Guardian of Nobodies

Chapter 2: Forgotten Days, A Fading Memory:

Dream

"Serenity run! Beryl and her forces are attacking!" yelled a blonde boy wearing black armor with silver trim. A second blonde looking similar to the first, wearing green armor holding a key shaped sword in a reverse grip said, "Sister we have to go. Roran will hold off Endymion. You need to get to the Prayer Tower with mother. By combining your magic and your Senshi's magic we can win." An explosion was heard and felt causing the blonde boy to cough up blood. Serenity screamed, "Zephyr!" as a raven haired boy with amber eyes dragged her away. His eyes glistening with unshed tears for his fallen brother. A sword coming towards the girl ending her life in a swift motion. The raven haired boy, a caramel haired boy, and a silver haired boy ran into a fire to fight for the fallen princess.

End Dream

Cassie bolted awake at what her clock said was four thirty in the morning. Her D-Terminal beeped indicating she had a message. It was from Davis. He was asking her if she was alright. Cassie smiled. That was Davis for you. A real sweetheart and a powerful empath if he could sense her nightmare induced fear halfway around the world. She typed in a reply -I'm okay. It was just a nightmare. One I don't think was random. Knowing my luck anyhow.- Davis replied, -Anything I can do?- Cassie typed back, -Not at the moment unless you can send me some of your mom's double chocolate cookies via owl post.- Davis said he'd send them later for her which she was very greatful for. Aside from Dudley, Cassie was the only one who knew Davis was a magical. In Japan there were several schools of Magic aside from Mahoukotoro. Many of which allowed for owl post correspondance for subjects that weren't available to other schools. Cassie was always smart and enjoyed a good challenge so she turned on her laptop and logged into her online course for Psychology. She wouldn't brag, but her Aunt did say she inherited her mother's brilliant mind. Considering she had tested out of Grade school, middle school and high school at five wasn't that surprising. Lilly was a genius and her father was fairly sharp too. Even if it was most of the time diverted to pranks rather than his education. Cassie also looked at the list of kids she could contact via owl post as penpals. She penned letters to two boys and a girl. The girl was Misao Shinohara. The boys were Hayato Gokudera and Tsunayoshi Sawada. Misao was a 'Magical Girl' different then the mainstram ones but still there. Hayato was an illegitimate child and often used as a test subject for his older sister's poison cooking. Tsunayoshi had no friends and would most likely be thrilled to have a friend. When writing to Hayato, she asked what sort of things he enjoyed reading about and what academic fields he excelled in. When writing Misao she asked what sort of differences there were between their branches of magic. And how they could find a way to combine them. When writing Tsunayoshi she asked what sort of video games he liked and what his favorite manga were. When writing her penpals, she made sure they knew she was okay to them venting their problems to her and openly having her as a correspondence therapist. She openly admitted to all of them to being a liscenced Phlebotomist and was working towards a psychology degree. She was close to her Psychology degree and still required a few more months to complete it. She openly asked what they thought would be a good idea for her to study next. Needless to say, their letters gave her some really interesting ideas.

(With Misao)

Eleven almost twelve year old Misao Shinohara, was openly confused as an owl entered her room with a letter in it's beak. She took the letter as the owl landed on her shoulder. The letter read:

