Tell me me what you think.
Kakashi hit the soft grass. One moment he was helping Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura to seal Kaguya, and the next his face was greeting dirt. His Sharingan were still active, both of them. Obito's life chakra growing inside of him, fueling him. He had been using Kamui to help surprise Kaguya earlier, and she had somehow ripped his pocket dimension before Sasuke, and Naruto sealed her. He had felt it tear, somehow knowing of his inference at the last moment she had attempted to stop it. The good news was that they had succeeded. He had witnessed Kaguya's final moment before the seal consumed her. The bad news was that he had somehow gotten swallowed inside his own collapsed pocket dimension, and thrown somewhere else. Even worse news was that this all happened within Kaguya's own private dimension, so he couldn't undo this mess.
He focused chakra into his eyes to open his portal, but what he got was a new portal. It didn't lead to the collapsed pocket dimension anymore. It was fixed. Things were looking down. The only way to recreate the situation which had landed him there was to have Kaguya rip his pocket dimension again, but she was sealed and out of his reach. Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura probably never noticed his sudden disappearance. Kaguya's attack on him had been invisible. It had been her eyes that had attacked his pocket dimension, which meant they had no clue he had disappeared until several seconds after their victory over her.
Kakashi sat down and finally took in his surroundings. He was in a beautiful prairie, with trees sparsely dotting the landscape. The grass was full of life glowing a vibrant green. The trees too looked full of life. This entire forest was just so full of life, yet there was hardly anything out there. He saw a forest further on ahead when he looked around making sure he was really alone. With no immediate threats present, he relaxed, taking the much-needed rest. He had been going strong for such a long time now that he was past exhaustion. Fighting the unlimited white Zetsus, the undead brought back by Kabuto, the tailed beast, Obito, Madara, Kaguya. He let out a loud chuckle. He had taken part in every major battle and come out alive. He was glad everything turned out well, at least.
He wondered if his cute little students would try to find him but shook the idea out of his head. They might not give up, but with no clue as to where he had disappeared off to they wouldn't find him. He stood up and looked at the sun, watching it disappear into the horizon. It was getting dark, and the moon above him was shattered. He was definitely not in the elemental nations. He straightened up when he saw animals running in the distance. They weren't heading toward him, but they were coming too close for comfort.
His eyes activated, and he frowned. They had animal figures but were pure black with white masks. They were also completley devoid of chakra, which was a very disturbing fact. They might not be alive at all. He started walking the opposite direction. He needed water and food before he could figure out what those things were. He didn't want to have to fight them, especially while not knowing what they were.
It didn't take him long to find a river, and he thanked his lucky stars this place had water though he had suspected it to have it before hand. The trees and grass couldn't have grown without water. He dunked his head in the river, and drank as much as he could. He let out a refreshed sigh once done and headed to a tree nearby. It was full of life and strong, exactly what he needed. He swiftly climbed it and found the perfect tree branch. He ripped off the small branches it had, along with the leaves, and used his last remaining kunai to sharpen it. The spear was five feet long when he finished it. It was still night, but none of that really stopped him from fishing. His eyes could see perfectly, even in the darkness. He broke off several more branches and piled them up. He needed to set up camp.
He made his way back to the river and walked onto it. He had training as a child and knew how to survive in the wild. This skill was one he honed to be sharper than any kunai Fishing came easily to him. He quickly caught three large fish. They were a species he hadn't seen before, but they definitely looked edible enough. He made his way back to camp where he lit a pile of branches with a small fire technique and started cooking the fish. He would have to make do without seasoning. He ate the fish and stopped once he felt content. It wasn't as bad as he had expected. The fish here tasted better than the ones from his own home.
Once full, he looked around to remember where he had been heading. It was dark, and although he could see perfectly fine, it would be really embarrassing if he had started retracing his steps.
Kakashi resumed a slow walk in the general direction he had been traveling before. Since the sun had set behind his back, he must have been going east he mused. He kept a casual pace and brought out his icha icha book to read. He took a break eventually and napped.
Time passed for him as he explored the alien world he had landed in. The days were similar to his own home dimension. The sun would come up, and slowly disappear in the horizon. It felt like home at times, except that he had yet to see another intelligent being.
Kakashi moved through the forest with the experience of a predator. He moved through small trees and bushes carefully avoiding any twigs on the forest floor. The sun was out shining brightly above him. He liked that about this world and the trees.
The trees gave him amazing cover to camouflage himself, just like Konoha. His green flack jacket and dark clothing made it possible for him to seamlessly blend into the surrounding forest.
His eyes were glued to his target. It ate without a care in the world, not knowing that he planned on making it his next meal. Its ears would twitch every time he made the smallest of sounds forcing him to be still. It was a game of patience and stealth.
