Hello everyone. I hope you ready for new chapter. Honestly it might be one of my favariete. Also for those who didn't cheak I had re-write first and second chapter. If you want get better view of my story you can re-read them. Next things. I don't have enough time right now to write. After two weak I got free time to finish next chapter so you had to wait a bit.

First council.

New York, Assassins New Base. November 8

Naruto walks with Dr. Rocket to the laboratory in their new base. After the incident with the League of Assassins, Kurama decided that her nanorobots might be a useful tool for The Brotherhood. Uzumaki Industries hired her and gave her the finance to do whatever she wants.

Their new base was made by her new nanorobots. Of course, she didn't know that had Kurama taken full control of them and upgraded them.

"I really want to meet this secret scientist of yours," Dr. Rocket still was shocked at how fast her nanorobots had changed the New York catacombs into a high-tech base.

"He is a recluse and doesn't like to meet people," Naruto said after they get into the lab. "Even I have seen him only twice."

Dr. Rocket was disappointed to hear his answer. This person must be a genius, his ideas about her nanobots amazed even her.

Naruto and Kurama decided that the fewer the people who knew about the advanced AI of first civilization the better. For everyone in Brotherhood, Kurama was some nerd who doesn't like people besides Marcus and Naruto. Even Edward and Jack don't know about him.

"You know that Justice League can't know about us," Naruto had told her about their secret war

Against the League of Assassins. That was enough for her to join them.

Dr. Rocket looks around her. This laboratory would be her own. She gets a chance to get a redemption from those bastards. If it means to keep her mouth shut then she can do it.

"Let the superheroes save the world. We can handle the threat in the shadows, and I owe you my life besides."

"Glad you agree," Naruto smiles at that. Then he walks over to the console, "If you want to get in touch with Kurama use this console."

"Ok, maybe one day I should meet this secret genius of yours," Rocket decides it's better to explore her new workplace than to talk about some mystery genius, though.

"Naruto, everyone is gathering in the briefing room," Kurama's voice in his head informs him.

"I need to go," says Naruto before looking at Rocket, "See you later."

"Hm.." she was already typing something on the console.

Naruto left the laboratory and headed to the briefing room. Now that the Brotherhood ranks had gained more people, it was time for them to meet together and decide on their next steps.

Their briefing room was big enough for quite a few people, and maybe in the future there would be many more, but right now there were only six people. There was a big round metal table in the middle of the room with six seats around it for now. He was greeted amiably by Edward and Huntress. Deadshot was sitting on his chair and checking his pistols, seeing him Deadshot just nodded his greeting. Icicle Junior was trying to get Raven's attention while she continued reading a book.

"Never thought I would be a part of a secret organization," said Edward and taking a cigarette from his pocket, he lit it and started to bring it up to his face. Before he could start smoke, however, the Huntress took it from him and crushed the cigarette between her fingers.

"You know I don't like it when you smoke," Huntress said and threw it away.

"Last night you didn't mind," Edward looked at her with a horny smile. For this remark, Huntress punched him on the shoulder solidly.

"Nice to see someone besides me cares about your health Ed," Naruto gets close to hug Edward.

"If by caring you mean making Batman hunt me down, then sure," Edward said after they hug. "I'd be scared to imagine what happens with people that you don't care about."

"He still hunts your people?" he'd expected Justice League attention, but it's been almost a month. Surely, there are more threats that bother them, than just the Brotherhood.

"Not, only Batman," Huntress looks at Naruto with a frown, "Black Canary and Green Arrow almost caught Icicle Junior though."

Hearing his name, Icicle looked up at them. "Yeah, this chick has some big issue with you dude. If Huntress hadn't helped me escape I would be in Bell Reve right now."

"Let's all take a seat before we continue," Naruto suggested before sitting on the chair in, between Raven and Edward.

"I am glad to see you all here," Naruto says and types something on the keyboard in front of him. The holographic projector then shows them three photos. Lex Luthor, Ras al Ghul, and Klarion the Witchboy.

"We already knew that Lex Luthor and Ras worked together, after the peace summit in Taipei," Naruto begins as he looks at them all, "But after the Roanoke incident a few days ago, I think Klarion will be working together with them as well."

