Rosita waited by the gate for her other two wolves. Her head rested in one of her hands, and she was playing with a thought of sending them a text message to see what was taking them so long, but quickly scrap the idea.

She knew better then to send them a text, she would never hear the end of it from those two, and the last thing she wanted to be reminded of was how old she was, and how old she was getting. Instead, she waited by the gate and let out sigh, hoping that they would be here quickly.

"Want some company?" The brunette turned around to see Nicole walking up, her white cowboy hat on along with her jacket.

"Sure, but that's only if you can help me out of boredom." She answered looking back out to the driveway.

Nicole laughed and walked closer to the gate, placing her hands on top, grabbing a hold of the metal. "Can't promise such a thing, but I can try." Her smile was small and forced, Rosita can tell, and feeling the energy around the redhead was a good give away.

Rosita shrugged, resting her head back into her hand. "That's all I can ask for." She glanced over at Nicole, who was staring out as well, but more towards the sky then the driveway. "How have you been Nicole?"

"Oh, you know." She started, trying to relax under the glaze of her former pack leader, but it was hard. She wouldn't be surprise if Rosita could tell just how she was holding up by the energy she was giving off. "A whole mix of emotions and thoughts."

Rosita laughed at her. "Yeah?" The short brunette was good at playing stupid, Nicole knew that much.

Rosita was good at allowing the other person to express themselves without her special power getting in the way. She was patient with people when it came to expression things, and Rosita knew that she couldn't push into things if the person didn't want to talk about it. A lesson she had to learn more than a few times when she first got her powers.

"Yeah." Nicole answered back, nodding her head, trying to figure out on where to start, because she was telling the truth. Her emotions were hard to try and place right now with everything that has been going on for the past few months.

"Care to go into more detail on that, or would you like some help on where to start?" It was a rare question for her to ask. One that was reserved for people who truly knew what they were getting themselves into.

People like Nicole and Shae and Doc, who wanted to try and express how they were feeling but didn't know how. Never for the people like Eliza and Lucado who wanted to keep their thoughts and feeling to themselves, and who were always reserved and didn't want to be read. Then you have people like Jeremy who just allows it to come out without even a second thought, and it was those people who she really disliked for not knowing how to properly control their emotions. She couldn't completely hate those people though, for not knowing how to control such a thing. If anything maybe a little jealous, for allowing themselves to be so carefree.

"Maybe some help would be nice." Nicole answered not looking over at the other woman, feeling a slight blush run across her cheeks.

Nicole couldn't understand why it was hard for her to talk to Rosita out of all people. They spent years together before she went off to Black Badge. In fact if she would have stayed she would have been Rosita's right hand person, and yet her she was scared out of her wits end of what Rosita will think of her once she reads her emotions.

"Relax Nicole." Rosita said smiling up at her. "We've done this more than enough times for you to know that there is no judgment on my part."

"Yes, but let's not forget how long it's been since we've last done this." Nicole reminded her. "Last time we saw my emotions, it wasn't just my wolf, so it was more."

Rosita's smile dropped a little, but she tried her best to hold it in place for Nicole's comfort, though she wasn't sure on how much that was working. "So you are telling me I should prepare myself?"

Nicole laughed a little, removing her hat and running a hair through her hair. "I'm saying that whatever you see, you have to promise not to hate me."

Rosita looked confused with a raised eyebrow. "If you are talking about Toronto, I already know about that, remember?"

"Just promise me?" Nicole asked, her eyes finally meeting Rosita's.

"Okay." She nodded her head. "Promise."

After that Nicole let out a long and sharp sigh, the redhead placed her hat back on her head and turned her body to look over at her former pack leader. She held her hands out, readying herself for the waves of emotions that will take over her for a while. Rosita was a bit hesitant at first, not sure if she wanted to go through with it, but Nicole was sure that she wanted to, so she turn to look at the tall woman, and lowed her eyes to Nicole's hands, and grabbed them. When she looked back up at the redhead her eyes were blue, and everything that Nicole once felt and is feeling she felt too.

Rosita tracked it back to the moment Nicole left the pack, the feeling of regret and betrayal as if the group will never take her back. As if the group would never see her as family again, and as much as the short brunette wanted to say something, anything to Nicole to let her know that wasn't true, she couldn't, not right now. Instead she kept pushing, kept going with what Nicole asked her to do, and so she did with the next wave of emotions.

