Chapter 1: Banishment

Winston's p.o.v

I walked into the alpha den where i left eve while she was sleeping to go hunt for our breakfast i found her dead. "No No No please no" i said out loud hoping that this was a nightmare. I sniffed the den to find Humphrey's scent. In the back of my mind i know Humphrey didn't do it, that the evidence was planted, that he didn't do it. My mind was overwhelmed with sadness anger i couldn't think straight and i howled for all alphas to come to my den. The first one to arrive was my top alpha hutch. "What is the problem sir?" he asked. I saw him look past me and he saw eve was dead on the floor. "It was humphrey" i said and he immediately ran toward his den. In my gut i know he didn't do it but i wasn't listening to it at the moment.

Humphrey's p.o.v

I was taking a peaceful nap when i heard him running towards me which woke me up. "what's up hutch?" i said as he came charging into my den. once i saw his face i knew something was wrong. "hold on what's.." Hutch grabbed me mid sentence and threw me at the side of my den. he grabbed me from off the floor and dragged me through the pack to the valley. he threw me in from of Winston. "Winston what, what's going on?" i asked totally confused."Shut up, don't play pretend i know what you did" he said as he clawed me in the face. i didn't have anything to say i looked at him crying, i looked straight into his eyes. He was going to say something but he didn't. "Pack Humphrey has killed my wife and one of the leaders of the pack Eve! He is to be punished and banished according to pack law.

I watched, all of the pack advancing towards Humphrey and what i heard next broke my heart more than Ever dying. "Everybody, its me Humphrey the packs OMEGA leader i would never in my life kill Eve. Winston and Eve were like a father and mother to me since my family died, heck i even admitted my love to Kate! I have done so much for this pack, been good to everybody including Eve. Think about i'm just an omega even if i wanted to i couldn't kill eve she scared the shit out of me. I can't believe that anyone in this pack would suspect i did it, but be that as it is do as you wish but know this in your heart i did not do it" Humphrey said sitting and putting his head down ready for his punishment for a crime hi did not commit, i was tempted to call them off but they already started clawing biting and whatever they could do to hurt him. After they were done it was time for me to speak up.

Humphrey's p.o.v

I have just been beaten by the package i loved, the pack i thought cared about me. "Humphrey i hereby banish you from the pack you have 10 minutes to leave or the sentence is death understood?!" Winston said "Yes da…. Sir i understand completely" i said with coldness in my voice. i have lost all respect for Winston, for the pack. I get up and limp the the pain away from jasper away from all the pain, away from my home