The meal nibbled on bright green grass. He could hear the soft crunch of the grass it ate. The forest was eerily silent. It only made his task that much more difficult. Kakashi renewed his effort to sneak up in the unsuspecting hare. He liked the challenge. He could only truly put his stealth to work on worthy opponents, and sneaking up on a hare is one of the hardest things a person can do.
He took soft, almost inaudible steps, and snatched the unsuspecting rabbit. It squirmed in an attempt to get away. He prepared to snap its neck and give it a quick death, but it suddenly stopped struggling. He raised it to his face eying it suspiciously. Hares didn't play possum, but they do faint or die from surprises. They were so easy to startle they could die of heart attacks. He shook it and checked for its pulse. No heart beats could be felt from its small chest. 'What a sad way to die', he thought to himself before grabbing a hold of its ears and walking back to his current makeshift camp.
Traveling at his usual lazy pace. It only took fifteen minutes to return to his camp. The fire he had started was still burning. The woods he had burned were now covered in gray ashes. It was ready.
He used his kunai to skin the hare. He kept the pelt. If he was still living out in the wilderness when winter came he would need it. While he cooked the hare over the fire, he ate some of the wild berries he managed to find. He wasn't too worried about the berries being poisonous. He had seen the birds, and other animals eat the berries. If one were to study the world around them they would learn a lot. Animals would avoid certain berries knowing what was poisonous, and what was not.
He finished his lunch. Another day spent wandering this peaceful, but empty, world. He stood up. He needed to continue his journey. To keep a steady pace heading east. He had gone west at first, but after a day he had reached the ocean. It was pretty lucky, now that he thought about it. All he had to do now was head east and hope there was some form of human civilization. Each day, his chances of finding a human race diminished. He wasn't going to quit, however. He would circle the globe before calling it quits. He couldn't let himself have any doubts.
Kakashi stopped in mid-step suddenly. He stilled so completely that he could well pass for dead if it weren't for the fact he was standing. His eyes were studying the strange creature ahead of him. It had razor sharp claws, and teeth, and it was big, bigger than a bear but had the figure of a wolf or dog. Its face seemed to be a mask made out of bones with red markings. Its fur was pure black.
It ate some kind of berry from a small tree bush, oblivious to his presence. This confused Kakashi. Its sharp claws and razor sharp teeth said it was carnivorous, but it was eating berries. Omnivore perhaps.
He put some thoughts on how to proceed. Fight it, and see what it was capable of, or leave it alone and keep moving along as he had been doing since day one . He wanted to fight it, but he remembered seeing these things in packs from a distance once before.
Three more of them appeared from the surrounding shadows just as he remembered that. They scattered and got into an attack formation. They slowly started to stalk towoards him, he was amused by their animal instincts. Were he a deer, he would most certainly be their dinner. Unfortunately for them, he wasn't a deer. He clasped his hands together and leapt back when they moved. One rushed him head on while two pairs attempted to flank him on both sides.
Kakashi, still in mid-air, breathed out a large fireball that lingered in front of him for a moment, expanding before it split into three separate fireballs. The wolves ran right into it with no time to dodge. He heard their screams before the technique exploded, ripping them apart, and burning their remains.
Kakashi landed on the grass with a dull thud. He observed some of the torn limbs of the wolves lying on the ground. It was evaporating leaving a small trail of red mist that disappeared moments later. Those things weren't living things. Animals don't evaporate after death. He stood taking it all in. Now he understood why there might not be people living on this strange world.
Sssss. Vooooosssssssss.
His ears perked up. He heard something. Kakashi focused chakra into his ears as he quickly climbed one of the trees. He reached the top and looked out into the east. The source of the noise. It was in the sky, a ship. It was a ship three times bigger than his house. It was white in color, and kind of round like a whale. It was heading west. The wind blasted past him as it passed. The trees shook, their leaves fluttering violently in the wind.
Kakashi kept track of it. He prepared to use Kamui to teleport to it but stopped when he saw it descend onto one of the clearings. It hadn't spotted him, if it had it would have landed onto one of the clearings that was closer. His interest piqued, he made his way towards the ship. Why did it land there, and was it being driven by humans? Were there even humans in this strange world?
Kakashi moved through the trees like a shadow. He sped up his pace but remained cautious. The people could be hostile...if they were people. He was hoping they were. He took to the trees and stealthily followed the noise until he reached a large clearing. There were people moving around. He sighed in relief, people. He couldn't be sure, though. They had masks on.
They were wearing uniforms. By the looks of things they were an organized group. Black long sleeves with white sleeveless jackets. They had masks on, resembling the faces of the black animals he had seen earlier. He couldn't understand their language, but he could get around that. There were three large ships behind them. The other ships must have arrived earlier. He had been lucky to spot the last one.
