A/N: I know that some people will find a reading version not to be a great idea. However, this can be treated as crack and will give people the reaction that they want to see from the characters of the series.

"Sakura-chan, have lunch with me!"

Naruto waved her hand and watched as her teammate hunched her back, upset again that Sasuke had rejected her offers of going on a date. The three of them had just completed a D-rank mission that involved them pulling out a couple of weeds from the garden of one of the old ladies. Just like always, Sasuke decided to bail out as soon as the mission was done. Knowing the bastard, he was probably off training his ass off.

He seemed acting more obsessed than usual.

"I'm trying out a new diet, Naruto and that involves no ramen!" Naruto shrugged and pouted, wishing that her teammate would actually take the chance of eating ramen. "You should try it, Naruto! You need to be more concern about your figure than picking fights with Sasuke-kun!"

Naruto wrinkled her nose and let out a yawn. "Yeah…no."

The blue-eyed girl clicked her heals together, hands shoved into the pockets of her orange jump suit and ready to start walking to her favorite ramen stand when she found a bright light enveloping her. What the hell is happening? She waved her hands and swirling her body around to call for Sakura to help her for once.

Only to see that Sakura was enveloped the same light.

"Naruto, what the hell did you do?"

"What makes you think that I did anything?" She snapped as her hands began to fade away. "It might surprise you but I'm innocent this time around!"

In the next moment, Naruto found herself in a large room that seemed to be around the same size as the room that her team did the preliminary rounds of the Chunin Exam. Blue eyes looked around the room and relaxed her shoulders when she caught sight of Sakura, Sasuke, the whole of Rookie Nine here alongside their teachers.

It was not just them but also Teuchi and Ayame as well as Iruka-sensei and even Tsunade was here. Jiraiya was here too but Naruto was currently pissed off that the man had the galls to leave her to deal with a crowd of furious ladies, who thought she helped him accomplish his crime.

"Hinata-chan! Did you also get envelop by a strange light?" Naruto asked, charging straight to her best friend and hugging her tightly. The Hyuga Heiress bobbed her head and smiled nervously at her, pale eyes darting to Kiba.

"All of the Rookie Nine and their teachers had been placed here, Naruto!" Shikamaru grumbled, rubbing his bum and gesturing to her fellow genin. Naruto laughed and puffed her chest, ready to tell him that she knew this, but only to blink when another set of lights soon followed.

"DEKU!" Naruto and Kiba slammed their hands against their ears as an older blond-haired teen swirled his body to glare at the fallen boy. The one thing that stood out in Naruto's mind was the fact that the angry blond-haired boy looked kind of similar to the Fourth Hokage. Maybe the 4th Hokage actually did have a kid. Any child of the Fourth Hokage was going to be cool.

"I-I didn't do anything, Kacchan!"

Naruto blinked and snorted. What kind of nickname was Kacchan? She glanced at her fellow Rookie and grinned when all of them held looks of strange disbelief at the nickname. She glanced at Sasuke, who seemed to be unimpressed at the nickname and seemed to be growing more irritated at the fact that they were here.

"Then it has to be your fault, Half and Half Bastard!" The blond-haired boy swirled his head at the mismatch boy in the group. The mismatch boy blinked and raised a single eyebrow at him. "You must have been distracting your girlfriend and caused her to make this mistake."

"She wasn't practicing her seals," the boy declared quietly and his cheeks seemed to be glowing red. "We were—"

"Todoroki-kun, please don't finish that sentence!" The boy, Deku, pleaded as his own cheeks flushed red. "I don't think Kacchan wants to hear what happens between the two of you when the two of you are alone."

The mismatch boy bobbed his head and looked around the room and his mismatch eyes seemed to widen at the sight of her. Naruto looked at him and flashed him a smile, blinking when the boy fixated his eyes on her lips. A small frown played on his lips and the blonde watched as the boy gestured for the two boys to come closer.

The red-eyed boy looked up from the circle and stared at her, lips curled into a scowl. The green-haired boy, Deku, stared at her with wide eyes before darting his eyes at the others. The members of Rookie Nine looked at her and her team, silently asking them if they knew the weirdos standing across them.

"I don't know them!" She declared loudly, drawing everyone's attention to them. She hunched her back and flushed a bright shade of red as several eyes fixated on her and her team. Sasuke and Sakura nodded, backing her up on this, and Kakashi-sensei just stared at the three teens before them with interest.

"No but you will know them, Naruto," a feminine voice called out. Everyone blinked as a woman stepped out of the portal, a white clock covering her whole body and the only thing that could be seen was her green eyes. "I brought all of you here to have a better understanding of you."

"Who the hell are you?" The Explosive Boy yelled.