Dear Misao,

My name is Cassieopeia Midnight Daphne Potter. To be blunt I'm a witch born on Earth. I practice a different branch of Magic than the witches you know. Your name was on a list of children who were available as a penpal in the magical world. I was wondering, what do you think the difference between our branches of magic are? And do you think it's possible to combine our branches of magic to make something really cool? I would love to hear from you about these questions and more. By all means if your having a bad day, you can vent all you need to at me whenever. The fact is I'm studying Psychology and I've found having a way to vent stress can be very productive and helpful. So by all means lay whatever is bugging you on me. I'm also almost finished with my Psychology degree. My aunt says I inherited my intelligence from my mom. According to my Aunt Petunia, my mom Lilly, would be pleased her eleven year old daughter was a liscenced Phlebotomist and working towards a nursing degree at the same time I started my magical education. Since in England it's believed that a Magical Core stablizes at eleven. Which according to Japanese Magical Medical journals is, if you forgive my language, a crock of bullshit. According to the Magical Medicine magazine Medihex Monthly, Magical Cores stablize anywhere between five years old and nine years old. Some are late bloomers and all but England has programs to help late bloomers catch up to their age group. It's the same with people predisposed to magical gifts such as Soulfire. I haven't really studied Soulfire personally, but I have owl ordered some books about it. Maybe when I know more we can debate it? Anyways, since I'm almost done with my Psychology degree, what do you think I should study next? I would love to hear what you think. I would like to be friends and would love to hear about your hobbies. Please write back soon.

Sincerly,

Cassie Potter

Misao having finished the letter cheered up considerably. Despite the fact that after saving the Human World from Kaura six months ago, Misao seemed to once again be in a rut. So having a new friend she could debate magic with would be a nice change of pace. Petting the owl she took a piece of paper and wrote a response for the letter. Eager to have a friend the girls and Washu-sensei didn't know about. She would tell Ayane and the older girls about her. Ayane was a lot like an older sister and went to a magical school under the guise of Cram School. Giggling Misao happily wrote a reply to her new friend.

(With Hayato)

Eleven year old Hayato Gokudera looked shocked as a beautiful copper colored owl landed next to him and held out it's leg. Shaking it and noticing there was a letter tied to the leg the owl was shaking. Hayato removed the letter as the owl moved to his shoulder. It read:

Dear Hayato,

My name is Cassieopeia Midnight Daphne Potter. To be blunt I'm a witch. Your name was on a list of magical children that were available as penpals. I have to ask what fields of academics do you excell in? Also what sort of things do you enjoy reading about? By all means if your having a bad day vent to me all you like. I'm going to college online while attending magic school. I'm almost done with a Psychology degree. I am also a liscenced Phlebotomist and am working towards a nursing degree. So I'm having a hard time deciding what to study next. Any suggestions? I also have to ask, is your late mother Lavina Gokudera? If she is, it's a shame she stopped playing. She could haved been great. Do you play piano? If so, I would love to play a duet with you sometime. I would love to hear from you and be able to debate academics. I hope we can be friends. Please write back soon.

Sincerly,

Cassie Potter

Hayato openly perked up reading the letter. He honestly thought he wouldn't make any friends. He asked Colonnello, "Hey Colonnello, is it okay to tell magicals about Flames?" Colonnello looked at the letter and said, "Sure is. Since if I'm right, that's my buddy Jamie's little girl. Go ahead and write back. Heck, I may write her too kora." Hayato took a pen and paper and returned Cassie's letter. Colonnello sat down and wrote a letter to the daughter of his old war buddy. Little known fact was James Potter used to be part of COMSUBIN. He and Colonnello were trained by Lal Mirch together. It came as a shock to both Lal and Colonnello that James was declared dead during the blood purges a decade ago. Every year on Halloween, Lal and Colonnello would meet up and drink in Jamie's memory.

(With Tsunayoshi)

Eleven year old Tsunayoshi Sawada stared out his window at the kids who were playing. He teared up wishing he had a friend. Nana Sawada looked at her son in sadness, wishing she could help her little boy. When a gorgeous silver owl flew through Tsuna's window. He yelped and fell backwards. Nana blinked. Did this mean her son was a magical child? The owl flapped over to Tsuna and held out it's leg. Tsuna reached over and removed the letter tied to it. Nana read the letter over her son's shoulder.