"I still think that we just need to put a bullet through his head," says Deadshot with a grim demeanor. Losing his daughter hadn't been a pleasant or relaxing experience to say the least.

"Even if you shoot him, it won't kill him" Raven either was stressed by the incident. She had to care about children in New York while heroes fight against Klarion. "At least Klarion is not our headache. Dr. Fate will handle him for the time being."

"Why you think he is working with them?" asks Icicle Junior. When things went south he was in a bed after a fight against the Black Canary. Now he tries to fully grasp what he missed while he was down.

"Kurama can you show them the video file," Naruto says and waits.

"After the League dealt with Klarion I started watching all the cameras around the world for any activity from the League of Shadows or anything else suspicious," The holographic projector shows them how Lawrence Crock and Edward Nigma stole some packages from Star Labs in Gotham.

Edward looked closely at the packages, "Do you know what they stole?"

"Some ancient form of living being," Kurama let them see the information from Star Labs, "First Atlantis had it, but after the attack from Black Manta they sent it to Star Labs."

"I think Klarion caused a distraction and gave them the chance to steal it," Naruto began typing again. Now on the screen was Klarion and his mage alliance.

"Gathering up so many powerful mages and leading them, he has to be a very strong creature," added Raven.

"We have three of the most influential persons in this world working together," Huntress looks at Naruto. When she joined their cause, she never expected such enemies.

"I'm still surprised that they're working together," Icicle Junior knew how such people thought. Most of the time they betrayed each other before they could do any real damage.

"It only means that there must be someone who is gathering them together and keeping them from killing each other," Deadshot says with his eyes narrowing in on the information. "And there are not that many fuckers with big balls to do so."

"They might be not from our planet or maybe even new player," Edward didn't like how this whole thing sounded.

"Right now, we can only search for more information," After all they now knew more than they did a few months ago, so that was something, "Our next big problem is the Justice League."

"You spied on them. I will dislike you as much as I do them, after all of this is over," said the Huntress as she looks over at Naruto.

"But you have to admire his success," Deadshot was impressed by Naruto action, "Infiltrating and gaining information from the Justice League is not an easy thing."

Naruto just moans while rubbing his temples, "I have a plan in mind on how to deal with Batman and the Justice League."

"How bad a plan are we talking about?" asked Edward with concern, because Naruto wouldn't be acting this miserable about a plan without there being some kind of problem with it.

"I will require one of your storehouses for bait, and Deadshot and Icicle's direct aid to carry it out," Naruto answered Edward's question slowly while looking at Deadshot and Cameron.

"Always wanted to kick Batman's ass," Cameron really wants to redeem himself after the whole Black Canary fiasco.

"Do you think the three of us will be enough to take down Batman?" Deadshot was not quite foolish enough to underestimate Batman.

"There will be four. I will take Obito's form," says Naruto.

"I am still very mad at you for not telling me this from the beginning," says Huntress. She and Naruto had a very loud conversation about his trust issues when she had found out.

"I wasn't sure how to tell you guys about Obito, but we are Brotherhood and I have to trust you," Marcus was against trusting others too much, but Naruto had seen what secrets could do to a won't make same mistake like Aqualad did.

"I'm glad that you made a decision about this," Raven had been alone long enough, so she was very glad that there were people surrounding her that trust her. Maybe in time, she would even tell them about her father.

"There is something else important that we need to discuss," Cameron looked at the projector,

"Kurama can you show them what I mean, please."

Kurama shows them blueprints of some unknown fortress, "I kept in contact with Mr. Freeze, because when I was younger my father would let me stay with him, so we're kind of close," Said Cameron.

"Because of course it's a great idea to let a young boy stay with a psychopath even if he isn't to bad on the scale of psychopaths," were Cameron's thoughts on the matter.

"I am sure didn't show this to you as a form of altruism," Deadshot looked at Cameron. The boy wasn't really all that bad, but Floyd's paranoia kept him suspicious.

"Every ice villain knew, I left them and started working for someone else though," Cameron's tone was a bit on guard, "Freeze just wants to heal his wife. Maybe it's his plan B if things with Ras, Lex, and all the other powerful villains doesn't work out."

