Hello my fellow Authors and Readers of Fanfiction. So, as I said I'm trying to get back into my stories and I was hoping to get this one done on time and by some miracle I managed to get it done a day earlier then I had planned. As you know today is December 19th 2019 which means that some people are able to see Star Wars: Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker in theaters tonight before it's released everywhere tomorrow and I will be seeing the film. Originally, I had planned to post the chapter before I left to see the film, but seeing as how I finished early and it's Christmas time, I figured I'd release it a bit earlier, still one the day but earlier then I had planned. Once again, I will leave most of this in the outro for you to read but there is a reason, I wanted this chapter done today so I hope you enjoy this chapter.

DEALS WITH THE LOSS.

It had just been over two days since Danny had returned to Lothal with a small portion of The Ghost Crew and learned about the deaths of Ezra's parents. Understandably Ezra had wanted to be left alone for some time and mourn; but having accomplished what they had come her to do, which unfortunately ended not in the way they had hoped for it was time to re-join with the rest of the fleet. Danny was currently standing beside Kanan who was with Ryder in the tent while Chopper was projecting a hologram of Hera, briefing her on the events that transpired and getting the details to meet back. Naturally with Hera being the mother of the crew, she didn't take the news about Ezra's parents well either.

"How's he taking it?" Hera asked, motherly concern pouring from her voice.

"As you'd expect. We both knew that Ezra might not get the news he hoped about his parents." Kanan responded.

"Governor Azadi. We're grateful that you stood by them for so long." Hera thanked as she turned to face Ryder.

"Not sure what good it did. Things don't seem to get better here on Lothal." Ryder dejectedly replied.

"At the moment maybe…but we hope to change that in the future."

"I've been meaning to ask Hera. How bad were our loses on Garel?" Danny inquired.

"We lost two small cruisers and a few fighters. But thanks to our quick evacuation our loses were less then what they could have been. Actually, that brings me back to something I was going to tell you. Senator Organa heard about our loses on Garel. He's sending us reinforcements; his agent's coming to Lothal with three cruisers." Hera informed them.

"Three cruisers that is good news. Maybe a mission like this is just what Ezra needs." Kanan pondered.

"I hope your right, we'll be there as soon as we can to help." Hera replied.

It was just about an hour later and everybody was getting ready for the new mission, well almost everybody. Danny had finished loading the last of their supplies into The Phantom as he looked over towards Ezra. The broken boy was still sitting at the top of the small domed hill and looking out into the horizon. Chopper had rolled up to join him and was silently giving Ezra his support and comfort. Danny hated to admit it but as much of a pain Chopper was the demented droid at least knew when it was time to cut the attitude. Danny had thought about going over and talking to or helping Ezra but he didn't know what to say. What can you say to someone you've only known for a short time about a subject so personal? It was also a subject Danny had no experience in, he was a young adult and despite himself being half-dead the only real experience he had with death besides the few rebels that fell in space skirmishes he's seen was his grandfather on his father's side when he was roughly seven.

He barley remembered it, he just remembered his dad being a wreck for a time which was understandable but Danny didn't remember feeling sad, he was more confused as he barley knew or even remembered the man. How was he supposed to go over to Ezra and help him through his parent's deaths when he didn't know how. He didn't want to go over and try and accidentally say the wrong thing. He had just started building his friendships with the crew back up after his emotional outburst and he didn't want to alienate them again. Danny could feel the pain Ezra was in through the Force, the sadness and utter devastation, he had really believed that he would come here to find them alive. Danny decided that at the moment he couldn't do anything, he would leave that to Kanan and maybe once he was back on The Ghost, he could ask Hera on advice on how to approach Ezra. He saw Kanan and Ryder making their way towards Ezra; Kanan was carrying Ezra's cadet helmet in his hands, it was time to go on the mission.

"Ezra were going to miss our rendezvous, let's go!" Kanan called out, but got no response from Ezra.

"If your going into Jalath City be careful. The fleet may be gone but Imperial Security will still be bound to recognize you." Ryder warned.

"Maybe dressed like this but who's going to notice a couple extra Stormtroopers and cadet?" Kanan replied as he tossed the Cadet helmet to Ezra to simply caught it, still not giving any form of response he just got up and walked away.

"What about The Phantom and yes I mean the ship. I thought the Imperials know it belongs to you?" Danny asked, pointing behind him to said ship.

"Yeah, they do know about it, we'll have to leave it here and come back for it…Ryder any chance we could…" Kanan started to inquire.

"Borrow my bike?" Ryder quickly finished for him, correctly guessing his question. "Take it; but I'm not getting involved any further."

"Even after what the Empire did to you? Come on get back in the fight." Kanan encouraged.

"I won't go back to prison Kanan!" Ryder snapped back. "Please don't ask that of me."

"Okay, fine…thank you for helping us this far, I wish you the best of luck."

"Same to you, I'm just sorry I didn't have better news for Ezra."

"Yeah me too, but at least he knows and he can start healing from it."

"And that we're here to help him heal, when he's ready for it." Danny said, looking towards where Ezra walked off to.

It was now later in the day, Kanan, Ezra and Danny had all somehow, and not very comfortably fit onto Ryder's speeder and sped over to the closest landing port which also happened to be the coordinates they were giving for the rendezvous with Organa's agent. Kanan and Danny were decked out in Stormtrooper outfits, with Kanan sporting the orange commander shoulder-guard while Ezra was wearing his Cadet uniform. Danny was for one very uncomfortable, the armor was tight in places things shouldn't ever be tight in and the armor pads themselves also felt flimsy like if he was shoved into a wall the armor would shatter. They could see the landing port coming up on the horizon, they headed towards the back of it so they could have an easier time sneaking in.

"Remind me again why I have to wear this armor? It's very uncomfortable and I can barley see out of this stupid helmet!" Danny whined.

"To blend in obviously!" Ezra snapped back at him like it was the most obvious thing in the world. The kid had just lost his parents; Danny would put up with a little attitude.

"Why would I need to blend in when I can turn…what was it again…or yeah turn myself invisible?"

"You may be inviable to the eye Danny but we aren't completely sure the sensors around the landing port won't pick you up and we can't risk this mission on that chance. We need those cruisers so that means you are blending in." Kanan answered a they pulled up and hopped off the speeder.

"Okay point taken. Maybe after this mission is done, I can give it to Sabine to paint or something. I'm sure she'll find a use for it."

The loud humming of massive engines filled the sky and caught their attention. They look overhead to see three large cruisers fly over them and started to descend towards the landing port. The ships hissed and steam escaped as the landing pads opened lowered. The ships had a unique design to them, it was almost like the front and bridge of the ships were in the shape of a hammer. It would probably be a hell of a ship for ramming if it ever came to that in a space battle. While Danny was impressed by them, Ezra was not and was quick to remark on it.

"Those are our reinforcements; some old transports?" Ezra complained.

"Well I happen to think they look interesting?" Danny said.

"You're from a back-water planet, of course you think it's interesting!" Ezra snapped back.

"Hey, knock it off!" Kanan intervened. "In our position you take what you can get kid."

Ezra simply shrugged and started making his way towards the closest landing ship. Kanan briefly walked up to Danny and gave him a look. Well Danny knew it was a look even though it was under a Stormtrooper helmet. Kanan and him both knew Ezra didn't really mean what he said, again his parents died he's not going to be sunshine and rainbows or alright for some time. Understanding each other they both made their way after Ezra as the ramp to the first ship opened with a hiss of steam and hydraulics and lowered, revealing a beautiful young woman dressed in white making her way down the ramp with a grace of importance in her step. Danny couldn't help notice, not only how beautiful the young woman was but how The Force seemed to be screaming at him. There was something about her like she was screaming out into the force but at the same time it seemed to be almost…muted or something. Kanan must have noticed it two because Danny quickly saw the older man stiffen for a second as soon as he saw the woman.

"You feel that two then?" Danny asked.

"Feel what?" Kanan asked confused.

"You don't feel something different with the Force around her?"

"There's nothing going on with the Force around her…why what are you feeling?"

"Wait you…maybe it's nothing then. You know more about the Force then me if you don't feel it it's probably nothing then, do you happen to know who she is then?"

"Yeah that's Princess Leia Organa. She's Senator Organa's daughter." Kanan answered.

"What's she doing here then?" Ezra asked.

"She's probably the agent." Danny pointed out, it made sense.

"A Princess? Yeah right…I'll just go ask her where her commander." Ezra stated.

The woman, who was apparently named Princess Leia walked to the bottom of the ramp, spotted them and started to make her way towards them. Ezra quickly followed suit and walked up to her, pressing the button on his helmet to reveal his face in order to talk to her while Kanan and Dany quickly joined behind them.

"Eh...Excuse me miss, uh where is your commander?" Ezra asked, suddenly showing his nerves in the presence of the Princess.

"Not much of a welcoming committee and aren't you a little short to be a Stormtrooper?" Princess Leia stated while turning towards Danny for the last comment.

"His idea." Danny shrugged and tipped his helmet towards Kanan.

"I'm Kanan Jarrus. This is Danny and Ezra we're from Phoenix Squadron." Kanan said as he removed his Stormtrooper helmet.

"What the hell Kanan, put that back on!" Danny shouted in a low whisper at the sheer stupidity Kanan was suddenly struck with.

"I'd listen to your friend. I already know who you are and so will the deck officer unless you put your helmets back on and keep your mouths shut." Leia told them, even doing the zip your lip motion with her hand before turning and starting to walk towards the deck officer.

"Well excuse me Princess!" Ezra replied with annoyance. While Danny simply smacked him upside his head.

"Ow what was that for Danny?" Ezra snapped in irritation.

"Never and I mean never…ever…do that again." Danny simply informed.

