The door bell rang and Armin looked at Eren and Mikasa.
"Oh..." Eren got up. "That must be everybody else. They said that they will stop by."
Eren opened the door and Jean walked in.
"Hey Eren!" Marco smiled big.
"Hey Marco." Eren smiled. "Come on in."
Jean walked into Mikasa and smiled.
"Hey Mikasa."
"Hey Jean. Everyone here?"
"Yeah. Figured we drop by. Well it was just going to be me but Marco found out I was coming here and decided to come with me. Then Connie and Sasha found out, I don't know how. And they invited Annie, Renier and Bertholdt."
"Thanks for stopping by." Armin sat up but winched in pain. "...ouch..."
"Armin lay back down." Mikasa ran back to his side.
"What happened?!" Jean shouted.
Everyone looked at Armin and saw the bruises on him. Jean already looked mad.
"Kevin." Eren crossed his arms. "He did this. Wanted revenge. We didn't find out until we got here."
"Your serious?" Marco looked Armin.
Armin didn't like talking about his bullies. Everyone knew this but they always forget. Armin smiled.
"I'm fine." Armin said.
"You don't look like it." Connie said.
Armin smiled nervously. Annie glared at Armin wounds and walked to his side.
"Annie?" Armin looked up at her.
"We're here for you." Annie sat down next to him.
"Me too." Renier said. "From now on, well stay by your side."
"I'll help." Bertholdt joined in.
"I guess we have to get along now." Eren said to Jean.
"In your dreams." Jean mumbled.
Mikasa looked at Annie. Annie just nodded.
"Since we all here let's throw a small party." Sasha smiled.
Everyone looked at her.
"For what?" Eren asked.
"Well...we just made a pack...didn't we? Plus I bought some snacks for everyone."
Everyone looked at each other.
"She is right." Armin said. "I'll be fine. Just as long someone feeds me. Because...well...I didn't want to worry you guys but...my arms hurt."
"Okay Armin." Eren smiled.
"Is he asleep?" Eren asked Mikasa.
"Yeah." Mikasa sighed. "Maybe I should take him to his room."
"Carry him?"
"Yeah. Since he can barely move."
"I'll do it." Annie step up. She picked Armin with no trouble and carried him to his room.
Jean and Marco sat in front of the t.v. and started joking around.
"I'm serious!" Jean laughed. "He was freaking tall!"
"Yeah right!" Marco lightly pushed Jean.
"What are you two laughing about now?" Connie and Sasha sat next to them.
"Jean said he saw a tall guy the height of a one story building." Marco said.
"I did!" Jean chuckled. "Man he looked scary!" (Titan reference!)
"Sure!" Marco chuckled. "And I saw a pig fly today."
Eren sat on the couch and Mikasa sat next to him.
"There's no way someone can be that tall." Eren joined in. "It's like saying Bigfoot is real."
"He is real!" Sasha took a bite of her sandwich.
"He was tall!" Jean laughed again. "He had the funniest face expression I have ever seen!"
"I think I know who you're taking about." Reiner sat down next to Eren.
"See!" Jean shouted. "I told you!"
"You saw him too?" Marco asked.
"Yeah." Reiner smiled. "He's right here." Reiner pointed at Bertholdt.
"Not funny Reiner." Bertholdt sat down.
Reiner chuckled. Annie walked in and leaned against the wall. Mikasa mouth was about to open.
"He's fine." Annie said quickly. "Don't worry."
"Thanks Annie." Eren said.
Annie just nodded.
"I like hanging out with you guys." Jean said out of the blue.
"Me too." Sasha said. "It feels like we meet along time ago but we only met last year. Maybe less than that."
"Yeah." Eren sighed. "Well I meet Armin first then Mikasa."
"How did you two meet?" Marco asked. "Actually. I want to know how all of you met Armin."
"I meet Armin a couple of years ago." Eren said. "When we were little, Armin went to the same school as us. He was getting picked on and I step up and stood up for him. Then the next day Mikasa meet him. I guess after that Armin started hanging out with us."
Mikasa nodded. Jean cleared his throat.
"I'll go next. I guess." Jean said. "I met Armin about a couple of mouths ago. Me and him had that same class and I needed help. Of course I didn't tell anybody I needed him but I guess Armin could tell. He would help me with my homework and class work. And then we just started to talk more and more."
Everyone looked at each other, looking to see who was going next.
"I met Armin in lunch." Sasha said. "I wanted to eat his food. He had the most delicious food I have ever seen. He only shared half with though.
Figures. Everyone thought.
"Connie met him the day after." Sasha smiled at Connie. "Being a protective boyfriends he was." Sasha leaned against him.
"I'm glad I met him." Connie smiled.
"I'll guess I'll go." Reiner sighed. "I met Armin in class also. In P.E. and he needed help with something...I can't remember what though."
"It was with running remember?" Bertholdt said. "He needed help getting his stamina."
"Oh right." Reiner said. "We made a deal. I help him with P.E. and he helps me with homework. And it's just like Jean story."
Everyone looked at Annie. Annie sighed and looked away.
"Fine." Annie sighed again. "I met Armin in class. He actually stood up to me when these guys were talking crap about me. I didn't mind but he did it anyway. I thanked him and he started talking to me."
Mostly everyone was surprised that Annie talked.
"Marco?" Jean looked at him. "What about you?"
"Oh." Marco smiled. "Right. It's the same as Eren's. I stood up for him."
Eren looked at everyone and smiled.
"Thank you all for being his friend." Mikasa said.
"Nah, you don't need to do that." Jean smiled. "If we all think about it. We should thank Armin."
Everyone was confused.
"Seriously?" Jean asked. "Without Armin we probably wouldn't have met!"
Marco's eyes widen.
"Oh yeah!" Marco hugged Jean. "We wouldn't have met!"
"Yeah!" Jean hugged Marco. "We wouldn't have."
"You're right." Eren said. "It's because of Armin. We are all friends."
"We need a plan." Mikasa said.
Everyone looked at her.
"To protect Armin." Mikasa sighed. "One of us need to stay with him from now on. At school and when he goes out."
"Well I got P.E. with him." Reiner said. "I'll make sure he is safe. I'll walk him to his next class also."
Eren got up and pulled out Armin's schedule.
"Why do you have that on you?" Jean asked. "Were you planing this?"
"Yeah." Eren smiled. "It was my idea to begin with. I just want Armin to be safe."
"And another note." Mikasa said. "Armin cannot know. Everyone should know how he is when people protect him."
