Hello Everyone, Reader Here! A new idea that I wanted to flesh out, so enjoy!

Chapter 1: A Certain Beginning

"Are you sure this is a good idea, Mr. Amata? You know Aleister has already said that boy is off-limits."

"And why the hell should I give a damn? That kid is the only one who has the chance to take on Accelerator and push her to her limit. The projection from the Tree-Diagram shows an acceptable percent chance that Accelerator shifts to level 6."

"And if it doesn't work out?"

"Then it doesn't. Aleister might be powerful, but he isn't omnipotent. He'll just harass our projects for a while, and if he tries anything violent then we can bring in the Hound Dogs for protection."

"... Fine. I'll go along with your plan, but remember that I warned you of the possible consequences."

"Duly Noted. Now, time to put those dogs to work..."

Inside a white paneled room, a single person with snowy white hair stood alone on one end of the room with an expression of annoyance plastered across their pale face. Their red eyes had a hint of boredom as they tapped their foot against the pristine floor.

"What the hell do these idiot researchers want? I wanted to get some sleep before I go kill that doll tonight," the small figure spoke mentally. Even though she was regarded as the most powerful esper in Academy City, with the ability to control any vectors they came into contact with, sleep was still needed for the human body to function properly.

The room was somewhat nostalgic to the first ranked level five esper as it was where the level six shift experiment had begun with the death of the first MISAKA clone.

"Thank you for waiting, Accelerator," a voice spoke the intercom, "... today we have a special kind of target practice for you."

"I'm not in the mood for games, Amata," Accelerator said in a low growl. The Kihara let out an amused laugh in response that further irritated her.

"But what if I told you that I can possibly give you a shortcut in shifting to level six?"

That instantly drew the girls attention to the speaker, with her face contorting into a look of both shock and apprehension. She scowled as she dug into her palm wih her slim fingers.

"Don't bullsh*t me! What the hell do you mean shortcut?!" she exclaimed loudly.

"What I mean is bypassing the need for killing the Misaka clones and advancing to level six now." the male voice responded.

"Tell me, how are you going to achieve that?" she asked with a skeptical voice as she saw a door open at the other end of the room. Out of the door came a body that looked as it was thrown and it instantly shut as the person hit the ground. They had black spiky hair and appeared to be around her age as well. Bruises were apparent across his face and arms.

"Me? I'm not going to do anything. That boy is the one who will bring you to level six." Amata stated. Accelerator could practically see the feral grin on the mans face from his voice alone.

She stood in place for a second before she let a single noise of complete confusion.

"Eh?"

Thanks for reading! Still figuring out where I'm going with this, so any ideas or thoughts are welcome. Thanks again, and have a good one!