Kakashi glanced around, making sure he hadn't been spotted. These people, whoever they were, carried themselves without any caution at all. They were very confident together as a group, and like all group they let their guard down simply because they felt stronger with numbers. He'd met genin teams with more self awareness.
The passengers of the ship were visible. There were a lot, at least, a hundred of them. Kakashi could hear them shouting, and chanting together. They waved their guns around angrily. The sight of them doing this made Kakashi compare them to an angry mob, one that was out for blood. There was a girl on the doorway of the ship, and what looked to be the leader was pulling her out of the ship. She didn't have a mask on. She looked like some sort of princess.
The leader forcing her out was a big man, monstrous compared to the others. He had no mask on, but instead he wore a huge metal helmet. The helmet of a knight. He was wearing armor from head to toe. In his hand was a monstrous sword.
Kakashi snuck behind one of the trees that had an unsuspecting grunt smoking next to it. He moved quickly, grabbing the grunt from behind. He forced the grunt to look into his eyes.
Kakashi dropped the unconscious grunt behind a bush and retreated back up onto the trees while he waited for his headache to dissipate. He had just learned an entire language within a minute, and these guys were not good guys. They had kidnapped the heiress of some important family and planned to decapitate her. They were going to record her final moments and let the whole world see it.
Kakashi sat pondering if he should step in or not. He watched the now known members of the White Fang drag her out of the Bullhead. They placed several cameras around her to record her final moment. Her arms were tied behind her back. She was a nice looking girl. pale skin, white hair with a tint of blue, and a dress that matched her hair. She had no shoes, going completely barefoot. The group members were all a hybrid of humans with animal features, and they planned on killing the human girl. Kakashi really didn't discriminate, but even he thought this was more than a little messed up.
The Faunus leader raised his hand up, holding up his sword, and the crowd went wild, cheering for her death. It was a countdown. The Faunus leader walked up to the girl and stood behind her. She stood straight and rigid with her chin held high, trying her best to put on a brave face. With tears welling up in her eyes, her gaze traveled up to the trees, where she looked right at Kakashi. Her eyes stared right at him, and he looked right back at her. He decided to save her.
Kakashi moved to rescue her but stopped when he realized someone else was there to rescue her. Another girl appeared, surprising the leader with an attack and forcing him to stop the execution. A black hair girl with a black ribbon on top of her head. She was wearing a white shirt with a black vest, and black jeans that had small black ribbons on its sides.
She moved very quickly, appearing as a blur. She grabbed the heiress and cut the girl's cuff, freeing her. She handed the heiress a small sword before they were quickly surrounded. The bulky leader screaming at the raven hair girl for being a traitor while she shouted back that this was all wrong.
"Kill them!" screamed the bulky leader. He raised his sword and swung forward, commanding the small army to attack.
Kakashi sat on the tree branch and watched the two girls put up an interesting fight. One was weakened, and already quite injured, and while the other was at full health; however, they were still badly outnumbered. The white princess fought in quite a unique way. Kakashi had never seen such a fancy way of fighting with a sword before. She was deadly with her blade nonetheless, and cut any grunt who attacked her. All she could do was scratch one before another grunt would force her to defend, however, so she wasn't making any progress.
Kakashi's eyes studied the interesting energy surrounding them all. Every attack the girls landed on their attackers didn't do much damage. The energy protected them, yet each time someone took a hit the energy would lessen. The girls also had the same defensive energy, but it was quickly dwindling. His interest peaked when he saw a grunt struck by an attack he didn't see coming. The attack bypassed his defensive energy completely. If someone doesn't know they will be hit, then they couldn't use their energy to defend themselves fully. It was interesting. Each of the grunts also had a unique color to their energy, elemental affinity maybe.
The dark one fought in another interesting way. She seemed to have quite a unique ability in dodging. Whenever she was hit, she would flawlessly escape, and leave a decoy behind. Almost like a bunshin, but not quite. Her decoys could even explode, or freeze her attacker with ice. She was dealing damage everywhere, but she was still hesitating, and it was going to cost her eventually. Her ability to dodge, while very neat, was not perfect, and eventually one of the grunts managed a lucky hit.
One lucky hit was all it took for her to stumble. The other grunts took advantage of the opportunity and struck. She was thrown right into the already tired, and weak white princess. The white damsel grunted out loud after being hit with the dark girl's body. They rolled onto the grass together tired and beaten.
Kakashi watched them slowly rise up. They were both out of fuel, hurt, and hopelessly outnumbered, but they still held their weapons tightly. Kakashi watched their eyes. Their eyes didn't look like those of someone who had given up; instead, he saw the determination in their eyes. He was impressed. He didn't plan on letting them die after seeing their performance. Kakashi sighed, and dropped down to the ground for all to see. His landing created a small thud loud enough to draw the group's attention. Eyes quickly focused on him as he walked casually towards the group.
