RWBY – Determined Knight

Jaune Arc, while he wasn't the strongest, smartest or even the most good-looking kid around, he had his own charms that can bring him attention, either the good sort or the bad sort. However, he also has something which can differentiate him from others; a burning determination and drive to improve. Jaune Arc had determination to get stronger, to live up to his family name and surpass the others.

Chapter 1

Jaune Arc was many things, he was a dork, liked reading comics, was rather clumsy, so much so he had to write 'left' and 'right' on the bottom of his shoes just to tell the difference between them, he was also a goofball, often making himself look rather idiotic without even trying, making him a laughing stock for others or an easy target for bullying, which happened quite a few times.

However, the one thing that he was not, was a capable fighter, yet he still ran away from his older sister's and her fiancé's home, which was in Argus, in the middle of the night, leaving behind a small note of saying that he left to fulfil his dream of being a hero, and to do that, he needed to get into an Academy and graduate.

No problem for someone like him with one of the most distinguishable family names in all of Remnant... right?

Oh, how wrong you are.

Before he even left to move in with his older sister, he grew up in a rather small city in Mistral and he was the middle child of 8, all of his siblings being females, so only he and father were the males of the household... well... more like mansion.

While he did get an education, it was at a civilian school, so instead of learning how to fight the creatures of Grimm, he learnt Math, English, History, PE and Home Economics. That was until the bullying started, then he got taken out of the school program and was then home-schooled.

He didn't receive any training what so ever because his parents thought of him as too precious for them to let go and let him become a hunter and follow his dreams. He was the only one who could indeed carry on the Arc name, as it was tradition that hardly ever broke that the female took on the spouses' name. Jaune on the other hand, was able to marry a female and have them take on the Arc name, so he was considered valuable for the Arc name to live on through more generations.

So, he didn't have that much training at all, he got taught a very simple stance with a sword and shield, with his parents only doing that to make sure that he knew how to defend himself when it came to these situations as they called upon. Of course, having 4 older sisters also meant he could sneak in a couple of glances while they were training in order to try and learn something visually.

While that worked for a short while, he was eventually ratted out by his twin, Viridian Arc, who was a rather bratty twin sister who was spoiled rotten by their father, while their mother tried to lessen the extent of her rash and childish behaviour. It worked a little bit, however, it was already too far ingrained into her brain that being commanding and wanting was alright, because in the end, she always got what she wanted.

When he overheard his older sister, Saphron Arc that she was moving to Argus to settle down in that town, he decided then and there, in that very moment.

He was going to sneak out and follow her.

Jaune Arc did just that, while he didn't like the idea of doing this to his family, he just wanted to get away from parents who thought of you as nothing more than to continue on the Arc bloodline and six other sisters who dotted on you all the time when they were at home or not training. They even made him learn to dance, cook, clean and even made them carry their shopping bags home. The last one nearly had him break his arms or dislocate them many times with the amount of stuff he needed to carry home.

As he noticed Saphron about to leave the house, as sneakily as he could, he went to one of the massive hallways and took his Great-great grandfathers' blade and shield. One that made many Arc's before in the history books.

Then he made his move. Which in turn lead him to the moment when Saphron found out that Jaune was following her a couple of days later. However, he begged and pleaded for her to not send him back home, and how he was so determined to become a hero.

Saphron reluctantly agreed to let him stay with her and her fiancé, Terra Cotta, who she had been talking to over her scroll and met on a dating site.

It was safe to say that at first Jaune and Terra were awkward around each other, mainly because Jaune was still concerned about his sister, and while he didn't hate her for dating Terra, he still was the younger brother who wanted the best for his sibling. Terra, on the other hand was annoyed with the unexpected guest that managed to stay with them, even if he was the brother of the person she was dating, she was very orderly and liked everything planned a head, and Jaune being with them was not in the cards at all.

