"What is that thing?!" Jaune stepped back. That Grimm kept growing as he got closer!

"Wyvern, a Kaiju-class Ancient Grimm that should be extinct." Ozpin tried to simplify what was coming for them, for Beacon and Vale. "Did you bring this deadly relic to my school, Uchiha?"

Everyone turned to the young man referred to, looking at his back and lack of reaction to such a serious accusation.

"S-Sasuke?" Ruby tried, even though she was stopped by Yang again, to talk to him. It couldn't be true. Why would he bring such a monster to Beacon, or anywhere?

"Ancient Grimm?!" Weiss could only be hearing it wrong. "This type of Grimm is a walking catastrophe! If that thing comes here, all of us…"

She didn't finish her sentence, but everyone there understood what she meant.

They would all die.

Not for the first time, in his many lives, Ozpin made a mistake. This one, however, could easily enter the top five if it followed the course that was about to take. Everything about this young man was suspect but sloppy, so it wasn't possible that he was an enemy.

"Even if I got it wrong, it doesn't make sense." Exactly because of such doubt that Ozpin hasn't yet triggered Vale's emergency alerts. All that negativity would only result in an immeasurable catastrophe. "If he was working for her, he would have done it in the middle of the city. Salem would not risk losing someone so useful in a direct attack on Beacon early in the semester."

"Maybe." Sasuke didn't deny it, and he didn't even need to look at the others to know that each of them was in shock, especially Ruby. There was no reason to deny it. Just as he imagined, someone was watching him. "However, if I did, it wasn't intentional."

"And you expect me to accept such a dubious answer?" Ozpin wanted this to be true, but it wouldn't change the fact that a disaster was already underway.

"The way you speak, it makes you look like you're worried." Sasuke turned to them, stabbing Kusanagi on the floor, making them retreat and stand guard, even more with the red and purple glow in the darkness of his hood. Except for Ruby, she was still discredited and clearly didn't know what to do. "Almost as if no one here could defeat that thing."

"Maybe." Ozpin returned Sasuke's half reply, glancing at Ruby. If she could use her eyes, it would be over before it started, but he couldn't count on something so uncertain.

"So my eyes weren't mistaken." Sasuke didn't miss Ozpin's gaze on Ruby. "She really has something special."

It seems that he also had good eyes for finding talents, it wasn't just Orochimaru.

"How about a deal, Ozpin." Sasuke assumed that Grimm, who seemed to be at the level of a great summoning but lacking a completely rational mind, wasn't something anyone could handle. "It makes me the strongest person in the world, too. This God, or whatever it is, needs to depend on these things to act for him, it can only mean that he is no big deal. Or it's weakened. Anyway, I am stronger. The only thing I still need to keep in mind is the technological advancement of this world."

Kaguya was only a problem because she was the original Chakra user. Therefore, fighting her was like throwing water into an ocean; it did not affect. However, a different Otsutsuki, the story was different. As long as he didn't share the same origin, Sasuke's Chakra wouldn't be completely useless and consequently could kill him, or at least seal it on his own.

"Do you think you're in a position to make demands?" Ozpin didn't like where this was going, just thinking the worst. "He probably wants Amber's life. Perhaps the location of the other maidens, or even worse; the relics."

"Compared to you?" Sasuke scoffed, it was already possible to feel the tremor on the ground of the Grimm approaching.

"Sasuke…" Ruby asked, almost pleading with her eyes alone. "What are you doing?"

"Ruby, back off!" Yang didn't let her little sister take a step towards that guy. "Don't you see? He brought an army of Grimms!"

"No!" Ruby refused to believe it. He had the name of a hero! Sasuke couldn't be a bad person! "He didn't do it on purpose!"

"It doesn't matter if we all die in the end!" Yang was about to lose her head, but Ruby disappeared, and in its place was a stone pillar that supported the relics from before. "Ruby, where did she go!?"

"What happened?" Ruby felt dizzy for a moment, then recovering to find herself in front of Sasuke.

"Why?" Sasuke asked the girl who tried to defend him even after the irrefutable proof that he would bring chaos and was willing to use it for his own interest. "Why do you have me in that light when I'm clearly in the shadows?"

Those words were enough to let her know that Sasuke was in a bad place, just like her father was when Mom left.

