I know it's been probably a long time since you've seen us, you guys, and in case you don't remember what's going on, here's a little paragraph to help you all remember…

First, Jane found out that Eric was actually influenced by the Guardian of Love, Lucille(let's be honest she glamoured his ass) to cheat on Jane and not remember Lucille coming to visit him. She deemed him not worthy to be with her and she was afraid of Eric becoming their king since apparently the Guardians live in another world and they don't like vamps. What a couple of dicks, am I right?

Oh, and whoever drinks their blood, gains their powers and can't be controlled by them. Cool, huh? Oh, wait, nevermind, Russell, you know the guy who killed Eric's entire family blah blah blah, kidnapped Jane so that he could use her blood for something we don't know. He took Lucas too, the Guardian of Water. He probably wants to use them as weapons. He's still trying to get me since I know everything that happens...that is until the end of the season 3...kind of actually.

My brother, Sam left town to find his real parents...I don't know my role in any of that. THIS WORLD IS VERY CONFUSING!

Franklin was sent by Russell to kidnap me as well, but thanks to wolf boy, he saved me, but I don't know what that freak did to me, I can't remember. He wants to make me his wife apparently?! Oh, and Victor, the Guardian of Time decided to tell us that whatever we did like save Eggs will undo itself in this world and everything that was supposed to happen will eventually happen. So I guess stopping Eric from burying Russell will still happen...

Sookie, Thor Jr. and I are now with Alcide to go find Bill, Lucas, and Jane, but I already know where they are. Eric is off doing his own thing which means that he's going after Russell since Jane opened her big fat mouth and put his life at risk!

Anyways, look like it took more than one paragraph to explain that shit. Now, this chapter belongs to me so welcome to the present...

LAUREN'S POV

You know...sometimes, I really wish I never liked this show.

Seriously, I wished that I never knew this show or was trapped in here. I could actually die in this show since I had no story line. Luckily, I know all the shit that's to come in True Blood so there's my advantage, but it's a pain in the ass since the story is changing.

Anyways, Sookie Stackhouse is the biggest cockblocker alive. Seriously, like get outta here, third wheel. That might've been really mean to say, but honestly, I could care less. I have the personality of Hannibal Lecter. This means that I could either a psychopath or a sociopath.

Who knows? Oh, the fun!

Things have been going great for Alcide and I. I mean we're really clicking, left and right blah blah blah. Then Sookie gets in the way with her "oh, Bill, the love of my life is missing; help me! Stop trying to see Alcide naked every time he takes a shower!"

Buzzkill indefinitely.

She ruins everyone's fun, same with Bill. No wonder their relationship is still intact after everything. It's disgusting really. Bill and Sookie are VERY boring.

It's kind of dickish to me to think that, but it's only because Sookie keeps on interrupting the moments between Alcide and I. Alcide was so close to kissing me when I patching him up from the fight at the bar until Sookie came in, asking if we wanted anything to eat. She did this about three times. So today, I confronted about it after ignoring Sam's call. He deserves to feel what I felt when he just up and left, but I knew what the hell was going on and only because I know the show, where his ass was, and who he was with!

Cold shoulder.

I slammed my palm on the wooden table so she knew that I mean business. Sookie looked curiously up at me when I asked boldly, "Why do you keep interrupting the sexual tension between Alcide and I?"

Sookie smiled. "I thought you didn't like him."

"You and I both know that I have no control what happens in my pants and my pants want him, Sookie," I tried to explain to her. Seriously, I can't control what happens there. "So why are you doing this, blondie?"

"Because, sweetie, he's got a lot of baggage with him. You don't need that."

My eyebrows lifted and I gasped as I pointed a finger at her. "You read his mind!"

"Not on purpose," she replied defensively. "But once I did, everything came pouring out. He' got one nasty ex."

I rolled my eyes. "I know that. Hello, you can read minds, honey, but I can see the future so I knew all of that. Her name's Debbie and she's the biggest slut alive. And the worst dressed in my opinion."

Sookie shook her head. "Sorry, I always forget that you two aren't supposed to be here which is weird since I've known Jane my entire life and you for six years now every since you came into town with Sam. By the way, call your brother, he's worried sick about you."

"Nope," I said, popping the letter, "p" on the word. "Because I was worried sick too when he left and he didn't even tell me."

"He found his family-"

"And they're alcoholics, shifters, his little brother, Tommy hates his guts, all a bunch of shady people to be honest," I finished with a wide smile which Sookie didn't like. She always hated when I was a smartass.

"You're right," Sookie said. "I hate when you're a smart ass."