During the years, however, they became friends, enjoying each other's comapany, while they were total opposites of the spectrum, with Jaune being clumsy and rather dim witted and Terra being smart and orderly.

It was like the old saying; 'Opposites attract.'

This lead up to this very moment, with Jaune now on a Bullhead and on his way to Beacon Academy, where he will fulfil his dreams of becoming a huntsman. How he got in you may ask? Simple, he got his hands on some fake transcripts and somehow got accepted.

He is wearing a black short-sleeved hoodie with detached reddish-orange sleeves and a dark brown image of the bunny rabbit Pumpkin Pete trimmed in white with cute black round eyes. Covering his hoodie while also hiding the Pumpkin Pete bunny rabbit symbol is a white diamond-shaped chest plate cut off above his lower abdomen and placed over his shoulders are a pair of white spaulders with rerebraces set under them. Below, he wears blue jeans with a white patch placed on the left knee and black sneakers, he also has elbow guards with cords strung through them, and he wears black high tops.

He has two belts crisscrossing his waist, both different shades of brown, with a pair of small pouches on them. He wears brown wrist-length gloves with exposed fingertips and small metal plates over the back. His sword is strapped to his left hip in a sheath that doubles as a collapsible shield.

He was regretting ever stepping foot on the aircraft, because as soon as it took off, he started getting nauseous, he tried his best to keep his breakfast in his stomach and not splattered all over the ground.

'Ugh, why Oum... why do I have to have motion sickness.' Jaune whined in his head as he felt another strong surge of the need to puke, this time however, it was too much to ignore and he went racing to find the nearest bin to let loose. 'Maybe no more Pumpkin Pete for breakfast before going on transport.' He thought to himself, feeling very light headed and he briefly saw his skin tone change from lightly tanned to incredibly pale, almost as white as snow.

As he rushed through the crowd on the airship, he managed to find a bin, which was rather small and underneath a window. As soon as he got close to the bin, it was at that point his stomach finally let go of trying to hold his puke in.

BLARGH

"Well... I guess the view isn't for everyone." He heard a feminine voice say as he continued to puke his guts up.

"Um... Yang, you got vomit on your shoes." A younger voice called out, he then heard the rapid shuffling of people with a rather high pitch scream and rapid and multiple shouts of 'Get away' coming from near him, probably from the person who was being chased if he had to guess.

'Great... wonderful impression.' He thought to himself, a large bang of his messy blonde hair falling into his view. As soon as he willed his body to get up and try to go see if he could apologise, it felt like an anvil dropped on his shoulders and he hunched back over, a second round of sickness coming over him. 'Never mind.' He thought to himself as he felt his cheeks puff out from the force of quickly regurgitated contents from his stomach were trying to escape.

-RWBYDK-

Jaune found himself on solid ground, he was one of the last people to leave the aircraft due to him getting the final remnants of puke out of his system. Once his feet landed on the ground however, that was when he went over to the grass and started smooching it, thanking Oum that he was off that aircraft, while also appearing to be very weird to the others that saw that sight.

As he was wandering around lost and confused as to where to go next as when he finished his little ground praising, he saw that 95% of the people on the aircraft had disappeared... and he didn't know where they were meant to go for this orientation... that was why he was currently wombling around, until he found someone that knew where they were meant to be going.

BOOM

Jaune yelped when he heard the unexpected explosion, looking around frantically to see what it was about, seeing nothing around as Beacon was situated near a cliffside and near a waterfall, he quickly looked up and saw a very brief black plume of smoke with some interesting light blue and red sparks coming from it.

Deciding to see what it is that could have caused that explosion he walked his way towards the explosion, all hoping that no one was injured.

Surprisingly enough, he saw very brief glances of two females, one who was dressed in mainly black and white and had long black hair was sauntering off towards a large statue found at the front of Beacon with a small fountain behind it, and a girl in white was storming off... carrying suitcases?

