As Satine's maiden cloak was removed by her father, she stared straight ahead and past the Septon's eyes which were trained on her. Loras placed the Tyrell cloak over her shoulders and she felt herself almost faint until Loras held onto her.

"Don't let them see," he whispered before kissing her lips after he proclaimed, "With this kiss, I pledge my love and take you for my lady and wife."

Everyone looked to her as she said loudly with her chin help up high, "With this kiss, I pledge my love and take you for my lord and husband."

Satine gave him a soft and quick peck before moving away. The Septon raised his arms in the air and declared, "They are now man and wife. One flesh, one heart, one soul, now and forever."

As everyone clapped happily and cheered, Satine and Loras walked down the aisle as fast as they could. Once they were outside, Loras led them away from the crowds as she started to breath in the fresh air.

"Are you alright?" he asked softly, rubbing her back. "I'm sorry."

"It's not your fault. It never was. I made this decision for my brother and I will stick through with it. It could've been worse."

"How?"

"I could've been forced to marry someone uglier," she jested.

Loras laughed and nodded. "I am glad to be married to you too I suppose. At least, I don't have to hide who I am."

"As I said before, you can love whoever you want as will I. You can bed whoever after we make it through the bedding."

Loras groaned. "I forgot about that. What are we going to do?"

"Try," Satine told him. "If we can't do it then we can't. We have to try. I learned from my father that families are stronger together if they are united. If they look the part then no one can question them."

"Are we really following the advice of Tywin Lannister? The same one who is trying to kill his son?"

Satine smiled. "The one and only. Thank the gods there is only one of them or else something worse will follow."

Loras nodded in agreement. "Shall we go to our wedding feast then?"

"Best we get this over with, my lord husband."

"Yes, let's, my lady wife," he teased as he lend her his arm which she took.

As they walked to the feast, Loras asked, "Who do you love the most? Your brother or Oberyn?"

"You mean Jaime, yes?"

"I told you that when we were married that I would tell you about him. Loras, I fucked my brother because I loved him," she said dispassionately. "We had a child. He was why I went away and I gave him to another family. I made sure by all costs that he was hidden. No one knew he was alive or that I even had him. I told Jaime and he told Cersei who then told my father. They know and they want to bring him here, but I can't let that happen. You understand why, yes?"

Loras was stunned for a moment before he spoke. "I think I understand. You bring him here and they will use him against you. He's your weakness."

"There is nothing I care for more in this world than for my child. I love him and giving him away was one of the hardest things I ever had to do. I would do anything for him and now they know. Besides, if he were to come here then he wouldn't be a prince and have no power here. He would be forever a bastard and I could never do that to him," she explained and Loras stopped walking.

He looked into her eyes as he held her hands. "I swear on my life that I won't let that happen. I'll try to make my sister protect him and since your nephew is madly in love with her, he will do whatever she says. I can ask her this for you."

"I don't know, Loras. What if she tells someone?"

"He will be safe, Satine. This is your child and you said he's a prince yes? So I could have my sister who is the queen command our men and make sure no one leaves to wherever he is and close the docks. We can send a message to his advisors and let them know that someone may be trying to kidnap him."

"Any man who must say I am the king is no true king," she quoted. "It's what my father used to tell me when the Mad King was alive. He told the same thing to Joffrey. Her power lies within the people around-with my nephew and Tommen won't do anything without the consent of Cersei and Tywin. He's still a boy and even if he was a man, he is no match against them."

"Then we will do it in secret."

"Lord Varys won't help us."

"Why not? He's the spider and he probably already knows." Loras told her. "We need to try. You have the support of House Tyrell."

"And House Martell," she added. "Oberyn found out and planned help me. I need all the men I can find."

"Then we shall need more people," Loras said as they walked down the steps, closer to the feast. "Who shall be next then?"

Satine glared as she saw Jaime talking to Brienne of Tarth and Ben. Ben noticed her and smiled widely, running towards them.

"We need to make sure Ben is safe too. He's like a son to me," she told Loras. "At all costs, protect him. They want him gone."

Loras nodded. "At all costs."

Ben wrapped his arms around her and she laughed happily. "You're a married old woman now."

"You will be one too someday," Loras teased.

Ben shook his head and groaned, "Seven hells, no. I pray to the gods every night."

"How is Tyrion?"

Ben looked away. "Strong, but he won't let anyone take him down. Neither will I. I want to be his champion, Satine."

Satine kneeled down in front of him and held his tiny hand. "I'm sorry, Ben. You're too young right now."

"But someone needs to fight for him," Ben countered angrily. "He's going to die. I want him to live so let me fight, Satine. I can do it."

Loras bent down and turned him around to face forward. He pointed to the largest and tallest man in all of the crowd at their wedding. "That will be their champion. They will choose the Mountain to fight for them, he is known to be Tywin's mad dog. He does whatever they say. He's never lost. No man can kill him. If you fight, then you will fight him. He will crush you and it's not because you are a child, it's because you are his enemy. No one can defeat him, not even Satine which is why she is not fighting him. She married me to save Tyrion and Lord Tywin will keep his promise to free Tyrion."

Ben had a determined look on his face as he promised them, "I can do it. I can be the one who defeats him and you want to know why? You said that no man can kill him, but I am a boy and that is why I can."

Ben strode away and Loras sighed heavily. "He may not be your blood, but he is your son."