"And you love it too so be quiet. I know all about his fucked up family so you better call him and tell him to watch out for that Tommy kid, he can't be trusted and neither can the rest of them. Tommy will try to steal from him," I informed her as I poured some coffee.

Thor Jr. walked in and immediately took the coffee in my hand. "Thanks!"

I scoffed as I watched him drink his coffee and grimaced at the taste. He spit it back inside of the mug and handed it back to me. Yeah, he came in last night when the bar fight almost killed all of us and said that he planned to help us with ou rescue mission. This confused every one of us, but mostly Alcide.

"Yuck."

Sookie went back to cooking something on the stove which looked like eggs, bacon, and vegetables. Was she making an omelette?

"No, I'm not, Ren," Sookie answered.

I stared at her and warned, "Stop going through my mind."

"You think loudly. A lot of it involves Alcide and you have a problem."

"Okay, imagine the guy you've dreamed about in one of your books or movies or TV shows and knowing that you could never have them since they're not real, but then something magical happens and poof! They're real and have a thing for you! What would you do?" I asked her curiously.

Sookie sighed. "I may see where you're coming from."

"So Bill broke up with you last night and you still want to look for him?" I asked.

Sookie gulped some of the coffee down as she flipped the eggs. "Of course...was it real, Ren? Did he really…"

I felt sorry for her because I knew that he would do something worse to her later on once we found him. Her heart wouldn't be able to forgive him ever again. "No. He just wanted to protect you, Sook."

Sookie looked relieved then smiled widely. "I knew it. Oh, thank you, Lauren! I knew Bill loved me, he wouldn't do that."

"He had sex with Lorena because he wanted to make it believable by the way," I informed her and Thor Jr. hit me in the stomach.

"Stop using your powers," he warned. "Stop fucking up-GAH!"

I smiled proudly as Sookie threw something at his head which made him fall to the floor. I shook my head. "Ah, you gods are always so oblivious to the likes of us girls."

Alcide walked into the kitchen and gave me a small smile before he asked Sookie, "What time you wanna head back to Bon Temps? Since you're not looking for that asshole anymore."

"Oh, I still plan on finding him."

"Okay, doormat," Alcide scoffed as he made himself a plate of Sookie's breakfast.

"I'm not a doormat," Sookie defended. "I, uh, just want him to say it to my face."

"What, he didn't hurt you enough?"

I forgot that I hated this part of Alcide, but he was still hot to me. Damn it, I really do have a problem with wolf boy. I cleared my throat before I added in, "Well, I think she should go. I think, he's in trouble. Sookie is the only one that can help him and Jane and Lucas are still there."

"Listen, he doesn't deserved to be saved or whatever. Sookie, the vampire dumped and who knows how many times has he put your life in danger and you still want to go looking for him?" Alcide questioned, clearly confused and not understanding of the concept of the love that both Sookie and Bill have for each other. Men...

"Maybe I'm wrong, but if he can look me in the eye and tell me it's over, then I'll leave him here to rot," Sookie replied. "But we can't leave Jane there and Lucas too. They are innocent, Alcide! Who knows what Russell is doing to them?!"

"Probably nothing since that's not the way he rolls," Thor Jr. corrected. "Always the host even to his enemies."

Alcide pointed the spatula at him and said victoriously, "See! There you go. Problem solved. They're gods, right? So why can't they get themselves out of their own mess then. Use their powers."

I narrowed my eyes at him. "Because, wolf boy, Lucas controls water and they put him in a heated room so his power is trained and Jane can't use hers or else her alter ego demon self comes out to play and destroys everything-including all of us because we put her there! Besides, Jane doesn't have that much power anyways."

"I just don't understand why you all are risking your lives for them. What can you guys even do for them?" Alcide asked all of us, shocking even Thor Jr. as this was probably a question on all our minds that we weren't really keen on answering. "Thor over there doesn't already do shit, but he might be able to protect you both for two seconds until he bails bcause his own life was in danger. Sookie, you can read minds, but not the vamps' minds so what good will that do when they come up behind you and rip your neck clean open. Lauren, you're human, you'll be the first to die. You're not as strong as them!"

I stood up with a furious look on my face as I retorted, "Don't you think we know that?! We don't give a shit though because the world is literally at stake and my best friend's life is on the line! I know I'm not strong, but I don't really care, Alcide! They took someone I love and I don't know about you, but I was raised to fight back. I was raised to never give up on the people that I love!"

Alcide shook his head at me, almost pleading, "Just let it go, Lauren. Sookie, move on."

