A/N: I know...another story. I couldn't help it! Anyways, I am excited about writing this story. It's something different for me and I'm stoked about it. I hope all the readers enjoy this story as it gets updated.

Madeline's face claim: Kesha
Miranda's face claim: Blake Lively
Madison's face claim: Melissa Benoist

I really think the three face claims I picked look a lot alike and that's why they're my fraternal triplets.

DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT OWN ANY WRESTLER THAT IS MENTIONED THROUGHOUT THE STORY!

THE MIDDLE
Chapter 1: Two Weeks

"Madeline, Mr. Thomas would like to see you in his office," the secretary - Jenna overhead paged. Maddie wondered what in the world her boss could want. There was no way she could be trouble. She was punctual with everything as far as her job went. She was on time, she turned in her assignments without any hassle, and she did what was asked of her with no problem.

Cautiously, she knocked on the door to her boss' office. "Come in.' Maddie heard his voice call out from the other side of the door. She anxiously opened the door and took a seat in one of the leather chairs in front of his desk. "Hello, Madeline."

"Hello, Mr. Thomas."

"You're not in trouble," the boss assured. Maddie let out a sigh of relief and the boss laughed. "Actually, I wanted you to come in here because I have a huge assignment for you."

Maddie's face lit up. "Seriously?"

"You're one of my best reporters. I'm giving you this assignment as a way of thanking you for all your hard work for 'Miami Today'."

"Thank you, sir." The anticipation was killing Maddie. She was eager to know what kind of assignment she was getting.

"I know you're a huge professional wrestling fan, so I want you to interview one of the wrestlers from the AEW wrestling show when they come to Miami in two weeks," Mr. Thomas decided. "They're having this big event called 'Bash At The Beach' and I want it to get recognition since it's a big event being held in the lovely city of Miami."

Maddie couldn't help but smile. She loved all the wrestling shows, so it was surreal that one of the companies was coming to Miami. For a big event nonetheless. Now there was even more anticipation on which wrestler from the roster she would be interviewing. "Sir, do you know who I'll be interviewing?"

"As a matter of fact I do. You're going to be interviewing one of their Executive Vice Presidents: Kenny Omega."

"WHAT?" Maddie exclaimed. She started watching wrestling not too long ago - maybe five years ago - but, she started watching New Japan Pro Wrestling two years ago and she immediately became enraptured with The Best Bout Machine. "You're kidding me, right?" This was surreal.

"Do I really have time for jokes, Madeline?" The question was rhetorical. Maddie nodded her head; her boss made a fair point.

"I can't thank you enough for this opportunity."

"Like I said: you're one of my best reporters and I honestly couldn't think of anyone better for the assignment than you."

"I appreciate that."

"You're welcome...now, get out of here. You still have other assignments to turn into me before you get started on this one." Mr. Thomas sent Maddie a smile before Maddie got up out of the seat and exited his office.

Maddie walked back to her desk, a huge smile on her face. She would be interviewing one of her favorite wrestlers for her job. She was actually getting paid for something she would do for free. This was certainly a once in a lifetime opportunity.

She only had two weeks to prepare.

Hey, Miranda, this is Cody Rhodes, one of the executive vice presidents of AEW. We would like for you to be one of the models for the upcoming 'Bash At The Beach' event two weeks from this Wednesday. Just text me back with your decision. Thanks.

Miranda stared at her phone, flabbergasted with the message. She had a couple of gigs with her promising modeling career, but being a model for a event on television could potentially boost her career. There was no way she could turn down the offer.

Hey, Cody, I just wanted to say thank you for the opportunity. I am accepting the offer.

Part of her wanted to message Maddie about the offer since Maddie loved professional wrestling. Miranda didn't want to intrude on her sister's already busy schedule. Her sister was a reporter for 'Miami Today' and practically lived at her work. Miranda honestly couldn't think of anyone more dedicated their job than Maddie.

