This is another part of my English homework. I really wish that Marvel let them hug on screen, but I guess there's just going to be lots of fan fictions about this. (Just brotherly love, no romance)

Asgard was gone. He couldn't believe it. His home, the place he grew up, was destroyed. All because of a sister he didn't know existed. He lost many things because of her. His father, hammer, hair, friends, eye, and possibly now his brother.

Thor hoped that Loki was alright. He couldn't bare to lose his brother again, especially since he just found out that he was alive not too long ago. Despite Loki's tendency to betray people, Thor didn't give up on him. He really didn't mean what he said in that elevator on Sakaar. He wanted to be with his brother again, like the good old days before Loki found out he was adopted.

"Everything could've been avoided if father told Loki who he was from the beginning," Thor thought as he fixed his eye patch. Suddenly a figure stepped into Thor's mirror. He turned around and saw Loki standing in the doorway.

"It suits you," Loki commented about Thor's eye patch, even though it reminded him of Odin.

"Well, maybe you're not so bad after all, brother," Thor replied and picked up a diamond bottle stopper.

Loki nodded. "Maybe not."

"Thank you. If you were here, I might even give you a hug," Thor said and threw the diamond at Loki.

Loki caught it in one quick motion and grinned at Thor's shocked expression. "I'm here."

Thor smiled, his eyes starting to water. His little, his baby, brother came back. He couldn't believe it.

Loki was also having a hard time controlling his emotions. He tossed the diamond on the ground and smiled at his older brother. He had an urge to hug him.

Thor was thinking the same thing. The brothers rushed toward each other and collided into a comforting hug. Thor wrapped his arms around Loki as the younger of the two put his head on his shoulder. Thor knew that Loki wasn't much of a hugger, but the trickster was hugging him back for the first time in years.

"You came back," Thor held Loki out at arms length. He saw that tears were gathering in Loki's eyes.

"Of course I did. You're my brother. I couldn't leave you to lead everyone to their doom with your reckless ruling," Loki said.

Thor pulled him back into the hug. "Jerk."

"Oaf."

Despite the name calling, the emotions between the two were high. Loki couldn't control it anymore and began to cry. Thor placed a reassuring hand on the back of Loki's head, but he was crying as well.

"I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. I messed up really bad and I can't change that," Loki sobbed into Thor's shoulder.

"Its alright. I forgive you. I didn't mean what I said on Sakaar. You're my brother and I promised that I'll never let anything hurt you. I didn't realise that I was the one hurting you," Thor cried. "Its my fault that I didn't take better care of you when we were younger."

"I didn't mean to hurt everyone during the New York Incident."

"I know. Its both of our faults but we can make it better… together."

Loki sobbed harder at those words. There was so many things that Thor didn't understand, but he was ready to tell him his secrets when the time was right, but now was not the time to tell Thor about what happened when he fell off the Bifrost. He just wanted to stay like this forever, knowing he was given a second chance and he was safe in his brother's strong arms.

It was great being back together, no matter what happened in the past. The past was past. It was time to face the future, and this time they weren't facing it alone.

I hope you enjoyed! :)
