If there was one thing Mina Ashido was known for doing well, it definitely came down to knowing anything and everything about someone's love life.

Especially if that someone was a really good friend of hers. Hint hint, Tsuyu Asui.

When she had first discovered the news that the frog‒based Quirk girl was going out on a date, the pink‒skinned female just had to know who it was with. She had tried going the direct route, asking Tsuyu or the guy was, only to get a blush and saying she wouldn't tell Mina. The initial shock of being withheld information from one of her friends was nearly overwhelming for her, but, getting over it quickly, she knew she had to form a plan to discover just what was going on.

Really, who could blame her? Mina was a romantic at heart; it was so cute, seeing couples going out on dates and the such! So many juicy details, hidden romances, and while she wasn't the best at keeping gossip contained, there was nothing more she appreciated than having rumors spread to her.

She was frustrated beyond belief for the next couple of days. Tsuyu was going out on Friday and it was now Wednesday. She needed to know this!

"Agh! Why won't she just tell me?" Mina groaned, resting in the lobby of the dorms, throwing a pillow at the couch opposite of her. Just as she was about to get up and leave, her eyes darted to the coffee table, making her gasp.

There was Tsuyu's phone. And it was unlocked.

She glanced around, a bit nervous about being caught, and finally, she got the phone, picking it up and staring at the recent text messages. There was no freaking way! Tsuyu was going out with Deku?! How come she hadn't pieced it together yet?

"You have got to be kidding me! She's about to‒"

Mina never got to finish her sentence, feeling something sticky enclosing her lips, any sound that she tried to make coming out in a muffle. Standing in front of her was Sero, the same grin as he always had shining on his face. Tape was covering her lips, and from the feeling of it, it would be a nightmare to get off.

"Sorry, Mina. Tsuyu wanted me to keep an eye on you, so I can't have you spreading any rumors," he chuckled.

The girl stared in disbelief, before pouting, crossing her arms over her chest. This wasn't fun anymore.