Toronto, the one where emotions were high for everyone, and Rosita wasn't sure if she really needed to dig deep into this one. At the time Nicole was wearing her emotions on her sleeve and rightfully so, since she has never been face to face with such a problem that involved her teammates. Nicole, the person who always tries to keep her emotions on check let them run wild during that time, and Rosita had to talk her down from doing something rather stupid to Xavier at the time. Still, the emotions still lingered of loss and anger in Nicole from that time, and healing was taking place, but it was slow and the friendship that Doc and Nicole had only grew stronger after that mission and the friendship between Xavier and Nicole grew weaker.

Months had past for her of course of the same worried, relaxed and confident feeling as she grew stronger not only within herself, but also with Doc and Xavier by her side and with her wolf. She started remembering her nights as a wolf and started taking on harder missions as time passed, and then one day they had to split up and the feeling of sadness took over her. Nicole wasn't sure on how long the mission would take, and the thought of being away from the two people she grew to care for hurt her, and the thought that she couldn't do this by herself took over.

Nicole did it though, she went on mission by herself and with new people, but never formed the same relationship she had with Xavier and Doc, because no matter how much Xavier pissed her off with the Toronto mission, she still loves Xavier like a brother, and no matter how much Doc tends to brag about his amazing life span Nicole also loves him like a brother. Rosita felt the family connection that Nicole has for both these men, and within that moment she knew nothing was going to change that.

The next few emotions though were a bit blurred throughout the time, of the tall redhead missing both Doc and Xavier when she went out in either solo mission or group missions that didn't involve them. It wasn't until the past few months her emotions switched into something more, something different. Way different then what she felt for both herself and her pack and Xavier and Doc.

It was pure and genuine, yet she was terrified and scared beyond her wits end, and Rosita couldn't place why she felt that way. She went further into her emotion, finding the feeling love within Nicole, and not the same love that she felt for Doc, Xavier or even Shae, but a different love. It was there and it was strong, yet it was still covered by fear of doubt. Rosita didn't understand why, there was still part of Nicole that she wouldn't allow Rosita to see.

She had to by past that though, she didn't have enough time to see what Nicole wanted to hide from her, and she moved onto her next and final feeling of stress and worried. Something that happen not even that long ago, and that fear was back, but it was different from the previous one that she felt before. It was there though, and it was heavier and stronger than her past emotions.

Finally, Rosita had to find her way back trying to separate herself from Nicole's emotions from her own. It was at times a struggle when a person's emotions ran high, and they aren't sure on how to deal with them that the small brunette had the most difficulty from separating herself from the actual person. However, she found her way back, and her once blue eyes turn back to brown and she let go of Nicole's hands.

"Holy shit." Rosita let out breathing heavy after that wild ride she took. She looked over at her friend who was breathing hard herself, one hand on the gate and she was leaning over, her hand on her knee. "I didn't know you were holding back so much emotion there." She wanted to laugh but she felt like it was inappropriate in such a serious manner, that she held it back.

Nicole did though. It sounded a bit forced when she did it, as if trying to lighten the mood from the wave of heavy emotions that hit both of them, that maybe laughing would make the situation better. "Yeah." She replied with a smile on her face she. She looked up at Rosita, as she tried to regain her balance.

Nicole forgot how much energy it took out of her when deciding to do this with Rosita and it seems like it's taking the same effect with the small brunette as well.

"So, I think we should really talk about everything that we just felt." Rosita said once she regain her breath and stood up straight.

Nicole laughed, and this time it was real, and her breath was regain as she stood up straight and looked over at her friend. "Where should we start?"

After Constance moved Waverly back onto the bed the blonde stepped out of the room and back into the room with the bar. She walked behind the bar fixing herself a drink, when she heard the door open and looked up from the drink she was fixing herself. She took a glance over to the person who entered, and a small smile placed her face.

"Randy." She let out putting the bottle back where she found it. "Long time no see." Her smile grew as she spoke to the old wolf.

"Constance." He said bowing his head in a hello to her. He looked pasted the blonde woman, and over to the room that once held a door to keep Waverly Earp inside. "Did it work?"

Constance took a gulp of her drink, and nodded her head. "It did." She answered with a smile. She looked over her shoulder where a peaceful Waverly was sleeping for the time being.