No one understood what was going on. In a second, Ruby was among the students, firmly held by Yang. On the other, she was next to Sasuke.

"Did he change places?" That was it, Weiss would die confused. "How can he do so many different things?"

"Give me back my sister!" Yang started up as soon as he realized what had happened, or tried, but was unable to move. "What is it? Are you doing this too, you bastard?!"

"Yang Xiao Long, stay calm." Glynda intoned with her wand pointed at the uncontrolled young woman. "Don't make the situation worse."

"He took my sister hostage! How can I calm down!?" Yang wasn't having this shit. Ruby was in danger!

"Yang!" Ruby made her sister stop arguing and look at her. "I'm fine, Sasuke won't hurt me."

"How can you be so sure?" Yang reflected Sasuke's thoughts with her question.

"If he wanted to, he would have done it already." Ruby looked at the black cloak that she has come to like so much in the past few days, affirming the truth known to everyone with cool heads around. If he was as strong as everyone suspected, he could hurt any of them.

"This again…" Sasuke held out his hand, casually touching the skin of the girl's pale, smooth face that continued to look at him without fear. "Why do you trust a stranger, a person who is clearly putting you, your friends, and countless innocent people at risk and still trying to use it for personal gain?"

Ruby did the same as he did, extending a hand to the face that she couldn't see but could feel. Sasuke was also a real person. He emitted heat, breathed, and had feelings, although he emitted loneliness and sadness ... that didn't make him a monster.

"Because Sasuke is not a bad person, I can feel it!" she declared without a doubt, smiling brightly at him.

That inviting expression and affection reminded Sasuke of something long forgotten by him.

"Mom! Look! I received a lot of gifts from the girls at the Academy!" Little Sasuke showed his bag full of goodies for his mother, excited to share with her and Itachi-ni, maybe even with his Dad!

"Now, now, see who's also popular with girls!" Mikoto pretended suppressed, but she already expected. Sasuke was the only one of his generation going to the Academy this year, so it wasn't surprising that he was the popular boy this time. It was a tendency to be treated as such, precisely because he belonged to the Uchiha clan, the village's elite.

"Eh?!" he blushed, getting all shy. That was so embarrassing! "W-who else was like that?"

"Well, your brother and even your father back in our days." Mikoto refrained from saying that she also had a legion of fans and rivals.

"Dad?!" Sasuke couldn't even imagine his father surrounded by girls fawning over him.

"Yes. At the time, I never imagined that we would end up together." Mikoto reflected on those distant days, darker days that were still showered with a certain amount of light.

"And how was that?!" Sasuke was always ready to hear a story from his mother.

"We didn't get along, but thanks to the clan, we grew closer." It wasn't the best way, but Sasuke didn't need to know that. "One day, a mission didn't go well and your father took the blame for its failure."

"Daddy failed?!" Sasuke didn't believe it, it was like Itachi-ni to fail!

"No, he didn't." Mikoto still vividly remembered that day. "But nobody believed him."

"Not even Mommy?" Sasuke was sad, Dad didn't deserve this…

"Except for me." Seeing the way her little Sasuke went from sadness to happiness in the blink of an eye always caught her; making she want to pinch those cute little cheeks. "I was the only one who believed and stayed with him until he proved we were right. That's how we got to know each other and eventually got married."

"Mom is so cool!" Sasuke never doubted! His mother was the best!

"So, Sasuke, don't keep accepting gifts from your classmates. This gives them hope to receive your feelings, but they are special, especially for us of the Uchiha clan." Mikoto handed the full bag to his son, assuming he knew what to do. "In the end, you will only be able to choose one and it must be the one that will always believe in you and stay by your side. Understood?"

"Yes…" Sasuke wanted to eat those things, but if his mother was saying, then he had to obey. "Alright, I promise that I'll find someone as nice as you are!"

"I'm counting on it!" Mikoto stroked his face. "So, do you want to help me in my garden?"

"Can I have some tomatoes?!"

"As many as you want, my son."

"Ozpin." Sasuke closed his eyes, feeling the familiar warmth on his face. For a moment, he felt that his mother was there with him, warming his cold heart again. "I'm going to kill that thing and everything coming in this direction. In return, all I ask is to enter Beacon without a team or a partner and unrestricted access to the library. Is that acceptable?"