"Quit it you two that's enough you two you heard her so shut it!" Kanan once again intervened.

Kanan and Ezra simply slipped their helmets back on and went up to rejoin Leia who was currently meeting up with an approaching squad of troopers. Probably the deck officer and his men as she previously mentioned. Two of the troopers in the squad were carrying a large rectangle create with them.

"Deck Officer; I would like to start distributing my relief aid." Leia informed the trooper with a black pauldron.

"Stand by. My orders are to inspect the cargo for contraband then detain these vessels until the Lieutenant arrives…" The Deck Officer informed before turning to the men beside him. "…Scanning crew move out." He ordered.

"Well this plan is off to a good start." Kanan stated.

"As a matter of fact, it's going perfectly. Where's the rest of your team?" Leia inquired.

"They'll be here…eventually."

"Good…then you can steal my ships."

"What?" Kanan and Ezra asked in confusion.

Danny didn't know why Kanan and Ezra were confused on that part. Wasn't the whole point of them being here to get the ships how else would they be getting them? Their attention then turned to a smaller Imperial Ship that flew over them and started to descend a few feet from them, based on the design of the ship Danny could only guess it belonged to an Imperial higher up as it had a fancy-notice me design and look to it. He could sense a brief wave of annoyance brush over Leia as the ship landed, but to her credit she didn't show it.

"I'll explain later first I have to deal with the Lieutenant. Follow my lead and try to keep up." Leia told them, ever so slightly tilting her head towards Ezra at the last comment practically emphasising the fact that she meant him.

"Wait why does she get to give orders? I never get to give orders." Ezra complained.

"Oh gee…I wonder why that could be?" Danny sarcastically replied like it was the most obvious thing in the world.

"Danny's right…have you ever listened to yourself?" Kanan attempted to defuse the situation by jokingly patting Ezra on the helmet.

"Yeah and I happen to be very interesting." Ezra replied smugly.

Danny had an internal debate within himself on weather he should tell the others, mostly Sabine and Zeb about Ezra's comment, it was pure and ripe for teasing. However, Danny decided not to, as much of a pain Ezra was being right now it was understandable and teasing a kid who just found out his parents were dead was not a good idea. Though it didn't mean Danny couldn't file it away for a later and more appropriate date though. The three of them followed Leia's lead as she walked up to the approaching Imperil officer, dressed in the boring grey uniform.

"You must be Leia Organa, Princess to the royal house of Alderaan." The Imperial greeted.

"And aide to my father Senator Bail Organa. I come with relief supplies for Lothal's needy who are suffering terribly as a result of the Rebel insurgency here. Surely you don't want innocents to starve." Leia stated.

"No of course not. Lothal has indeed suffered…as has Alderaan from what I hear your ships have an unfortunate habit of falling into Rebel hands. I can assure you that won't happen on my watch."

The Lieutenant motions beside them and they all look to see a group of Stormtroopers bringing out a large floating metal device. They bring it over to the first ship's landing gear and they attach it with a loud metal thud. The metal piece then constricts around the landing gear as a low hum starts to emit from it. It looks like a large version or a parking boot like the cops on Earth use on impounded vehicles…though that's probably the idea.

"What's that?" Ezra asks in wonder, a little to loud as he caught the notice of the Lieutenant.

"Shut up Cadet!" Danny barked, the lieutenant smiled and turned back towards Leia, crisis averted.

"Gravity locks? This is hardly necessary." Leia protested.

"I insist in addition to a trooper detachment and for extra security…"

A low humming sound once again brought their attention to the other side of the landing port where two shuttles swooped low carrying something eerily familiar. With a loud metallic thud, the shuttles dropped four AT-AT's near Leia's cruisers, with an excellent view of the area to blast any would be thieves to oblivion.

"…walkers will guard your ships from the Rebel Insurgency. All for your safety miss." The Lieutenant replied.

"It's your highness…and as my ships are otherwise detained…I will require your shuttle to begin my work." Leia coldly replied.

"Oh…um…my shuttle. Certainly, I could arrange for other transportation?" The Lieutenant suddenly felt very uncomfortable.

"No, your shuttle I need to leave immediately. You three bring those supplies and escort me to the trauma area at once!" Leia ordered, her voice and tone leaving no room for arguing.

"Yes ma'am" Kanan, Danny and Ezra replied.

They quickly got to work as they grabbed the supplies Leia had motioned towards and quickly loaded them into the Lieutenant's shuttle for use. The Lieutenant meanwhile was unable to do anything but watch and stubble over his words as Leia commandeered his shuttle. Danny figured the plan was for them to steal the ships right here and now but the extra security complicated things, best to retreat, regroup and come up with another plan. Danny loaded the last of the supplies on the shuttle and hopped aboard while Kanan sat in the pilot's seat with Leia in the co-pilots. Ezra followed up the rear and closed the ramp door as the ship began to lift off. Once they were in the sky and clear of the landing port, they breathed a sigh of relief and removed their helmets.

"I hate to say it but whoever came up with this plan severely underestimated the Empire's Security." Kanan stated.

"I'm sorry." Leia apologized, for the first time not having an air of grace or importance around her.

"Don't be it's not your fault."

"Yes, it is, this was my plan."

"Well we need those ships. Why didn't you just hand them off to us in deep space?" Ezra asked.

"You don't understand it's not that simple. If the Empire could prove that Alderaan provided ships to the Rebels we would lose our seat in the Senate and be charged with treason…But if they're stolen form a planet controlled by the Empire…" Leia explained.

"Then Alderaan is blameless." Danny finished for her having caught on to it.

"I have to admit that is a good plan, too bad it didn't work." Kanan replied.

"Well now we need a new one." Ezra pointed out.

"Well we can't do anything else right now so why don't we head back to Ryder's. Wait for the others to get here and then come up with a new plan to steal the ships." Danny suggested.

"That's exactly what we're doing Danny." Kanan agreed.

Suddenly the com on Ezra's belt blazed to life as the ever so annoying whomps of Chopper started to fill the room.

"Whomp-Whompa-Whomp-Whoma."

"Yeah what is it Chopper?" Ezra asked as he pulled the com out.

"Whomp-Wha-Wha-Wha-Wha."

"Stormtroopers?" Danny half-said, half-guessed.

"You understood him that time?" Kanan asked, somewhat surprised.

"Oh! I was actually right? I just took a shot at it. Okay Sabine's defiantly getting this armor now."

They bring the shuttle around to Ryder's camp and don't like what they find. There were smoking craters, blaster marks, the sign of a battle and the camp was surrounded by troop transports. They also see Ryder, in binders and being led towards one of the transports by two Stormtroopers while another holds Chopper at blaster point, they had been discovered and captured, could the day get any worse, well yes it could but Danny hoped it wouldn't.

"This is why we can't leave Chopper for more than an hour." Danny pointed out in a joking way.

"Friends of yours?" Leia asked.

"Not for much longer by the looks of things" Kanan grimly replied.

"Eh…Ryder's okay; haven't known him long but he seems nice, they can keep the droid." Danny stated.

"We're not leaving Chopper Danny…" Ezra pondered for a few seconds before adding. "…Hera would kill us."

"What do we do?" Leia asked Kanan.

"This time you follow my lead" Kanan replied as he but his helmet back on.

The ship landed and the four of them exited the shuttle and made their way towards the squad of Stormtroopers around Ryder. Kanan was leading Leia while Danny and Ezra followed behind, they looked over to see Chopper, no longer being held at blaster point but still captured. The little droid gave them a wave with his little pincher and Danny wondered if the droid was actually trying to blow their cover on purpose. Thankfully none of the Imperials saw it, Danny chalked it up to them not being able to see anything out of these blasted helmets. It probably also explained why their aim was horrible and how they could never hit anything.

"This is a secure site state your business." The lead Stormtrooper ordered as they approached him.

"I'm taking the Princess-Ambassador here on a scouting mission for possible refuge relocations." Kanan replied.

"This is not a safe area for you. There's a high level of Rebel activity happening at the moment."

"Well we're finishing our survey. We could take these prisoners back to Jalath City for you."

"That won't be necessary. We have orders to terminate one of them immediately."

"Hold on trooper. As a representative of the Imperial Senate I demand to know what this man has done." Leia demanded.

"He's a fugitive from an Imperial prison. Now depart immediately for your own safety, where you find one rebel there are usually more." The lead trooper ordered them.

The whirls and beeps of Chopper suddenly caught all of their attentions as he suddenly rolled up to them and started spinning in circles and shouting off electronic nonsense. It was like the droid finally blew a gasket or something and started going crazy. The Stormtroopers, and Danny in order to blend in, raised their blasters at the droid ready to blow it to bits should it become aggressive.

"Chopper's receiving a signal." Kanan whispered to Ezra.

"You know what that means, Hera's here." Ezra replied.

As if on cue the familiar engines of The Ghost roared through the air as the massive ship descended from the heavens and hung over them. It tilted to the left as it angled itself in a perfect position to blast the two troop transports. They exploded into massive fireballs and flew though the air as they came crashing down near the other troopers. The area was in chaos as the troopers quickly moved out of the way and dove for cover as The Ghost provided covering fire.

"More friends of yours?" Leia asks.

"Yeah I'm a likable guy." Kanan smugly responds.

Danny and Ezra grabbed Leia and moved her towards one of the blow-up transports for cover while Kanan ran to grab Ryder; who was all but abandoned by the troopers once the firing began. He grabbed Ryder by the arm and pretended to "apprehend" him while he dragged him over to where the others had taken cover. The Ghost slowly lowered from the air and the ramp doors opened to reveal Sabine and Zeb, providing cover fire as they took shots at the actual Imperials. Chopper rolled up towards them and attempted to get onto The Ghost only for Sabine to shout something at the droid, who then begrudgingly activated his rocket and flew over to his port on The Phantom. Danny didn't need his super-hearing to know Sabine probably chewed Chopper out for almost forgetting The Phantom. Now they just needed to get to The Ghost.