"How does it work?" Randy asked taking a seat on the stool.

Constance placed her drink on the table and looked over at Randy. "What? Bobo didn't tell you?"

Randy chuckled a little, and took his cowboy hat off to place it beside himself. "Bobo and I aren't on talking terms at the moment." He looked over at the blonde woman, a soft smile on his face. "I understand, most of what will happen, but I don't fully understand why."

"Ah! The most basic question, and it's such a simple answer." She walked from behind the bar into the open space, drink still in hand. "It was easy really, when you live in a place like Purgatory. All we needed was a soul snatcher to do the work, and for us to pay them off."

"And what do you know, you found one I'm guessing." The old man replied back as he took a seat on the bar stool.

She smiled back at him, with a tiny glint in her eye. It was as if she was holding some type of secret from him that she knew along. "You guessed right." She finished the drink in her hand, and set it down on the bar. Licking her lips as she rubbed her hands together. "Can you feel it Randy?"

"Yeah." He rang out, shaking his hands out. "Haven't felt this much energy since Wyatt and your husband fought." He lean back against the bar, trying hard to relax, but the amount of energy that was going around in the air was making it hard to feel comfortable. "Wouldn't be surprised if it's reaching outside of the triangle."

"Oh, it surely is." Bobo's voice rang out as the door behind him was swing back and forth a bit. "So when the time comes, make sure you are ready, cause you aren't the only one who will be juiced."

He walked the length from the bar door to the broken door that Waverly did, and peaked inside the room. His smile slowly grew as he looked over Waverly, knowing that his plan has worked. "Time to move on to the next step." Bobo said as he moved away from the room, and exited out of the door with Nedley and Constance right behind him.

-\/\/-\/\/-\/\/-\/\/-\/\/-

"We need a plan Wynonna, and we need one fast." Doc told her, he was already pacing up and down the length of the kitchen thinking of what they could do to try to not only save Waverly, but to also try and end this unwanted war that was happen. "Do you have anything in mind?"

"Oh, I got a lot in mind, but maybe none that any of you will like." She replied back.

Her fist were balled up tight, rage everywhere in her body. Her anger that she had for Nicole was nothing now compare to the anger she feels for one old sheriff.

"All I know right now is Nedley is mine."

"Wrong." Nicole said walking back into her house followed by Rosita and the Gardner sisters. "Nedley is mine." Her eyes changed from anger just by saying the name, and quickly changed back once Nicole felt her control coming back to her. "And if they want a war, then that's what we'll get them."

"You can't be serious." Jeremy voiced out. "Not all of us what that, and to do that would cost us." He crossed him arms over his chest and shrugged his shoulders. "I don't think we even have enough people to even call ourselves and army."

"That's why I'm asking you to do the one thing I know you're going to hate." Rosita said stepping in. "Nicole and I talked about it, and I think it would be a good idea to maybe bring in Ewan and his pack."

"Oh." Jeremy chuckled at the end of it. "You and Nicole talked about it did you?" He asked pointing to the both of them. "So glad that you two can make decisions regarding my boyfriend without me."

"Come on, Jeremy." Rosita stated. "You know it's not like that, it's just that-"

"Just what?" He asked, allowing his arms to hang by his sides now as he balled up his own fist. "We were doing just fine, this doesn't involve us." He stated himself. "This isn't our war to fight, nor did we start it, so tell me what I should know."

There was silence as everyone looked between Jeremy and Rosita, wondering if anything else would be said, or even should be said.

"You should know then," Nicole started. "That you are a very stupid boy if you think that this doesn't somehow involve you." The redhead was looking straight at him, a hint of frustration in her eyes. "This war, is with us supernatural creatures that I understand no one asked to be, and yet here we are." She shrugged her shoulders. "The only reason we asked you to talk to see if Ewan can join was, because Rosita told me that would be the most respectable thing to do. Me," She put her hand against her chest. "I just wanted to get him here, rather you like the idea if he was coming or not."

"You aren't part of this pack anymore." Jeremy told her. "You don't get to make commands for us. You don't-"

"That is enough." Rosita let out, her blue eyes showing as she stepped in. "She may not be part of this pack anymore, but I am still the pack leader, and what I says goes. If you aren't going to call him, then I can get someone else to call him. It that understood?"