"Oi, oi!" he called out casually, strolling right up to the group surrounding the girls. "I'd really appreciate it if you guys would let these girls go."
One of the foot soldiers ignored his request and attacked him. The foot soldier must have felt safe with his group there to support him, and attacked bravely without hesitation. Holding up two swords, the grunt blindly charged at him. He abruptly stopped running in mid-sprint when his head exploded, showering anyone near with blood and pieces of his brain. The body awkwardly collapsed.
Kakashi tilted his head at the dead body, curiously looking at it with his Mangekyou sharingan spinning, before taking another step forward. "His head wasn't in the fight," said Kakashi jokingly. His eyes returned to normal without anyone realizing what he had done.
The crowd grew unnerved by the display of power, as well of his nonchalant attitude. He wasn't afraid of them and they knew it. They, however, still had no clue what he did to their friend.
A loud battle cry echoed from within the crowd. It was the leader.
The grunts made a path for their leader who trudged toward Kakashi as he dragged his sword behind him. It really showed how inexperienced the man was considering he couldn't even hold the blade properly. Kakashi had to lift his head slightly to come face to face with the man. The giant started to raise his sword, but Kakashi left hand blurred forth, slamming a kunai right into the man's heart. The energy protecting the man rose up to protect him, but the kunai was coated with lightning, giving it unparalleled piercing power. Kakashi felt some resistance but, with some effort, the kunai sheared through his chest plate and pierced the energy protecting the man along with his heart. The man looked down in shock, coughing up blood before he dropped backward with a loud thud.
"The bigger they are-" muttered Kakashi, as he stepped past the dead body. He looked at the small army. "The harder they fall."
The Faunus group roared in rage. Their fear of him being overtaken by rage. The girls completely forgotten after seeing their leader so casually killed in front of them. They charged at him, and Kakashi leapt back, baiting them. They were easy to enrage, and they chased after him. 'Attempting to use their numbers to win eh?' though Kakashi. How unfortunate that he wasn't someone who could simply lose to numbers.
Once he felt he had baited them far enough away from the girls he disappeared. The White Fang group stopped, and looked around frantically.
"Where did he go?" shouted one of them.
"Back there!" shouted another pointing back to the girls. They all located him at once.
Kakashi stood behind the two girls. Both startled by his sudden appearance, they quickly made way for him as he walked past them. The white fang were charging at him again with their weapons drawn, ready to kill him. They wouldn't leave this field alive.
He clasped his hands together and balanced himself. He had never needed to use this Jutsu before, but this was the reason he had learned it. It was an amazingly powerful widespread attack, and the Faunus' we're doing a perfect job of being the ideal target.
"Fire style Great Annihilation!"
Thin streams of flame spewed forth from his mouth as he exhaled. They quickly grew in size. Their growth was sudden as if a hundred gasoline barrels had been poured onto to them. A piece of hell had been unleashed upon the White Fang. Flames flooded the area ahead of him with overwhelming speed and power. The trees unfortunate enough to be in its path turned to ashes within seconds.
Blake, and Weiss recoiled from the blistering heat that the man was spewing out. They could only imagine what the White Fang members were feeling. It terrified them to see how easily the man was wiping out the small army.
Once the flames subsided, nothing remained but a big black field of burning ashes. Trees farther back were burning, the fire slowly spreading. Kakashi's eyes warped away whatever leftover flame there was to prevent a forest fire.
Kakashi casually brought out his favorite book, his eyes returning to normal as he turned to the pair. The two girls were quiet and looked hesitant to talk to him. He had technically rescued them, but he had also casually delivered a one-sided massacre against the White Fang. He flipped his book open and looked at the girls.
"There's a ship right there. One of you know how to fly it?" he asked, changing the atmosphere. He certainly didn't know how to fly that thing. The two girls could lead him to a village, and he could finally stop living in the wild.
"I do," answered the white one. She looked ready to cry from relief but put on a brave face. "Thank you for saving us. I'll fly us back, sir!"
There were tears slowly building up in her eyes. Kakashi could see her valiant, but failed, effort in holding them back. He pretended he didn't notice at all. She looked like the type of kid that was too proud for their own good.
The black one spoke up hesitantly, "I'm Blake Belladonna, thank you for saving us."
This one had mix feeling about him. He could tell she was certainly grateful, but she also looked ready to attack him. She had good instincts.
Kakashi nodded. "Think nothing of it. I just happened to run into this little mess here.", he said gesturing to the ashes behind.
Kakashi walked past the girls and got into the ship. He checked it for any remaining grunts but found none. He did find a nice little sword, however. It was perfect in case he ran into any trouble. The girls followed him warily. He did just demonstrate that he was an army killer. He'd be worried if they weren't worried.
