This is a requested chapter, which is a parody of the episode: Idiot Box

The twins are waiting outside the house for something.

"See anything yet, Lana?" Lola asked.

"I need my glasses." Lana put two cup glasses on her eyes like binoculars, which are real human eyes. "Hmmm…" A mail truck approaches. "It's the mail truck!"

"Our package!" Lana threw the glasses and she and Lola started dancing and hopping. Then Lisa came out.

"What are those two so happy about?" She wondered.

"Lola and Lana Loud?" The mailman said.

"That's us!" Lola said. The mailman threw a big box next to them.

"That's a big box!" Lisa said surprised.

"Thank you!" Lola said as the twins were still dancing and hopping.

"Hey Lola, when do we stop dancing?" Lana asked.

"Thirty more seconds, Lana!"

"I'm assuming they ordered a lifetime supply of toys." Lisa laughed as the twins lifted a big telescope out of the box, which surprised her. "Huh? A brand new telescope?"

"Easy...easy…" Lola said and the twins threw the telescope into the trash can.

"Yeah!" They jump into the box and close the flaps.

"Just when I thought they couldn't get any dumber." Lisa deadpanned. She walked up to the box with the twins inside. "Let me get this straight, you two ordered a giant and expensive telescope just so you could play in the box?"

Lola emerged from the box. "Pretty smart, huh?"

Lana emerged from the box. "I thought it wouldn't work."

"Uh-huh, that's quite a plan there." Lisa said. "Oh, but wait, there was something I wanted to ask you two. Now what was it? Oh yeah, yeah." Lisa yelled in their faces. "Don't you two have any brains?!"

"Lisa, we don't need a telescope. Not as long as we have our-" Lola made a rainbow over her head with her hands. "-imagination!"

"Wow. I never thought of it that way. That's really intriguing. Can I have your telescope?"

"With-" Lola jumped on the flap of the box, and made another rainbow with her hands. "-imagination, I can be anything I want! A pirate! Arrrr! A football player! Hup!"

"A plumber!" Lana said.

"Lana, you're already a plumber." Lisa stated.

"See, Lisa? It works! You try!"

Lisa rubbed her hands on both sides of her head. "Okay, let's see. I'm imagining myself looking through a telescope...and there it is!" Lisa pointed to the one in the trash can. "Can I have it, Lola?"

"Sure, Lisa."

"Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy!" Lisa ran to the telescope and pushed it to the house.

"Ok Lisa, but if you change your mind, we'll be in this box!" Lola said.

"Let's play Rock Climbing Adventure!" Lana suggested.

"Let's go for it!" Lola said and pulled the flaps of the box over them. "Gloves!"

"Check."

"Hats!"

"Check."

"Lucky boots."

"Check. And I brought my lucky booger."

"Eww! Okay Lana, climb up there and secure this rope."

"You got it!"

Climbing noises are heard from the box.

"Lana, Lana! You're going too high!"

"I hope they put some air holes in that box." Lisa said as she went inside the house.

"Take it easy, Lana! You've got to acclimate!"

"I'll take it easy when I'm dead! Whoo hoo! Excelsior!"

Lisa came back out. "Now where's that manual?" Lisa walked over to the manual, which was right next to the box. She picked it up, put it in her pocket, and stood next to the box, listening to the twins.

"I am the reptile queen!" Lana yelled. "Whoo!"

"Lana? Lana? Lana!" Lola yelled. "I think we should keep our voices down! We might start an avalanche!"

"What?"

"I said, I think we should keep our voices down in case of avalanches!"

"What should we keep down?"

"Ignoramuses." Lisa muttered.

"Our voices!" Lola yelled.

"Will you two shut up?" Lisa kicked the box, causing the sound of an avalanche, making the twins scream and fall, they both start to cry. Lisa is shocked. "Guys?" She softly touched the box, causing another avalanche.

"Hold me." Lana whimpered.

"Hang on there sis, the chopper's on the way!" Lola said tearfully.

"Lola! My legs are crushed! You're going to have to cut them off with a saw!" Lisa began to sweat.

"No Lana, I can't do that!"

"Why not?"

"Because I already cut off my own arms!"

Lisa kneeled down.