Jeremy wanted to say so much at this point. What he was feeling, the amount of risk they were taking to do this. Not just him, but everyone involved, and the last thing he wanted was to involve a person he loves.

"Understood." He said walking away as he pulled his cell phone out to make the call.

"So, we brought so food for everyone." Mercedes let out, moving forward and sitting the take out bags on the table. "Figured we could plan as we eat."

-\/\/-\/\/-\/\/-\/\/-\/\/-

After Jeremy got off the phone, he stayed outside. The last place he wanted to be was back inside with people who didn't understand where he was coming from. He let out a sigh, and lean against his hands as he looked up at the sky as he allowed his thoughts to run wild between, knowing better then to speak against his leader and what this can actually mean for everyone

"Hey, mind if I join you?"

"I'm sure there's room here." Jeremy answered as he moved over a bit to let Beth take a seat next time him.

"Here, I brought you this." She handed him a burger that was wrapped still, and feeling warm. "Figured you might be hungry, but also thought that you may not want to go back inside either, after what happen."

He smiled down at it, and unwrapped it taking a small bite. "Was it wrong of me for trying to say no?"

Beth shook her head, popping her neck and allowing herself to rest her head in her hand. "If I could pull Mercedes away from this I would. I already lost a brother, the last thing I want is to lose a sister too."

"I'm sure she thinks the same too." He swallowed the food that was in his mouth and looked up at the sky. "I'm sure we all have someone who we much rather not get involved in this." He took another bite, chewing slowly in thought.

Beth smiled at him, but not a real happy one, more of one with understanding and bittersweet. "You aren't wrong about that." She told him. "Some have lost already in this, and the war hasn't even started."

Jeremy looked at her confused, swallowing once again before speaking. "What do you mean?"

Beth turn to look at him. "Nicole and her pack, don't you know anything about them?"

Jeremy tried hard not to laugh, and shook his head. "Not all of us can read the past so well Beth."

She laughed along with him, once she realized what he was talking about. "Sorry, still getting used to everything." She stretched a little, before getting back to what she meant. "Doc, his older then what he looks." Beth started. "He got lost for a good long while before the Black Badge Division found him. Good for him too, he wasn't even too sure how long he would be able to last."

"Last in what though?" Jeremy asked, taking another bite.

"In the well. He was trapped. No place to go, no one to talk to. Not knowing if anyone he knew was even alive, by the time Xavier found him, he knew something wasn't right."

Jeremy's eyes went wide. "A well?"

Beth nodded her head. "His is the better one out of the three in my opinion." Jeremy raised an eyebrow at her and waited for Beth to explain. "Xavier, he lost people, but in his line of work that tends to happen more times than not. Though, to have your whole body change from the inside out, to not even have a choice of being human. That's something we all live with." She sighed and shook her head. "It's horrible what they done to him."

"Who's they?"

"Black Badge." She answered. "They're the ones who changed him. I don't know what's worse, to be changed by some creature or to have humans do the change to you."

"They both sound pretty bad." He answered, taking a bite. "What about Nicole?" He asked with a mouth full of food. "What's her story?"

"She got changed too." Beth answered. "Lost everyone though in the progress as well." She lean back on her hands, and looked up at the sky. "When she first changed she didn't have anyone. She was by herself, confused and alone. Her family was gone, the life she once knew gone, the people she grew to know gone. That's why she left."

Jeremy nodded, swallowing the food. "She's been here before."

"She lived here before." Beth looked at him, then at the house. "This is her house. In fact, this was her parents' house." She looked down at her hand as she took in what the house was giving her. "God this house is old."

Jeremy turn to take a look at it. "Can't be that old."

Beth got up from her spot and walked up to one of the walls and laid her hand on it. She felt it run through her, as if water was being poured over her head, and she removed her hand. "It can't be."

"What?" Jeremy asked confused finishing the last of his burger.

"Hold on." Beth open the back door rushing back inside where everyone else was still at, eating and planning.

"Hey, Beth. Wait up." Jeremy got up from his spot to follow behind her, wondering too much of what was going on.

"Nicole." Beth walked up to her, hand already out as an offer for the tall redhead to give out her own, but all the young Gardner got was a raised eyebrow. "May I?"

"May you what?" She asked with confusion in her voice as she looked over at Rosita for help.