"You guys can relax. If I wanted you girls dead, you would be dead," he said reassuring them. They of course only became more apprehensive after his little speech.
The white princess went to drive leaving Kakashi with the dark one in the main room. He took a seat. The seats were bolted down, so if the hangar opened their passengers wouldn't go flying out. He observed his companion. She was moody and looked to be deeply conflicted. She reminded him slightly of Sasuke, though Sasuke was more aloof and distant. This one was distant but different. She didn't look obsessed with revenge.
"Neat little ability you have," said Kakashi breaking the silence. He was still reading his book. He unconsciously dropped one side of his headband to cover one eye. A fact that didn't escape the girl's notice.
"It's my Semblance. I can make shadows of myself. Solid, but very fragile," she answered. "You didn't use yours against the White Fang, that was something else. Dust maybe."
Kakashi nodded. "I didn't need to. Do you happen to be a Faunus?"
Blake grimaced at the sudden question but nodded. "How can you tell?"
"They called you a traitor and your ears would twitch every now and then," explained Kakashi looking at the ribbon tied above her head. He really didn't understand what the big deal was. This new world was becoming stranger every second. He closed his book and asked another question when he looked out the window. "Where are we heading?"
"To the city of Vale," answered Blake. She could see it in the distance.
Kakashi nodded. He stood up, and walked to the hangar, he opened it. The city was in walking distance now. The ship was absurdly fast.
"What are you doing!" screamed Blake. She grabbed on to her seat hanging on. The wind pressure sucking out everything that wasn't bolted down.
"This is my stop," answered Kakashi with an eye smile, and dropped out.
Blake simply stared at the open hangar. She never got the name of their savior. She never even got to see his face completely. The mask he had covered his nose, and mouth.

Kakashi dropped onto the ground with a small quake. The ground beneath his feet imitating a spider web. He dusted his clothes off of any debris and climbed the monstrous wall that the people must have built to keep the monsters out.
He was a master infiltrator, although this time he might need to do a little more study to create a false identity for himself. These people were more advanced than his own home world. Technology wise they were far ahead of the Elemental world. It shouldn't be that hard to blend in, however, he was a prodigy after all. He would adapt quickly, he just needed to keep an open mind, and some time.

Kakashi sat behind a desk reading a new book. On his desk were several books that needed to be organized. He had both eyes uncovered. He had been adapting, and one of the things he had changed was his odd quirk of always having one eye covered now that there was no need for the eyepatch. He also didn't wear his mask anymore. It would attract too much attention. He had a black scarf loosely hanging around his neck. It was a genet scarf with small spots of white. His hair had grown covering his eyes just a bit. He was wearing a gray long sleeve shirt and black cargo pants.
He was inside a bookstore or a small library filled with books, and he also worked there. If he hadn't become a ninja, he most certainly would have become a librarian. Kakashi picked up the books on his desk with one hand and continued reading the book in the other. He walked through the library putting back the books where they belong.
He returned to his desk and continued reading his new favorite book. Ninjas of love. It had 20 volumes, and he had read volume one several times over to make sure he hadn't missed anything. He had also published his collection of Icha Icha series to make some extra cash. He did have to put in some effort in translating the book so that the people of Remnant could enjoy it. Only volume one was out so far, and it was a success.
Several months had passed since he infiltrated Vale and created an identity for himself. He was on a nice vacation for once. This was the peaceful life he always dreamed of. A world where he could read all day and get paid for it. He giggled perversely when he reached one of his favorite parts. It was a beautiful day outside, but he had enough of the outdoor life. He preferred spending all his time reading. It was still morning almost midday.
From where he sat, he had an excellent view of the outside through the bookstore's two large display windows that stood on either side of the door. And it was through these he spotted a familiar figure pass by.
The library's door opened, and Tukson walked in. His boss, a Faunus. Kakashi was uncertain whether Tukson was a cat or a tiger, but he didn't really care. He continued reading, and only gave a small wave to his boss who nodded back at him, and went out back in the storage room.
Kakashi continued giggling perversely but stopped when the door once again opened. Normally he wouldn't care, but this time, a person he recognized walked in.
It was the Schnee girl. She was smiling proudly to herself. She brought out a small scroll and tapped at it as she strolled towards him. She was still wearing the same set of clothes as the last time he had seen her on the ship, but this time, she was cleaner and in overall better condition. Kakashi resumed reading his book, hoping she would go away.
"It took a lot of work to find you," she said smiling. She stopped in front of his desk and started pacing. "I put up a small bounty for information on anyone that matched your description you know. A hundred lien for any legitimate information about someone with gray hair and in their late twenties."
Kakashi flipped a page. She used her money to find him. He wasn't that impressed.
"I made plenty of mistakes of course, but eventually, I knew I would find the right gray and white haired savior I was looking for," she said proudly. She folded her arms proudly and examined his face. "The mask gave you quite a mysterious look, but now that scarf just makes you look menacing.