"Your friends might shoot you wearing that armor." Ryder pointed out.

"That's not a bad idea Governor. Take the princess hostage." Kanan ordered.

"What?"

"If I'm seen escaping with you, I'll be labelled a traitor. You have to take me prisoner." Leia pointed out.

"Well we better make it look good. Ezra warn Sabine." Danny said.

"Right."

Ezra moved up in order to be in sight of Sabine, she noticed and looked towards them when Ezra started to perform brief hand gestures. Sabine's helmet nodded in confirmation, communicating that they had a plan and were ready to act it out. Kanan waited for a moment when the blaster fire was light before nodding towards Ryder. Ryder nodded back and made his move. He raised his arms and pushed Kanan on top of Danny while also shoving Ezra to the side. With the three of them on the ground he grabbed the Princess by the wrist and they both made their way towards the Ghost all the while Leia was "protesting". Danny shoved Kanan off of him and they all get up and give chase.

"Hold fire, she's my responsibility, I'll get her back!" Kanan shouted to the Imperials who were about to fire on Ryder.

Ryder pauses briefly and whispers something to Zeb before pulling Leia up the ramp and into the ship. Kanan runs up and stops right in front of Zeb who was now smirking in amusement. Zeb whips out his Bo-Rifle and smacks Kanan good in the head before turning to swing it upwards into Ezra, knocking the two Jedi to the ground in a stunned daze. Zeb then grabs them both by their feet and pulls them up into The Ghost. Only Danny is left and he turns to see Sabine, oh he could tell she was going to enjoy this. Danny sighed as he raised his arm and took a very slow and fake swing at Sabine. She simply ducked under it, grabbed his arm and threw him over her shoulder. Danny slammed down hard against the metal ramp; not even having enough time to react before Sabine brought her fist down on his helmet, sending him into a daze like Kanan and Ezra. He could feel Zeb's hairy palms wrap around his leg and he two was pulled into the Ghost as Sabine provided the remaining covering fire needed to get The Ghost into the air. Having taken its prisoners, The Ghost lurched into the air and the ramp closed as The Ship made a getaway.

"Kanan, Kanan wake up, Kanan…how's your face?" Zeb joked as he stood over Kanan and Ezra as Kanan came to.

"Why did you hit me?" Kanan snapped as he rubbed his sore noggin.

"What, you had a helmet on." Zeb pointed out.

"Did you have to hit us so hard?" Ezra asked as he rubbed his jaw.

"Hey you wanted it to look good, by the way Danny you feeling okay, not feeling "injured" are you?" Sabine teased.

"Oh no, no, no, no this does not count as me being injured, this time I will finish a mission without being injured." Danny triumphantly declared as he removed the blasted helmet he was wearing.

"Wait…you mean you actually…got injured…after you reached Lothal?"

"Heh, heh, I knew it, pay up Sabine." Zeb said holding out his paw.

"Haar'chak Danny! You cost me five credits, alright what happened?" Sabine demanded as she unhappily paid Zeb his earned credits.

"Ryder sniped him when we came across his camp." Ezra informed them.

"Speaking of Ryder, where is he and the Princess?" Kanan asked as he stood up.

"They're in the cockpit with Hera, I think." Zeb replied.

"Well sorry about your credits Sabine, I wasn't aware you started betting on me getting hurt but I can still give you a consolation prize?" Danny said.

"And what would that be?" Sabine inquired.

"A Complete set of Stormtrooper armor in dire need of a paintjob." Danny said as in one move, he phased out of his armor and held it out for Sabine. He didn't miss the twinkle in her eyes, probably thinking of the possibilities she could create on this new blank canvas.

It was a couple of minutes later, Danny was gathered with the others around the Dejarik table. Sabine had programmed a mock simulation of the landing port and they were about to go over the plan to steal the Princess's ships. They were just waiting on Ezra and Leia, once they were back on The Ghost Sabine and Zeb both gave their condolences to Ezra, having heard from Hera the fate of his parents, they gave Ezra some room and Leia had gone after the padawan. They didn't have to wait long as Leia and Ezra entered the room and Danny could only guess the Princess must have said something to him because he looked like he had a renewed vigor in his step. He was still emotionally crushed but he was putting it aside to focus on the mission. He also noticed that Leia had given him a quick glance over and got the feeling of curiosity but only lasted for a few seconds as she turned her attention to the simulation.

"We did a scan of the landing field and looking at the Imperial security I just don't see us living long enough to even get near those ships." Sabine pointed out.

"Four walkers are a big problem." Zeb stated.

"We've taken down three before…granted we also had a tank." Danny imputed.

"Even if we could reach the ships they aren't going anywhere until we can disable those gravity locks." Kanan replied grimly.

"Those defences are formidable, why? Because the Empire doesn't underestimate you. They know how good you are." Leia spoke up.

"We might be able to get one out. But we'll never be able to get all three, it's impossible." Kanan spoke out dismissively.

That seemed to do it for the room, if Kanan had given up hope at this point then they were basically screwed. Danny wasn't ready to throw in the towel just yet though, they needed those ships, they just needed a way to get to them, maybe he could sneak in and take out the walkers, maybe he could phase the locks off, maybe he could just say to hell with it and go one man army.

"I know you need those ships. So, don't tell me why you can't get them, tell me how we will." Leia told them.

"Well Kanan, Danny and I still have our disguises. So, we can get onto the platform but to get close to the ships we'll need a distraction." Ezra said.

"A distraction, I can do that." Leia replied with a smile.

"The Ghost can act as air support." Hera suggested.

"And I can use detonators to blast off the gravity locks." Sabine enthusiastically replied, while holding said device.

"Won't work you can't forcibly remove the locks." Ryder spoke up.

"You know this how?" Hera inquired.

"In prison. I put those locks together so I know how to take them apart." Ryder pointed out.

"Ryder Azadi, does this mean you're getting involved?" Kanan asked with a raise brow.

"Just this once. It's clear I can't stay on Lothal so I'll help you if you get me out of here."

"Alright we have a plan, here's what we're going to do." Kanan started to explain.

Danny was currently with Chopper in The Phantom. Hera had assigned Danny and Chopper to check it for repairs. Danny, always wanting to be an astronaut and having two genius inventor parents knew a bit about the machines back at home and wanting to be of more help had asked Hera if he could start learning how to help with the other ships. Hera thought it was a great idea but to start small and lean him into the complexity of the ships. Her first task was to assign him and Chopper to look over the Phantom to see if it took any damage or issue during it's last time out, it was a easy and simple and while Chopper could have done it himself, she insisted he take Danny so he could learn a bit, that or she wanted Danny and Chopper to spend some time together and bond.

"Ok, so if I'm reading this correctly, all we have to do is run a diagnostic now right?" Danny asked the mechanical menace.

"Whomp-Wha-Whomp-Whomp." Chopper barked back.

"Why would I even expect you to take it easy on me. I'm learning you could help me you know." Danny barked back as he started the diagnostic.

"Whomp-Wha-Wha."

Chopper pulled out his shocker and electricity buzzed around it, this time however though he didn't shock Danny, he was just teasing him, basically daring Danny to try something before rolling away to perform whatever task Hera had for him next. Danny just glared as the little droid wheeled away. The whole time resisting the urge to blast him with a Ghost Ray. With nothing else to do Danny turned his attention back to the diagnostic and watched as it progressed, it wouldn't take too long maybe a minute to a couple seconds. Danny wondered if one day Hera might let him take The Phantom out for a…nah Hera would never do that she loved her ship too much, plus unlike them he actually could fly. Still it was a nice though piloting a ship for a change, hey he can dream. Danny felt an aura of fatigue come over him, the day wasn't even over and he was already feeling tired. Maybe after the diagnostic he would grab a ration bar or something then head off to his hammock for a little nap before the mission starts later in the evening.

Danny felt the Force tug at him again, calling his attention. He turned around to see Princess Leia approaching him. Danny was even more confused now because he knew that The Force was trying to tell him something about Leia and clearly Kanan hadn't noticed it earlier. Maybe he would bring it up again later with Kanan or Ahsoka when they met back up after the mission. Again, he didn't have the most experience with The Force but since coming here he learned to tell it's affects apart from his ghostly ones and right now it seemed Leia's force signature was screaming like a muted star, it was weird yet also interesting but why would he be the only one feeling it?

"Princess, need me for something?" Danny asked.

"Please call me Leia and I just wanted a moment to talk." Leia replied with a smile.

"Can it wait for a bit, I'm in the middle of some calibrations." Danny answered while turning his head to glance at the diagnostic.

"Oh…of course I could come back…" But she was interrupted by the beeping of the diagnostic, signalling its completion.

"No, no it's fine, that just means it's done…I think. All I still need to do is flip this switch….and hope the ship doesn't explode." Danny said, flipping the switch, nothing happened. "…well we're still here and the lights green, I think that's all, so you wanted to talk?" Danny asked as he turned his attention towards Leia.

"I was just wondering if you could answer a few questions I have…about you."

"Me?" Danny asked surprised, what did she want to know about him.

"Yes, your cell is one of the most known it the Rebellion. Not only because your successful missions and of how you rescued Kanan Jarrus from Mustafar, but also because Ezra Bridger sent out a message across the galaxy that inspired hope in others when it was needed. Before this mission my father gave me brief intel files, nothing to personal about you all, just basic stuff, name, skills, reasons why you were fighting the Empire, when I got to yours…it was empty."

"Really…well that's interesting." Danny mulled over this new information. He wasn't even aware the Rebellion had a file on him, he'd have to look into that.

