Hi! This is my first Tom and Jerry fanfic! Honestly, I never thought that I'd ever write a Tom and Jerry fanfic, because I'm not a hilarious person, BUT things usually never go as you planned, right?

Anyway, this fanfic happens at the ending of the movie, 'Tom and Jerry: The Fast and The Furry'.

The Winner Gets The Price

Tom and Jerry relaxed in their new mansion. A mansion. And it was all theirs. They don't belong to anyone now! No owner, no serving them! They were free! And they had servants. Tom and Jerry won The Fabulous Super Race and they won the mansion.

Unbelievable. The owner of a mansion was a cat and a mouse.

The news was blasting with that news all around the world. Tom fans and Jerry fans made peace. Before the race ended, people had made bets on the winner: Tom or Jerry. If Tom won, Jerry fans would've made fights against Tom fans, claiming Tom cheated. If Jerry won, Tom fans would've fought against the Jerry fans.

Tom's former owner was watching the news. She had heard about it. She had heard about it all. And she had been hoping Tom would win, then she could go live with him and once again take authority over Tom. She was currently living in a hotel and sold off her previous land. 'Tom, that place is mine. You destroyed my previous house, I'll take over your mansion.'

Truth to be told, it was all her fault. I mean, WHO keeps a whole untamed food chain in their house?! She had a dog, a cat and a mouse. You can't blame the poor animals for that! She had even evicted them!

That's why Tom was surprised when he saw his previous owner standing in front of his and Jerry's new mansion, demanding that they return the mansion to her as a payment for her previous house. She just said the whole thing in a nice manner. "Tom, why how nice of you to get a new mansion for me!"

Tom narrowed his eyes at her. No way she was going to live with him and Jerry! After all the hard work they had done! They earned that house! Besides, she had evicted them, didn't she?

"Ummm…." She said as she looked at Tom's narrowed eyes. "What's the matter Tom? Aren't you going to let me in?"

Tom shook his head. He was never going to give this to her! Besides, he had to speak to Jerry. It was their house, not just his. He gestured for Jerry to come to the door. Jerry, wondering what was going on, was already on his way to the door.

The woman screamed as she saw Jerry. "Tom, there's a mouse in our house! Catch it!"

Truth to be told, she wasn't afraid of Jerry. Why, he is a superstar! She just wanted to own the mansion and distract Tom so she could get in.

But Tom shook hands with Jerry in front of her to show that they were friends. They had made a peace treaty and had signed it. Now, they can't break the treaty.

The woman gritted her teeth. She was annoyed. She wanted to own the house already. "Tom, I said, catch him! Not to shake his hands!"

Tom and Jerry, getting annoyed clicked their fingers and a servant immediately came. "What is it, sirs?"

Jerry made a gesture suggesting to kick her out of their property. The servant nodded and called for some of the guards to kick her out of their property. Three people dressed in uniform quickly came and took her while she screamed. "Leave me alone! Tom, Jerry, you'll pay for this!"

Tom shut the door, smirking along with Jerry who gave a thumbs up sign to Tom. Tom nodded and both went back to whatever they were doing before they were interrupted by a certain someone.

You know, I just hated it that the woman took over their house in the end. Seriously, that is soooo annoying, so I thought, 'Let's make an alternate ending.'
