the group to sweatdrop. After a few seconds of no response, Naruto, reached down to pick up a nearby shoe.

Unbeknownst to the men in the group, every female got nosebleeds when they looked at Naruto, unknowingly thinking the same thing.

'Dat ass...' every female mentally said. When Hayate looked over at his girlfriend, he was quite surprised to find that Yugao, along with every other female present, were wearing black tinted aviators with slightly tilted up heads, each bitting down on their bottom lip. This in turn caused Hayate to cry comical tears that went unnoticed by the rest of the group, much like how every female had somehow gotten into the 'Dat Ass' pose.

Naruto finally picked up the shoe after his unintentional show, standing back up and tossing the shoe at a locker, causing the zombies to all shuffle towards the locker. The blond CIA agent quietly made his way over to the doors, the rest of the group following after him. The last person in the group, Takuzo, quietly made his way down the stairs, only to accidentally hit the railing with his shuffleboard stick and draw the attention of every zombie in a hundred yard radius.

"!" Takashi was about to yell, but was unable to when Naruto clamped his hand over the boy's mouth. Naruto held one finger up to his mouth in a silencing motion, before gesturing to the undead that had only moved to the spot that Takuzo once stood. Unfortunately for the rest of the group, Takuzo had panicked and done what Takashi was about to.
"RUN!" Takuzo yelled, causing the rest of the group to go into a full-blown sprint. Naruto's palm connected with his face as he let out an audible sigh.

"Why'd you do that?!" Saya yelled. "If you hadn't yelled, we'd probably only have to worry about the ones close to us!" A zombie popped up from behind her and was about to bite into her shoulder, but was shot by Naruto's HK416.
"No way! Didn't you hear that echo?" Rei questioned, slamming her mop handle into one of 'Them'.
"There's more of them!" Kohta exclaimed, Yugao dashing past him and impaling her knife into one of the undead creature's skull, effectively killing it. Takashi rushed to Yugao seconds later, slamming his bat into another zombie before flicking the blood off of the weapon.

"Don't talk. Run!" Naruto exclaimed, running towards the horde of zombies, aiming down the sights and firing at the undead as he moved. Saeko, Takashi, Kohta, and Rei ran behind him, taking out the stragglers that Naruto missed. Yugao and Hayate were at the end protecting Saya, Shizuka, and Hinata. Takuzo quickly found himself surrounded by 'Them' and it was not long before the creatures feasted on his flesh, all the while the boy screamed.

"Takuzo!" one of the female students exclaimed.

"Naomi! Run!" Takuzo yelled.

"Takuzo!" the girl, now identified as Naomi, exclaimed, nearly running to the boy, but was stopped by Saya.

"Forget him! There's no point in trying to save him if he's already been bitten!" Saya exclaimed. Tears fell down Naomi's eyes as she shook her head before breaking out of Saya's grip and running towards Takuzo. "Wait-!" Saya yelled. "Why? I told her it's useless. Why is she going back for him?"

"I... understand." Shizuka said. "With the whole world gone to hell, I'd much rather die with the one I love."

"What kind of doctor are-" Saya started, only to be startled when a zombie dropped dead right beside her, courtesy of Naruto.
"Keep moving! I don't have a fucking unlimited supply of bullets!" Naruto yelled.

"Please calm down Takagi-san." Kohta said.
"You filthy nerd! Who gave you the right to interrupt me while I'm talking?" Saya questioned angrily.

"Well..." Kohta started, turning around with sparkles around him as he eye-smiled. "I don't know."

"I envy your close relationship." Saeko said as she knocked back another zombie.
"Shizuka-chan, the key!" Naruto exclaimed. Shizuka quickly opened up the bus with Naruto standing outside and picking off any of the undead when they got too close whilst the others boarded the vehicle.

"Target? Check. Public safety? Check. Ready to rock and roll!" Kohta exclaimed.
"Oh hurry up and shoot them already!" Saya yelled.

"They're all in, Komuro-san, Naruto-san." Saeko exclaimed.

"You two first!" Naruto exclaimed as Shizuka started up the bus.

"This isn't like my car!" Shizuka exclaimed. "Uhm... The gas, the brake, the clutch..."

