Mahou Sentai Magiranger: Mages and Devils

After Rias has scared the Fallen Angel that attacks Issei away, the red-haired girl walks to check on him.

"Are you alright?" Rias asked.

"Yeah...I think so...but what just happened?" Issei asked.

Rias was about to answer before she sensed something approaching, she and Issei then saw monsters appearing out of several magic circles.

The monsters were wearing brown bodysuits with grey gloves and boots with grey armor on their arms and chests with a loincloth, they also have grey masks and orange bug like eyes and were wielding a sword and axe in their hands.

"Oh great, now what's going on?" Issei asked.

"Stray Devils...no, they don't look right." Rias said.

One of the monsters was about to attack them, and Rias was ready to battle them as her eyes turned red.

But then a soccer ball hits that monster on the head which was strong enough to knock him to the ground.

Rias and Issei turn to the person who had thrown that soccer ball to that monster.

The young man was 16 years old with spiky black hair and black eyes. He was also wearing a red jacket with black stripes and square dots on the sleeves, and was wearing black pants and red sneakers.

This is Ozu Kai.

"Kai?" Issei gasped to see his childhood friend here.

"Hey, Issei, so this is what you were up to. Guess, it was a good thing that your mother called me." Kai said before the monsters turn to Kai as they walk to him.

"Just get out of here!" Rias told him. "I know, you want to help your friend but these monsters…"

"Won't be a problem for me." Kai said which stunned her and Issei.

Kai soon brought out a flip phone that was colored gold and black, he soon unflips it to reveal a red pad with black numbers and call start and end symbols, and a crystal screen. This is the Magic Cellphone

"Heavenly Saint," Kai said as he pressed on a button on the side to change the phone as it folds out a wand-like extension from the top. "Grant me the power of magic!"

"Magic?" Rias said in confusion.

He then pressed on the numbers 106. Kai then brought the phone to his other arm as he raised it upward.

"Mahou Henshin! Maagi magi…" Kai said as he swings his arms to his other side and points his Magic Cellphone up in the air. "Magiiro!"

A bolt of lightning fired from the phone and to the sky, which created a large magic circle with five different colored animal symbols on it as clouds began to gather around it.

Kai crossed his arms as the circle passed through his body from the top to beneath his feet, and spread his arms, and then a spirit in the form of a red being with flames on his arms and head, and then Kai clothes changes into a bodysuit and a helmet appeared to covered his face and head, before Kai flicks his cape and did a hand sign with his middle and third fingers pressed on his palm while his other fingers were sticking out.

Kai was now wearing a red bodysuit with a cape that reached to his waist with a golden belt with a 'M' shape buckle in the front. He was also wearing red boots and gloves, and has black and gold bands on the top of his boots and on the end of his gloves, and has black and gold lines that reach from his boots to his shoulders and has the same pattern around his neck. He also had a black and silver wand on the side of his belt with a 'M' shape crest on the top with a red jewel on the top of it that was shaped like a phoenix. He also had a red helmet with a black visor that was shaped like a phoenix.

Both Rias and Issei were surprised by Kai's transformation. Not only that Rias could sense a trandimus magical power emitting within.

'What a strong magical power. Just who is this human?' Rias thought.

"Kai...what happened to you?" Issei asked.

Kai then grabs the edge of his cape as he spins around before he stops and flicks his cape, as a red magic circle appears behind as a stream of flame flies around him.

"The Burning Flame Element!" Kai said as he swung his arms around and stopped as his left arm was pointed upward and his right was pointed beneath it. Kai then brought two of his fingers together.

"The Red Mage, MagiRed!" Kai declared as he bent his knees and pointed his left arm forward and his right to his side.