"Kurama could you help her?" Naruto had read about Freeze and his past. He became a villain only because he wanted to get more money for his search to heal his wife.

"Give me some time to research Freeze and his situation. I can probably create something that would help her though," Kurama wasn't really interested in saving Freeze's wife's life. But his cryogenic investigations have potential. Maybe in the future, they might be useful.

"What else has he told you?" asks Raven as she narrows her eyes at Cameron.

"That on November 11 they will use it to create a huge ice storm and paralyze North America."

"I presume he doesn't know why," Deadshot said and looks contemplatively at the projector.

"After Roanoke, we know that they don't do anything without a hidden reason behind the obvious," Huntress' mood turns into a bad one at the remembrance of Roanoke.

"I've kept surveillance on all of the villains that we think may be a part of this secret organization," Kurama noted as he put a picture of Count Vertigo on the screen, "Count Vertigo's niece, Queen Perdita, is waiting for a heart operation in Seattle. From what I have found, she will get a donated heart on the 11th of November," now on the screen they can also see a photo of the young Queen."If she dies, the Count will become a King."

"These villains help the Count become a King, and get a country as their playground," Edward wasn't surprised at how low people could get to reach power. Sinking so low even to kill a young girl of 10.

"I am sure that the Justice League would find a way to deliver a heart to that girl," Says Naruto, "We just need to make sure that the Count's people don't get in their way."

"What if she gets a heart but still dies?" Deadshot doesn't like such a scenario, gambled on the unstable health of a child, but in his type of work you need to consider every possibility no matter how unpleasant.

"Dude! That's a pretty coldhearted notion, even for me," Cameron said with a slightly disgusted tone.

"Deadshot is right. We need to concern ourselves with the possibility that such things may happen, and plan around them," Raven says while looking at Cameron steadily.

"Then we eliminate the Count at the first chance we get," That was the only logical decision that Naruto could see from the possibilities, "Even if the Queen survives, Count Vertigo may try to kill her again later. He needs to be stopped, preferably before he can become King for even a day."

"Who is going to kill him, though?" asks Huntress.

"I will," Naruto both had experience with the Count and knew about Vertigo's abilities.

"I know of his type of people," Raven added and looked at Naruto, "He would be in the hospital with his niece. To see for himself that the Queen dies there."

"You also can't just wait for him in Seattle. If the Justice League or one of Vertigo's men spot you, then he will never show up and getting out cleanly will be compromised," Deadshot wanted to make sure the target won't escape, and that his leader gets out without any major complications.

"Kurama can teleport me nearby an hour or two before the League delivers the heart."

"The Storm might cause a problem with that," Kurama shows them the zeta tube graphics, "Our tech is better than what's used by the Justice League, but the bad weather might still make teleportation dangerous."

And when Kurama says that something is dangerous, Naruto knows that he really means it.

"I can teleport Naruto there, but first I will need to visit the hospital and explore the place," says Raven. If she can help this little girl in any way, she will do it.

"I actually have a different resolution to our problem," Kurama changes the graphics again and shows off the aircraft. It was a black and modern designed ship, that had two powerful cannons, one on each wing. Its nacelle wasn't very large, and the long nose on it makes it looks like a bird.

"I don't see any engines," Huntress studied their new airplane with interest.

"This ship has an anti-gravitation engine that makes it highly maneuverable and very quiet," Kurama then shows them other photos of the jet, "But if needed it also has two reactive engines for more speed that hide inside its structure."

"And those weapons?" asks Deadshot with interest and Kurama obligingly zooms in on an image of them.

"Plasma Cannons. Can give you enough time to run away from Superman if needed," Naruto would swear that if Kurama could smile he would.

"Also, nanobots that can repair high amounts of damage in a few hours, and small amounts in mere minutes," Kurama was very proud of his work. He had used some first civilization technologies and a design that he had stolen from Star Labs to make it work properly."I call it the Falcon."

"While I deal with count Vertigo," interjects Naruto after everyone is done drooling over the Falcone, "Raven and Huntress will investigate the cult of Brother Blood and his church. I'm worried about some of the things I've been hearing about them."

"You want us to do it right now?" Raven was surprised. When Naruto promised his help, she had thought he would do it later.

