Hey, everyone! This is ChazzardXD and IamJstar, sorry for the wait. We've been inactive for quite sometime now, but for a few reasons. We hope you all understand and we've even got a question for you guys at the end!

1) We collectively lost interest in writing a fanfiction as a whole. We wanted to write our own original work, something we've wanted to do for a while. So that's what we did, we wrote our own original manga, still writing it, and we've even converted it to a visual manga.

2) We honestly lost interest in the whole zombie genre. It's been nearly 10 years since HOTD's anime release and over the years, only a few zombies movies/shows have come out that managed to keep us driven to write, one of them being Train to Busan (great movie btw!). We needed inspiration to continue writing HOTDR, but since there's no HOTD season 2 to rekindle the flame and passion we once had, our drive to write kinda died with it.

3) All of our focus has been on our original manga, links will be below if you wanna support us! :D. We have an original idea that we that has great potential, so we didn't see the need to continue writing something that would never be animated, let alone converted to a manga.

We're sorry everyone... We really love all of our OCs in HOTDR and we want to write more, we just can't force ourselves to do so. If we force out new chapters for you guys, the story quality will go down and we think storytelling is everything. Maybe one day in the future if a new zombie apocalypse anime/manga drops that peaks our interest and gives us inspiration again, we'll continue HOTDR, but as of right now we cannot. We really hope you understand!

Now for the question at hand.

How would you guys like to see Kiba Minami and Momosuke Kamigawa in a manga? Like, an actual drawn out manga? It might not be a zombie apocalypse story, we don't have a concrete idea on it just yet, but we're developing a side manga project and we'd like to use those two characters in it. We aren't sure how you guys would feel about seeing those two OCs in a different setting, but we think it could work! Leave a comment saying whether or not you'd like to see these two in a new series that would be original, not a fanfic.
