Rewatching season one Theatricality I was so angry for Will for ignoring the fact Kurt was obviously getting bullied and was almost beat up. And Will should of done something about that.

What should of happen

All the glee kids were out of they KISS and Lady Gaga costumes and looking more like themselves, and getting ready to head home.

"Kurt can I talk for you for a minute" said Will, calling the boy before be walked out of the room with Tina and Mercedes. Kurt didn't look too happy about being calls back "It won't take long" added Will

"We'll wait for you" said Mercedes

Will waited untill everyone was gone "Kurt, what happen earlier?" Will knew what had happen and what could of happen if they hadn't gone looking for Kurt and Finn. Tina had mention an theath that happen earlier on that week.

"Nothing" said Kurt at once,

"Kurt -" began Will "how long have they been bullying you?" Kurt didn't answer not that Will was too surprised, Kurt wasn't the most open person in the world. He had tall walls with lock doors that he hardly let anyone in "Look I'll have to report this..."

"But nothing happen?" Said Kurt at once

"It nearly did" said Will firmly "And it's not right. I have to report this Kurt"
Kurt looked disagreeable "I can handle it Mr Schue, I swear. It's nothing new, and I'm not changing my self just because a few people don't like it"

Kurt had some courage. Courage that an lot of people didn't have "Kurt, people can't teat people like that, and as part of my job I have to report this, understand?" Will had an duty of care to the student at McKinley. He had to step in and do something. Bullying wasn't expectable - and he wasn't going to stand for it.

Will didn't answer for an slit second the school didn't have an strong anti bulling program, and he was aware it wouldn't solve the promble... how to word it to the sixteen year old in the right way... "To be honest Kurt, not a lot at the moment, but they be a record of it and I want you to come to me if this happens again"

"No one will do anything because no one wants to deal with it" said Kurt bluntly "If I wasn't gay, it would be a different story..."

"It had everything to do with it sir" said Kurt, Will saw Burt Hummel in Kurt at that moment. Straight talking and to the point "I'm the only openly gay kid here, and the school board acts like it my fault it happening... for being who I am. Like I chosen it. The school won't take it seriously"

"I'm taking this seriously" said Will at once, he wonder about Kurt past with reporting bullying. Kurt was independent and didn't seek help often, but if he did seek help and no on acted on the issue Kurt would give up on trying. "Bullying is not right and I'm going to do what I can Kurt I promise"

There was an pause "Can I go now sir?" Asked Kurt

Will knew Kurt well enough to know he didn't want to talk anymore. And pushing someone to far doesn't normally end well "come and talk to me about anything Kurt, especially if this happen again or if it get wrost. I can't do anything if you don't talk..."

Kurt left the room and Will run his hand though his hair, he hoped that Kurt would come to him, but he had a feeling Kurt wouldn't... he was too independent too stubborn. But he was going to keep an eye out just in case it got any wrost.