"Help us!" Naruto was about to close the doors of the bus, but stopped when he heard the cry for help. Naruto looked up to find seven people running towards them, one of them in particular causing Naruto and Rei's eyes to narrow.

"Who's that?" Takashi asked.
"That is Shido. He teaches 3-A." Saeko replied.
"Shido..." Naruto/Rei mumbled.

"We're ready to go!" Shizuka stated.
"Hold on a bit!" Takashi exclaimed.

"There's some swarming in the front too. I can't drive if there's too many of them bunched together!" Shizuka said.
"So run them over!" Takashi said.
"If we do that with this bus, we'll end up rolling over!" Saya stated. Takashi was about to run out the bus, but was stopped by Rei and Naruto.
"Don't save him!" Rei yelled.
"Rei-san, please restrain him." Naruto said as he walked out of the bus and aimed down his sights.
"Rei? Naruto? What's your problem?" Takashi questioned.

"You don't need to save him!" Rei said.

"Everyone! Hurry! I guarantee you'll make it out alive." Shido exclaimed. Shido was a tall and lanky man, standing at 6'0" with black hair, pale skin, and yellow eyes. He wore a black pinstripe suit on top of a white dress shirt along with a yellow tie and black-framed glasses.

"Okay, sensei!" one of the students exclaimed.

'Despite what I said, I wonder if they'll even make it to the bus.' Shido thought.
"Hurry the fuck up if you want to live!" Naruto yelled. He aimed down his sights to one of the undead before taking a deep breath. His pointer finger swiftly moved from to the assault rifle's trigger. Pressing down, the bullet shot out, pushing out the used shell casing as time seemed to slow down.

Shido never saw it coming.

The pale man had turned his head slightly, only for his eyes to widen when a bullet whizzed by him, taking out one of the zombies that was nearby. Shido suddenly felt numb, stepping back and staggering as he felt as if he couldn't breath. Reaching down and touching his throat, the teacher was shocked when he felt a warm liquid coat his fingers. Shido shakily brought his hand up for him to see, finding blood covering the hand that he had placed on his throat. The bullet that had sped by him had slashed at his neck, piercing right through his external jugular vein. He dropped down as another student ran past him, said student accidentally tripping and falling to the ground.

"Dammit! Move, move, move!" Naruto yelled, his expression remaining indifferent, though he was mentally smirking. He quickly ran towards the fallen student, pulling him up and placing the kid's arm around his shoulder.
"I sprained my ankle!" the student exclaimed.

"Move fast then!" Naruto exclaimed, dragging the student aboard the bus. Shido had begun to space out, but was brought back into reality when three of 'Them' shuffled towards him. He looked up, only for a scream to escape his lips when the undead tackled him to the ground and began feasting on his flesh.

"Shizuka-chan!" Naruto yelled, slamming the door shut and placing the injured student onto one of the seats.
"We're off!" Shizuka exclaimed, slamming her foot on the gas as the bus sped off.

"To the gate!" Saya yelled.
"I know!" Shizuka said, hesitating as she saw the undead blocking her path. Tears fell down her eyes when she realized what she had to do. "They're not humans." she mumbled. "They're not humans anymore!" Her foot slammed down into the gas, knocking the undead down that were in her path. The bus soon made its way to the front gate and slammed into the gate with enough force to push them open.

-With Rika and Tajima-

The sun had begun to set and the duo had made their way back inside the airport terminal. Though the undead still wandered outside, the terminal itself was fortified and mostly zombie-free.

"So... You gonna call him or do I have to?" Tajima teased, causing Rika to lightly hit him on his arm.

"Alright, fine." Rika conceded. With a sigh, the busty woman pulled out her phone, scrolled to Naruto's number, and once again hesitated. "What if he-" she started.

"Oh for crying out loud!" Tajima said, pressing down on the call button.

"Dammit Tajima! Eh..." Rika said, stopping as the call began to go through.

-With Naruto's Group-

"Looks like we made it." Takashi said.

"Yeah." Kohta agreed.
"Great driving, Shizuka-chan." Naruto said, causing the blond busty ditz to blush.

"Here, Naruto-san." Yugao said, handing the knife back to the blond CIA agent.