Satine chuckled. "He's stubborn. He's survived the worst and so he thinks he can do anything. I'm frightened of the time when all that comes crashing down on him."

Loras took her hand into the crook of his arm as they proceeded to walk towards the feast. Everyone clapped and cheered when they saw them, shouting, "To Lord and Lady Tyrell of Highgarden!"

Everyone lifted their cups to them as they sat in their chairs on the dais with the rest of their family.

Lady Tyrell, she thought. I'm the Lady of Highgarden.

Satine drank eagerly from her cup and her eyes seeked to find Tyrion as they always did when she was in distress. She remembered then where he was and she was sad, he should have been at her wedding.

Satine leaned over to Loras and whispered, "I need to see Tyrion. I need to go."

"We can't leave." Loras reminded her. "It would look bad on us if we do."

"I can't sit here and enjoy my own wedding when my brother sits in a dark cell, could you?"

Loras sighed. "Of course not. What can we do?"

Cersei suddenly stood up and held her cup as the chatter stopped. Satine looked to her with hate in her eyes. "To my sister, Satine Tyrell, you will always be a Lannister. No matter what. I have a gift for you."

Her heart pounded as she saw the gift her sister brought to her. It was a crib with the flower wrapped around a golden lion.

"For the future Lord of Highgarden and Casterly Rock, may you experience every happiness that a mother can have. Children are precious aren't they, sister? So precious."

"Myrcella is well," Satine told her. "The Dornish people love her."

Cersei's smirk fell off of her face and she looked to Oberyn and Ellaria who sat at the front table. He sipped his wine as he stared at Cersei then smiled. "She wears Dorne well."

Satine smirked and stood up, drinking her wine. "It's lovely, sister. I can't wait to use it. If the Mother is kind, she will give us a child."

She walked away from her family and towards the gates, she saw Jaime begin to follow her.

"Stay away from me," she growled. "You told her! I asked you for one thing!"

"I'm not sorry for what I said to her," he said. "I want my son. I want to see him."

"You can't. He's better without us. Bring him here and his life is ruined."

"Why? Because he's allying with the Dragon Queen. She won't kill a child."

"He has his own life now. A mother and a father that aren't us, Jaime. He's not our son. He never will be and you bringing him here will just confuse him. I can't let that happen. I won't."

"I love you, I always will, but I love him more," Jaime said coldly. "I need to see him. Let me do this. I promise I won't let anything happen to him."

"I believe that you will do everything in your power to protect him, Jaime. I don't doubt that, but it is Cersei and father who I do not have faith in. They will use him just like they use everyone else. He will get hurt and you won't be able to stop them."

"He's the prince-"

"Not if we were to lay claim to him," she desperately tried to make him see. "He will lose everything if we do."

Satine grabbed both of his hands, metal and flesh. "I am prepared to go to war for him, Jaime."

Jaime scoffed. "You're willing to start another war just so I can't see my son!"

"Yes," she told him, her voice soft. "I've been many places and made many friends. Even if you may win the battle on the shores and your ships ride to him. You will have to go through a lot more people to get to him. I'll make sure of it."

"What have you done, Satine?"

"What I have to do to protect him...I am much like father in the sense that I will start a war for a son I barely know," she explained and let go of his hands. "You forget that not everyone likes. We have more enemies than allies and I'm willing to wager that they will rally to my side if I ask them."

Jaime's brows knitted in confusion. "Why would they do that? Why would they come to your aid?"

"Because we don't want to see a child get hurt," Oberyn said as he stepped into the walkway. "Dorne sides with Lady Tyrell."

"I don't want bloodshed."

"I do," Oberyn said. "If you try to take the child then consider that of another war on your hands. I'm sure the North will be happy to wipe your family from the maps. I heard that the Starks liked Satine and there are still Starks left in this world."

"That's why father is trying to capture them all, isn't he?" Satine questioned. "One Stark for one of our allies and one land. He gives Sansa to Tyrion then he has the North, marries Loras to me and he has the Reach. Thanks to Tyrion, he has Dorne if Myrcella marries the prince. He gave the Riverlands to the Freys, and Littlefinger has the Vale. He's set all his cards in place. Now all he needs are the Iron Islands and then he will have all of the Seven Kingdoms. The Ironborn don't trust anyone, but their own and as long as Balon Greyjoy is alive, that is how it will always be."

"That is your plan? To kill Balon Greyjoy and get his daughter to be your ally?"

"Not exactly, but Father always said that we should be lucky that Balon Greyjoy is all we have to fear from the Ironborn."

"Why?"

"Because they control the seas and have thousands of ships with experienced men and if they were to put the right commander in front of those thousands of ships...well, we would be dead. He won't be alive forever and once his daughter, Yara comes into power then she will come for us next. I hear she's something to be fearful of especially since all those men decided to follow a woman."

Jaime glanced around and sighed heavily. "I don't want a war, Satine."

"I do," Satine told him. "If it means protecting my son then yes, I do want one."

"Fine," Jaime said firmly. "So be it. You want a war then you shall have the one that becomes your undoing, Satine."

Jaime stormed away from her and Oberyn who gently took her hand.

"Doran is going to oppose this war," he warned her.

"I know, but you won't. You promised me and Martells always keep their promises. Your brother will keep your promise, he will be angry."

"Let's return to the feast, shall we?"