"They attacked you at least once before. It's time we put them on the defense," Naruto, Marcus, and Kurama were aal agreed that the Blood Church and their leader must be dealt soon as posible. "Just be careful."

"Let's make this a little hen-party," Huntress looked over at Raven with a wild grin on her face.

Raven wasn't sure if Brother Blood would enjoy it, but she sure would.

"Edward, Icicle, and Deadshot will start to prepare our trap for Batman," Now Naruto got to the hard part, "Edward, you will be our bait."

"Always me," Every single time when Naruto makes some stupid or genius or dangerous plan he always had to be the bait. He never got to do any of the fun parts.

"C'mon Ed, you know I would never let anything happen to you," Naruto tries to support his friend a little.

"Batman still tryies get you in prision. He hasn't had any luck with your people talking, but if he catches you at a crime scene…."

"Then I would definitely get a few years in Black Gate," Finishes Edward.

"Find a good place, so that Deadshot can support us," Naruto needs to make sure Batman will be in a bad position.

"Don't worry," Deadshot states smugly, he has face Batman before and he wouldn't underestimate him, "I will make sure that we have the right place for this little ambush."

Naruto stands up. "There is no room for mistakes."

Seattle, near the Hospital. 11 November

The past few days Naruto had spent learning how to fly the airplane. His last experience with Megan's ship helped him a bit. The Falcone even had a stealth mode. It'd helped him fly around Star City unnoticed, he'd even risked flying over Metropolis. If Superman hadn't noticed him then stealth mode works great.

Naruto was waiting on the ship for the Kid Flash to run by. Like they had predicted, the Justice League had involved themself. Count Vertigo with his men were already in the hospital.

"Kid Flash is getting close," Kurama distracted him from his thoughts, "The Count and his men are in the parking lot."

"Got it," thought Naruto and headed outside.

The Police and various other rescue services were doing their best to fight weather. Still, getting to the hospital wasn't a pleasant journey.

Naruto was in civilian clothing. An orange jacket with a hood hides the greater part of his head and face. His armor would have taken too much attention, and right now he needed stealth. He had taken with him the hidden blades and a pistol with a muffler, though. Using the main door would be too risky. So, Naruto first gets up onto the roof, and after Kurama opens him a rooftop door, Naruto heads to the lift.

"Kid Flash delivered the heart, but the Count's men stole it. You have a few minutes before they get away from the parking lot," Kurama warned him.

"Can't talk right now. Two of them are here. Get this lift to go a little faster," answers Naruto shortly as he prepares to strike. Then he is alone in the lift with the two men. From what his vision can tell him, these two were ready to kill him and had been from the moment they noticed him. But before they could reach their weapons, his hidden blade strikes them on the head. Swift death. Naruto takes out his pistol and prepares for the next group.

"Three near the car and two more at the stairs exit. Don't miss," Kurama doesn't care about the girl's life. His only concern is Naruto. Naruto reminds him of his creator sometimes. They both have some kind of strange sense of this is why he try to keep boy safe.

When the lift door opens Naruto sees his first target. His pistol made two silent shoots before his target had even noticed seconds and two man already dead. Moving fast Naruto sees the other three beside the car. One of them spots him but Naruto doesn't give him the chance to shoot. Another dead body. Last two see him after their comrade falls, but still they weren't ready for him.

While he dealt with Count Vertigo's men, Vertigo was about to kill Kid Flash. Naruto takes out his pistol and begins to walk slowly behind Count Vertigo. The Count takes a sword from his cane to strike down Kid Flash. Naruto's left hidden blade hits the Count's liver. His right hand grabs Vertigo's neck so that he can't move. Time slows.

Vertigo's mind

Naruto becomes a watcher in a scene. Count Vertigo is having a conversation with a tall, muscular male with medium-dark skin tone, strong, rugged features, broad shoulders, and square jaw. He also has three pale scars across his face, brown eyes and black long hair pulled back. He wears a long lapel-less dark blue coat with a red stripe on the edges.

"Vandal Savage, I am here to ask the Light for help," says the Count with a respectful tone.

"I suppose it's going to be about your niece," Vandal's voice was calm with a strong note in it.

"She is the only one who stands between me and throne of Vlatavia."

