I always knew I was going to die one day, but no one believed me when I would say.
Adults always reacted the same, they treated me like I was insane.
Mother tried to convince me everything would be fine, that everyone meets their end of the line.
I wanted to believe her, though whether I was playing at school or tucked up in bed, something that never left was the feeling of dread.

The rest of my life would be considered good, I guess. Playing games and making a mess.
My father had created lots of wonderful toys, including a pirate fox perfect for little boys.
There was bear, a bunny, and a chicken too, it could almost be considered a zoo!
They sung their songs and gave out food, and always helped to lighten my mood.

There was also a park near my house, in which I enjoyed to play, though soon I began to feel something was astray.
I became the victim of those preying eyes, that man came over and began spewing his lies.
Come on little boy, I will take you home. Someone your age shouldn't be here all alone...
I knew my mother told me not to go with strangers, and doing so would lead to dangers.

Screaming no, I took off down the street, the hard pavement started to hurt my feet.
I ran and ran until my breathe ran out, though no one was around to hear my shout.
I found the back of the building, but the door was locked tight, even though I pulled with all my might.
He approached slowly, but I couldn't run, I knew it was the day my parents would lose their son.

I was forced to the ground, his eyes filled with sin. My pathetic body struggled but eventually gave in.
He grinned and laughed while throttling me, until forever passed and I could no longer see...
Now, I am nothing more than a sewn up doll. The loneliness has really taken a toll.
I learnt the hard way that those animals that caused many smiles and gleams, were nothing more than hollow machines.

The other 4 fell soon after, he cruelly took away their laughter.
I led them to the suits so they would be stronger, and we could play a little bit longer...
Though deep down I knew I caused the end of their fun, they would be safe and sound if I just didn't run.
My Mother, Father, and sister too, I beg with all my heart for forgiveness from you.