"Congrats," muttered Kakashi ignoring her comment about his new look. He really doubted she searched high and low for him just to cause him trouble. "What do you want?"
Weiss stared at him quietly as he read his book before she ignored his weird quirk and struck her right hand out. "Let's try this again, I'm Weiss Schnee."
"Pleasure," replied Kakashi with a nod. His eyes locked firmly on the book.
"No!" screamed Weiss raising her voice. Her hands straightened downward. "You're suppose to introduce yourself."
"Kakashi something wrong out there!" asked the concerned voice of Tukson from the storage room. It also doubled as his office.
"No," replied Kakashi using his indoor voice. He knew Tukson heard him, though, the guy was a cat Faunus of some sort. He probably had super hearing.
He closed his book with a sigh and stood up. He put out his right hand to give her the handshake she had asked for. She took it while he mustered up enough energy to introduce himself. "Kakashi Hatake."
He sat back down, and the library's door opened again. Now he understood why she had used her scroll. She was messaging her little friends. Blake appeared along with two others. A younger one with a compact folded up weapon of some sort. She had black hair with a tint of red and was wearing a black combat skirt with red linings. The other one was a blonde with broad shoulders wearing a brown leather skirt. They certainly were a colorful bunch. He didn't bother observing any more details.
"You found him!" exclaimed Blake, and walked next to the proud looking Weiss. The others awed and oohed at his presence. Blake studied his face closely before commenting out loud to herself. "He looked better with his mask on. Not that he looks bad now."
"His name is Kakashi Hatake," said Weiss proudly introducing him. "He saved Blake and me when I was kidnapped six months ago."
"Pleasure," drawled out Kakashi. He lazily gave them a small wave.
"I'm Ruby Rose!" said the smallest one introducing herself excitedly. "I'm a student at Beacon Academy and leader of team RWBY. Weiss, Yang, and Blake are part of team RWBY also. I like cookies, and Crescent Rose, my weapon of choice, which is an awesome scyth-"
Ruby was pushed out of the way, and the blond one proudly introduce herself next.
"And I'm Yang, and I don't believe in a problem that can't be solved with my fist!" she proudly exclaimed. She gave him a toothy grin.
Blake pushed Yang away, and gave her a half hearted glare. She then turned to Kakashi and said, "Team RWBY was formed a week ago without our consent. She wasn't our first choice for a teammate."
They seem to get along well despite their varying personality. Whoever had made their team had seen their potential together.
"My first impression of you all," said Kakashi softly grabbing their attention. He waited for a moment before continuing. "Nevermind."
They all dropped on the floor in shock.
"Is there a book you girls need?" questioned Kakashi looking around to show them the books surrounding them.
"Eww no!" said Yang answering for the group instantly.
"Actually, we found you so that we could let you know that we appreciate you saving us, and to give a proper thanks," said Blake with a smile and small bow. "Although we didn't know you were a simple librarian, and our friends wanted to meet you after hearing about you from us."
Weiss gave a small bow along with Blake. She looked around the library. She would have offered him money for saving her, but he didn't look like someone who needed money. "You know of any good books?" she asked.
Kakashi brought out the first book of the Icha Icha series. "It's for adults, but-"
"Disgusting!" growled out Weiss cutting him off. Her face was red either from embarrassment or rage.
"I'll take it!" said Yang, and Blake at the same time from behind the furious Weiss. Ruby stood farther back blushing.
Kakashi bagged the books separately in small black bags. He handed them to their respective owner, before charging them.
"Hey," said the smallest of them, and getting in front of the desk. "I heard from Weiss and Blake that you're super powerful."
"Of course he is," said Blake her arms were crossed. There was nothing to question about him being strong.
"Doesn't look like it," said Yang measuring him up with her eyes. "He looks kinda delicate and slow."
"Looks can be deceiving!" said Weiss defending his character. She could still remember his sudden appearance. He was so fast she hadn't been able to see him move.
"How about a spar?" asked Ruby leaning in looking absolutely innocent. Her silver eyes meeting Kakashi's black eyes challenging him.
"Sorry kids," muttered Kakashi. "Go find another playmate."
"Aww," said Ruby huffing in disappointment. She had really wanted to see this guy in action.
Kakashi was about to tell them to leave him alone when the door opened once more. A lady wearing a cape with blond hair tied to a bun walked in. She was wearing a black, and purple skirt, and white collared shirt with varying necklaces around her neck. She was wearing a thin ovulation glass, and had a crop in her hand, it almost looked like a wand if one didn't look close enough. She didn't look happy.
"Truancy is frowned upon in Beacon Academy," she said.
The kids gulped.