"Yes, it is especially since I could name all the reasons why a file like yours would be empty with one hand, I have to admit it got me curious about you."

"Well I haven't been with the crew that long, I…stumbled onto them right after that mission to rescue Kanan so maybe my file doesn't have any information in it because I'm still the new guy or something." Danny suggested, it was plausible.

"That was my first thought and I immediately dropped it as even if you were still new your basic information would still be there. Name, birth date, home planet, blood type, the only thing your file had was your name, Daniel Fenton."

"Huh…so when you said empty, you really meant empty."

"So, the only other theory I could think of was that there had to be something special about you that the higher ups in the Rebellion didn't want others to access or know about; I'm more inclined to believe this theory."

"Really, how so?"

"Because for some reason I feel that there is something special about you."

"You feel?"

"Yes, I'm a fairly good judge of character and right now all my instincts are telling me that there is something special about you. Same with Ezra which I understand due to the fact that his message acted as a rallying cry for hope and the Rebellion, I can't help but feel that the both of you are going to be playing an important role in the future. So, are you special?" Leia asked as she leaned closer, basically inspecting him.

"You could say that."

"Hmm…Hera said the same thing, word for word."

"That's…interesting."

"Yes, but I just want to ask you one more question. Why are you with the Rebellion?"

"Well to be perfectly honest I guess to probably help out. It wasn't my intention to join up and fight for the cause and all that stuff but I guess I just fell into it. One moment I'm home with my friends and family doing my mundane everyday life…okay maybe not so mundane but you get the point. The next moment I'm on a planet I don't know about and run into a bunch of people fighting. I saw they were in trouble and despite how confused I was I decided to help them because it was the right thing to do and as I've stayed with them over time. I've seen the evils that The Empire has done and I just can't stand by and do nothing when I know I can do something about it. I've always been like that…even back home I did it because nobody else could or would, so if not me then who, if that makes any sense." Danny answered.

"You feel that because you can fight; you must for those who can't." Leia summarized.

"Yeah something like that." Danny replied and he immediately felt a wave of relief, pleasure and hope wash over Leia at his answer. It must have been what she wanted to hear.

"Well I didn't get all the answers I was looking for but I did get the most important one, you definitely are a special one Daniel Fenton."

"Uh…please just call me Danny, Princess, everybody else does. I hate it when people call me that…or Dan."

"Only if you call me Leia instead of Princess."

"I think that can arranged."

"Well thank you for your time…Danny, it was most interesting, hopefully this plan will go off without a hitch and we'll be able to talk again at some point."

"I think I'd like that…Leia."

Leia gave a polite and quite political nod before turning around to leave the way she came. Danny felt the tiredness he was feeling from before their conversation return to him and he was reminded about his idea to get a snack and a little nap before the mission. That was still his plan but he couldn't help but think about the conversation he and Leia just had. Danny knew there had to be something going on with The Force and with Leia, that fact that she admitted that she had a feeling about him confirmed it in his mind as The Force was telling him something similar about her. But Kanan had said before he didn't feel anything. He had even asked Ezra after the initial planning if he felt anything and he hadn't either he just said she gave him some kind words and helped him remember why they were fighting. Danny was trying to wrap his head around it; he should probably just focus on the mission and bring it up with Ahsoka after she would know. So, with nothing else to do, Danny started to make his way to the gallery for a snack.

It was now night on Lothal and it was time to begin the mission and Danny was once again, under protest, wearing the Stormtrooper armor. Thankfully Sabine had returned it without little resistance, but making him promise that if she didn't get it back, he would owe her one. He, Kanan, Ezra and Leia were initiating the first part of their plan. Danny, Kanan and Ezra were going to bring Leia back to the landing port under the guise of rescuing her. While they were there Danny would wait in The Phantom in case, they needed backup while Leia caused a distraction. During this Ryder, Sabine, Chopper and Zeb would head out and remove the first gravity lock and take the first ship. They had to be quick because once the first ship was in the air the Imperials would be on to them. Kanan brought The Phantom down on the landing port, already catching the attention of the Imperials as a squad of Stormtroopers and the Lieutenant made their way towards them. Though the viewport, Danny could also see that the four AT-AT's had swivelled their heads around so they were all pointing at the Phantom, ready to blow it to atoms should it be necessary.

The Phantom touched down with a metallic thud, it was time to start the plan. Danny gave Kanan a thumbs up, signalling he was ready for anything. Kanan nodded as he and Ezra got up with Leia and exited The Phantom. As they started to make their way towards the welcoming committee; Danny peered out the viewport to a shadowy corner of the landing port and with his enhanced eye sight could make out the shapes of Sabine and the others in position ready to go once the Leia had begun her distraction. Though barley, because even with his advanced sight he could still barley see out of this helmet, whoever designed them needed to be shot.

"Princess?" Danny could hear the surprise squawk from the Lieutenant.

"I'd think you'd be pleased to see me safe and sound Lieutenant?" Leia stated as she placed her hands on her hips.

"Of course, your highness. Very pleased, just surprised is all." The Lieutenant responded as he started motioning his men to lower their blasters.

"This brave trooper here saved us from those Rebels, he deserves a medal." Leia stated as she motioned towards Kanan.

"Did he now?" a familiar voice said.

Danny's stomach plummeted and a cold feeling of dread washed over him as he recognized the voice and from the way Kanan and Ezra stiffened they recognized the voice as well. Danny looked over to see The Seventh Sister and The Fifth Brother heading towards the group. Their weird disk-like lightsabers still on their belts, but definitely at the ready. And the Seventh Sister's creepy little droid was perched on her shoulder, ready to strike. Danny panicked, he could feel the dread coming from Kanan and Ezra as well this was not part of the plan.

"Yes, he did, had it not been for them I'm sure the Rebels would be holding me hostage for a hefty ransom to fund their insurgent activities." Leia informed the Inquisitors as they approached. Danny could feel she was nervous, but adapted quickly under the pressure.

"Well I'm sorry to inform you Princess but you were not rescued, you have been deceived." The Seventh Sister replied.

"Excuse me?"

"The Rebels that kidnapped you are a known cell on this planet, we knew it was them based on the descriptions of their ship from the troops at you kidnapping. They recently escaped our fleet on Garel but we figured with the fleet now temporarily removed from Lothal they might return here."

"And considering the ship you just arrived in is a known rebel craft…" The Fifth Brother hissed as he grabbed his lightsaber disk.

"I'm willing to bet that your rescuers…." The Seventh Sister raised her hands and in an instant the helmets Ezra and Kanan were wearing flew off their heads and rolled on the ground. "…are actually your kidnappers here to use you to steal your ships to aid their Rebellion."

The moment the helmets came off the Stormtroopers in the area raised their blasters and aimed them at Kanan and Ezra. The Lieutenant stepped forward and grabbed Leia and pulled her away from her kidnappers while the Seventh Sister just delivered a sinister chuckle of victory. Danny paled, this was bad, this was really bad they were for all intensive purposes kriffed. Danny knew he had to act fast, the plan could still work it was just more difficult. Leia was supposed to create a distraction for Sabine and the others. Speaking of them he looked over to where Sabine and the others were just in time to see them being rounded up by another squad of troopers. Damn; thanks to the Inquisitors, the Empire had been ready for them.

They marched them over towards where they were holding Kanan and Ezra at blaster point, the latter's having already dropped their blasters and raised their hands in surrender. They could do nothing but comply they had been caught rightfully so. Danny took a deep breath, he could do this, the others weren't stunned or restrained yet, meaning he just needed to create a distraction so the others could get an opportunity to break free. He could be the distraction; he's taking these fools on before so he could easily do it again and he could buy time for the others to steal the shuttle. It might not have been the plan they had come up with and there was still a danger to it but their hands had been forced; it was time to improvise.

Danny immediately phased out of the Stormtrooper armor, the flimsy armor crumpled on the floor of the Phantom and Danny created a duplicate of himself. One remained behind in The Phantom while the other turned invisible and dashed out of The Phantom. He took a position a bit farther away from the others, hoping that they would come after him and leave only a few troopers that Kanan and the others could easily deal with. He took another deep breath and readied himself to either charge, run, fight, fly or do whatever he needed to do. He dropped his invisibility and started to clap, slowly and loudly, easily catching the attention of all those present in the stunned silence. All heads turned to him in confusion as they saw Danny standing alone in the open a bit farther from them.

"Well I've got to give it to you, that was a smart idea setting a trap for us. I guess you do have brains under those stupid hats after all." Danny teased the Inquisitors, which was quickly becoming a favorite hobby of his.

"You again!" The Fifth Brother snarled as he activated his lightsaber.

"Oops I guess I spoke to soon about you big guy. I mean if you were smart enough to trap as you said "a certain group of Rebels" then you had to assume that I was going to be here."

"Forget about him, he's trying to rile you up like before." The Seventh Sister snarled at her partner.

"Easy for you to say lady, it seems your partner has already forgotten about me. Actually, I have to admit I'm hurt you've forgotten about me already and after all the fun time's we've had, you slashing me with your lightsabers, me beating the both of you up…I thought we had something."

"Enough of this, troopers arrest him or shoot him or something." The Lieutenant ordered.

"Tell you what because you managed to catch me, sorry guys no pun intended, in a good mood I'll be nice and I'll even let you take the first shot!"

"Hmm…I think we'll take you up on that offer." The Seventh Sister purred with a smirk.

Just then the sound of metal and hydraulics filled the air and Danny turned his attention towards the sound where he saw…where he saw the four AT-AT's now aimed directly where he was standing. In his panic of the Inquisitors appearing he honestly forgot about the four giant laser firing walkers near them…oops. Before Danny could even deliver a swear word the firing of a powerful blaster bolt echoed thought the air as Danny saw a red light come ever closer. Danny barley had time to act before the area around him was being pelted by the fire from the AT-AT's. When he offered to let them have the first shot; this was not what he had in mind. He could feel the rippling effect of horror and shock though the force from those present and he could hear the cackling laughter of the Fifth Brother.