"This..." Ozpin was taken aback. Of all the hypotheses, it didn't even cross his mind. "It would be acceptable, but unlikely. No one can deal with so many Grimms alone."

"Don't underestimate an Uchiha." Sasuke pulled Ruby's hand away, grabbed Kusanagi, and turned to the chaos that he has triggered.

"Wait, Sasuke! Let me help!" Ruby tried to follow, but a touch on her forehead pushed her back.

"Maybe next time." Sasuke softened his voice and expression, before replacing the girl with the same stone pillar, returning her to the insane sister's arms. Ruby messed with him, Sasuke would never admit that fact, but she just shook his stone heart. "What the hell is this girl? Not even Naruto managed to fill me with doubts that way."

Having memories of his mother was a weak point, remembering her always brought him feelings that he preferred to keep away.

Happiness didn't make him stronger, only hate did.

Trying to ignore all of this, Sasuke stopped at the top of the tallest tree and studied the small army coming at him.

"Something around 6 or 7 thousand…" There was everything in his field of vision. Wolves and bears being the vast majority, some of them being much bigger and stronger than the others. The same could be said about snakes, panthers, large elephants, and some things that he couldn't refer to even a known animal. "The big one is more like a bat and is leaking a kind of goo that creates more of these Grimms…"

In the end, Sasuke was correct about that too. These Grimms were a failed Yin-Yang release attempt.

The skies looked like black clouds from those big birds, winged lions, and what looked like smaller dragons, almost like winged snakes.

"So, how many seconds will it take me to get this over with?" His new Kusanagi was about to be tested when lightning flashed over her. As an immediate response, the creatures responded with a more violent and rapid advance. "Even releasing such a small amount of Chakra leads them to a state of frenzy…"

This could be a problem.

"How am I going to train if every time I release my Chakra something like this happens?" Sasuke closed his eyes. The biggest concern was that he didn't even use the second stage of his eyes and the darker forms of Chakra that he possesses; the Susano'o and Yin release. "Problems for later."

The wind blew and leaves fell from the trees, mixing with dust particles in the air and when Sasuke opened his eyes, it was as if the world froze. The sound disappeared together from the colors when his vision took on the unique shape of the energy that flowed in the world, focusing mainly on the countless distorted sources advancing towards him.

"Should we start?" Sasuke held Kusanagi in a reverse grip and disappeared from his original position with the sound of birds singing in the middle of lightning.

"Professor Ozpin, we need to help! He will die if he goes to fight alone!" Ruby asked as she couldn't stand still while Sasuke was going to fight on his own. His small touch persisted on her forehead, telling her not to worry, but she couldn't help thinking that she could be there helping.

"And we will, as soon as we return to Beacon and gather combat strength." Ozpin was skeptical that this mysterious young man could do anything about this situation, but his instincts told him that the real danger was Sasuke. "That aura of his is familiar to me…"

"Sir, how many Grimms are coming?" Weiss gave Ruby a helping hand and asked what everyone should have in mind, but they didn't have the heart to say it, she barely had it. "Sasuke… can he really do something on his own?"

"More than 3,000…" Ozpin knew it was a much more expressive number from the reports he was receiving every twenty seconds, but it made no difference to tell these children when he was on such an absurd scale. "I hope James arrives on time."

Beacon needed to build a line of defense to resist until Atlas's forces arrived. He may not have triggered local alerts to avoid spreading panic, but he was not foolish not to take even a precaution.

Everyone's blood froze with numbers and Yang was quick to hug his sister in a double attempt to stop her before screwing up and comforting her.

"Damn, Sasuke!" She couldn't believe the guy was going to kill himself like that after turned their lives inside out. "Don't you dare die and break Ruby's heart!"

Yang might be disliking the guy, but she didn't want him to die.

"W-what's going to happen to Vale?" Pyrrha asked with fear. She had never heard of a wave so big and sudden like that.

No one answered, it was free for interpretation; one that always ended badly.

"Glynda, please," Ozpin asked, and she did, taking everyone to the top of the cliff where the initiation started. From there, they could see the situation in the distance and what they saw wasn't what was expected.

Lightning was moving so fast that they could only see the remaining trail as the sea of darkness was cut in its way and diminished visibly with each passing second.

"What the hell…" Yang reflected the thoughts of others. No one else commented, they had no words, just continued to watch the light triumph over the darkness.