Dear Tsunayoshi,

My name is Cassieopeia Midnight Daphne Potter. To be blunt I'm a witch. Your name was on a list of magical children available as penpals. Though your name had a notation that said your magic and apparantly your Soulfire was sealed. You should really have your mother look into that. Anyways, I was wondering what sort of video games do you like? I'm also curious as to what Anime and Manga your a fan of. What series do you like? I am a Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts junkie myself. Though my first love for Anime is easily Fairy Tail with Pokemon tying for second place with Detective Conan. I just love a good mystery. I'm also going to school online while attending magic school. My classes are college level, but I don't mind sending easier study guides if you tell me what your classes are. Since if what I've read about one exact teacher on the chat boards of the Deathscythe server of Gundam Wars Online is anything to go by, the dude should not be teaching. And the entire school system needs to be revamped if it's the case for the entire system. I'm a liscenced Phlebotomist and I'm working towards a nursing degree. And also, if you have a bad day, feel free to vent to me all you like. I'm almost done with a Psychology degree and don't mind being a therapist you can write to. I honestly would appreciate the communication. I really hope we can be friends. Please write back soon.

Sincerly,

Cassie Potter

Nana read the part about her son's powers being 'sealed' a few times before storming off and getting a hold of her lawyer. It was high time she took matters into her own hands involving her son. If Iemitsu wanted to focus only on Tatsuya who he took back to Italy with him the day her dear Tsu-chan's personality did a 180 then he could. She would raise Tsuna and raise him properly. She would also go to the school board if his teachers insisted on tearing him down. Tsuna, who was glad to finally have a friend wrote a reply eagerly.

(With Cassie)

The next day, Cassie was sitting at the Hufflepuff table eating breakfast when she recieved the replies from the three she wrote to. Reading the letters, she found the trio of kids were very fun. Tsunayoshi's mom Nana openly said thank you for pointing out her son was sealed. The healer Masahiko was furious when it was discovered her husband was the one who sealed Tsuna. Which prompted Nana to file for divorce. Hayato's letter had a second letter from a friend of her dad's. Colonnello Sattino wrote to her asking if he could keep in touch with her. Since her dad was an old comrade of his. Misao sent back some notes from what she learned about her own magic. And some copies of notes that Ayane gave her to study to expand her own powers. Translated into English of course. Hayato sent a book about Flames. It was a translated book. Japanese by the fact it was by James Potter. Thankfully, Cassie knew Japanese from her Digital World adventures. A fourth owl landed with a package in it's claws. The note said, To Cassie from Davis. Inside the package was the double chocolate cookies, some Konpeito, a couple six packs of Ramune her favorite flavor, a few big boxes of Pocky strawberry, chocolate banana, and green tea flavored, and some gashapon merchandise from her favorite series including some magical girl stuff. There was also a letter telling Cassie what Davis had to say and the news involving the Digital World. Including the DNA DIgivolving. Which Cassie and Dudley could do. Their partners fused together to become Anubismon. Which was something a bit different since it felt as if something or someone was missing.

In class McGonnagall was strict with Cassie but when asked she said, "I admit I am disappointed you aren't in my house, but I can't play favorites in terms of students. Though I'm glad you are not like your father. He was too focused on his pranks." Cassie said, "Maybe he was on the Autism spectrum. It's common enough in the Muggle world if one knows the signs. Most muggles and the muggle raised can go their whole lives without getting the help they need." Minerva was left shocked and decided to get information about learning disabilities from the Muggleborns in her house. Thinking some of their more brilliant students may have disabilities that limit them.

By the time the weekend hit, Cassie was scouring the library for something new to read. On one of the shelves she found something that piqued her interest. Asking the librarian, she found it wasn't a library book. The title read The History of the Silver Millennium. Taking it back to her dorm along with a book on the Founders, Cassie believed she would get some answers about her wierd dreams.

