"Jessica, look what I made for you!" Roger whipped out a gift from behind his back, all wrapped up in a nice and neatly decorated present, topped with a red and pretty bow. The box was large enough to be held in both hands.

Wondering about what was within the box, Jessica opened it. After she lifted the top of the box off, she smiled with surprise. What was in the box?

A handwoven apron, lovely designs of reddish-pink roses weaving in a swirling pattern along the borders. The apron itself was a simply sunny yellow, but as they say, less is more, and Jessica was one to appreciate the smaller things in life. Like an apron that Roger made himself. No matter what others said about Roger's ability to literally bounce off the walls, she knew that he had a knack for handling things with gentle care if it was necessary.

"Darling, this is beautiful! I love it. Thank you, dear." She leaned down to give a peck on the cheek, the kiss enabling a goofy grin on Roger's features.

At first stunned, he snapped himself out of it and encouraged Jessica, "Try it on! I wanna make sure it fits!"

It fit like a glove, to both lovers' satisfactions.

Jessica remembered her own gift. "I have something for you too, Roger." She pulled out her own gift, also nicely decorated and topped with a bow, only it was a perky blue.

Eyes brimming brightly with excitement, Roger hastily opened the gift and smiled with glee. "Wooooow. This is amazing! I love it!" He pulled out the gift. It was also a garment, only instead of an apron, it was a rich blue scarf. The scarf had two large carrot designs embroidered into the garment on its ends. "Thanks, Jessica! I could really use this during those cold nights when I'm working." He shuddered comically, his teeth chattering and his body shivering like a leaf.

Jessica hid a chuckle. "Of course! I made this especially for you."

"Well, I'll be sure to wear it every day when I need it. But I have a better idea for this scarf."

Jessica frowned curiously. "What do you mean?"

Instead of responding, Roger got a step ladder, climbed it and draped the scarf around Jessica's shoulders. He hopped off the step ladder and proclaimed with every bit of enthusiasm in his through, "You can wear it in case you get cold! You look really pretty with the scarf. What do you think of this idea?"

Jessica glanced down at the scarf and apron, mulling over Roger's idea before a playful smirk crossed her face. "I love it, but there's only one problem with that."

"Problem? What is it?"

Without any warning, she effortlessly lifted up her husband and snuggled him into the scarf. "I wouldn't be able to share this scarf with you."

A/N: Another prompt from a thirty-day drabble, this one focuses on a small moment between Roger and Jessica Rabbit. This is the first time I've written for these two, so it was an interesting experience. I kind of played around with the original prompt idea of this story, so I consider it cheating a little, but ah well. This was inspired by a friend's similar take on this particular prompt. Enjoy!
