Hi guys. This story was inspired by an idea from Windy. I loved it so much that I couldn't help but make it into it's own story. So, thanks for the idea Windy, and I hope you all enjoy this short!

"Man, it's hot out!" Nya sighed.

"Yeah," Jay fanned himself with his hand, "too bad the ac still isn't working."

"Why don't we take a break and get some ice cream?" Nya suggested. Had she known what was coming, she probably wouldn't have said just that.

"Ooh! I'm in!" Lloyd yelled and ran into the room.

"Uhh Lloyd, we kind of meant just the two of us," Jay frowned. He had had barely any time to visit with just Nya considering all that was going on lately.

Lloyd looked like he was about to cry.

"You can come along Lloyd," Nya said, obviously taking pity on him. His face lit right back up again.

The three got into the car and drove to the local ice cream shop. It took only a few minutes to get there, but the line to get ice cream was ridiculous.

"What is this? I'm gonna die of heat exhaustion before we even get to the front!" Lloyd whined.

"Let's just try the next town," Jay suggested, and with that, the three were back in the car.

The next three cities had just as long of lines, so they decided to give up and pick up a couple gallon buckets of ice cream from the grocery store instead.

They hadn't even left the parking lot yet when the rivalry between boys began.

"Hey Jay, I bet I could eat more ice cream than you!"

"I bet you couldn't!"

"Oh, it's on!"

Nya sighed. What had she gotten herself into? She only wanted a break and a chance to cool off, but now she was sitting in between two boys who wanted to prove to each other that they were more manly. At least the car had a working ac.

Lloyd popped the top off the first ice cream bucket and began eating regardless of the fact that he had no spoon. Jay glared at him and did the same.

Nya was confused whether she should be disgusted or humored. This contest was so messy yet so entertaining at the same time. Nya bit her lip and tried to hold back a smile as customers passed by shaking their heads.

Jay and Lloyd had gotten about half way through the containers when a painful sensation arose in their heads, "Brain Freeze!" They screamed, "owwwwwwwwwwwwww!"

Nya quit trying to hold back her smile and burst into uncontrollable laughter. She pulled out her phone and began taping, "wait until the others see this!" She cackled.

"What?" Lloyd and Jay yelled.

The three began yanking on Nya's phone, but she was able to hit send before it fell from her hand.

There you guys go. That was a ton of fun to write. I hope it brings a smile to your face. Thanks Windy for suggesting this it was lots of fun to write, and I hope it was just as good to read.