Rosita smiled softly at her, shaking her head lightly at the scene. This isn't the first time Beth had done something like this. "Beth can see the past."

Nicole's eyebrows raised up in surprised as she looked back at the other woman who had her hand out. "You can read a person's past?"

"Not just a person." Beth answered. "Things too." She smiled up at her, hand still out. "May I?"

"You can trust her." Rosita confirmed as she went back to planning on what her group will do in the war.

Nicole let out a deep breath as she placed her hand inside Beth's and felt a slight shock run through her body. It was a different feeling from how Rosita touched people to gather their emotions. Still it was there, and she can see Beth's eyes moving everywhere, as if she was watching a movie or a play and she wanted to see everything.

The moment Beth reached the end of her journey from the past and came back to the present, she smiled wildly up at Nicole. "Oh, we have so much to talk about." The eagerness was in her voice. "Mind if we talk somewhere more privately?"

"Um, sure, but why can't you just say it here?"

"Trust me, you'll want to hear it first and while you are sitting as well."

Nicole nodded her head, and told her that they can use living room to talk. "We'll also need Mercedes."

"For?"

"She can read the future." Rosita answered the redhead once again seeing where Ewan will fall into all of this.

"Wait." Nicole pause. "If she can read the future can't she just tell us what will happen?"

"Wished it worked like that." Mercedes answered walking up to her. "But unfortunately the future is much messier then the past. The past is solid, there is no changing on what has happen, but the future, that can change anytime. Not saying that what I see isn't right, but what I see can be changed just by doing something small."

"If that's the case, then why do we need her?" She asked looking over at Beth.

"We tend to be stronger and more accurate with what we see when we are closer together. Please." She said allowing Nicole to lead them to the living room, and though she had a questionable look on her face she did so anyways, hoping to find more answers to her questions.

"Did you eat?" Rosita asked, as she looked up from the map that was out on the table to look at Jeremy. He cleared his throat, nodding his head to her question. "Good, we're all going to need our strength more than ever now." He nodded his head once again, about to turn to walk away, wanting to go back outside and just breathe a little bit long before having to jump right into it like everyone else. "And did you call Ewan?"

"Yeah." Jeremy answered, hitting his fist lightly into his palm, a nervous habit he always had when he didn't want to talk about a subject at the moment. "They were already on their way when I called."

Rosita nodded her head, and went back to the map with Doc, allowing Jeremy his time and space for now.

-\/\/-\/\/-\/\/-\/\/-\/\/-

"Alright Beth, what is it that you saw?" Mercedes asked taking a seat on the couch, and crossing her leg over the other.

"Nicole, you know who you're parents are right?" Beth asked the redhead, who nodded at her question. "Then you know, you aren't actually human."

"What?" She shook her head. "No, I- I was human, before I got changed."

Beth let out a soft sigh. "Please, sit down, because what I'm about to explain is going to change the way you see yourself."

Nicole took a sit on the love couch, her elbows resting on her thighs. "Nicole, you are something more than a human, like I said before you aren't actually a human at all. Your dad, he was human before something inside of him changed to stop him from being human."

"Well, do you know what?"

Beth let out a soft sigh, and sat down cross from Nicole. The coffee table giving them a good amount of room. "The house, it gives me ideas and clues on what he might have been, but he was very careful not to really show what had changed him." She paused for a moment to gather her thoughts. "But if I could have something that was always with him, it may be easier to get a reading on what he became."

"And what I have become."

"Don't forget Nicole, what you are is what you've always been." Beth smiled at her softly. "As I said before, you were never really human, but something was definitely trying to keep it that way."

"Or someone." Mercedes pointed out.

"Right." Nicole tried to swallow the lump that got caught in her throat, as she wipe the sweat off from her hands against her jeans. "You said that you needed something that belong to my dad, right?" Beth nodded her head, and Nicole took the hat she was wearing off, and handed it over to Beth. "This belong to him, maybe this will give you the answers that we need."

Beth nodded her head, as she grabbed for the hat already feeling the air around her change as she tried to find the time of when Carter Haught changed from being human, to being something else. It took longer than she wanted it to, but she was able to find it. Her eyes moving around the room as if she was watching a movie again.