After about a minute the firing stopped as all that remained in the area where Danny once stood was a crater and black smoke pouring into the night sky. Thankfully Danny had turned himself intangible right before the first blast hit him and he just stood by while the other rained down around him. He turned tangible again and waited for the smoke to clear, revealing him to the others, alive and unharmed. The Seventh Sister had a look of pure disbelief on her face like someone she trusted had kicked her favorite puppy or something and The Fifth Brother abruptly stopped his cackling as he saw his prey had not indeed been vaporized. Some of the troopers even dropped the blasters they were carrying and one just fainted right then and there. Danny sealed the moment when he simply raised his arm and with a teasing yet unamused smirk, brushed dust off his shoulder like a badass. He looked over to see his Rebel friends get ready, they noticed Danny had the attention of the Imperials and were ready to move.

"That's impossible, he has to be some sort of hologram or distraction or something!" The Lieutenant barked in disbelief.

"Well your half right. I'm not a hologram, but I am a distraction. You see I'm really over there."

Danny pointed right behind them, they all looked behind them to see the duplicate of Danny standing behind all of them and simply waving a friendly hello. While they were distracted the Danny that was bombarded faded from existence as Danny recalled the duplicate. The Imperials and even Leia did a double take once they realized there was another Danny behind them and turned back to see that the other Danny had now vanished. Danny used the momentary confusion to transform into his Ghost form, bathing the area in bright light, blinding the remaining Imperials not looking away form him and charged up towards The Fifth Brother, tackling him to the ground before using the momentum to propel himself into the air and deliver a kick right into the Seventh Sister's face.

As the two Inquisitors went down, Danny continued his attack as he grabbed the Lieutenant, freeing a very shocked Leia from his gip; held him by the collar and delivered a head butt to the Imperial, knocking the poor man out. He then grabbed the unconscious man and spun him around and threw him at the two closest Stormtroopers, toppling them over. He looked over to see that the other Rebels had also broken free and reclaimed their weapons, already jumping back into the fight. Danny looked over his shoulder to see that the Inquisitors were already stirring and were about to get back up. Danny rolled over to where Kanan and the others were taking cover.

"Nice distraction Danny." Ezra complimented, impressed.

"Nothing better than shock and awe." Danny replied.

"The hell are you kid?" Ryder asked.

"Later right now we need to focus on the mission, I'll deal with Twiddle's Dum and Dee over there. You guys steal those ships." Danny said.

"One problem…correction four really big problems with that." Sabine pointed out.

"Hera and I will keep the Walkers off you, Ezra protect the Princess. Sabine, Ryder, Zeb same plan as before remove the clamps and just take off. Chop once we've taking care of the walkers get The Phantom in the air." Kanan ordered, no room for argument.

Like a football team huddle they all broke off to do their jobs. Kanan grabbed his lightsaber and immediately headed off towards the walkers while Sabine and the others started to make their way to the first ship. Ezra ran over and grabbed Leia, once again making it look like she was being taken hostage while Danny simply turned to face the Inquisitors who now had their lightsabers out and ready to battle. The Fifth Brother roared and charged towards Danny like a crazed animal. Danny in return simply raised a pointing hand and shot a beam of ice out from his finger. The ice covered the ground in front of them, making the flat metal ground super slippery and it did its job for as soon as The Fifth Brother's foot touched it, he slipped and was now flailing in the air trying to regain his balance. Danny simply raised his other hand and thanks to a trick he learned from Ahsoka, concentrated and used the Force to pull the Fifth Brother's other foot from under him. The Fifth Brother fell to the icy ground and slid right passed Danny and into a stack of containers, knocking them all over in a very bowling like manner.

"Come on that was too easy give me a real challenge." Danny teased.

"I'll give you a challenge!"

Danny turned around and brought out an Ecto-blade just in time to counter an attack from the Seventh Sister who had lunged at him. Their blades were now battling for dominance, locked against each other. Before Danny could shift his weight or pull some other trick in an attempt to break the lock his was distracted by a red light. He looked to see a small droid with one red eye crawl up from behind the Seventh Sister and crawl onto his shoulder, and then proceeded to jab its small robotic arms into his back and deliver an electric shock. That did it, Danny's body spasmed as the current of electricity flowed through his body and that gave The Seventh Sister all the time she needed to swat his blade away and start slashing at him with her saber with a delightful glee. Danny felt the hot blade slash across his eye, his chest, his arm, his back. Leaving deep gashes that oozed out green blood, staining the ground. The Seventh Sister then raised her hands and force pushed Danny backwards, sending him flying into one of Leia's ships. He paused there for a moment, like a fly squashed against the wall before falling to the hard, metal ground with a thud.

"Interesting, electricity seems to be your weakness and now that we know what can hurt you…" The Seventh Sister stated.

"…we can finally kill you." The Fifth Brother finished as he stood back up and rejoined the battle.

Danny raised his arm, reached back in in one quick motion that used a great amount of strength, grabbed the droid by it's disk like head and squashed it. The droid shattered in his hand and the electricity stopped. Chopper may only shock him every once in a while, but it's never a prolonged physical contact like this little bugger had been doing. Danny threw the remains of the droid to the ground and looked at the approaching foes. He took a quick glance to see how the others were fairing. Hera had joined in at some point and was helping Kanan take down the two remaining walkers. Two had already been taking down via cut off legs and toppled over. Ezra was still with Leia; The Princess now had a blaster and was taking out a squad that troopers that "rescued her" from Ezra and Sabine and the others had already got one ship into the air and heading towards space with the others hopefully soon to follow. Danny turned his attention back to the Inquisitors he just needed to take them out of the running and they would still have a chance.

Danny reared back and shot energy beams out of his eyes towards the Inquisitors. The Seventh Sister raised her lightsaber and blocked his eye beams with her lightsaber. The deflected beam shot back towards Danny and landed near his feet, the flash of the impact of the beams blinded Danny long enough for the Fifth Brother to charge him, The Fifth Brother wrapped his massive hands around Danny's neck and started to squeeze as he shifted his wight and brought it down on Danny. The action not only sent Danny crumbling on the ground with the Fifth Brother on top of him, but it also knocked all the air out of his lungs and the Fifth Brother was stopping the flow of more, not even Vlad squeezed him by the neck this hard, this guys really hated him. Danny quickly acted and turned intangible, phasing though the ground and out of the Fifth Brother's grasp. While underground Danny flew down a few meters before charging back towards the surface, shooting out of the ground and delivering a powered-up uppercut to the Fifth Brother's jaw.

They're was a sickening crunch as the force sent The Fifth Brother into the air and crashing down to the ground a few feet from them. The Fifth Brother tried to get up, only to reveal that his lower jaw had been dislocated and a blackish ooze was now leaking from the corners of his mouth. Not only that but one of his pure white eyes was now dangling out of its socket, the force of Danny's punch so powerful that it popped out. The pain must have been too much for The Fifth Brother, after he gargled and spat black ooze at Danny he keeled over and fell unconscious. Danny took the opportunity to take a deep breath, get the air back in his lungs and try not to puke his guts out over The Fifth Brother's new appearance that he himself caused. His throat hurt; Danny figured if he tried to talk right now it would come out crackly.

With the Fifth Brother temporarily down Danny turned his attention back to the Seventh Sister just in time to see her use the force to throw some canisters at him. Danny acted quickly and formed another Ecto-blade, he slashed upwards at the incoming container, slicing it in two as the two halves flew bye him harmlessly, he performed the same action to another one that the Seventh Sister had thrown in succession but when it came to the third one Danny knew that he messed up. The moment his blade touched the red container thrown at him, he felt the heat and force of an explosion cover him and he was sent flying backwards again, he could feel his clothes on fire and he smelt the smoke coming from patches of charred skin.

Danny groaned as he started to get up, The Inquisitors had stepped up their game, they weren't playing around anymore and Danny could no longer go easy on them. Seeing the Seventh Sister running towards him with her saber at the ready and having no intentions of letting her get close to him Danny prepared his last resort. Danny reared back and took a deep breath as he lunged forward and unleashed his Ghostly Wail, the area was bathed in the haunting sound of his most powerful attack and The Seventh Sister was hit by its full force. Unfortunately, because he had recently been choked his wail was not up to normal par, but it was sill good enough to send her flying backwards. Danny could hear her gasp in pain as she was sent flying by the terrible blast and came crashing down farther from Danny; but she didn't get back up, she was down for the count it looked like. Before Danny could get up, his arms and legs shaking in pain and fatigue, he felt a stinging, burning pain right beside his eye. He fell to the ground as a squad of Stormtroopers made their way towards him.

"Woah, did you guys see that, he actually got him!" one Trooper shouted.

"I Hit Something!" the lucky Stormtrooper cheered.

However, the Trooper's luck had run out, Danny closed his burning eye, just like when Ketsu had shot him there. He got up from the ground and returned the favor by firing a Ghost Ray at the trooper, his aim struck true and the Trooper fell to the ground. His buddies stopped celebrating and focused on him again, firing their weapons and by god did they have horrible aim. How was The Empire winning again? Danny simply walked up to them and fired a Ghost Ray at them, occasionally a blaster bolt would hit him but Danny was already feeling pain and fatigue, he shook it off. The last Stormtrooper, seeing as how blasters had no effect on him and seeing all his buddies on the ground decided do to do the smart thing. The Stormtrooper threw his weapon down and sprinted away from Danny, screaming all the way, Danny however just raised his hand and fired one last Ghost Ray, it hit the Stormtrooper in the back, sent him flying in the air and crashing down with pathetic high-pitched yelp that sounded like ow!