"Says the man cooking breakfast in a wok 'cause he's too sad to buy a new frying pan," Sookie threw back at him, proving her point. Damn, sometimes that girl can really have the most awesome comebacks alive. "We need more information. We know it's Russell, but we don't know where he is. Take us to that engagement party tonight."

"No fucking way. I paid my debt to Eric Northman. I led you all here, but I ain't going. Eric may be willing to risk his life for that girl, but I ain't sure as hell willing to risk my own," Alcide responded harshly causing even me to flinch. I looked to Thor Jr. who seemed extremely quite and I am guessing that Alcide's hurtful words about him really hit home.

"I know you're still hurting over Debbie," I said softly. "Maybe seeing her with those slimeballs might help you think 'damn, I'm glad I ain't fucking her anymore and instead have eyes for a beautiful exciting woman named Lauren Merlotte'"

Everyone looked at me with wide eyes and I shrugged. Hey, I am not ashamed of how my pants feel about Alcide anymore.

Seeing her with those creeps might help you get over her.

"You're insane, aren't you?"

I put my chin in my hands. "I prefer the term quaintrelle"

"What the fuck is that?"

I smirked and stood up, walking to him. "A woman who emphasizes a life of passion expressed through personal style, leisurely pastimes, charm, and cultivation of life's pleasures. It's a noun and my word of the day."

Alcide nodded. "Cute, but if any of us show up after last night that's just asking to get our asses kicked. You three go if you gotta. Don't put your shit on me."

Fine then. I quickly took his plate and gave him my best sarcastic smile, "Okay then, but sorry 'cause Sook's cooking is only for shit eaters."

Alcide scoffed and looked down at me and I raised an eyebrow. "Some day that mouth of yours is gonna get you killed."

"I've been doing good these last couple of fifteen years or so, hard to say when you don't know what age you started to speak at. So I say I'm good for another ten maybe."

"You are one crazy, insane, psycho woman, you know that, Lauren Merlotte?"

I rolled my eyes. "Oh, please, I'm giving you the best ride of your hairy life. Pun intended."

Bless Sookie for finding out how to call Janice and explain everything to her. Janice came over right away and smiled as she looked at me. I loved this woman.

"My little brother's getting headaches from you, ain't he?"

I shrugged. "More like longing for me. According to some, I'm a firecracker even though I don't have red hair."

She chuckled. "So a red wig for you then, huh?"

"It's like you read my mind," I laughed as Sookie let her inside of the apartment.

"Thank you, Jesus," Janice suddenly said after she hugged me. "I'd have settled for a two-bit hooker to get my brother's mind off that bitch Debbie Pelt, but you are cute and very fiery. You're just what he needs. You'll keep my brother in line which is a good thing."

"Thanks for coming over." Sookie said to her, polite as ever.

"When you called, I was checking my horoscope. Do you know what it said? 'Things are looking up for somebody close to you.' Nailed it."

I chuckled, already liking the way this was going, but I hoped she was talking about me and not Sookie. Never Sookie since Alcide is mine and I already claimed him. Mentally that is. "I think I have a pretty good shot, but his ex is kinda in the way and I already know that even though there's a connection there, I'm not gonna be someone's second choice."

"You know about Debbie?" Janice asked, clearly surprised.

"Girl's hooked on V and Alcide is still trying to help her. Let me guess the engagement party is really an initiation where she gets into the pack," I replied.

Janice stepped away, dropping the fake tattoos on the table when she started to set her things up. The turquoise eyeshadow on her eyelids lit up as she kept on blinking down at me. She was in shock and seemed speechless even as Sookie sighed in frustration towards me, "Why did you have to tell her?"

"I wanted to get this scene over with since I've seen it a million times so I know what she's hiding from us. Debbie gets her hair done still at the salon where Janice works at and has been blabbing about it. Janice didn't want to tell Alcide because she was trying to protect him and her own psychic even told her that if he stays with her-"

"He'll get himself killed," Janice and I said at the same time.

"That's weird," she muttered. "How do you…"

"I'm a seer," I said with a light shrug. "I already saw this."

"Is that why you're with my brother because you saw him with you," Janice asked, intrigued by me. There was some excitement in the sound of her voice too.

I gave her a small smile. "I think so. It was kind of blurry, but you're right about Debbie. She'll try to kill him and is dead set on it after he does something to protect Sookie. He was trying to save her."

Janice gave me the largest smile anyone has ever given me. "I fucking knew it! Damn, who needs to pay five hundred dollars to a psychic when I got my little brother's future wife right here to tell me?"

"Now, I didn't us getting married like I told you, it's kinda blurry, Janice."

"This is so amazing."

