Please note that I did NOT come up with this idea, Finessa-Fangirl did. They quit fanfiction, and asked if anyone would continue writing their fanfic. As you can probably see, I chose to take that up. The first four chapters will very closely follow their fanfic, though a few things will've been changed.

Alyss wrung her hands worriedly. Tomorrow would be the most important day of her life; Choosing Day. She wondered what she would choose.

She wasn't good with letters like George, so not Scribeschool. And she wasn't good in the kitchen like Jenny, so that option was ruled out as well. And she certainly couldn't go for knighthood like Horace! Will would most certainly be a natural at being a Ranger; always climbing and sneaking around. He also could be very close-mouthed when he needed to be.

Maybe she could be a Courier..?
