She was the only one at camp that could tell the stolls apart at first glance.
She was the only one that could tell between them without looking at their height when they were sitting down.
She was the only one to be able to tell between them without asking their names.
And not because she was gifted or highly skilled with telling people apart like most campers thought.
No. It is because she could just tell between Travis and Conner.
She could always tell Travis apart from Conner.
She could tell by his hair. The way Travis always ruffles his curly brown hair a certain way that it always look like he just woke up.
She could tell by the way he walked. Travis always walk with a purpose. Rather it was to do a prank or eat some lunch or even just go to the beach. He always had someplace to go.
She could tell by his laugh. The way it sounded like there wasn't a care in the world and nothing could go wrong.
She could tell by his eyes. The way his blue eyes sparkled after he finished a prank or after waking up ready to steal something from someone's pocket.
She could tell with his smile. The way his smirked always reached his eyes giving people that happy feeling like everything in this world is good.
She could tell by his voice. How his voice always seemed to a pitch higher than it is after finishing a prank and how it always has a smooth sounding feeling when he's in a conversation. But always strain when there was another camper lower into the ground.
She could tell by the way he held sadness. How he never let it show until he was deep in the woods we're he would let it all out. Once when she was walking in the woods she saw him. Broken and sad but him.
She could tell by the way he got angry.
How his face would go from calm to anger so quickly.
She could tell by the way he got hurt. The way his eyes looked sad for just a second it's so easy to miss but it's still there before he goes back to joking acting like nothing happened.
She could just tell.
And she loved him for it.
Even though gods forbid people finding out about it. Because Katie Gardner can't tell him that in fear of never seeing him like they way she does now.
So she doesn't.

This is inspired by a head cannon I saw about how Katie is the only one that can tell Travis and Conner apart and I got inspired so I made this. I hope you like it.