Danny turned his attention back to the others, the second ship was now in the air; following the first one to freedom, leaving the last one for everybody else to take. Kanan was just taking another walker down now, slicing off one of its legs just as The Ghost flew towards it and gave it a friendly shove. The walker toppled over and came crashing to the ground, but not before firing off its last shot, heading right towards a large canister that Danny could only guessed based on location and his own luck and experience, was full of fuel. Yep, just as he thought, the canister was full of fuel and it exploded into a massive fire ball and sent out a shock wave that knocked everything to the ground. Danny felt himself falling on his butt and he could see Ezra and Leia fall as well. The canister explosion reached another by it and it also blew up, soon a chain reaction had started at the landing port with the main building and the rest of the fuel canisters erupting into flames. The fire bathed the area in light and the smoke rose up into the atmosphere while chunks of flaming metal shrapnel rained down on the area.

Danny got back up just in time to see Ezra and Leia take cover behind a burning troop transport as the last explosion rocked the area. They were pinned down by a raging fire burning via the fuel and were cut off from the last ship. Danny quickly ran over to them and raised his hands as his eyes glowed an icy blue. Seconds later ice shot out of his hands and covered the flames, both extinguishing them and also freezing them in place, in no time at all he had put the fire out and opened away for Ezra and Leia to get to the last ship. Leia was just stunned at what she had saw while Ezra gave Danny a nod of thanks, being more used to his powerful abilities. Danny's focus however was not on Ezra, but of the charred and wrecked metal of one of the fallen AT-AT's legs above them.

The explosions have jostled it lose and it was now falling over, trajectory would have it land right on top of Ezra and Leia. Danny wasted no time in acting as he charged forward and raised his hands, using his super-strength to keep the strut up long enough for Ezra and Leia to leave the area. Ezra, seeing that Danny was buying them time to get out grabbed the stunned Leia and pulled her out of the way just in time as the leg toppled over and brought the wrecked metal wreckage right on top of Danny. Once the smoke cleared Leia jerked forward in what was probably an attempt to run to the wreckage to help Danny but Ezra held her back.

"What are you doing we need to help him!" Leia demanded.

"Trust me I've seen worse happen to him, I'm sure he's fine, we have bigger problems." Ezra replied.

Leia realized then that Ezra had her in a hold that once again made her look like a hostage, even having his blaster at her side ready to shoot should she try anything. Leia looked over to where Ezra was gazing to see a beat and battered Seventh Sister, slowly dragging her way towards them. Danny must have broken her foot because she was now limping, dragging her right foot behind her. Her helmet was also knocked off revealing short black and messy hair. The flames behind her cast her in a sinister silhouette as she approached them with her lightsaber in hand. As she got closer Ezra dropped his acquired Imperial blaster and pulled out his lightsaber, igniting it and getting ready to defend himself and Leia. The Seventh Sister snarled and raised her hand in a strike that most likely would have resulted in Leia's death too when she stopped and froze; quite literally. The Seventh Sister stopped moving as ice suddenly encased her entire body keeping her in place like a statue. Seconds later a bleeding and battered Danny turned visible and removed his hand from the Seventh Sister's shoulder.

"Cutting it a bit close there weren't you?" Ezra asked as he put his lightsaber away.

"You're welcome." Danny simply replied as he walked over.

"How are you feeling? You don't look good but experience tells me your fine."

"I need a vacation."

"Yeah…Danny your hair's on fire." Ezra pointed.

Danny simply rolled his eyes to where Ezra had been pointing, simply licked his fingers and extinguished the small flame that had ben burning on his head for who knows how long, thankfully his hair grows back just as fast as his body heals otherwise, he probably would have gone bald long ago. Danny glanced over giving the Seventh Sister once last look, making sure that she would remain frozen long enough for them all to get away. Satisfied he turned around to face Leia and Ezra…and decided to be a jerk as he turned around again to give the Seventh Sister a slight force push, sending her toppling over, still completely frozen. He turned back around to his friends; it was time to finish the mission but he couldn't help but notice Leia's eyes roaming all over him taking everything in. She had been mostly silent since the plan changed, not that Danny blamed her, crazy things happened.

"I was right, there is something special about you, though to be honest I never expected it to be a group of Jedi's."

"Ezra and Kanan are the Jedi's, I'm just…along for the ride, speaking of we need to catch ours." Danny replied as he eyed the last transport.

"But how did you...how…no you're right mission first." Leia agreed.

With that they all headed towards the last cruiser, the locks had been removed and it was just waiting for them to get in and take off. Chopper had gone back to grab the Phantom and met back up with The Ghost and Hera, Kanan was waiting at the opening ramp for them and Sabine, Ryder and Zeb had taken the other transports out ready to meet up with them in deep space with the rest of the fleet. Danny could see the Imperial reinforcements out in the distance quickly approaching, the smoke and fire a clear signal to them that something was going on. Kanan motioned for them to get on and Danny didn't hesitate, he was tired and needed to heal his injuries. He glanced back once to see Ezra and Leia pausing on the ramp. He received a quick glance from her before she started to converse with Ezra before starting the next part of the plan.

Honestly Danny didn't like the part of them leaving Leia behind; especially after what had just happened on the mission but they had no choice. As far as the galaxy new Princess Leia Organa was a member of the Imperial Senate and they needed it to be kept that way. He saw Leia and Ezra struggling over a blaster before Ezra took it and stunned Leia, leaving her behind for the Imperial reinforcements to rescue. Danny simply joined Kanan on the bridge and sat in the co-pilot's chair as Kanan took the controls and brought the ship up towards space, but not before making sure that the ship's activating thrusters blew the last remaining AT-AT onto a few of the incoming reinforcements. With the mission now completed they headed upwards towards space and soon the stars turned to a familiar blue as they made their escape.

It was now a few hours later, The Ghost Crew had meet up with the rest of the surviving Phoenix Squadron; delivering the much-needed cruisers which were a welcomed sight and a boost for morale after the loss of their base on Garel. Hera had finally let Danny out of the med-bay, after treating his various burns and cuts and placing a small eye patch over his healing eye. Right now, he was in the living area of The Ghost, celebrating the victory with the other Specters for stealing the ships. And it was worth celebrating, it was incredibly dangerous even before The Inquisitors showed up but they had managed to do it. At that moment Ezra walked in with Ryder, it was time to send the helpful old man on his way. But Danny couldn't help but notice something different about Ryder, there was a twinkle in his eye that hadn't been there before, it's almost as if there was hope in the man's heart again.

"So, Governor…we need to find a safe place for you now." Hera spoke as Ryder approached.

"I already know where I'm going, back home." Ryder replied with a small smile.

"I knew you'd come around." Kanan beamed.

"I couldn't see it before but going to prison with the Bridger's started something and that something has grown bigger than I could even imagine. I owe it to them and I owe it to you to see it though to the very end."

"Welcome to the fight Governor." Ezra congratulated Ryder in joining, it was the first time since Ezra found out about his parents that Danny had seen him happy.

"Hey Danny, I've been meaning to ask…where's my armor canvas?" Sabine asked as she playfully elbowed him.

"Uh…I believe it's still in The Phantom actually."

"Really…huh…looks like you live to fly another day Ghost Boy."

Danny simply smiled as she left to probably acquire the armor, he promised her. Seeing as how everything was fine here, and as they were still connected to the central Blockade Runner that Phoenix Squadron were using as their main base currently Danny decided to go talk to Ahsoka about a few things. Mainly what he sensed about Leia and his supposed empty file the Rebellion had on him. On his way to her quarters he passed by Rex, it was good to see him again. The old clone had asked what happened to him, clearly not missing the many bandages and eyepatch. Danny simply replied with "I got blown up", which was true remembering the red canister the Seventh Sister threw at him. Rex simply gave an amused yet suspicious chuckle. Danny knew that Rex was worried about him but seeing that Danny was currently fine decided not to press the issue. Danny liked Rex and he could tell that the old clone had taken a shine to him too. Danny reached Ahsoka's cabin and pressed the electronic signaling button to let her know he was here.

"Come in!" her voice said from the other side of the door.

Having permission Danny opened the door and entered her quarters. He saw Ahsoka standing there talking to a hologram of a man Danny didn't know, he had dark hair, a goatee and an aged appearance and dressed in what Danny could only guess were regal clothes. Ahsoka was also known as Fulcrum and was like the Rebellion's spymaster being able to get secrets and reports from classified sources, maybe this was one of her sources. But seeing as she was in a conversation with the man maybe now wasn't the best time to talk to her.

"Oh, I'm sorry didn't mean to intrude. I just thought we were going to…you know I can come back later." Danny said as he started to turn around.

"No Danny it's fine in fact we were just finishing up." Ahsoka said before turning back to the hologram. "Anyways as I was saying I'll try to get you that information you requested Bail and get back to me as soon as you know about that other thing we talked about."

"Of course, farewell for now and may the force be with you." The man said before terminating the call from his end.

"Alright, firstly how are you feeling, I honestly don't know yet what's life threatening with you yet." Ahsoka teased, Danny knew she was being playful and serious though.

"I'm okay nothing a few days of rest won't heal. You've already seen me at one of my worst, so long as I don't have a hole in me or I'm not missing a limb I'm good." Danny simply replied.

"That's good, I've read the report on the mission, you and the crew handled yourself well on the mission, the Inquisitors reappearing were unexpected but I'm glad you were able to handle them without any long-term consequences."

"If we run into them again it will be too soon, though they did step up their game, got me a few good times back there…I think it's because I was going all out at them last time. You know when I was using my frustration and emotions to fuel my attacks not caring if I got hit so long as I did damage to them, that might have had something to do with it."