"Don't get too excited," I warned. I really don't want this to blow up in my face. "Alcide can't know about this or he'll freak out."

"He just ain't ready for you yet," Janice assured me with a bright smile. "Have faith in my little brother. He is a man."

Sookie spoke up then, "We called you 'cause we need to get into Lou Pine's without standing out."

"And you both need to look the part. Well, that is my specialty. How deep do you wanna go?"

"I wanna look like I could kick some serious ass," Sookie said, smiling. "Which I can."

"All right, let's pick out some temporary tattoos," Janice replied with a smile. "And a fiery red wig for my future sister-in-law."

"I really wish you'd stop saying that."

What a lie, I actually liked hearing her say that, but no one needs to know how really crazy I am about Alcide..

Hours later, Alcide finally came back and froze when he saw how different I looked. Sookie had dark makeup on and black bob wig over her head. She bore a black leather strappy top and pants. She at least five different tattoos over her body.

Janice gave me leather choker and dyed my hair in a dark blood red color. Temporarily red, mind you. She gave me maroon colored eye shadow and a cat eyeliner too. She was really good at it. I made a joke saying that I looked like Uma Thurman's Poison Ivy from Batman & Robin. Sookie and Janice never watched the movie and I died on the floor a little. She let me wear a lace black dress with ripped leggings and black combat boots. I didn't look like I could kick ass, but I sure as hell looked like a siren that would take any man with her.

"Wow," Alcide breathed. "I guess my sister took to the both of you. Damn that tattoo looks really good on your leg, Lauren."

I bit my lip. "Actually that's real. I got it when I was eighteen. Really drunk."

"Why a moon and a sun?"

I shrugged. "Can't really remember."

It wasn't a big tattoo. It was probably the size of a palm and it was the crescent moon wrapped around the sun. Some people thought it looked cool, but Sam didn't. He got really mad at me...wait, how did I remember that? Jane and I don't remember anything from this fake world ever since we woke up that fateful day and was here in different lives.

"Are you okay?" Sookie asked, very concerned.

"I remember Sam didn't like my tattoo, still doesn't, right?"

Sookie stopped smiling. "Yeah, how do you know that?"

"I'm...I think I remembering Sook," I whispered to her, careful of Alcide's ears. "How is that possible? I'm not supposed to."

Sookie nodded. "Later, right now we need to go to Lou Pines."

"Wolf Boy, Debbie's getting initiated into Coot's pack, and she's addicted to V."

"Shut the fucking door," He scoffed then put down his new frying pan. What a pussy. "Debbie's a bloodhead? How'd you find out?"

"I, ah, well, I can see the future. I'm a seer," I said, getting it all out there. I didn't want secrets anymore to be honest.

Alcide then started to laugh. "You're joking! That's some funny shit!"

Sookie and I didn't laugh, but I was a little hurt by his laughter. "It's not meant to be. Listen, I don't-"

Sookie cut me off saying, "She's a seer, she can see the future that's all, Alcide. She knows everything that's going to happen."

"Oh yeah like what?"

"Debbie is gonna burn down Janice's salon," I blurted out. Damn my stupid mouth. "If you really don't believe me then take us to the bar and I'll tell you what's gonna happen next."

"No fucking way. I don't believe. I'm not like my sister who believes in goddamn psychics."

"I'm a seer, very big difference, wolf boy," I corrected angrily. "You think I like this?! I don't because some thing bad is gonna happen in that bar and Coot will be there the minute you almost get to Debbie. She has...when I see her, it's like there's this battle of good and evil going on inside of her. Watch her eyes tonight. She's gonna head straight for Sookie at the bar when Sookie takes the third shot given to her by Gus, the werewolf who took Bill along with Cooter and two dead other weres."

Alcide's eyes widened. "What happened to them?"

"Bill killed one of them and Russell killed the other because they were feeding off of his guest which isn't allowed," I explained.

"What else do you know, Lauren?" He asked seriously.

"I know that Russell is gonna brand Debbie tonight no matter what and that he'll serve rounds of his blood all around the bar like what you do at a party. He does it so he always knows where they are. If they drink enough of his blood, they're completely loyal to him...like an addict is to their supplier," I explained. "Now this group of weres have been around for a long time...they even killed Eric's entire family which is why he's off doing his own thing. The majester has Pam and is torturing her because Eric had V...and now he's blaming it on Bill and plans to go to Russell to get him. This leads down a really bad path."

Alcide was silent for a moment before he yelled out, "Fuck!"

He sighed as Sookie asked hopefully, "That mean you're coming with us? We probably won't get in otherwise."