"Thank you." Naruto said before turning around, only to come face-to-face with one of the students that came aboard at the last second, Tsunoda, if he remembered correctly.

"You fucking bastard! You shot Shido-sensei!" Tsunoda yelled accusingly, causing Naruto's eyes to narrow.

"I have no idea what you're talking about." Naruto stated.

"I saw the bullet! I know you fucking shot him on purpose!" Tsunoda said.

"I did no such thing. I was aiming for one of the undead and accidentally missed, hitting both Shido and the zombie." Naruto said.

"Our city!" another one of the students, Yamada, exclaimed, all eyes turning to the windows to find parts of the city smoking or in flames. Naruto's phone suddenly began ringing, catching the blond CIA agent's attention.
"Oh? Who's number is this?" Naruto mumbled, answering the call. "Hello?"

"Naruto-kun!" Rika exclaimed over the phone.
"Rika-chan? Is that you?" Naruto questioned.

"Rika-chan?" Shizuka repeated, overhearing Naruto's conversation.

"Naruto-kun, thank kami it's you! Are you alright?" Rika asked, concern present in her voice.
"Yeah, I'm alright-" Naruto replied.
"Tell Rika-chan that I'm okay as well!" Shizuka said.
"-Shizuka-chan says to tell you that she's okay as well." Naruto added.

"Oh, that's a relief - wait, Shizuka-chan is with you?" Rika questioned. "Naruto-kun... where exactly are you?"
"Where exactly are we again?" Naruto asked Shizuka.

"Heading down I-34 in Tokonosu City." Shizuka replied.
"We're heading down I-34 in Tokonosu City." Naruto replied, repeating to Rika what Shizuka had told him.

"Wait, what?! Tokonosu City?!" Rika exclaimed.

"Yeah, what about you? What's your location?" Naruto asked.

"Tajima and I are stationed at the Tokonosu Offshore International Airport." Rika replied.
"What?!" Naruto exclaimed.

"We were sent here in case of a potential threat when the outbreak hit. How did you get into Tokonosu City?" Rika asked.

"CIA and CDC collaboration." Naruto stated. "Listen, we'll be making our way to an IANPHI facility near Sanshiro Avenue. After we secure the area, I'll try to get to you and Tajima."
"Alright!" Rika said.
"I've got to go now, my phone's battery is beginning to run low." Naruto stated.
"Naruto-kun!" Rika exclaimed.
"Yeah?" Naruto questioned.

"... Stay safe." Rika said.

"Thanks, you too, Rika-chan." Naruto said before ending the call.

"Look! We'll never make it if we keep going! First off, why do we have to do whatever you guys planned to do?" Tsunoda yelled. "You all decided to go back to the city without asking us. Couldn't we have just looked for a safe place inside the school?"
"He's right!" Yamada exclaimed. "We should find a place to hide, like that convenience store we just passed by." Shizuka finally had it with the bickering and slammed her foot on the brakes.

"That's it! I've had it with your constant arguing!" Shizuka yelled.
"Hayate-san, would you kindly give me my pistol back?" Naruto asked in an overly cheerful tone
"Well of course." Hayate replied in the same tone as Naruto, handing back the Glock 21 over to Naruto. "Two bullets left in the mag."
"Right." Naruto said.

"What are you-" Tsunoda's words died on his tongue as Naruto aimed the pistol at him.
"Hmm? Nothing to say? No complaints? Nothing?" Naruto questioned.
"I can't... I can't stand this guy!" Tsunoda yelled defiantly, pointing to Takashi.
"Why?" Takashi questioned calmly. "What did I ever say to you?"

"You..." Tsunoda started, letting out a battle cry as he attempted to rush Takashi, only to get pistol-whipped by Naruto in the stomach, sending the boy sprawling to the ground holding his stomach and gasping for air.

"Know your place, boy." Naruto said coldly, priming his Glock 21 and aiming the firearm at Tsunoda. "We could have just as easily left you to die at the school. So unless you care to join the masses of the undead right outside the fucking bus, then I suggest you stay silent. Understood?"
"... Gah!" Tsunoda yelled, rolling onto his back only for Naruto to place his foot on the boy's stomach.
"Understood?!" Naruto repeated a bit more forcefully.
"Agh! Yes! Crystal!" Tsunoda exclaimed, Naruto removing his foot from the boy's stomach.
"Good. Any other fucking complaints?" Naruto called out, only to receive silence from the other students. "Excellent." he said, walking to the front of the bus, unaware of the glare that Tsunoda was sending his way.