If there was one thing that Sasuke always worked to improve in his life, it was the speed of movement. His eyes gave him a dynamic vision and a kind of precognition that required equivalent physical reaction time. Every muscle in his body has been worked with this single purpose.

It was worth doing so.

The Grimms didn't even seem to be moving, the world was at his leisure. The new Kusanagi didn't disappoint and beheaded everything in its path without the least resistance, around a hundred of these things per second. Before they could register his movements and chase through his Chakra, they were already dead.

"Aside from Kaguya, only Naruto with his Kyubi cloak can keep up with me, so don't blame me for being so slow." Sasuke let his lips curve and released more Chakra. The birds sang and electric sparks sizzled even from his body, easily exceeding what lightning could achieve without getting close to scratching its current limit.

For those watching from afar, it was like watching a lightning dance in a night sky, shining like a star of salvation.

Less than a minute later and all the Grimms were leveled along with the forest on his way.

"Just you all to go." Winged opponents weren't shaken by his demonstration of power; on the contrary, they only attacked more fiercely.

Feathers bigger than himself descended from all sides and Sasuke's only reaction was to scoff. A small touch on the ground and he was already dozens of meters high, using the enemy attack as a platform to launch himself at the winged Grimms and start the massacre again.

"This can't be real…" Weiss had her eyes wide open, pinched herself a few times, but still saw a flash of lightning cut across the skies and everything in his path. She always had Winter as the highest level of power to be achieved, but now… what was her sister compared to this being? "How can someone this strong exist?"

"Ha, ha…" Yang chuckled, almost startled when she noticed something. "Is that what I insulted at the club and fought against?"

"Did you fight that monster? How are you still alive?!" Jaune said and got slapped in the face so hard that it made him fall right away, taking the others out of a trance that everyone thought was a dream.

"Don't talk about him like that!" Ruby was hurt by the way everyone was acting, looking at Sasuke as if he were the real enemy. "Sasuke is fighting and killing thousands of Grimm alone! He's a hero, not a monster!"

"Grimm that he attracted with his… one of his Semblances." Blake was starting to feel ill again. Even though she was so far away, she could feel his horrible Aura so well as before.

Ruby and Yang were about to bring up their own agreeing and disagreeing arguments when they were interrupted by the headmaster's voice.

"A God…" Ozpin found himself saying aloud, stunned to the core with his eyes and mouth open in an expression of undeniable shock. So much so that he completely forgot about his surroundings. "That's why it was so familiar…"

That dark aura was similar to that of the God of Darkness!

"S-Sasuke is a God?" Ruby asked, gaping, and she wasn't the only one. Then her head almost fried when she realized that the boy who likes her was a deity!

"H-he's kidding… there is no such thing as a Deity!" Yang was the first to deny it, but the lightning bolt clearing an infestation of Grimms in the sky said otherwise.

"That makes sense…" Weiss tried, very hard, to remain calm and rational. "That shock wave earlier… it was him, too, wasn't it?"

Glynda was busy bringing Ozpin back to reality before he said even more things he shouldn't have. She didn't know how to deal with this. As for Weiss's question, there was nothing she could do but nod in response.

"So he also sent all those Grimms flying early! This is definitely not something that a human or faunus could do!" Pyrrha watched the horizon with a mixture of fear and veneration tied to her voice.

"Guys, please! If he is a God, why the hell would he want to get into Beacon? Or at least want access to a library!?" Yang was in denial and would remain so until proven otherwise. Accepting that Sasuke was a God was like admitting that she flirted and accused a deity of being homosexual!

"Okay, that's enough." Ozpin cleared his throat, cursing his state of weakness from bad memories. Thanks to this, some of his students were having a mental breakdown. "I was merely digressing, don't take my words seriously."

"Too late!" the answer was unanimous and the singing of thousands of birds made them look at the horizon, where only the divine lightning and Wyvern were left.

Sasuke ended up taking longer than expected to kill all the winged Grimms.

"Not being able to fly is a problem." He never thought he would miss the cursed seal. At the moment, it was very unlikely that he could fly without Susano'o, but he couldn't use that. "If I attract so many of these things with just my base Chakra, it would spread chaos across the continent."

Destruction was no longer what he wanted or sought, nor was it as if he needed something like Susano'o to get rid of a giant bat trying to imitate Juubi, just because it could create minions to help him.