Cassie read and re-read the books several times. Looking into the founders lines, she found there was no recorded date of death. Which made no sense. Did that mean the Founders were still alive a thousand years later? And what about the fact Princess Serenity looked just like her? Cassie went for a walk through the halls and went to the seventh floor and began pacing thinking, 'I need a place I can discover the answers to this wierd mystery.' Before to her surprised eyes a door appeared. Inside was a massive library, and a strange crystal on a cushion. The crystal glowed when she touched it. As a white, silver, and pink locket appeared as she dropped down onto her knees. Doubled over in pain as she remembered two different lifetimes. By the end of her memory dump she cried openly. Cassie couldn't believe everything she saw in her mind. She was the daughter of Salazar Slytherin the human form of Prince Loki of Asgard. He had been exiled in human form with no memory of Asgard. He would be furious to learn what became of the house he founded. To teach those of cunning and ambition how to put their talents to good use. He had no hatred of Muggleborns, where in the name of the Allfather that came from was beyond her! He taught and cared for many so called 'Muggleborns' after he saved them from witch hunters on Midgard. Pocketing her locket and Crystal she scanned the books before grabbing several of them.

Going back to her dorm, she said to Shadow, "It would be much easier if I could go back to the Castle. But I don't know if the Dusks and other lesser Nobodies will come to me anymore." Shadow said, "It doesn't hurt to try does it Fourteen?" Cassie shrugged and reached out with her magic. As if on cue, a small group of Dusks showed up. She stared and one if it could gave her a sort of look that said, 'Did you really think we wouldn't come to you?' She asked, "Can you bring me one of my spare coats?" The Dusk she spoke to came back singed but returned with what she asked. Cassie blinked and asked, "What happened to you?" The Dusk chittered but she understood, "Maleficent? Seriously? Oi. That's it. Go back to where you were. I have a school healer to deal with." Cassie hopped off of her bed and walked into the Hospital Wing. She told Trista in Plutonian, "You need to control your wife Pluto. She's taken over the Castle That Never Was." Trista and Poppy stared as Trista replied in Plutonian, "You will need to speak to her first. I can keep her away from the darker side of her magic, but there is still the spell keeping her away from me."

That night, Cassie slipped out of the school using a Cooridor of Darkness and entered the World That Never Was. Going into the Castle she was met by Maleficent. The evil sorceress said, "Little Keyblade Wielder, you will not defeat me." Cassie said blandly, "I have no desire to defeat you. Your wife would never let me hear the end of it. I can remove the spell on you. Frankly so long as you don't cause any un-needed destruction and chaos, I could give a crap less what you do with your time. Just let me have the Castle as my base and you can go do adult bs with your wife." Maleficent said, "Agreed." Removing the spell was child's play now that she had her memories back. Since time worked differently here if she wished, Cassie crashed in her room at the Castle and only would use her dorm during the week. Sure she had to be sneaky, but Cassie figured it would be worth it in the long run.

The weeks leading up to Christmas was full of Cassie fighting in Digi-world, renovating the Castle That Never Was, practicing her Planetary Powers, training as a ranger, studying her non magical subjects, going through the room she found full of junk and random things, and searching for her scouts. She knew Hermione was Sailor Jupiter. But her Venus, Mars, and Mercury were a mystery to her.

Cassie was packing for Christmas and went to return a library book when she saw the Headmaster. He said, "Ah miss Potter, I noticed your name was on the list to return home for the holidays." Cassie said, "Well yeah. I have to be there when the social worker comes down. My aunt wants to adopt a child so I have to meet the social worker so they can know how my aunt raised a child that wasn't hers. And after Christmas we're going to Japan for New Years. Comiket is happening and I promised my cousin Dudley I'd go with him. Along with the Winter Anime Fair. It's been our tradition for years." Dubmledore didn't know what to say.

Back in his office Dumbledore didn't know what to say. Petunia and Vernon were supposed to abuse their niece. Not raise her properly. Of course it did make sense if the Dursley's wanted to have more kids when Petunia had problems having them.

