Hey guys! So this is a one-shot based on the recent episode of Ducktales the "The Day of the Only Child". This is also a gift to my friend CartoonLover123! Well, I hope you guys enjoy and remember I don't own Ducktales or any of the characters!

Louie snickered as he watched Dewey excitedly explain to Webby what "Only Child Day" is. He couldn't help but be grateful to have his phone on him to be able to snatch a pic of his dorky brother tightly gripping poor Webbigail's hands. He couldn't tell if she was surprised because of the made-up holiday or of the sudden interlocking of their fingers.

Oh, what's this? Dewey picking up and twirling Webby? He put his hand over his beak, holding back the incoming laughter and snarky remarks.

Louie puts his phone back into his pocket and composes himself, returning to the main topic of the conversation at hand. The teasing could come around later.

"What a day this has been huh Dewford?" Louie slipped his pajamas on as Huey slept soundly on his bed. Too drained and tired from the day's events.

"I know right!? It was crazy!" Dewey stretched his back as he looked out at the dark sky.

"Who knew 'Only Child Day' could be this intense!" he shook his head and chuckled.

Louie laughed and nodded in agreement, thinking carefully about what he should say next.

"I wonder what Webby thought about all this"

Dewey put his hands behind his head and shrugged. "Probably just glad we didn't "break-up" or that she isn't stuck in an alternate dimension".

He chuckled, "Ya know, she was the one who got that robot out of control?"

He turned to look to him "She rewired that thing and even made a small hole for herself to fit in!" he exclaimed with a smile and a wave of his arms.

Louie smirked as he turned around to walk towards Dewey. He sat at the opposite end and stared out at the stars in the night sky.

"I'm not surprised, she's pretty talented. Don't ya think?" he snuck a small glance at Dewey.

His eyes had a small spark in them, something distinct and different from the stars that reflected upon him. But he couldn't put his finger on what exactly it was.

"Oh totally. She's something special alright" Dewey replied, not making any eye contact. A small, gentle smile laid gracefully and peacefully on his face.

Louie fully turned his head towards Dewey. He looked down and reached for his phone. He scrolled through his gallery and found the picture he was looking for. Opening it he stared at the two.

That excitement present in Dewey as he explained to Webby. He unknowingly interlocking and gripping her hands. His eyes bright and sparkling as he stared at her. Sparkling, just like they are now.

He looked back up...then down...then back up again. Staring at him, trying to comprehend him.

Louie gave a small, breathless chuckle. Look at him. Here he was planning on teasing Dewey for his innocent, oblivious acts of flirting. But now he's not sure if he should.

Unsure if deep down, Dewey meant it.

Maybe he did.

He tilts his head back. Eh, what did he know? Besides, it's too late to be thinking about such things. He smiled and put his phone back into his pocket.

Dewey raised an eyebrow as he stared at him. "Hey, Louie? You alright?"

Louie looked up "Yeah, just tired". He yawned and stretched his arms.

"Like you said this was a crazy day" he got up and head towards his bed.

"Night Dew," he said before closing his eyes.

"Night" Dewey looked back at him one last time and shrugged. He returned his gaze towards the starry night sky, as he tried to locate the constellations Webby showed him the night before.
