She was having nightmares again. Those pacific nightmares that are memories but are also alternate the reality of what truly happened. It was as if her own memory was attacking her in defeat and she was stuck in a loop of misery and of people dying and the lives that she was not able to save. People she loved dying and she was unable to do anything about it. Unable to solve what had already happened. People dropping like flies and her was there to play clean up to solve their murders.

So, instead, she watched TV and read articles about another alien invasion. For some reason aliens really liked to attack Metropolis. Logically thinking if you were an alien and wanted to take over the Earth or eradicate all human life the best place to attack would places with icebergs and glaciers. As well as volcanoes and cause other incidents that would weaken the Earth and kill people after while keeping 'The Supers' busy with collateral damage and saving lives. Not somewhere where all 'The Supers' could easily gather and team up. It made it all too easy of them to win the battle and the war.

She did not care. It was normal, and something that people her age grew up accustomed to. The almost 'end of the world' was something that was a normal thing that the world was all too used to. It was sad if someone died by being killed by an alien. But if someone was killed by a human was not normal. Murders in places like Gotham of places were basically a blink of an eye and someone barely batters an eye when someone dies. This does not include the friends or family members but to strangers. Someone being killed by a clown was something someone was not surprised by. It was rather sad.

It was the middle of the night was when she heard it.

The whole hospital heard the wail of a woman echoing the hospital. She screamed for her life. Almost begging as he knew it was the end and this was her final moment. It was a case of bloody murder.

She pulled the cover over her head, pretending that she was asleep. Knowing that if she was able to hear the scream the murder had happened in the elevator. After the entire scream did echo like a banshee?

She knew the police were getting help from Sera and that Hattori was still in Beika so he was more than likely in the hospital Especially if someone nearby had died then Hattori was more than likely to be here.

An hour goes by, and she could still see the flashing lights.

Another hour goes by and they are still there. They have not solved the murder yet, and the lights are starting to bother her. Not to mention the noise that the police are making in the elevator. But somehow with the nose that was being made and a headache that was forming she somehow was able to fall asleep.

The rustling of breakfast arriving wakes her up. She is groggy and has a splitting headache with a little confusion to what is happening surrounding her. She knows that she is a zombie when she wakes up. Shinichi just nods politely and gives her an internal smile when her breakfast is brought in. She just eats it and wants to go back to sleep. She needs caffeine and cannot be bothered to do anything else today. She just wants to go back to sleep and spend the rest of the day in bed.

She just put her headphones on and listens to the music. And also reading a book so that she can learn to speak, write and read Portuguese. She had already read several other books to learn other foreign languages. This was something that she had put off for a while and she did have anything better to do.

"Oi!" said Shinichi defensively.

All she wanted to do was be in peace and here was Hattori yanking her headphones off her. She was pissed off and annoyed with him.

"Kudo I need ya help" said Hattori.

She grabbed her headphones back from his grasps and put them on.

"No!" she said and then turned up the volume not wanting to hear what he had to say.

And he was screaming her name rather loud. He was stuck and wanted her help, but she knew that he would eventually solve the murder. She was not a detective and this was not her problem.