Once at the station, Cassie hugged Hermione and said, "Call and E-mail me as often as you can Mia." Hermione sniffed, "You too Cassie." Petunia looked over her niece in approval. Seeing as she looked like a regular girl and not the witch she was. Vernon said, "Listen and listen well. That headmaster better not come down to the house again." Cassie blinked, "What in the name of all things holy are you talking about? I wasn't aware he even did. It wasn't in any letter I got from Aunt Petunia and I recieved no notice from my teachers that he came here." Which made both Vernon and Petunia shocked. Petunia said, "Cassie he tried to claim you were a problem student and was getting low marks. But it wasn't until I saw the test papers that I saw he came to the wrong house. He was supposed to go to the Weasley house about their son Ronald." Cassie rolled her eyes, "My stalker who seems to think he and I are engaged to be married. Which reminds me, I need to go see Griphook this week. I need to get a portfolio for my money and the withdrawls supposedly on my behalf. While also looking into the so called engagement." Vernon said, "We'll go now since I have things I need to pick up from the government office."

Cassie walked into Diagon Alley with a mission. Entering Gringotts Bank she went up to the nearest teller and said, "I need to speak to my account manager immediately." Cassie was ushered into Griphook's office where he said, "Finally. Better late than never. The Headmaster arrived earlier to try and activate a marriage contract on your behalf." The man in question had a serene smile on his face. Cassie was livid, "Oh hell no! You are not my Guardian in any way shape or form. No way are you setting up a marriage I never agreed to!" Dumbledore said, "This is for the Greater Good miss Potter. So yes you will." Cassie took a few deep breaths and said, "I Cassieopeia Daphne Midnight Potter Heiress to the Houses of Evans, LeFay, Emrys, Potter, Black, Gryffindor, Slytherin, Moonview, Sparks, and Trueheart do hearby revoke Guardianship of myself from Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore in all courts. I also strike any and all betrothals he has made in my name as null in void. So mote it be." A wave of magic burst through the room as a paper burst into flames. A second paper in the vault of one Molly Weasley nee Prewitt also burst into flames. Dumbledore said furious, "Do you know what you have done?!" Cassie said, "I refuse to be your puppet or anyone else's puppet. I am a human being and I have my free will damn it." Dumbledore stalked out of the office before saying, "You have made me an enemy this day. If you do not get this rebellious act together, I can make you seem like a budding Dark Lady." After he left Cassie said, "Game on old man." Cassie was given the results of her heritage test she took at the summer meeting before. The results surprised her since it didn't say if her parents were alive or desceased. There was only a question mark. Same with the names Ryder James Potter, Gilbert Charles Potter, and Jacob Dominic Potter. It wasn't known how Jacob, Gilbert, and Ryder were related to her or what their status was. After getting a list of her vaults transactions none of which were for her aunt or uncle for her care. So she ordered everything taken back. WIth interest of course. Fifty-five percent of the interest going to the Goblins for aiding her in discovering the theft. Once her business was done, Cassie moved to go do some christmas shopping. Looking carefully for her penpals and Japanese friends. Davis especially. He may not like the fact he was born in America but it was too cool in Cassie's way of thinking. She also recieved a trunk with her mother's journals detailing her Dragon Fairy magic. What it gave her and the changes she would go through over time. How she could eat her element and eventually gain a dragon form. Sort of like Maleficent only different.

Cassie would go to the World That Never Was and practice her fairy magic while also finishing up the general renovations. Inside there was a full on entertainment room. A fully stocked game room complete with retro arcade games. The kitchen was stocked and Cassie made a point to store her snacks and the like there. While also doing her laundry there. Minerva who could be reasoned with was still very traditional and didn't really like her modified robes. So she left nothing to chance. Even if she felt someone watching her.