"Someone you have already met," the woman replied and the boy growled. He held his hand out, looking ready to smack her but then he looked down at his hands as if taken back by something. In fact, all three boys seemed to be alarmed.

The mismatch boy kept tapping his right leg as if expecting something to happen, but nothing seemed to happen.

"What the hell did you do to our Quirks, you bitch?" Everyone from Konoha blinked and knitted their eyebrows while the woman just shrugged, not seeming to care one bit about the insult thrown her way. The green-eyed woman flickered her eyes to Naruto and the blonde knitted her eyebrows when she saw the regret in those eyes.

But what the hell is a Quirk?

"This whole room is covered in seals that will prevent anyone from using their Kekkei Genkei," the woman explained. "Or Quirks as the people of Japan likes to call them."

"Why are we here?" Kakashi-sensei asked, drawing everyone's attention to him. The silver-haired man gazed at the woman with confusion, head tilted to the side and the green-eyed woman gazed at him with no emotions. "And why did you bring us here?"

"Yeah, I have a village to run!" Tsunade declared.

Shizune swirled her head at the woman. "You were just sleeping in your desk, a few minutes ago!"

"Time is relative here," the woman replied with her hands shoved into her clock. "By the time you go out of this room, it would be like you have never left your parts of the timeline. So no one would realize that any of you are gone…dear god, I don't want to piss her off again."

The woman shuddered.

"We are all not from the same timeline, are we?" Shikamaru questioned.

The woman bobbed her head and gestured to the three teens before them. "You are correct, Nara. Todoroki, Bakugo and Midoriya come from five years from now. To them, you are the past versions of people that they have met or will meet soon."

"Why did you bring us here?" Sakura asked, raising her hand. The pink-haired girl flickered her eyes to the white-clock lady, lips curled into a curious smile. The thirteen-year-old darted her eyes from the three boys in front of her to the young woman standing in the podium.

"To show you of what will happen to Naruto in three years' time," Naruto blinked as everyone swirled their heads to look at her. The young woman hummed and looked at her. "It is so that you people understand who Naruto is and for those three," the woman pointed to the three boys, "to have a better understanding of Naruto's past self."

"You seem to know a lot about me!" Naruto pointed out.

"Trust me I'm as about as happy as you are about this. Consider this as my apology for what I will do in the future to you and your friends," The woman paused and looked at them. "Food and drinks will be provided and the television will show you images and videos to give you a better picture of what happens in the book."

She shrugged her shoulders and walked up to the wall. Several eyes widened as the woman drew out a couple of characters and symbols, channeling what had to be chakra and stepping through a portal in front of them. The woman lowered her hood and what stood out to Naruto was the brightness of her red-hair.

That's a pretty shade of red.

Everyone just blinked and looked at the book on the table that suddenly appeared. The preteens and teachers gathered around alongside the three boys, who all sat in a circle. Sakura rushed to grab the book and blinked her eyes, knitting her eyebrows together.

"Do I really have to be here to listen about my future self?" Naruto asked, slumping her shoulders.

The mismatch boy raised an eyebrow at her. "Will you really want to have people know about your future and you will be the only one not to know it, Naruto."

Naruto blinked and shook her head as Sakura turned the book around, green eyes fixated on the summary of the book. The girl jerked her head at her and green eyes seemed to flash with anxiety. The girl shook her head and chewed on her bottom lip, hands trembling at the book.

It went unnoticed by Naruto. The blonde had her arms folded against her chest and her head tilted to the side, confused on why the mismatch boy seemed to have his eyes fixated on her. Weirdo. Yup, her future self knew some weird people.

"And you will be able to clarify things for both groups because these are your thoughts," the green-haired boy declared, flashing a smile.

Naruto bobbed her head.

Sasuke stared at the three boys. "How do the three of you know Naruto?"

"Since that bitch brought us here then you are going to find out, Duck Ass," Bakugo declared, ignoring the taken back looks from the adults surrounding them. Sakura narrowed her eyes while everyone just gawked at him. She clenched her hands into a fist and opened her mouth to yell at him, only for the boy Midoriya to stand up.

"Sorry about Kacchan but this is his normal behavior," Deku explained and Sakura nodded, accepting the apology from Deku while Kacchan scowled. "Please don't take it personal."

Why didn't I ever use that nickname?

Damn, that Bakugo guy beat her in finding insulting nicknames for Sasuke.

"So the first book that she is going to have us read is called: The Guardian Chronicles: Nirvana," Sakura declared, opening the book as she flipped the page around and the television screen came to life. "Chapter 1."

A/N: This fic won't be a huge priority but it was written because I'm currently struggling with writer's block for some of my stories.