"Naruto-kun, don't you think you were a bit harsh?" Hinata questioned, walking over and placing her hand on the blond's shoulder.
"Grrrrrrraaaaaaaaaaaaagggghhhhh!" Tsunoda yelled, rushing at Naruto and punching him square in the face before stealing his combat knife, wrapping one hand around Hinata, taking the CDC doctor hostage and pulling her out the bus. Naruto quickly recovered and ran outside the bus, his Glock 21 armed and aimed at Tsunoda, the latter having pressed the knife against Hinata's throat.
"Let go of her!" Naruto yelled.
"I can't fucking stand any of you people! Drop the fucking gun or else I'll slit this bitch's throat!" Tsunoda yelled, sweat dripping down his face as he became more and more hesitant.
"Drop the knife and release Hinata-chan or else!" Naruto said.
"Or else what? I'm going to take this whore and you're not going to stop me!" Tsunoda exclaimed, roughly grabbing Hinata's ass.

"Naruto-kun!" Hinata exclaimed, tears streaming down her eyes. Naruto's eyes narrowed as he firmly aimed at Tsunoda. A sick grin spread across Tsunoda's face as he licked the side of Hinata's cheek, the knife he held to her neck moving slightly.

"Oh, I get it. You've been fucking her, haven't you? Well, when I'm done with her, she'll want nothing more than to-" Tsunoda never got to finish his statement when Naruto pulled the trigger and shot him right through his head. Because Tsunoda had moved where he held the knife, Hinata was able to escape without having her throat slit. Naruto quickly holstered his Glock 21 and rushed over to Hinata, hugging the now sobbing woman as he tried to comfort her.
"It's okay, it's over with now..." Naruto said gently. The sound of a car's horn quickly caught his attention

"Marikawa-san!" Saeko exclaimed as a bus full of the infected and undead sped towards them, crashing into a car and flipping over.

"Hinata-chan!" Naruto yelled, picking up the doctor bridal style and running into the tunnel. The bus crashed into the tunnel before setting ablaze, blocking the duo's route back to the rest of the group. 'Now we're split...'
"Naruto-san! Are the two of you unharmed?!" Saeko called out, slightly concerned when the flaming zombies crawled out of the bus.

"The East Police Station!" Naruto yelled. "We'll meet at the East Police Station!"

"At what time?" Saeko asked.

"Seven PM! If that doesn't work out today, then we'll try again tomorrow!" Naruto exclaimed as the burning wreckage blocked even more of the tunnel. The burning zombies shuffle closer and closer to Saeko before dropping down dead and burned to a crisp.

"Marikawa-san, we are unable to advance." Saeko stated.
"Are Naruto-kun and Hina-chan alright?" Shizuka asked.
"They are alright for now." Saeko replied.
"Okay, I'll turn back and find another route." Shizuka said, driving the bus away from the tunnel.

"Shit! Let's get out of here!" Naruto yelled, noticing the sparks coming off of the bus.

"*BOOM!*" Naruto and Hinata barely made it out of the tunnel before the crashed bus exploded behind them. As the two tried to catch their breath, Naruto turned around only to be tackled by a zombie wearing a biker's helmet.

"Fuck you, asshole!" Naruto yelled, pushing the zombie off of him before pulling out his Glock 21 and shooting the creature right between the eyes. "I'm out." he mumbled, swiftly ejecting the magazine and replacing it with a new one before reaching down and grabbing the empty cartridge.

"Naruto-kun..." Hinata said, clinging tightly to the blond and unintentionally pressing her enormous assets into him. "Let's go."

AAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNNDDDDDDDDDDDDD DONE! Yeah, yeah, I know I painted Tsunoda out to be an asshole, but frankly, I'm ninety percent sure he's done that all on his own. And yeah, I know that's not how the Director of the CDC is chosen but fuck it, it's an apocalypse fanfic. Deal with it.