"What's our interest in your coronation?" Naruto heard a voice behind Vandal. Now he can see six screens with Lex Luther, Ras Al Ghul, Queen Bee, Klarion, Brain, and man in Atlantis armor. The question was asked by Queen Bee.

"A King who shares your interest, and a safe haven in Europe," Vertigo's answer seems to satisfy them.

"I think we can help, but you should prove yourself worthy," Vandal's voice left no room for argument, "We will give you a chance. You only have to finish what we start."

It wasn't quite what Vertigo wanted. Still better than nothing, "Thank you for your help."

When the Count was ready to leave Vandal, a voice warns him, "Don't disappoint us Vertigo. Failure might cost you a terrible price."

Seattle, Hospital parking.

Naruto puts Vertigo's body on the ground. Turning around he could see Kid Flash's surprised face.

"N-n..aruto. What are you doing here?" Kid Flash trembles and looks at Vertigo body and then back at Naruto.

"You know, making sure Vertigo doesn't become a King. Saving your ass. The usual," Naruto gives Kid Flash a hand to help him rise, "Happy Birthday by the way."

Kid Flash was speechless. Before his brain could even give him a good response, Naruto notices the time on Kid Flash's wrist.

"You should hurry. A girl needs that heart." Naruto packs away the container and gives it to him.

"Right and don't think this changes anything," Kid Flash turns around and runs.

"Yeah, I know," Naruto whispers.

"Teleportation is working. Don't move, I will send you to the Gotham hideout," in five seconds after that, Naruto disappears in a yellow flash.

Gotham, November 14.

Naruto hides in the shadows inside of Edward's storage. Deadshot finds a place two buildings away with a good vantage point. Cameron plays one of Edward's bodyguards.

Edward spread a rumor about a big weapon's shipment. Also, because Batman sent most of his lieutenants to the hospital or jail, Edward had to involve himself. There was a chance that Batman wouldn't show up but they at least had to try. Besides Naruto and Cameron, there were 4 other burglars.

Now Naruto changes himself into Obito. His orange spiral mask with one eye give some of Edwards men the chills. A black outfit hides him perfectly in the dark corner and his grandfather's sword is tied on his back.

"Batman is close. Luckily, he is alone," Deadshot voice in ready inform them.

"Make sure the Justice League doesn't get a signal for help." Naruto thought for Kurama.

Naruto's clone was standing above Edward on the crossbar, ready to attack. He would show up after Batman deal's with most of Edward's men. Camouflage made it impossible to see him before he strikes.

Batman breaks a window on the ceiling and falls on two of Edward's men. Cameron tries to attack Batman with his fists, but Batman's foot sends Cameron flying away after one strike. He pretends that he has lost consciousness. Another one tries to reach the gun he has, but Batarangs hit his chest and shortly after electrify him.

Edward looks at Batman and Batman look at him. His instincts tell him to run. Only because he knew Naruto was here gives him some courage to face the man. And a promise of a reward from Huntress if they succeed. He wasn't sure some of the things she promised him were possible for the human body to achieve, but he'd love to find out.

"How can I help you?" asks Edward with fear in his voice. They need to make sure Batman doesn't suspect it's a trap.

"You will tell me where I can find Naruto and after that Blackgate has a cell for you" Batman dark figure went on him.

"Oh, He can tell for himself" now there was no fear in Edward tone. Before Batman gets close enough. Naruto's clone in Ghost outfit jump on Batman from above. The clone was ready to hit

Batman with knuckle-duster fist on the head. On the last second Batman dodge away.

Naruto and Cameron wait until Batman beat clone. Naruto knew he wasn't a worsted fighter in the world but not even close on Batman level.

Batman right hooks give Naruto's clone pause and short after foot kick push clone away.

"Give them signal Kurama"

When Batman gets batarangs to threw them at clone to finish him. His hand was frozen by Icicle. Soon after Deadshot bullet hit him on the chest. It's didn't break Batman armor but made good damage. Before Batman could use some of his gadgets. Naruto uses telekinesis and threw Batman at a wall. Impact almost break it.

Icicle shoots again and froze most of Batman body besides the head. Naruto walks from the shadow to the Batman.