Throwing a kunai towards the clouds, Sasuke activated the supreme form of his Rinnegan for a fraction of a second and replaced himself, escaping the teeth of the desperate thing to devour him.

"I'll give you something to eat." Sasuke sheathed Kusanagi and wove hand seals. He was so high in the sky that he could loosen up a little and soon breathed to the limit of his lungs. "Fire Style: Great Dragon Flame Jutsu!"

The local lighting changed abruptly when Sasuke expired a fire technique as big as Kirin on the dragon imitation coming at him.

On the cliff, Ruby, Yang, Weiss and the other students who participated in the initiation together with the Beacon staff witnessed the giant dragon-shaped head of fire hitting, dominating and pushing the Ancient Grimm to the ground before exploding into a hell flame that sent heat waves so strong that could reach them.

The gigantic flame continued to burn and the Wyvern's roars subsided every second until it disappeared without a trace.

"That should do it." Sasuke suddenly appeared among everyone, replacing himself with another kunai that no one saw approaching.

The immediate reaction put almost everyone on guard, stepping back with evident fear and concern.

Nothing more than expected, Sasuke would say. There was no way to blame them for having such a reaction. He let himself go and ended up attracting an army of these creatures and then dealt with them all as easily, including something equivalent to a Bijuu from this world.

Sasuke was an anomaly.

Back in the Elemental Nations, if a being of power like him came out of nowhere, the level of concern wouldn't be less. The last one who showed up was trying to destroy his world right now.

"I can assume that you will keep your part of the promise, Ozpin." Sasuke decided to address the subject that mattered.

"I don't feel like I have a choice, Uchiha Sasuke." Ozpin could feel now that he was paying more attention and using some of his remaining magic to help, this young man even had some connection with the God of Darkness.

"Truth." Sasuke would no longer be so humble now that he had reached that point, but he wouldn't abuse it either; he was no longer that kind of person.

Shifting his attention to the three girls with whom he has exchanged words the most since he arrived in this world, Sasuke hoped to see what their reaction would be, especially Ruby after his little show of power.

"Do you fear me now?" Sasuke held out his hand to the girl, hoping to see her cringe, shiver, maybe even worse. None of that, she was looking at him with veneration and ... pride?

"That, was, so, cool!" Ruby jumped so brightly that the tense atmosphere eased instantly. "You looked like lightning, and it was all swashh, and chiiirp! Like, like, a lot of birds singing together! Then there was fire, a giant fire dragon like a sun! So hot you could feel it from here!"

The hand that Sasuke extended reached down, and he looked at the girl without knowing what to say.

"Oh, yes, I was forgetting!" Ruby held his hand before it got out of reach. "Are you a Deity?!"

Of all the questions she could have asked, Sasuke didn't expect this one. Was that what they thought after such a small display of power? The expectant expressions with the answer said yes.

"Maybe," he didn't confirm or deny, he was a middle ground that was looking to transcend mortality. "Doesn't that scare you, being in the presence of an entity that can destroy your world?"

Sasuke's words were more than enough to make the divine claims placed on him truly.

"Y-you're not going to destroy the world, are you?" Weiss managed to ask, still skeptical of being in the presence of a God. However, there was no denying it, not after seeing the evidence with her eyes. "I hit him head-on at the entrance! God… I mean, Sasuke, I could be dead now!"

"Sasuke is not going to do that!" Ruby answered for him, almost offended. "He's a hero who just killed more than 3,000 Grimms!"

"There were almost 7,000, actually." Sasuke corrected, still watching his hand being held, and then the girl who wasn't afraid of him. "And to answer your question, Weiss, no, I don't seek destruction, just knowledge."

Weiss's heart skipped a beat. Not only because of the absurd number of Grimms killed in a few minutes, but because he remembers her name…

"If that is the case, I would like to welcome you to Beacon, Uchiha Sasuke." Ozpin would have to accept those words for now, but he would only do so due to lack of options and because of a girl who was much more special than he imagined. "I'm counting on you, Ruby Rose, to keep this monster under control."

"Can I go to the library now?" Sasuke wanted to study the history of this world as soon as possible, and start planning what he would do in the future.

"Not yet, we have to formally complete the initiation. Now, however," Ozpin turned to those present, three teams that passed the test and three teachers. The other students haven't even come close to the place yet. "I wish the matter here witnessed to be kept confidential."