Shrugging his shoulders, he was about to follow either one of those girls to see if they knew where to go, however, he was stopped in his tracks when he heard slight mumbling coming from the ground.

Looking down, he was surprised once again when he found a girl looking rather dejected and downtrodden while mumbling something that he couldn't hear properly. Walking up to her, he watched as see looked down and saw his shadow standing above her. When she turned his head, he found a pair of silver eyes filled with innocence looking back at him.

Momentarily stunned, not only by her eyes as they were a rather nice colour to look at, but by the way she looked. She looked younger than most others that he managed to catch a glimpse of in the aircraft.

"Hey... I'm Jaune." He greeted out awkwardly, extending his hand towards the girl with silver eyes.

The female took his hand and was pulled up by him. "Ruby." She introduced herself as she stood up, dusting her clothes off. "Aren't you the guy who threw up on the ship?" She asked curiously, with a small head tilt as she could have sworn that she saw this person before on the airship.

Ruby is a fair-skinned girl with silver eyes and black, neck-length, choppy hair that gradates to dark red at the tips.

She wears a black long-sleeved dress with a high collar and red trim on the sleeves, a black waist cincher with red lacing up the front and around her skirt has a red trim. She also wears a pair of thick black stockings and black combat boots with red laces and trims around the top and red soles.

Her outfit is topped by a red hooded cloak fastened to her shoulders by cross-shaped pins. Her emblem appears as a large silver brooch and is pinned to a wide black belt slung around her hips on an angle, which also carries bullets and a pouch.

Jaune groaned as he slumped in embarrassment. "Of course, that is how she would remember me." He mumbled out with an embarrassed blush on his face as he hid behind his hands and a rather large storm cloud appearing over his head.

Jaune and Ruby found themselves walking down a winding road path, surrounded by trees and arching architecture of Beacon Academy, accompanied by a very small river running at the side of the path.

It took a few moments for Jaune to get out of his little funk about being remembered as the person who puked on the ship... and then was given the title 'Vomit Boy' as a nickname.

"Look, I am saying that motion sickness is more common than most people believe." Jaune said, trying to get his point across to the smaller female.

Ruby laughed a little, her hands covering her mouth for a fraction of a second, before deciding to speak again. "Look, I'm sorry! 'Vomit Boy' was the first thing that came to mind." She defended herself through another fit of tiny giggles.

Jaune seemed to slump a little, before a small smile came onto his face, as his blue eyes shined in mirth. "Oh yeah? What if I called you 'Crater Face'?" He asked, getting a little closer to her as he pointed an accusing finger to her.

Ruby flailed her arms about wildly, her arms becoming nothing but black blurs for a couple of moments before Jaune had to look away, otherwise he might get sick again from watching them move about that quickly. "That explosion was an accident!" Ruby yelled out, embarrassed about having to deal with that nickname.

"Well, the name's Jaune Arc! Short, sweet, rolls off the tongue - ladies love it!" He said in confidence as he pointed to himself as he said that statement.

"Do they?" She asked sceptically, looking at Jaune with a small head tilt.

"They will! Well, I-I hope they will. My mom always says that... Never mind." Jaune said, his earlier confidence diminishing after every word spoken, until he slumped his shoulders and moved on from the topic.

Ruby giggles slightly, before that stops and a short and awkward silence between the two happens. "So... I got this thing!" She pulls out her weapon, which is predominantly rose red in colour with black trims. As she slams it down to the ground, it finished unfolding into a scythe.

Jaune yelps and backpedals slightly, before looking in amazement at the weapon. "Whoa! Is that a scythe?"

"It's also a customizable high-impact sniper rifle!" She said happily, transforming it into its sniper mode, in a relatively quick and simple motion.

"A-wha...?" He asks, totally confused with the geeky terminology.

Ruby cocks the hammer back, with a sharp clicking sound being heard. She smiles and looks at him. "It's also a gun."