Ruby turned around innocently. "We were just interested in books Mrs. Goodwitch." She snatched the bag in her sister's hand and brought out the book. She realized her mistake when her sister pounded her head in embarrassment. Black wisely hid her own bag behind her back.
"You girls can't go running off in the middle of class whenever you please. If you are going to represent Beacon Academy you must be responsible, and stop doing as you please," said the teacher lecturing the girls. She gave them each a frown. "Are we understood."
"Yes ma'am," replied the four girls as one.
"Go back to class now," said Mrs. Goodwitch. She stepped aside and let the girls leave, before turning to give Kakashi a frown as she followed her students out.
Kakashi, on the other hand, was love struck. He had never seen a woman as beautiful as Goodwitch before. She dressed like a librarian, and he was a librarian/bookshop keeper.

Kakashi was once again working as usual. Several days had passed since the girls had visited him along with their gorgeous teacher. He was now reading volume two of Ninja of Love, and casually sitting back with his feet on the desk. Tukson really didn't care about his lazy personality as long as he organized the books correctly. It was three in the afternoon, and not many people were interested in books today. It was a slow day.
Customers would come in, and glance around before leaving. It was a quiet atmosphere, and Kakashi loved this part of the job. His day was ruined when a familiar group of girls returned. They made their way across the store with a purpose. He was just about to get off work in thirty minutes too, shame these little girls wouldn't leave him alone, and if he escaped them it would only make them more determined to chase him down. What did he do to have these teenagers stalk him. He mentally sighed, and gave them a greeting as his job asked of him.
"What can I help you girls with," he said slowly in his usual lazy tone.
"Well, we figured we'd give you a warning," said Blake sounding quite serious. "The White Fang attacked us last night, and they want to avenge their fallen comrades. They will most likely come after you."
'*And you lead them right to me,'* thought Kakashi sourly. It was a nice vacation while it had lasted. He also really didn't see that little group as a threat.
"I'll lock my door, and close my windows at night," drawled out Kakashi slowly, sounding unconcerned.
"I came here for the next book," said Yang from behind Blake with an innocent smile.
"It's not published yet," answered Kakashi with a sad tone. It was going to be out to the public in a week or so. It was quickly becoming a top seller among adult novels anyway. "The second book will be out next week, so check back then."
Yang's fist pumped upwards upon receiving the good news. One week wasn't too far away. It would give her time to reread the book for anything she might have missed. Blake looked sullen at having heard the news. Ruby was blushing again.
"We also came by to ask you if you'd be willing to tutor us," said Weiss surprising Kakashi with the odd request.
"You guys have teachers at Beacon for that," he said not really wanting to teach.
"But all they do is tell us stuff!" said Ruby suddenly popping up in front of Kakashi as a blur. She moved her hands around in an exaggerated manner. "They don't show us how to fight."
"Come on," said Blake with her palms together in a pleading way.
"Some advice wouldn't hurt," said Yang from behind the pleading Blake.
Kakashi shook his head, and lied through his teeth. "Sorry kids, I'm not a teacher."
Weiss pushed the pleading Blake, and Yang away. "If we participate in the upcoming Vytal tournament that's going to happen at the end of this year we would be competing against the best in the world, and if team RWBY wins, it would be thanks to you."
"All Glynda is doing is having us practice against our classmates, it's not really making us improve as fast as we'd like," said Yang with a sour tone.
"Glynda?" asked Kakashi suddenly having his interest perked. He hadn't heard that name before, but with the way they said it, had he met her before?
"The blond teacher that caught us here last time," said Ruby telling him exactly what he suspected.
"She's the super elite fancy teacher," said Yang, and then muttered under her breath. "Who is not moving with enough grace."
Weiss noticed his interest, and she slyly smiled. She signaled Blake who had also noticed, and they both smiled sweetly at him.
"Glynda follows us a lot. She worries that we find trouble every time we set foot out of school," said Weiss slowly with a small frown on her face. "I'm sure her worries would be put to rest-"
"If she saw us furthering our training instead of getting into trouble," said Blake in sync with Weiss.
Kakashi put one hand on his chin wondering if teaching the brats was worth the attention of Glynda Goodwitch. He looked back at their hopeful gaze.
"Sorry girls, not interested. I wish you luck on finding a tutor," he said to them. Their hopeful expression turned to disappointment.
"Okay," said Weiss backing off from his desk. "We'll check back with you tomorrow after you think it over."
Weiss took the initiative and led her team out. Kakashi sighed once he was sure they wouldn't come back. He had a maybe opportunity to meet Glynda Goodwitch, and he turned it down. He looked at the clock hanging on the wall behind him. It was three thirty, and he got off at three-thirty.
"Tukson, I'm off the clock," Kakashi said almost shouting, but not quite. He walked out without taking any belongings as he didn't have any. He stepped out and started walking, reading his book casually. He got a few odd stares here and there, but it didn't bother people enough to actually have one call him out on his odd hobby.