The day the social worker was due Cassie got up on time and dressed in a graphic shirt depicting the characters of a tv show she liked on it, jeans, white socks, and fluffy silver cat slippers. The characters on her shirt were from Puella Magi Madoka Magica. Even if it was pretty dark for a magical girl anime, it showed being a magical girl wasn't all fun and games. Much like Cassie knew. She was getting better with her powers, but she still had a long way to go. Cassie tied her hair up in pigtails with sparkly star hairties. And her new favorite necklace a replica of the Clow Key from the anime Cardcaptor Sakura. She preferred the Japanese Dub over the American English dub any day. Though the spells from the English version were cool. And something she really wanted to see if she could replicate. But her spell research was restricted until she could get a full idea of her magic and it's limits. The social worker came in and asked, "And how are you today miss Potter?" Cassie looked up at the man, "I'm doing very well Mr. Thomas." With the hint of actual emotion in her voice and a brighter look really made the man blink in shock. He asked as he saw Shadow, "And your little friend is?" Cassie hugged Shadow as if he was a doll, "His name is Shadow. He's a Moogle." Mr. Thomas chuckled, "From Final Fantasy if I'm not mistaken. Now how is your education?" Cassie blushed as her aunt produced a photo album, "Youngest high school grad in recent history. And she's already studying medicine and almost done with a Psychology degree while studying at a minor trade school in Scotland. My sister studied at the same school before going to Alfea University. Cassie is such a gifted girl, I really wish her mother was here to see it." Mr. Thomas asked, "What happened to her parents?" Cassie said, "As far as both the Covert ops unit and the inheritance office knows their dead. But according to my account manager and one of the bank directors a Mr Flint Lock, no coroner report or bodies were ever found by CSI, the Police, or Scotland Yard. So it could also be a case of Human Trafficking if reports are to be believed." Petunia said, "Where did you find that out Cassie?" Cassie replied, "I had to meet with my account manager a couple days ago while Uncle Vernon handled some business remember? My Headmaster who has no business as my supposed Guardian tried to withdraw money from my acounts. He also attempted to set up an arranged marriage contract without your permission or mine. But using the laws of inheritance against him the contract was voided. It's sad when a school teacher who should have retired at least twenty years or more ago get's an over inflated ego. And believes he is always right and screw human free will. He's supposedly involved with the government. Lord help us if he is." Mr. Thomas asked, "You don't like this man very much do you miss Potter?"

Cassie said, "I can honestly say no sir. He was the last one to see my godfather and was told who sold out my parents to their deaths or their supposed deaths. He knew the truth and has let an innocnet man rot for ten years in a high security prision without a trial. While he stood up for a man who admitted to raping teen girls. All it took to keep this man out of prison was 'I trust him' and cleared of all charges. Now the fact this man is manipulating young nobles and naive children only wanting to excell in school by promising an extravegant future while swindling their parents for money to line his pockets is sad. His staff refuses to change the syllabus which is at least fifty years out of date or the uniform which hasn't been upgraded since the 1940's or the 1960's at the latest. When I made some minor alterations I got called out on it. So I've had to find a neutral place to do my own laundry so I don't lose my clothes. I also get looked down on for continuing my online courses. Keep in mind this is supposed to be a trade school for certain careers. I only attend because it's my parents alma mater. Or else I would apply for one of those elite boarding schools in Italy or Japan. There is this awesome one I've read about in Japan that has dorms based on anime characters. Students are allowed to wear cosplays to class so long as their school uniforms or styled similarly to them. And it's near where Comiket is! God I would love to take part in the exchange program there. But the Headmaster just throws away my application every time I hand it in." Mr. Thomas said, "I would wager you would excell in that particular school miss Potter. Now I need to take a look at your room and speak to your cousin." Cassie said, "Oh fair warning depending on if some paperwork I put in goes through, we may be renovating the house. I recieved word from a relative in America, a distant aunt was in the hospital so her children may come live with us. We'll get a confirmation sometime during our trip to Japan via e-mail." Mr. Thomas walked up the stairs to Cassie's room. Petunia looked at her niece worried about her school stuff, "No worries Auntie. It's hidden. Pretty well." Half an hour later Mr. Thomas said, "Well you'll recieve word if you were accepted no later by January fifth. And please let us know if your nephews or nieces from overseas do come live with you. And keep us informed about the renovations." Cassie said brightly, "Will do."