Batman look at Obito Uchiha. He sends the signal to the league before Icicle froze him. They can show up at any moment. He need only delay time.

"Finally, we can talk Batman." Obito gets close so he could look better at Batman. Naruto's clone, Icicle, and Edward stand behind him.

"There nothing we can talk about" was Batman only dark respond.

"Honestly, yes we do. After all, we are not your enemy unless you made us" Obito said. Besides his friendly voice, a spiral mask doesn't show Batman any Obito emotion.

"Look, you heroes can save the world, fight against aliens or fuck of some of your vialains. I don't care less. We are dealing with the threat in the shadows. There is really no need for us to fight." Batman doesn't respond for that part.

"Do you really want the confrontation between us?" ask Obito now his voice was cold.

"You are no better than other criminals. The Justice League will stop you," even being outnumbered and imprisoned Batman didn't show any willingness to cooperate.

Obito sighed, "Well, then listen to me Batman."

Obito grabs Batman's head so he can look into his eyes. "Just listen. Alfred Pennyworth, Marta and Jonathan Kent, Roy Harper, Larry Lance."

Batman's eyes widened for a short moment before he brought himself back under control.

"Naruto got information about all the Justice League members identities and family members,"

Obito wants to make sure that Batman and the League understand.

"If you don't stop chasing my men, then I will visit them one by one. Alfred might get a heart attack. Clark's parents could die in a house fire. I have a lot of creativity. Do you really want to see how good my imagination is?" Obito's voice shows no kindness in it.

Honestly, he would never do it. The Creed has forbidden such actions. But Batman doesn't need to know about that.

"Do you really want to fall so far, Naruto?" Batman asks his clone.

"Naruto did his part well. I am ready to do this and I will not hesitate if you don't stop," Obito let go of Batman's head and rises to his feet, "You are expecting the Justice League to show up at any moment. They won't."

"I'll give you one warning Batman. Leave my people alone," after that, they take Edward's men and leave.

Star City. Naruto base. November 14

The death of Count Vertigo finally shows all of the threats and names of their enemies. Naruto puts a photo of Ocean Master on the wall. Seven of the most influential persons in the world working together. The most worrying, however, was Vandal Savage.

"Kurama, have you found it," Naruto turns from the wall with the photos to the screen.

"Yes, it's taken time, but I found it," Kurama shows him an old painting. Founder of Templar Orders Hugues de Payens with his newly named brothers. On his right side was Vandal Savage.

"We have seven of the most rich and powerful people in the world working together with one of founders of the Templar order," said Naruto slowly.

"The Light is even more of a threat than we thought in the beginning," Kurama looks at Naruto.

"Call Marcus," Naruto's voice was more serious than ever, "Our old enemies return, and they might be stronger than ever."

Somewhere.

The Light finally had the time for the meeting. Even if not physically, they still had much to discuss.

Queen Bee decides to get right to the point, "Ras, your boy involves himself into our business. Losing the Count right now will change some of our plans."

"I feel same as Queen Bee, that child oversteps his bounds," Lex Luthor was a businessman. Investments into Vlatavia might have given him millions. Now it will be difficult to get approval from the Vlatavian government.

"The Count was a fool. His death doesn't change much, we were all ready for him to fail," Ras was surprised by Naruto action as well, but covered it. He had underestimated the Brotherhood and how fast they had grown up under Naruto's rule.

"Still, we need to do something," Vandal had had a long enough experience with Assassins. Now was not the time for failure.

"What do you suggest?" Klarion doesn't really care about Naruto and his actions. But the boy could potentially ruin some of his fun.

"His anonymity is his strength. We need to take it away," Vandal had used such tactics against Altair. Mongols can be very useful when they know their enemy.

"Oui, I am agreed," Brain wanted to make this boy suffer for Malal's death.

"Enough about him," The Ocean Master wasn't interested in the surface problems. They cared too much about just one human, "What about our project? How far we are?"

"Everything is going according to the plan," Stage one was almost over. Soon the Justice League would not bother them again. Vandal feels that he is close than ever, and when he gets that artifact back, he will finally lead humanity as he is supposed to. Juno's dream will succeed.

"Nothing can stop the Light," Lex Luthor's voice was support by the others member.