"Oh." He makes a noise of acceptance. "That's cool!" He simply said, shoulders shrugging a little at the large weapon.

"So, what've you got?" She questioned Jaune, hoping that he had a cool weapon for her to geek over.

"Oh! I, uh..." He clumsily unsheathes his blade and shows it proudly. "I got this sword!"

"Ooooohh!" She made a sound of acknowledgment as she waited for him to continue.

"Yeah, and I've got a shield, too!" He gets his scabbard and raises his arm and expands the metal into a shield, it was a mainly white shield with two golden arcs going upwards, which also happened to be his family emblem.

Ruby pokes the shield, making it pop off Jaune's arm and making it fumble in the air. "So, what do they do?" She asks as she looks at Jaune.

Jaune fumbles with the shield for a few moments, before finally catching it and pressing a small button, making it smaller and placing it safely around his belt. "The shield gets smaller, so when I get tired of carrying it, I can just... put it away..." He said slowly... and rather awkwardly as seeing it doesn't do anything that amazing, not like her scythe/sniper combo.

"But... wouldn't it weigh the same?" She questioned, not seeing or hearing about anything to make it lighter... maybe it does, and he didn't mention it.

"Yeah, it does..." He mutters dejectedly, before Ruby patted him on the back slightly.

Ruby giggled a bit at Jaune's antics. At least she found another awkward person to become friends with... at least he stayed with her unlike those other two girls and her own sister. "Well, I'm kind of a dork when it comes to weapons, sooo... I guess I did go a little overboard when designing it."

"Wait - you made that?!" Jaune asks in surprise mixed with a little terror. How could one girl, who was shorter than him by a long shot make a weapon larger than her and carry it with ease!

"Of course! All students at Signal forge their own weapons!" Ruby chirped as she puffed her chest out in pride at her own creation. "Didn't you make yours?" She asks, turning her attention to Jaune and his weapon, both sword and shield.

"It's a hand-me-down. My great-great-grandfather used it to fight in the war." Jaune said embarrassingly, before seemingly puffing his chest out at such a rich history for the blade... maybe boosting his own confidence up.

"Sounds more like a family heirloom to me!" Ruby said as she laughed a little bit, before giving Jaune her verdict on the weapon, while not as awe inspiring as her own, it still had some nice touches to it. "Well, I like it! Not many people have an appreciation for the classics these days."

"Yeah, the classics..." He said dejectedly as he sheathed his sword and let it hang on his waist.

Ruby starts walking on again. "So... why'd you help me out back there? In the courtyard?" She asks as she looks at Jaune, her silver eyes shining in curiosity.

Jaune starts walking beside her, having to quicken his pace to catch up to her. "Eh, why not? My mom always says, 'Strangers are just friends you haven't met yet.'" Jaune said, quoting his mom at the end of his statement.

"Hmm." She hums as she looks at her surroundings, frowning for a moment as she recognised nothing. "Hey, where are we going?" She asked, turning to face Jaune.

"Oh, I don't know! I was following you." He said as he stopped and looked at Ruby, a look of confusion on his face. "Y-You think there might be a directory? Maybe a food court? Some kind of recognizable landmark?" He lists off, before noticing her, looking rather trouble with holding something in. "Is, uh... Is that a 'no'?" He said softly as he scratched the back of his neck.

Ruby starts laughing a little bit, unable to hold it in any longer as she wipes a stray tear from her eyes. "That's a 'no'." She said bluntly to Jaune.

Miraculously, Jaune and Ruby managed to find their way to the auditorium for the ceremony and somehow, they were on time for it as well. Walking through the still open double door to the auditorium, where they could see many other people all standing about, with some moving room around them.

The room was darkened a little, so everything seemed to be a mixture of grey and black, except for the massive spotlights that shined upon the empty stage with a microphone stand in the middle of it.

"Hmm, this is a large room." Jaune pointed out, seeing how large the room was kind of made him feel insignificant, and like he didn't belong here... which might have technically been true.

