So… I don't own Danny Phantom… It would still be on if I did. XD

And… without further ado…. On to the story!

Black and purple roses lining the rows.

He had always been so clueless... That was something everybody knew. The teachers, his friends, even his parents, who could be clueless themselves, knew before he did. The whole town even had an ongoing bet about it. But now that was all over. He was no longer blind; He could see what was right before his eyes.

Beautiful Raven hair falling loose for once to frame a porcelain face.

It was finally time that he got the courage to do what should have been done a long time ago. He had already waited so long to do this and was beginning to think that he may be too late.

Sweeping black gown trails along the floor, scattering the petals along the floor.

Was he moving too fast? Too slow? What should he do? But those thoughts didn't matter anymore. It was time to do what he had come here to do.

Sounds of music fill the air as everyone stands and watches in awe.

They lay down on the hills, watching the stars like they did so many years ago. It has been three years now since everything that happened that day; since the world found out his secret. Since he had finally gotten the courage to follow his heart.

A smile graces her beautiful lips, pitch black as midnight.

They laid there many hours that night, pointing out the constellations and just enjoying each other's company before he finally decided it was time. He pulled her up by the hand and looked her in the eye.

Lilac eyes dancing with happiness and laughter.

"Sam, we have been together for so many years now. First just as friends but lately as something much more. We have shared so many experiences in our lives, from ghosts to gorillas," he began, eliciting a chuckle from Sam. "We have been through so much together and I can't imagine my life without you by my side, whether it is as my ghost hunting companion, my best friend, or now my girlfriend. You believed in me even when I lost faith in myself and helped me pull through even the most impossible situations. You've always been there for me through thick and thin and never even considered leaving me behind. Even when the situation took a turn for the worst, which we both know happens a lot, you stuck by me. Sam, I love you and I can't live without you." He said as he knelt to one knee holding out a gorgeous black diamond ring with amethyst highlights. "So, Sam Manson… will you marry me?"

And there was only one thing left to say.

I do.