"Well if we run into them again, and I have a feeling that we will we'll need to be careful, even with defeat they still learn something about you."

"Yeah…actually I should tell you that they do know I have a weakness to electricity, since it reminds me of how I died, or more accurately got my powers her little droid got me good."

"You have a weakness to electricity; well I guess we should be lucky that the Inquisitors don't know how to conjure Force Lighting."

"Force Lightning, that's a thing?"

"A major dark side power, something only a Sith Lord could do and let me tell you it's not fun to be on the receiving end of it."

"Okay, good to know for future reference, now I did want to ask you something it's about Leia."

"Leia, what about her?"

"When we were on the mission, I swear as soon as I saw her the Force screamed at me, it was like it was trying to get my attention and notice her but when I asked Kanan and even Ezra about it they said they didn't sense anything. Now from what you and Kanan have told me so far everybody has the Force in them but those that are Force Sensitive and can use it project themselves like beacons unless they choose to hide it, well if that's how you describe it then Leia was like a lighthouse, practically yelling into the Force to be noticed but at they same time it also felt…I don't know muted, you and Kanan are the exerts on The Force so I figured I'd ask you." Danny explained.

"You said this was Leia?" Ahsoka inquired.

"Yes, and again when we were talking on The Ghost, I could feel it but I was the only one who could."

"Hmm…curious, I've met with Leia a few times due to my work with the Rebellion and I can honestly say while I do feel something in the Force familiar about her it's not screaming at me like you described, as far as I know she's not Force Sensitive."

"So, what does that mean?"

"For now nothing…The Force works in mysterious ways, I'm not saying you didn't feel something with Leia I'm just saying at the moment I can't explain why you would feel something so intense while Kanan and I can't. Maybe it's because of your unique situation and connection to the Force, but I'm just speculating I'll look into it, was there something else?"

"Yeah during the mission Leia pulled me aside and wanted to ask about me. Apparently, the Rebellion has a file on me that's empty, what's that about?"

"That's mostly my fault, I'm going to spare you the rules and protocols but since you are technically with The Ghost Crew and the Rebellion there is a file on you but I've kept it classified and blank for most of it for a verity or reasons and this mission has let's say gotten some of the higher ups taking a closer look at your file."

"Is that good or bad?"

"Depends on who's looking at it and what they want to do with the information, one of the reasons I left it blank was because of your situation, I wasn't going to describe your situation or abilities in the file in case spies or some of the more extreme persons in the Rebellion got heir hands on it. Others might not even believe you're from another galaxy as no one has ever heard of your home planet Earth or the others you say share the system with it. Keep in mind that not even Kanan or Ezra's file mention that they are Jedi for security reasons, no one outside of Phoenix Squadron know of your abilities or story…but now some of the higher ups are looking to me for answers."

"Well what do you plan on telling them?"

"Nothing, really at first, my rank allows me to deem information classified and leave it at that, they can ask all they want but I don't have to tell them. Though I feel in order to keep it quiet I need to give some specifics to the other leaders in the Rebellion, like the man I was just talking to Bail Organa."

"Organa, as in Leia father?"

"Yes, he's an old friend of the Jedi, he was long before and during The Clone Wars and while I've never gotten anything out of him I have a feeling he helped a few Jedi escape Order 66, he's one of the main suppliers for the Rebellion and he knows about my past and that Kanan and Ezra are Jedi. That's one of the main reasons he trusted his daughter to go on this mission. I feel at the very least I should make him privy to a few details about you as I know I can trust him…but not without your permission or consent."

"Well…what exactly would you tell him I don't take it he'd just accept that I'm a half-dead teenage superhero who fell into a portal in The Ghost Zone while battling a mechanical hunter who's out to make me a trophy and ended up in a different galaxy and with the rebellion because he had nothing better to do." Danny summarized, his situation and after a pause both he and Ahsoka burst out laughing after realising Danny had said that in a single breath, deadpanned and completely serious.

"You know what, I might just tell him exactly that at first just so I can see the look on his face."

"If you do send me a picture."

"But in all serious, I would probably just tell the truth from a certain point of view, I'd come up with a story to explain your situation for the rest of the Rebellion but only give true details like where you're from and what you can do to those I trust, like Senator Organa."

"Was this part of the information he was asking you about?"

"Partly, there were other things but I could sense that this was what he really wanted to know, I'm sure Leia told him enough to know why I kept you file classified."

"So, Leia's okay then, I was worried we left her back there."

"She's fine, this wasn't her first job and she is a member of the Imperial Senate who just had her ships stolen by dangerous rebel insurgents. They probably questioned her and let her go once she started threatening them with impeding her duties and blaming them for losing her ships, she's back on Alderaan with her family."

"That's good…so you trust her father completely."

"I wouldn't be here without him."

"Well then I guess you can tell him. I trust you so if you trust him that's good enough for me, but the basics."

"Of course, Danny, now was there anything else?"

The Fifth Brother opened his eye to see a blazing white spot cloud his vision, his face hurt, like really hurt. He looked around, the corners of his vision dark and blurry, his ears picking up scraping metal and a distant hissing sound. Not just his face, his whole body was wacked in pain and he was lying on a cold, metal slab. He tried to get up but found he couldn't; his legs and arms were not responding. No, they were responding he just couldn't move them, he looked down, his senses quickly coming back as his vision turned red and he looked down to see that his arms and legs were bounded by restraints. He started to jerk and break free, but could not, the metal slab he was lying on started to rise and soon the hissing noise he was hearing turned to a familiar pattern or respirator breathing and The Fifth Brother felt a wave of fear take over him. The Fifth Brother was brought up to reveal he was in a medical station, The Seventh Sister, still partially frozen was being melted out, only her face was now exposed. She could see, hear and speak but could not do anything else. And in the center of the room stood the one figure The Fifth Brother never wanted to see…Darth Vader.

"Once again you two have disobeyed my orders and allowed this child to make fools of yourselves, this time there will be consequences." Vader said as he activated his red saber, bathing the med bay in a blood red light.

The Fifth Brother tried to plead, to beg his master to be merciful, but found that he couldn't say anything, not out of fear, not for a loss of words but he literally couldn't speak. A medical droid zoomed out from behind the table with a mirror in one of its pinchers. It raised it up so that the Fifth Brother could see and he suddenly realized why his face hurt and why he was seeing red. The boy had badly damaged his face, in the moment the Fifth Brother could only feel pain before he fell unconscious. Now he could see that his entire jaw had been removed and replaced with a metal clamp, decorated with lights and tubes feeding from it into his neck which was now home to a neck brace that attached to his armor, he would have to turn his whole body in order to look behind him now and he was sure if he removed the brace it would reveal an exposed throat that would prove fatal to him.

Not just his lower jaw but his eyes had also been replaced. Really just one eye had been popped out of its socket but in the repairs both eyes had been taking out and replaced with cybernetics, now everything he saw was in red and it fed data to his brain. It wasn't bad enough that Vader cut off his hand while training them, now even more of himself had been replaced, he was close to being more machine then man. The Fifth Brother tried to scream out in pain and agony and sadness, but no scream ever came, he had also lost his voice.

"Nothing to say in your defence, no I suppose not. Should you prove yourself worthy one day I may decide to return your voice to you but for now you will be silent and do as you are ordered…and as for your partner, have you anything to say in your defence Seventh Sister." Vader said as he turned to face her.

"Yes, master, yes, I have information that might prove beneficial, just please spare me!" The Seventh Sister pleaded.

"Tell me the information and then I will decide if it's worth your life."

"During the fight, I noticed the boy, that white-haired freak, he used his abilities to save the Princess's life, now why would he do that, she was an Imperial Senator, they kidnapped her to get to her ships and with their cover blown they could no longer use her, but he went out of his way to save her and at the same time the Bridger boy she was with. I think the Princess might have intended to give the Rebels their ships."

"The Princess…you mean Princess Leia Organa of Alderaan?" Vader inquired.

"Yes, I think she might be a traitor, I just saw it in between regaining consciousness."

"Organa?" Vader muttered to himself, deep in thought.

Vader clearly remembered the name and the House of Organa, not only had Bail Organa been a close friend to his beloved Padme but he and now their adopted daughter Princess Leia had been a thorn in the Empire's side since it's formation. Palpatine and Vader always had concerns or thoughts that Organa had been helping the Rebels if not being a member of the Rebellion himself but they could never prove it and without proof they couldn't arrest him or charge him for treason without others taking notice as he was a member of the senate in addition to his wife Breha being the ruling Queen of Alderaan. If what The Seventh Sister said was true then his daughter may be the link he needs to destroy the troublesome Organa's once and for all. And quite possibly if the Organa's were indeed an ally to the Rebellion as he and his master believed, draw out both the boy and his former apprentice.

"Once again you've proven you may still be of use Inquisitor." Vader spoke.

Before the Seventh Sister could breath a sigh of relief of having her life spared again, Vader brought his saber down on the frozen Inquisitor's right arm. The frozen appendage fell to the ground, her lightsaber still clutched in the frozen hand. A scream of pain erupted from the Seventh Sisters throat but was unable to do anything as she was still frozen.

"But as I said…there will be consequences for your failure and let me make myself clear to the both of you…you are to track the Rebels down, eliminate Kanan Jarrus and the boy Ezra Bridger if he can't be turned but you will leave this boy and Ahsoka Tano to me…." Vader warned both of them before turning to the medical droid. "…droid, bring the Seventh Sister a suitable prosthetic…only after she has been completely thawed out."

"But my lord, this ice is not regular, it's enhanced and melting very slowly it will take much time before it will be gone completely." The droid reported.

"As I said replace her arm only after she has been thawed out."