"I guess." Ruby said, an uneasy tone in her voice and taking in everything about this room, along with the atmosphere this room gave out, it felt like curiosity and happiness were flowing through this room.

'Ah, I do suppose she is only 15. Must be a big change from going to a prep-school then to Beacon.' Jaune thought to himself, briefly taking a glance at Ruby to see how much she was nervous, her mannerisms were easy to point out once you took some time to know her.

Before Jaune could say anything else, he was interupted when someone called out to Ruby.

"Hey, Ruby!" A loud and clearly feminine voice called out, catching both of their attention.

Ruby looked a little sheepish as she recognised who called her. "Oh, sorry Jaune, my sister is calling me." She quickly said, before zooming away.

"Hey wa-" He was cut off when he realised that Ruby was already away from him, sighing and looking down. "Where else could I find a quirky female to talk to." He muttered, before slowly walking in a random direction, somewhere he could stand.

He never noticed a girl with bright, vivid green eyes and long flowing red hair tied into a ponytail, dressed in golden and bronze armour to complement her figure.

Jaune sighed for whatever amount of time today, he managed to find a small area where he could stand and listen to whatever was being said.

Out of the corner of his eye, he noticed Ruby chatting about something to a much taller, and more eye-catching blonde bombshell, with what she was wearing he wondered how she was not cold at all.

He could see from here that she took really good care of her hair, along with her lilac eyes were shining in amusement as she watched Ruby talk wildly, with exaggerated hand movements to follow.

Shaking his head clear of any of those thoughts, he paid attention to the stage, where he could now hear hushed whispers coming from all around him as he saw a very tall man who exude an air about him that made him mysterious, it almost remined Jaune from a surprise villain from one of his comics.

If you didn't know what a surprise villain is, it is someone who you didn't expect to be the bad guy, or even the leader behind a supposed organisation that brought humanity to its knees.

The screech of the microphone made him wince, he now noticed how many speakers must have been hooked up to the microphone in order for it to make a noise that could blow the eardrums out of everyone, he also felt terrible for any Faunus nearby, that must have been even worse because of thier sensitive and better hearing.

"I'll... keep this brief. First of all, for those who don't know me, I am Professor Ozpin, Headmaster of Beacon Academy." An elderly looking man at a rather noticeable height and silver hair and small glasses said. "You have traveled here today in search of knowledge, to hone your craft and acquire new skills, and when you have finished, you plan to dedicate your life to the protection of the people.-" Ozpin stated, taking a small pause to let everything sink in for the others watching.

Jaune on the other hand was lost deep in thought, a myriad of emotions screaming through his body and his body posture showed it, he was swaying ever so slightly in nervousness and bouncing slightly on the balls of his feet, his hands rubbing together, almost in an attempt to warm up. 'Deep breath. Count to 10.' He repeated in his head, he knew that he was going in rather blank and probably severely underskilled... only having unlocked his aura recently and not even knowing what his semblance was, and yet, here he was, in one of the most prestigious schools in all of Remnant and having Professor Ozpin himself speak to him, although indirectly as he was having a speech.

"-However, I look amongst you, and all I see is wasted energy, in need of purpose... direction. You assume knowledge will free you of this, but your time at this very school will prove that knowledge can only carry you so far. It is up to you to take the first step, to decide on WHO you are to become, or WHAT you are to become." Ozpin finished his speech, a small nod of the head and walked off the stage, making his way through the murmering crowd in silence, deep in thought.

The murmurs of disbelief and some scandelous words were whispered about what Ozpin said, most of them were either annoyed or angered at Ozpin's dismissal of thier strength or smarts, others nodded in agreement with him. Everyone always needed to grow and continue to adapt, that was why they came here for; to continue learning.

