Does she forget?

Tsunade, slowly but surely, forgets.

She forgot that Papa was supposed to visit with his boss.

She forgot that after that, Papa wouldn't be going home as often as he had been doing anymore.

(...she forgot that she's not supposed to hate the kind old man for taking her Papa away from them...)

She forgot that mafia-centered story she wouldn't have even read/watched if her workmate hadn't been so determined to 'show her the wonders of japanese comics'.

She forgot that she wasn't supposed to defend Kyoko Sasagawa and attract the attention of Ryohei Sasagawa.

(..."JOIN THE BOXING CLUB I'M GOING TO MAKE ONE DAY TO THE EXTREME!" the older boy screamed, almost making her ear fall, and eyes burn with his smile so blinding as the sun...)

She also wasn't supposed to join the theatre club and meet the cos-playing fanatic that was Haru Miura.

She wasn't supposed to be her best friend.

(..."Hahi! you want to be a model desu?! Then Haru wants you to one day wear Haru's designs!" she practically sparkled in excitement...)

Tsunade also wasn't supposed to learn Aikido for self-defense.

She also wasn't supposed to charm Kyoya Hibari into becoming her frriend.

She did.

(..."Hibari-sempai that was so brave of you! Thank you for scaring those bullies away."

"Hn." she tilted her head as he started walking away.

"Ne, Hibari-sempai, are you hurt?" He abruptly stopped...)

She forgot that she wasn't supposed to be well- liked by the time she was ten, when Papa stopped visiting all together.

She wasn't supposed to forget any of those, but she did.

(...and she never regretted it.)
