Schadenfreude
"Stop it." She chastised.
"No." Came the flat reply.
"Levi! Stop it. It's late and we have work tomorrow." She said pushing him off her and onto his side of the bed. Although, she did press-up against him to sleep comfortably. Who said attraction died after marriage? Levi could not keep his hands off her even after years of being together.
"I will make you more chocolates if you give me one more kiss." He offered. Wickedly.
"I will give you more than a kiss, if you play with me in the sand tomorrow." She retorted. Promises with her were never light.
He deadpanned. This woman was infuriating. She enjoyed his pain. And as much as he hated being unclean, for her all his rules bent and broke freely. He had realised it long ago that with Mikasa, only one rule existed - that whatever it was, they would get through it together - quarrels, disputes, battles; through all of it. Together.
"Tch. You are still filthy. Brat." He said trying to dissuade her from dragging him into her schemes. She laughed out loud at that.
Then quietly replied, "Yet you still love me."
Very little could be done against that, and he gazed at her solemnly. Slowly, sweeping her into his arms, eyes still locked, he replied "I love you."
A/N: And that concludes that :) I loved writing baby!Levi and baby!Mikasa. I would happily write more - if I see more headcanons or come up with some. Enjoy!
Yay! I finished one series :D