Mr. Thomas entered the kitchen and saw Cassie making herself a sandwhich. She was singing brightly a song she found online.

Cassie: From the birds

To the wind

Is there any way for me to begin

Soaring into the sky

With no wings to fly

I guess I'll walk my way into the sunrise

I can do it right

Going

Going

Going

Going on

Reality is always different than I thought it'd be

It's silly for me to ever think that it would end up perfectly

There is a crystal clear spring

Hiding within my heart

And I wouldn't dare to fill it with despair

No matter how I feel

I'll make sure just to fill it with happy things

This feeling

This feeling

This new feeling is so far into me

I don't know how to feel

It almost isn't even real

And now my tears are falling

From the birds

To the wind

Is there any way for me to begin

Soaring into the sky

With no wings to fly

I guess I'll walk my way into the sunrise

I can do it right

Going

Going

Going

Going on

Mr. Thomas commented, "Have you ever considered a career as a singer miss Potter?" Cassie giggled, "I found the song online and liked it enough to download it. But my passion is medicine not music. I may enjoy it, but I would never make a career out of singing." Cassie checked her watch and said, "Auntie, I have to head out to take my test for my Psychology class. I'll call you in a little while." Petunia said, "Okay dear! Have fun." Cassie smiled brightly, "I will."

Cassie got off the bus to the campus of the college she attended online. She walked down to the Psychology class she needed to take the test for. She greated the Professor and entered the room with a bunch of twenty two year olds or even older. They gave her an odd look. Acceptable since she was eleven years old. Some of the students were baffled at some of the questions on the test but Cassie did her best and was looking at her test with satisfaction at her answers. She was the first done and was allowed to leave until the tests were graded. Cassie meandered to the snack shop and bought a strawberry milkshake and a few Swiss Cake rolls. She passed a guy who looked at least twenty and accidentally bumped into him. She said, "Sorry. I'm Cassieopeia Potter. What's your name?" The guy looked over at her and said, "I'm Takashi Shirogane. Nice to meet you Cassieopeia." Cassie chuckled, "Call me Cassie. Less of a mouth full. Why are you here? I can tell your Garrison Personel." Takashi said, "Call me Shiro then. I'm here doing a lecture for the Astrophysics class. What are you here for?" Cassie, "Psychology test. I'm on winter break for the Trade School I attend in Scotland." Shiro commented, "Your going to Trade School and your what ten?" Cassie chuckled, "Eleven actually. But I'm real smart. According to my aunt I inherited my mother's genius. Though I still have a few questions for my parents if I ever find them. They went missing when I was fifteen months old." Cassie took a sip of her milkshake while Shiro talked about his own family. By the time the two saw what the time was, Shiro was almost late for his next lecture and Cassie was nearly late to pick up her test results.

Cassie dashed back to the Pyschology classroom and accepted her test paper from the professor. The older students were stunned the eleven year old got the highest score out of all of them.

Passing by a store she heard a song blasting.

Speaker: Do the Pup Pup Boogie!

Shake it, move it

Show 'em you got that Pup-Pup stuff

Do the pup Pup Pup Boogie!

Shimmy, groove it

Pup Pup Boogie

Can't get enough, can't get enough!