"Nooooo!" Lana cried. Lisa quickly opened the box and looked in. Lola and Lana sit inside the box. Lisa was confused.

"What the? How are you two making that noise?"

"What noise, Lisa?" Lola asked.

"I could only hear the sound of our laughter!" Lana said.

"Yes! But those sound effects: the avalanche, the, the, the-"

"Don't forget the second avalanche." Lana mentioned.

"Forget it." Lisa closes the box. "I don't know why I'm wasting my time out here when I could be using my brand new telescope."

Helicopter sounds are heard from the box. Lisa looked around at the sky and ducked.

"Attention climbers, please hold on!" The pilot said. "The saws are on the way!"

"Yay!" The Twins cheered.

"Grrrr...Aha!" Lisa opened the box again and saw the twins sitting in the box again. "How are you two doing that?"

"First, we establish a base camp at 15,000 feet-" Lola began to explain.

"The noises! How are you two making those noises?"

"That's easy." Lana said. "All you need is a box."

"And-" Lola makes another rainbow with her hands. "-imagination."

The twins duck down into the box.

"Oh please, I can be imaginative if I want to." Lisa said. "I have more imagination-" Lisa tried to make a rainbow with her hands like Lola, but was unsuccessful. "-in my hands then you two have in your entire bodies."

"That's good. Now all you need is a box." Lana said. She closed the box.

Lisa walked back into the house. "So all I require is a box, huh? I'll show them!"

Lisa looked through a closet. "There's got to be one in here!" Lisa found a small, round green box. "Ah! This hat box should do nicely."

Lisa pulled out a magician's hat. "Why did I buy this again?" She threw it offscreen and got in the box but it was a little big for her. She just sat there, then frowned, looked at her watch and then got mad and kicked the box. Police sirens are heard and police man was heard from inside Lola and Lana's box.

"Attention! We have you surrounded! Come out with your hands up!"

"What do they want with me?" Lisa said worried. "What did I do?" She gasped. "Obviously I violioted some new boxing law."

She walked out of the house, showing the green box. "Look officers, everything's okay! I won't do it again!"

"You'll never take me alive, coppers!" A criminal was heard inside the box.

"No, Johnny! Don't do it!" A man inside the box said. Police sirens are heard, Lisa got angry and kicked her box toward the twins box.

Lana opened the box and the sirens stop. "Whoopee! Another box!" She took the hat box and closed the box they were sitting in and police sirens were heard again.

Lisa was in the backyard, where she had set up her advanced telescope. "Ah, my telescope is all set up. Perhaps I can try drown out their childish games from here."

Lisa looked into her telescope, which had an X-ray feature so she could see through things. "Let's try enhancing." She looked through Mr. Grouse's house and saw him inside, surrounded by a bunch of boxes. The telescope also had a sound feature so you could hear voices from far away.

"Finally organized all my boxes." He said proudly.

"Okay, moving on." Lisa turned the telescope to a different direction. She spotted an old professor talking about a box equation on the chalkboard.

"The equation is demonstrated here by this box." He explained to a group. Lisa growled and turned the telescope to a tree. With the X-ray feature, she could see two squirrels inside the tree. A male squirrel held out a box for a female squirrel, and vice versa.

"Isn't there anything I can observe that isn't about boxes?!" Lisa said frustrated. Then she turned the telescope upward so she could see if anything was happening in the sky. She spotted a helicopter and chuckled in hope. "Heh heh, I guess this is okay as long as there's no boxes involved." Then the helicopter dropped down a bunch of boxes. "I give up."

An astronaut is heard from the Lana and Lola's box. "3...2...1...blast off!" A loud rocket takes off as noises are heard from the box.

"How are they doing that?" The young genius said fascinated. "That's the most realistic space launch I've ever heard! There must be an explanation. Think, Lisa, think!" She imagined the twins giggling.

"Shh!" Lola grabbed a tape recorder to play music with real rocket sound effects. "Lisa's such a meanie!" They laugh.

Lisa got mad. "Laugh at me, will they?"

Lisa opened the box once again. "All right, where is it?"

Lana came out of Lisa's green hat box. "Here I am!"

"Where's what, Lisa?" Lola asked.

"Don't "Where's what, Lisa?" me! Where's the tape recorder?"