Jaune on the other hand was now more nervous than ever before. That speech that was meant to welcome them to Beacon Academy was still that, but taking a massive blow to everyones ego in one fell swoop, like a Nevermore taking its prey right from the ground. It made Jaune realise even more that this might have been a massive mistake and things might turn out even worse for him... considering he snuck his way to Beacon, along with having no formal training and only civilian school level of knowledge. 'I'm in trouble...' Jaune sighed to himself, looking down and wiping sweat that gathered on his skin.

He wasn't sure if that was from nervousness or the heat from all the lights and the surrounding heat coming off the bodies around him.

As soon as Ozpin made his way halfway through the murmuring students, Jaune's attention was brought back to the stage, where he had to shamefully admit, was a beautiful blonde haired teacher or assistant to Ozpin walked up, Jaune had to admit, she played the 'strict librarian' look to perfection, and was extremely tall, easily taller than most in the room at the moment.

The person in question appears to be a middle-aged woman that has very light-blonde hair tied back in a bun with a curl hanging down the right side of her face. Her eyes are bright green and she wears thin ovular glasses. She has dangling teal earrings that match the hanging pendant on her collar.

She wears a white long-sleeved, pleated top that has a wide keyhole neckline, that strains against her chest, tyring to keep the babies behind them contained, and gauntlet cuffs that flare in pleats at the wrist. Her lower body is covered by a black high-waisted pencil skirt with bronze buttons and black-brown stockings. Black boots with bronze heels adorn her feet, while a cape that is purple inside and black on the outside. The cut of the cape is stylized to end in flames and arrows, making her almost look like a witch.

'She looks like a witch... except with the personification of beauty... not those ugly green skinned and larged nose females.' Jaune shivered thinking of the disgusting image of the witch that everyone knows from books.

"You will gather in the ballroom tonight; tomorrow, your initiation begins. Be ready. You are dismissed." Her voice left no room for arguments for either gender, while her sharp green eyes narrowed at every person in the room, basically calling any out to say something out of line. Her hand seemed to grip onto the riding crop she was carrying harder than before.

She gave one more look over to the crowd before nodding slightly to herself, before turning on her heel and sauntered away, the clicking of her heels breaking through the rough silence that her glares and statement caused.

As the room started to become less and less crowded, Jaune took note of how Ruby and her supposed 'sister' were at. He was a little surprised to hear that the blonde bombshell next to Ruby was her sister, when there were no similarities between them. 'Maybe Ruby got one side of the traits and looks, and her sister got the other?' He thought to himself, although he wasn't really confident in that belief. Crazy things happen, and just thinking about it would be a field day for a headache to pop up.

His attention was then grabbed when a rather shrill voice called out.

When Jaune turned his attention to the offender, he nearly tripped over his own shoes. Eyes wide and jaw nearly having an intimate encounter with the tiled floor as he took in the sight of the female.

Her pristine white hair was neatly done and brushed while in a off-centre ponytail, with what seems to be a black tiara-like object keeping it in place, she was also wearing a thigh-length strapless dress with a near unnoticeable colour graduation from white to very pale blue at the hem. Over top of the fine and expensive looking article clothing was another piece of expensive fashion, with it being a bell-sleeved bolero with the same colour scheme as her dress from the shoulder down to the wirst, it was also lined with bright red and had a ruffled collar. Proudly shown on the back of the clothing article was a symbol with a large snowflake.

Jaune mentally groaned to himself. While living with 7 sisters, while some of them may be tomboyish, they were still into fashion... and he was the unfortunate victim of either dress-up days or carrying the bags of said clothing when they went shopping. Yet, while also living with Saphron and Terra, he finally had his own scroll, this led to him surfing the internet, either watching funny videos or reading a manga or catching up on a comic series, yet, with that also came adverts; most of them showing the exact same emblem that the female near Ruby had.

'I'm surprised that a Schnee is here. I would have thought she would have stayed in Atlas, where she would have more protection.' Jaune thought to himself, before he shook his head when he suddenly felt a sharp jolt to his frame. "GAH!" He grunted out from the unexpected impact.