Cassie laughed as she saw a video of the famous rescue squad the PAW Patrol including their human leader Ryder playing the titular Pup Pup Boogie. She idly wondered what the game was like. She giggled at the thought of putting it in the Castle. She walked into the store and asked the clerk, "How much for a copy of Pup Pup Boogie?" The clerk asked, "Have a dog or pup who wants one do you?" Cassie said, "My aunt is considering getting a dog. Figured it would be a good idea to get one early if we do get a dog. If not, well I can always watch my cousin and his friends make dorks out of themselves playing." The clerk laughed and told her the price. She promptly bought a copy of the game and two dance mats. Cassie continued to laugh as she entered Number 4. Dumbledore was there trying and failing to convince Petunia to sign the Marriage contract. Cassie said, "Leave. you aren't my guardian in any way, shape, or form. I could call the police on you."

Dumbledore left as Mr. Thomas asked, "What's in the box?" Cassie grinned, "A copy of Pup Pup Boogie. Even if I don't get a dog, I could get a few chuckles with my friends with it." Mr. Thomas said, "My dog Buddy loves that game. Buddy lords it over my son Dean he's the better player." Cassie giggled and said, "I bet. Of course I intend to film some YouTube videos with this."

Later, after Mr. Thomas left Cassie went to the Castle That Never Was and started to set up the Pup Pup Boogie game. She saw a figure in the familiar black coat of the organization. "Hey! Who are you?" The figure tensed and turned around while asking, "Xion, is that really you?" Cassie looked stunned, "Demyx?! I thought you were dead!" Demyx hugged Cassie and said, "Xemnas screwed up in trying to turn me into a Dusk. He ended up making a copy of me by mistake. The copy died fighting Sora. What are you doing here?" Cassie smiled, "I claimed the Castle as my own. Maleficent was persuaded to leave. She was in a relationship with Sailor Pluto. So much so, they're married. You can stay in exchange for helping me set up this video game. You can goof off here. So long as you act as my eyes and ears in the worlds." Demyx grinned brightly, "It's a deal! I'd sooner take orders from you than Xemnas any day!"

The two were able to put together the game. Demyx chuckled playing Pup Pup Boogie with Cassie. He said, "I feel like an idiot doing this on all fours, but this is more popular with dogs in the world you live in." Cassie grinned, "No kidding. Get this Demyx, Sora's story became a video game series called Kingdom Hearts. We're in it too! I have some of the games in my room here." Demyx grinned as they spun around for the tail spin, "Your kidding! Hey we may figure out how to beat Braig, Xehanort, and Xehanort's cronies by playing them." Cassie said, "Who knows. All I know is I really can't wait to tease Riku about the fact he has a large hoard of the true armies of Darkness!" Demyx asked, "The true armies of Darkness?" Cassie grinned, "One word. Fangirls." Demyx howled in laughter as the game ended with him as victor. He said, "You have to take a picture of Riku's face! Oh that will be glorious!" Cassie cackled, "Ain't that the truth!"

(On Destiny Islands)

Riku froze as a shiver ran down his spine. Kairi and Sora looked at their friend in worry as Sora asked, "Riku, you alright?" Riku said in a shocked tone, "I have the worst feeling someone has information I will freak out about. And they plan on taking pictures of my reaction." Kairi looked concerned. So did Sora but internally he said, 'Whoever it is better share the pictures!'

(With Cassie and Demyx)

Demyx asked, "So what's your plan for the Organization?" Cassie leaned back on a couch and said, "I...don't really know. With the magic at my disposal, we wouldn't need to create Kingdon Hearts. Since one of the spells in my books can give a new Heart to a nobody. It takes a bit of prep, but it can be done. So I have no idea what we're going to do." Demyx mulled over what she said, "So since you can give Nobodies Hearts with a spell, that idea isn't a big issue. Maybe have us act as a sort Black Ops? You know, protectors hidden in the shadows." Cassie thought Demyx's suggestion over, "Maybe. If your so intelligent, why were seen as a to quote Saix, 'A mulleted idiot'?" Demyx chuckled, "I never trusted Xemnas. So I hid my real skills from the Organization. My copy was reformed into my Somebody. His name is Edym. We claim we're brothers and everyone believes us."