"We don't have a tape recorder, Lisa."

"Don't "We don't have a tape recorder, Lisa." me!"

"But we don't!"

Lana held up a small, white rectangular box in her hand. "We have a tape recorder box."

Lisa took the small white box from Lana and threw it offscreen. "All right, make way you two. I'm coming in." Lisa got in the box.

"Welcome to the club, Lisa." Lola said. "You're the newest member of The-" Lola made a rainbow with her hands once more. "-Imagination Club, Where you'll have a fantastic time. Where do you want to go first?"

"No, no. Don't mind me. I'm just here to observe."

"Lisa, don't you see? Waiting and watching? That's not what the box is about! It's about-" Lola made one last rainbow with her hands. "-imagination."

"All right, fine!" Lisa made the rainbow go away with her hands. "Take me to Robot Cowboy Planet! I wanna ride on magical talking horses! Just do it so I can get back to reality!"

"Okay, Lisa! Robot Cowboy Planet it is!" The twins closed their eyes and made robot and cowboy sounds.

"Beep boop beep." Lana imitated a robot.

"Yee-haw!" Lola imitated a cowboy."

"Beep boob bee boop."

"Howdy partner!"

"Beep boop."

"Get along, little robots!"

Lola giggles softly, and then Lana starts chuckling goofily.

Lisa got angry and growled. "Why won't this thing operate?!" She slammed the bottom of the box with her fists.

"All right, fine! If you won't show me, I don't care!" Lisa got out of the box. "I've got more important things to do than pace the floor wondering how you two work this thing."

The scene cut to Lisa pacing back and forth in the living room. "How do those two work that thing? There's got to be a secret button or a switch or something! I mean, listen to that!" Lisa heard real robots/cowboys and outer space noises from noises. "Now that sounds like Robot Cowboy Planet! Think, Lisa, think! I got it: when those two go to bed, I'll sneak in there and find that button! I'll wait all night if I have to!"

Lisa sat on the couch until it was nighttime. Fireworks and cheering sounds are coming from the box. The twins come out of the box and Lana yawned.

"I need to sleep to refuel my imagination tanks." Lana said. Lisa looked out the window.

"Who knew robots and cowboys could get along so well?" Lola said.

"Yeah." The twins entered the house, not noticing Lisa as they walked upstairs. The young genius sneaked out of the house. She tiptoed over to the box and got inside. She chuckled mischievously and then saw a piece of paper on the side of the box.

"Hello? What's this?" She read it. "This plaque is to commemorate the friendship of the robots and cowboys as they have expanded their land for more space life. Let's not forget...Ohh!" Lisa tore the paper into pieces with anger. "I've got to find that button quick!

Lisa looked around the box. "It's gotta be around here somewhere! I don't see anything! It's just an empty box! Maybe it really was their imagination. Oh, that's preposterous, Lisa! What are you saying? I mean, do I really believe that if sit here and pretend to drive a race car that I'm suddenly going to start hearing noises?" Lisa pushed her foot down and the sound of an engine revving is heard.

"What the-?" Lisa turned the imaginary key. "It actually works! I can't believe it! Ha-Ha! Oh boy! This beats TV by a long shot!" She laughed. "Whoo-hoo-hoo! This is the most exciting thing I've ever witnessed!

But the noises are actually coming from a garbage truck, which lifted the box into the other garbage. From their room, the twins hear Lisa cheering in the distance while Lola is reading a book in bed while her lamp was on.

"Listen to that, Lana. Lisa finally made the box work after all. That's so great."

The garbage truck began to drive away with the box that Lisa is in. "Vroom! Vroom! Only two more laps to the finish line!"

The garbage truck dumped out the trash, including the box.

"I'm in the lead! Out of the way! I'm almost there!" Lisa laughed, not knowing that the box was sliding down a trash pile. "Whoo-hoo-hoo! Victory is mine!"

The box hits something, sending Lisa tumbling down, face first onto a cherry pie. She groaned and the box fell on her.

The next morning, the twins come out of the house.

"Hey, our box is gone!" Lola said.

"Oh, well." Lana said.

"I know! Let's go see Lisa!"

"I hope she's not too down in the dumps today." Lana and Lola walk back inside and a ba dum tss sound effect is heard in the background.