She wanted to text to other sister - Madison, but, Madison was just as busy as Maddie with her bartending job to help pay for school, where she was going to be a Physician Assistant. Madison was always either at work or in the books. It was because of their uncoordinated schedules that the sisters didn't communicate with each other as much as they once did.

Hell, it has been awhile since the three of them saw each other. Miranda couldn't remember the last time the three of them hung out.

Miranda was snapped out of her thoughts when she heard her phone chime. It was a reply from Cody. I'm glad you accepted the offer. You'll need to bring that sense of charm that I've seen in your modeling pictures. Also, you'll need to bring a bathing suit with you that you'll be wearing for 'Bash At The Beach.' Please don't think I'm being a sleaze, that's just what the models will be wearing. It fits the theme we have going on.

LOL! Thanks for letting me know. I'm excited!

She laid her phone back down on her coffee table. She scooped up her laptop off the floor and went online to shop for the perfect bathing suit.

She had two weeks left until the gig that could potentially change the direction of her modeling career.

"Bartender, give me a whiskey on the rocks." Madison turned around to see Hangman Adam Page as the customer. She recognized him on television from when AEW was on the television screen. The show was in Jacksonville at the Daily's Place not too far from where she's working.

Madison made the drink just as he wanted and handed it to him. "You want to talk about it?"

Hangman furrowed his eyebrows as he sipped on his whiskey. "There's nothing to talk about. Can't a guy just have a drink?"

"I see that look all the time," Madison stated. "People come in here frustrated whether it's work, their relationship, family problems, whatever. I have gotten accustomed to the frustrated vibe you're giving me."

"Have you felt like you just don't fit in?"

Madison nodded. "I do. I have two sisters and I felt like they clung to each other while I was the third wheel."

"I am in this group with some of my best friends, but I feel like I don't fit in with them."

"How so?"

"They're all Executive Vice Presidents of the company I work for, and they were already inseparable, but now, their jobs keep them so busy that I feel like I don't even have them as my friends anymore."

"I'm sure they don't mean to make you feel that way," Madison assured. "You said they were busy. Sometimes, we get so caught up in our work that we don't even think about how it affects those that are close to us." Madison thought about her sisters. She stayed so busy with her bartending job and studying for PA school that she lost touch with her sisters. "I have got so caught up in my own stuff that I lost touch with my sisters. I can't remember the last time I talked to them."

"It's nice to be able to talk to someone about this who understands."

"I know what you mean," Madison smiled.

"These guys are practically my family since we are on the road constantly."

"Maybe you should talk to them and let them know how you feel." Madison contemplated what she said and figured she could use that advice for herself when it came to her sisters.

"I can probably talk to my friend, Kenny. He's usually open minded and levelheaded. My relationship with my friends Cody, Matt, and Nick is strained."

"I'm sorry to hear that; however, I can relate to your dilemma. Even though Maddie and Miranda have been the closest out of us sisters, Miranda and I can maintain a close relationship while my relationship with Maddie is strained." It probably doesn't help that none of the sisters talked on regular occasion.

"I'm sorry."

"Thanks," Madison smiled sadly.

Hangman finished the last of his whiskey on the rocks. He pulled out his wallet and grabbed some cash to pay for his tab. "Keep the change." He got ready to walk out of the bar, but he went back to the bar. "The company I work for - well it's professional wrestling. But, we are going to be in Miami two weeks from now for this big event called 'Bash At The Beach.' I would like if you could attend the show."

"I already know you're on this AEW show. It was on the television screen. You all had some sort of 'Homecoming' event tonight. By the way... that was some snazzy shirt you were wearing on the show."

Hangman chuckled. "So, you already have an idea of what I do. Would you be interested in attending the show?"

"Sure."

"Cool." He wrote down his phone number on a napkin and handed it to Madison. "Just text me and I'll give more details."

"Sounds good." Hangman gave her a smile before he exited the bar. She took the napkin and stuffed it in her back pocket.

She had two weeks to compose herself since she was the worst at interacting with the male species if it didn't involve her in work mode.