"Fine," he grumbled out. "We're gonna have to go in separate, though. You two might be able to fool some with that 're just gonna beat the shit out of me. Again."

I smiled then kissed his cheek. "Thank you for believing me. Well, somewhat at least."

Alcide shook his head at me. "You're even more trouble than I thought when I first met you in Dallas."

"They always think that. Face like a flower, but iron in my veins. Hey where did Thor Jr. go?"

Sookie scoffed. "Heck if I know, he said he's going on an errand and won't be back for some time."

Damn, what an asshole sometimes...maybe Alcide was right about him after all.

The party was dreadful honestly. I hated every part of it, I wanted to get the hell out of here. I smiled triumphantly as we saw Sookie take her third shot and I heard Alcide muttered, "Jesus fuck...you were...you're a seer. Holy fucking shit!"

I touched his arm and said, "I wasn't lying to you, Alcide Herveaux. I would never."

My heart beat ten times faster as our eyes went to the other's lips. My breath hitched a little and Alcide growled lowly. "God, must hate me for bringing someone like you to me."

I raised an eyebrow. "I'll take that as compliment. I feel the exact same way actually about you too. You're too good for me."

Alcide scoffed. "That ain't true."

"And it ain't true that you want to kiss me," I countered with a raised eyebrow and a flirty smirk.

Alcide let out a heavy sigh as we heard Debbie yell at Sookie in the background. "Debbie-"

"Is still the love of your life," I finished. "I know, wolf boy, but she may be your first love, but I intend to be your last."

Alcide opened his mouth then closed it a couple of times before he went to help Sookie. I sighed heavily and blinked away the tears as I felt sadness because of Alcide. I knew that I would have to wait for him until he gives up on Debbie which wouldn't be for a long time...a year from now actually, maybe more.

I squeezed my eyes closed as a pounding in my head started to hurt as I saw pictures flashing through my mind. Oh, no...Franklin!

I saw him dragging me and then tying me up like he did to Tara. She's not there thankfully, but I am in her place. I went to my knees, grasping the sides of my head. What the fuck? No, Alcide saved me from him-

"Hello, beautiful," Franklin greeted beside me. "You ran too far, but I caught you."

I gasped as he wrapped his arms around me and then covered my mouth with his hand as I screamed out for Sookie and Alcide. They turned to look at me and Alcide's eyes widened in fear as he started to run towards me, but in the next moment, everything blurred around me. I struggled against Franklin as we sped into an elegant mansion which I already knew was Russell's.

"Calm yourself, darling," he purred into my ear causing me to flinch.

Talbot walked down the stairs. "What in gods name is that doing here?"

"This is the seer, but I can tell you that she's wearing a very good disguise," Franklin explained. "Where is Russell?"

I bit down on his hand hard and he yelled out in pain, letting me go Then started to laugh as I spit out his blood. "Sorry about your floor, Talbot. Let me go now asshole!"

"I'm afraid I can't." Franklin replied. "I like you too much to do that."

"I know how sick you are," I said. "You raped me!"

Franklin growled angrily, "No, I didn't. We made love! Well, I never got to finish actually because some dog interrupted us!"

Thank God for Alcide.

I shook my head. "I don't know what you did to me, but I know you glamoured me, freak! I am going to kill you!"

Franklin held my head and I felt his words crawl inside of my mind like a disease taking root. "Calm down, Lauren. Everything is going to be fine."

I heard myself repeating his words and I felt calm about Franklin all of the sudden.

I shook my head, the fog disappearing as I slapped him across the face. "That is not gonna work asshole!"

I lunged for him as the bodyguards held me back and Talbot gave out a light chuckle. "Out of all the girls you had, I like this one, Franklin. She's so...so fiery. Harder to break. Oh like a diamond! The human diamond! That's what I'll call you."

"Sorry, Pam already deemed me Firecracker so you really gonna have to take it up with her," I told him.

Franklin dragged me across the floor and then started to tie me to a chair as I glared at him. "They will find me and I will kill you."

"I would like to see you try, sweetheart." Franklin said. "But first, let's get all of this stuff off of you. I want you to look extra nice when Russell sees you."

"JANE!" I screamed out as loud as I could so at least she knew that I was here when she would escape.

TBC…

THANK YOU FOR THE REVIEWS, FOLLOWS, AND FAVORITES! I'm very sorry that it took me a long time to get Lauren's chapter out, but I will try to do both. I'm working on the next chapter as we speak so I'll try to get that out as well as Bitter Thorns if you any of you read that True Blood. Plot twist, Lauren is actually a seer so it'll be fun to see what she will see later on. I hoped you liked this chapter.