She was able to see it, the damp wet basement. The room that was full of bottles of mixers and colors of who knows what. Still there was a dim light, and a person's shadow moving against the walls as they worked fast. A woman that hovered over a body, a body that Beth was sure was Nicole's dad. The blonde woman worked fast, mumbling some words under her breathe as she was writing something in the air. Then a brighter light appeared, and a woman stepped out from it, wearing old Egyptian clothes and standing tall compared to both the blonde woman and herself.

"I am normally not so easy to call upon." She spoke, and yet her mouth didn't move.

The blonde woman bowed her head. "And I apologize for calling in such a rude manner, but I do need your help."

The other woman raised an eyebrow at her. "And what is that you are asking for witch?"

"The man that is laying before you, he is dying, and though I can save him with what I have, I also need to make sure that something like this doesn't happen again."

She laughed at the blonde woman as her eyes finally looked over at the body that was lying in bed. "You dare call me for such a pathetic favor?" She walked up to the man that was barely breathing. "Tell me, why should I save him? What makes him different from all the other mortals that have died?"

"You may not see it now my Goddess, but what he brings in the future will be important, not only for you, but for mankind as well. After all, not all Gods and Goddess can protect Earth at all times."

In a challenging voice she spoke back to her. "And you don't think I can do my job to protect?"

"No, that's not what I'm saying."

"Then, what are you trying to say?"

The blonde woman let out a deep breath, and raised her head up a bit to look her in the eyes. "This man is a warrior and a protector, and what he will bring to us is more warriors and protectors, and his children will bring more warriors and protectors, warriors and protectors that you will need in the future. I know you know this, and I know you haven't done anything about it. Why wait, when you can start now?"

She sighed at the blonde woman's reasoning. "You humans at time get too involved in what we Gods and Goddesses do." There was a long pause. "But, you do have a point in what you see, and what you have done. There must remain balance in this world, and he is able to keep that until it can be passed on to his children, and for that I shall let him live."

Her hand glowed bright, blinding anyone who was around close enough to see. She placed it on his chest healing him, and once she was done the bright light was gone, and he laid in bed, glowing as if the sun was caught under his skin.

"What did you do?"

"I healed him, and while I was there I changed him as well. He isn't mortal anymore. He is a Deity. If you wish to keep him around for long, he has to be hard to kill."

"But I-"

"But, what?" The Goddess spoke, a threat at the end of the question with her eyebrow raised at the blonde woman who called her. The same woman who asked for her help, and is now regretting it. "Do you wish for me to kill him instead?"

"No." She answered harshly, and shook her head. "No."

"Good." She said with a wide smile. "Now the price for this one is not yet due, but when the time comes to pay forward I don't expect you to try and bargain your way out, after all, this is what you asked for."

Before the blonde woman can say anything the other woman was gone.

Beth was able to pull herself out from the past, as she was breathing hard. Her eyes wider than normal, and she was looking at Nicole as if she had a second head on her. "What?" Nicole asked moving to the edge of her seat. "What did you see?"

"Correct me if I'm wrong, but Nicole, I believe you are half a Goddess." Beth answered her after a moment of silence.

Nicole's eyes went wide. "I'm sorry, I'm a what?"

"Yeah, Beth, what are you talking about?" Mercedes asked trying to figure it all out as well.

Beth had no problem explaining what she saw to both her sister and Nicole as she went into details of what happen, and what was being said. The problem was is that she had no idea who the Goddess was, but the good news is that Nicole may finally have the answer she was looking for.

"That doesn't explain my eyes though. Why purple?"

"It could mean a different amount of thing for you Nicole, but my theories could be wrong on what I think. If anything, we could always try and summon the Goddess who made you."

Nicole swallowed thickly against the lump that build itself at the back of her throat, and she nodded her head. "Yeah, maybe she can do that and answer some questions, cause you know, this doesn't make my life any weirder."

-\/\/-\/\/-\/\/-\/\/-\/\/-

He entered the large shed where he held the Revenants that were ready for this war, and they parted for him like the Red Sea, eyes turning red as well as he walked past him. Nedley and Constance walking on either side of him.

Bobo stepped on the handmade bar that was built at some point, and smiled at them. Rubbing his hands together, he asked in one loud and thunderous voice that made the walls shake. "Who is ready for a war?!"

The crowd of Revenants cheered back in agreement, their energy high and ready for whatever comes next.