He felt the four pairs of eyes on him. The four girls were doing a horrible job of stalking him. He let them follow him until he reached the building he lived at. His apartment was inside. They weren't going to take no for an answer. It was an interesting idea to show them a thing or two.

"Good afternoon Kakashi!" greeted Ruby with a big bright smile. She was using her outdoor voice despite being in a library, but team RWBY has been ignoring that particular rule since the first time they walked in his library.
His eyes slowly rose from the book he was reading. The book was filled with conspiracies of what could have had happened to the moon to leave it at its current state. The best answer it had so far was a monstrous meteorite.
"Ruby, right?" he asked unsurely. He, of course, knew her name perfectly well, but he didn't want her to think he actually bothered to remember her name.
Her eyes brightened, and her smile lit up. "You remembered my name!"
Kakashi's eyes wandered past her looking for her friends. She noticed him looking past her.
"They'll be here soon. We were having a race," she said with another smile. "and I won."
"Ah," replied Kakashi satisfied with her answer. The library door burst opened, and the rest of her teammates arrived. He looked at the team as they gathered up in front of him. They were acting as if this was a normal routine.
"Hi there!" greeted Yang with a big wave.
"Hey," said Blake.
"Hello again," said Weiss with a courteous bow.
Kakashi closed his book. He leaned back on his seat waiting for the inevitable request.
"Did you think about it?" asked Ruby. She got up in his face, her eyes staring right into his.
"We learn quickly," said Blake pitching in from behind her group.
"Super strong too," said Yang showing off her biceps, but the act failed her since she didn't have the biceps to impress him.
"Elegant, and determined!" said Weiss with a proud nod.
Kakashi sighed. "I'm not interested in doing the school's job for them."
"Pleeeease," said Ruby begging, then she paused as if considering something before deciding, "I'll give you my cookies."
"Tempting," muttered Kakashi with a shake of his head. He, of course, was not convinced in the slightest.
"These girls are lining up to learn from you Kakashi?" said a new voice coming from the back of the library. "I'm impressed."
Kakashi, of course, recognized it as Tukson. He glanced back and shook his head. Tukson was just coming out of the storage room/office.
"Hello there ladies," said Tukson with a welcoming smile. He had black hair which he had neatly combed and sideburns. He was wearing a yellow jacket with thick lines on each arm. "I'm Tukson."
"Hello," said Team RWBY in unison.
"Are you Kakashi's friend?" Inquired a curious Ruby. She closed the distance between herself and Tukson in a flash.
Tukson looked at Kakashi.
Kakashi shrugged.
"I'm his boss," answered Tukson.
"Oh," said all of Team RWBY in unison again.
Kakashi checked the clock. It was time to get off work. He silently sighed in relief, before standing up. He had everyone's attention with his simple action.
"I'll see you tomorrow, Tukson," said Kakashi as he walked past the girls.
Tukson nodded when Kakashi passed him and looked at the stumped girls before one spoke up quickly.
"Nice meeting you, Tukson," said Yang before rushing to catch up to Kakashi.
"Yea nice meeting you, bye!" said Ruby running after her sister.
"Bye," said Blake, awkwardly leaving.
"Have a pleasant evening," said Weiss and blurred away to catch up with Kakashi.
"I'm not a teacher," said Kakashi while reading his book. He walked an easy pace to reach home. The girls followed behind like lost puppies.
"Lies!" rebuked Ruby.
"Anyone that's a student can feel it," said Yang popping up on his right side to inform him of her presence. "You give off a teacher vibe."
"A very strong teacher vibe," said Blake popping up on his left.
"Not to mention, we saw those amazing moves that you did," said Weiss with an impressed look. "I've also checked all known semblance and dust techniques. Nothing resembling yours was in our school's database."
"I'm a jack of all trades kind of guy," replied Kakashi lazily. He flipped another page in his *Ninjas of love *book. He also stepped out of a pedestrian's way on the sidewalk.
"Ooh!" said Ruby popping up again. Her eyes were glowing. "How many martial arts do you know?"
"Every style I've fought against," replied Kakashi offhandedly. "I can fight someone, and mimic their style perfectly if I wanted to."
"A copycat!" said Yang reappearing again.
"A mime." Said Weiss pushing Yang away.
"I find that hard to believe," said Blake with some doubts.
"You'll just have to take my word for it," said Kakashi before stopping in front of the building where he lived. He turned around to say goodbye. "Thanks for walking me home. Have a nice day."
"Cya tomorrow!" said Team RWBY together at the same time. They waved at him as he entered the building.
"I wonder what he does with all that free time?" asked Yang looking at the building.
"Read," said the other three members of Team RWBY together.