Okay and there we go, now yes, for those of you who actually watch Rebels you will notice that things have changed a bit. In the original episode A Princess on Lothal the Inquisitors did not make an appearance. Their appearance here was all me. I never wanted this story to be Star Wars Rebels just with Danny Phantom in it but let's be honest, that's what it's been up till now. Now I feel that it was necessary to do it a bit in order to place Danny into this universe, introduce him to things and have him build relationships with the crew so I can then take the story in wild new directions at the appropriate time. I will tell you right now this story will not stick to Star Wars Canon, this was the first deviation and it will lead to another that people might be able to guess at this point but be ready to throw Star Wars Canon out the window as we get deeper into the story. I will still be doing most of Season 2 like The Protectors of Concord Dawn(Sabine/Mandalorian), The Legends of the Lasat (Hondo/Wild Space), Homecoming (Hera's Dad and lots of Funny moments), Shroud of Darkness (Lothal Jedi Temple, Ahsoka/Vader) and Twilight of the Apprentice (Episode everyone watched) which I will be splitting into two or three parts. Now the other episodes I will either combine into something, cut or have other things. I won't say much but I will tell you a few things coming up in the story.

1. A Major Canon diversion will be happening before we get to Twilight of the Apprentice some of you might guess what it is but I won't confirm at this time

2. Another Danny Phantom character will be coming to the Star Wars universe by the time we reach Shroud of Darkness with others following or popping up after

3. While Season 2 will still mostly happen with only a few changes, Season 3 will follow some of the episodes like Steps into Shadow, Holocrons of Fate, Visions and Voices to name a few but it will mostly be dealing with new or other elements as well

4. Instead of episodes on The Call (Space Whales filler episode that the only reason isn't filler is because they appear in the finale out of the blue) and the Honorable Ones (Kallus and Zeb stuck on a moon) the call will be dropped and Honorable Ones will be replaced with an Amity Park chapter

That's really all I'll say at this point, I have many more ideas and thoughts but I'll keep them to myself for now. One of the reasons I wanted to get this chapter out today was because I wanted an update before I see Episode IX: You see when I first published this story, chapter 1 it was on December 17th 2015. The same day the early screenings were for Star Wars: Episode VII: The Force Awakens, so I feel it's almost a full-half circle thing in publishing a chapter before the last film in the sequel trilogy comes out. No matter what happens in the film, weather it's good or bad, whether it's amazing or it sucks, weather it brings a satisfying conclusion to the saga or it's a lame endnote only there to make money and cash in on nostalgia, it will be a defining day for the Star Wars fandom. As soon as I post this chapter, I will be off to my theater to see the last (for now, I will bet you actual money that 30-40 years from now if not sooner then that Disney will make Episodes X, XI and XII) film in the Skywalker saga. Now if only I didn't waste two years in between we could have been father along by this point, but oh well life gets in the way. So, let's get on to the reviews from the last chapter.

TheFishKing: Olay I see what you mean, yeah Sam will definitely have an issue with killing people, though she is an activist so she would also be against the Empire, still I think I could come up with some situations that will work and yes eventually Dani will be coming here, haven't fully decided on what she will always be doing but she will be included.

King Joker: Well hope you also believe it when you see an update for this story, another chapter so soon, hey giving my track record yeah. Also, yes Danny getting hurt in every mission has become a gag, Zeb and Sabine even bet on it in this chapter, Danny cost Sabine five credits. Also, I feel that if Danny were to tell anybody about Dan it would be Ahsoka first as she's been training him and helping him and Danny trusts, via instincts and The Force that he could tell her about Dan. Funny thing it was only while I was writing Dany telling her about Dan and how he has experienced what his dark side could be that I remembered the Mortis arc and what Ahsoka went through and how similar it was to Danny, that only reinforced my decision to have Danny tell Ahsoka. He might still tell the others eventually and it might also be in the form of a melt down or nor you'll have to wait and see.

Daniel6: Yeah I own them on DVD/Blu-Ray too so yeah. I also hope you were not disappointed in Leia's appearance and yes I will be doing Twin Suns, but it probably won't be the way you're expecting it to be…

BrxkenArrow: No comment on why Sabine had green tips instead of purple, I'll leave that up for speculation and thanks for your kind words on my writing style, I try my best and mostly I succeed with a few grammar errors also I will try to get out the next Chapter of A Hotel for Monsters

Jebest4781: Yeah now as were getting deeper into the story more DP elements and characters will appear, I've already guaranteed you one character will appear before we get to Shroud of Darkness

SPARTAN-626: Thank you for your kind words I agree it was way to long, I have many things planned and I'm glad I can count on you for staying for the whole ride, however long that will take and as for who or if Danny is shipped with anybody…well maybe I'll leave it up to fans, so far people have been leaning for Danny to get with Sabine, heck I've had a fan PM me about righting a lemon for them…I politely declined as that's not my writing type. But knowing the support is out there, we'll have to see no final decisions yet.

DinoPirate: Hey gilly boy, thanks for telling me I do remember you so it's good to know you by your new name (ponders reasons for such a change) just joking and yes I realize I do tend to repeat information, an annoying habit I also have in real life when I'm talking and I just might start looking into getting a beta reader and I hope you liked this episode branching off a bit as I've promised more will happen just wait and see as I do not want it to just be Danny Phantom in Star Wars Rebels but like I explained I think it was necessary to an extent but things will start changing

DJ Rodriguez: As I've already said above, I believe Ahsoka would have been the first and I'm not ruling out Danny telling the others about his dark past/future/timey-whiney stuff at some point, glad to have you as a fan

DJTimmer: Yeah I will admit that I might have goofed a bit with Danny's allies and friends and family back in Amity Park, I have a plan in place and I kind of need them to do certain things at a certain time and admit ally I could have planned it better but I'm already committed so yeah I might have goofed a bit but oh well it doesn't really harm the story does it, if it did I would most definitely go back and fix it unlike some other writers I won't mention.

Jim89: I guess the timing was just right, glad to hear from you again I do enjoy your long and in-depth reviews. Uh Valerie and Danielle missing form the nightmare sequence. Ok maybe they should have been included but I planned to only include the core friends and family or Danny, the Rebel crew get there because they are connected to The Star Wars universe, The Force and the ones he's currently with, but yeah Valerie or at the very least Dani should have been included, but it's the same reason I also didn't include Cujo, Frostbite or Wulf in the vision. Clockwork, he's always doing something for a reason. Danny is growing sense it comes with getting older, it would also be too easy for Danny to wipe out an Imperial Fleet which is why I have to limit him to has an issue with killing to prevent him from becoming overpowered, though sometimes he still manages to do that. Yes the Rebels could cannibalize the ships for parts, except they were in the middle of evacuating but hey idea for future. And yes as I've stated Star Wars Rebels and Star Wars will not be ending the same. Also, I hate to be bashing on Resistance but it's a flawed show. The concept of the first season was interesting and could have worked if it had, better characters, better writing, more of a storied structure, less focus on kid related humor, absolutely no Kaz and if Filoni had more of a hand in it, I mean I know it was his idea but he didn't helm it like he did Clone Wars or Rebels he just came up with the general story for Resistance. But the show is missing the point it's too geared towards kids and I'm not saying it has to bee dark or edgy like some episodes of Clone Wars and Rebels were but it can't but it should not be geared towards kids, it can be marketed towards kids but there needs to be something there for the adult fan and at this point I'm only watching it because it has Star Wars in it's title and unfortunately it's canon. Heck I can tell you just about every episode from The Clone Wars and Rebels but if you asked me what happened in the episodes of Resistance Season 2 which is currently airing and I've seen much more recently then the former shows I've mentioned I couldn't' tell you even half of them. Okay sorry way off topic I got into a rant, basically thanks for agreeing with me that Resistance sucks it could have been good if handled better, I will take Jar-Jar Binks any day over that idiot Kaz.

mad thought: Well I can't promise Korriban, we'll have to see where the story goes but I can promise you Malachor at least and well there's one vote for Danny and Sabine

rebelturtle9-1-3: You didn't really come off as rude, more like annoyed I figured you were someone who really likes Ezra and didn't like how I was writing him, now I will admit that in this chapter I did intentionally write for Ezra to say the infamous "Well Excuse me Princess" line but only because I could not resist and in the episode he dose just say "Excuse me" to "Princess" Leia so I felt it was perfect. But yeah as I said I wasn't intent alloy bashing Ezra most of what I wrote happened in the show, but yeah I will keep that in mind and also while I don't hate Ezra anymore he's still not my favorite, having seen all of Rebels now I can tolerate him, I still think he can be annoying at times but at least he isn't KAZ!, no I'm not talking about that abomination again you get the idea. Also this is a story about Danny, some characters might get focus or POVs from time to time but the story is about Danny and since it takes place during the time of Star Wars Rebels where the story was mostly about Ezra he will be featured a bit, there will be other chapters down the line like what a wrote for them in the chapter for Brothers of a Broken Horn which I still really like and hope you liked this little divergence, Leia's appearance and what I have planned in the future

tomahawkESP: While the power you said is called Overshadowing it's really just possession, my theory which I can't remember was confirmed or not was that the reason they call it Overshadowing in the show was because at the time Danny Phantom was made they could not use the word Possess or something, just like how in the 1994 Fox Spider-Man cartoon Mobius the Living Vampire drains "plasma" from his victims because they could not show or depict blood at the time, TV's always have rules like that but this is a story so I can call it straight up body possession and we will see it too eventually, an ability Danny doesn't like doing and the Rebels (especially Sabine) won't like because that means Danny can basically control someone like a puppet, but it might not be on Vader.

Well that's it for the reviews, so anyways in a few hours I'll be off to see the latest movie and well I hope it doesn't suck but I can leave you all with this new chapter to read so I hope you enjoyed it so please if you haven't already please favorite and follow this story and please everybody review, let me know what you think, until next time…