He looked down to see what hit him, and when he did, he instantly regretted it. Looking back into his charming blue eyes, were a pair of giant and watery silver eyes along with a quivering lip; all curtesy of Ruby Rose.

"Jaune! Help me please!" Ruby begged out cutely, holding onto his waist like it was a lifeline, and with a deadly grip combined with the look of a kicked puppy, it was simply to much for him and his brother instincts were kicking in.

Almost on instinct, Jaune wrapped one of his hands around her slim waist and rubbed soothing circles on her back, with him kneeling down to get closer to her height. "Don't worry." He said on instinct, tapping Ruby on the back then changing it back to rubbing soothing circles.

"Alright buster, hands off my sister!" A boistrous voice called out, it was louder than Ruby's voice by far and sounded more mature right off the get go.

Jaune flinched a little before his hand practically teleported away from Ruby's frame, leaving her shacking slightly where she stood. He then turned his attention from the quivering form of Ruby to where he could hear the footsteps making thier way towards him.

"Sorry. It's a reflex." Jaune uttered out, looking at the approaching blonde, who had a rather dangerous glint in her lilac eyes, as the Schnee turned around, an aura of anger rolling off her as she was ignored for someone else. Jaune nearly froze when he caught sight of those icy-blue eyes of hers, but he also notted mentally how well those two features of her went well together, pale blue and white clothes with icy-blue eyes.

"Mhm, sure." The blonde said with her hair gently swaying behind her in a wave-like fashion. She was wearing rather revealing clothing, with it showing plenty of skin and well muscled body, but also with golden bracelets adorning her wrists... although, they smelt of polish and of gunpowder.

"Yang! Don't scare my friend." Ruby whined, getting in between Jaune and the now named Yang and holding her hands out to prevent them from getting closer to each other, while trying her hardest to give a glare to her 'sister', but the childlike glare just made her more adorable.

"Will you dolts listen to me? I said that she nearly blew us off the cliff!" The white haired and icy-blue eyed girl shrilled out again, stomping her way towards the trio and giving a glare that could freeze any person in thier place.

"I said, I was sorry!" Ruby called out, her attention going from her sister and Jaune to the angry white haired female.

"Exactly, what do you have against my sister for a simple mistake!?" Yang said, turning her attention from Jaune, her lilac eyes now burning crimson and directed her gaze to the white-haired girl, whose gorgeous pale skin was turning red with anger.

Jaune looked between the trip of girls, who seemingly all teleported a couple of meters away from him in a comical fashion. He was going to call out to them and try to calm them down, however, a simple lesson given to him by his father rang out in his head.

'Son, no matter what, if a woman, or heaven forbid a group of them start arguing, it is the best option for you to walk away and wait. It is certain death to try and do something about it.' An aged and masculine voice quoted in his memory, with a much more bulkier and more physically defined man spoke to a younger Jaune, who nodded his head in understanding.

"You know what pops, I think that I will do that." Jaune muttered to himself, making sure to move as quietly as possible, away from the females hearing range and out of sight. He didn't want to be dragged into the crossfire of this debacle.

As Jaune was slowly creeping his way out of the auditorium, he started making his way to the ballroom, and to change out his clothes and into something more comfortable for himself for the night while thoughts of the speech plaguing his mind for the night and how much he would need to improve at a pace that was unheard of before.

END CHAPTER

Alright guys, I hope you liked this chapter, let me know on what you think, please don't flame me about this. I am trying to get Jaune and the other characters in character and try not to change it so quickly or so much.

Like I said, I am not the best at writing, but I do aim to improve, any and all comments and reviews will be helpful.

Anyway, with the Harem, please let me know on who you want in, it can be anyone. I won't say the limit, but I will be taking the most popular females in. Just to note, the Harem won't be instant, it will take a while to build up.