"Y-you can only be kidding!" Cardin pointed to the guy pretending to be a god, unable to accept anything that had happened. "This can only have been an illusion! There was never a Grimm attack! This guy is just a scam! Everything is a scam!"

"If you so wish to believe, just keep in mind that it doesn't matter if you disclose that information, I will do everything in my power to stifle such allegations," Ozpin said without room to negotiate and received a majority nod and a silence from the discredited student.

"W-why?" Yang finally found the courage to say something when she saw that Sasuke wasn't mad at her, in fact, he seemed confused that Ruby wasn't afraid of him. "Shouldn't that be something that everyone should know?"

"I do not think." Weiss continued to look at Sasuke, admired for everything that had happened. "Just to begin with, nobody would believe it and if they did, there would be commotions of unpredictable scales. Everything could end in chaos."

"She is right." Sasuke looked at the white-haired girl, recognizing her opinion. Weiss smiled and started playing with her white highlights, slightly flushed with praise. "Keep your mouths shut, or I will do it for you… permanently."

Everyone cringed. The threat was clear; be quiet or die.

"I'm sure everyone understood." So Ozpin hoped, or he didn't know what to do.

"See," Sasuke recovered the hand Ruby left after his last words. "If you are strong, people will respect you… or fear you. Lead the way, Ozpin."

Ruby opened her mouth to speak, but the words didn't come out. That was a way of thinking rooted in him, there was no way to give an opinion on it.

"Ruby..." Yang felt relief at Sasuke's cue, she wasn't the only one with the reaction of others. "I know you won't hear me, but stay away from him. If he is… you know what, he is in a world completely different from us."

"He's not a bad pers… bad deity, Yang." Ruby knew that she needed everyone to understand that too.

"I agree with her." Weiss found himself saying, surprising her first friend. "If he was evil, he would have done something bad to us. You know, to keep his secret."

"Yes, Weiss, my bestie!" A whirlwind of petals later and Ruby had the princess in a hug.

"Ruby!" Weiss almost regretted her words; almost.

"Okay… it's not like I can do anything. Just… be careful around him." Yang sighed in defeat and followed the rest of the students, following Blake and her stunned state.

In the Dance Hall, Sasuke witnessed the completion of the initiation, understanding why the need for relics, and how the teams were formed.

That red-haired girl that he determined to be the strongest of those ended up with Naruto more failed than usual, the overly energetic girl and the boy whose attitude resembled his. This same boy was appointed as leader, which was more acceptable than the stupid blond, but less than the redhead.

The next was the four girls with whom he had a lot of interaction, except for the black-haired Faunus. All four formed the team suggestively called the Rwby led by the snow princess, another decision he found acceptable. Weiss seemed to be the most prudent and dedicated in the group.

"Uchiha Sasuke," Ozpin called, lighting up the monitor with an equally hooded image of the supposed God. Looking at the relic in his hands as if it were a kind of bad omen. "You have recovered the Black King, and because it was a last-minute application, you didn't get a partner or other pair that took the respective piece, in addition to demonstrating combat skills that surpass your peers, this year, Beacon will make an exception and have you on an individual team that will take your name. Congratulations, young man."

Sasuke nodded, fully satisfied with the result. Ozpin not only complied with the agreement but also preserved his identity and face. Now all that was missing was getting his knowledge, planning, and preparing for the fight of his life against Kaguya for the fate of two worlds.

Chapter almost twice as long as usual, but I wanted to finish this part right away without leaving you all on another cliff.

This initiation wasn't supposed to be so... different. The opinion and expectation of you, reviewers, made me change some things. As I said before, I read and consider everything that is said to me. Except for the Rinne-sharingan dude, every time he complains about romance and I make it go faster, because, he, just, complains.

Many have asked for Susano'o, but considering the way I describe Sasuke's Chakra, using this would trigger a pandemonium in Remnant. That's how strong Sasuke is without being nerfed, which is the case here.

Weiss and Ren were the only ones to show signs of leadership in this story, so I changed the leaders, but keep the name of the teams.

About this whole God thing, I will make decent explanations later in the next chapters. So I hope this hasn't been badly received.

As always, leave me your opinions and I will see you all again in the next chapter.
