Arturia had no idea how far she had been running, right before she finally stumbled into an alley and ducked behind a dumpster, feeling breathless and tired… at least mentally so. She knew that she could not have anyone see her where she was on what she just did. She had leaned back against a wall behind her, trying to process and figure out what the hell just happened. There were people that were walking out on the streets right next to the alley where she was at, but there didn't seem to be many that passed by on the alley where she was at.

She didn't understand any of this. 'Calm down, Arturia…' she tried to tell herself that. 'Calm down and think. How is this possible? I just bested a grown adult like I was fighting a toddler of some sort. There would be no chance for me to do something like that before.' she could still feel the nervousness going through her body, and there was some panic going through as well. Arturia looked at her right hand before she clenched her wrist with her left one, as if trying to attempt to calm herself down. 'Stop panicking… doing this won't be any good. Calm down and start thinking. Just what is going on with me?'

Everything about all of this was just strange to her. Just what was going on with her? There had to be some sort of explanation for all of this. It shouldn't just be possible for her to do stuff that she shouldn't have been able to do before. She had to think back to everything that happened. Something she had to experience that could make her do all this.

When she started thinking about it, beating up that mugger might not have been the only strangest thing that happened to her. Well maybe she could call it the craziest but certainly not the strangest. She began to think back on the recent changes that had happened to her. First she has gotten taller, something that Kay pointed out before. And then she remembered the shredded body she had, something that she definitely remembered did not do very much to train to acquire that. There was also that one little stunt she pulled this morning when she was in a hurry to go to school. And finally the short incident with the mugger.

Arturia let go of her wrist before she looked back at her right hand, the hand where there was still that spider bite from yesterday. The bite was still there, still visible, still swollen, though much less so than it had yesterday. Though there was an angry red trail down the big vein in her hand, with a small branch of redness forking off toward her forearm.

A slow realization had started to come to Arturia. All these recent changes that she's been going through… could it be possible that the spider that bit her was the cause of all of this? That couldn't be the case, no spider could just grant people some weird abilities or whatever she has. Though from what she remembered, that doctor told her what she got bitten couldn't be a normal spider, and that was more so when she remembered that one woman telling the class on the field trip the spiders were genetically enhanced or something along that.

Arturia then turned her hand around to look at it when she felt some tingle out of it, but she soon came to shock on what she saw coming out of them. Tiny, almost microscopic hooks, barbed cilia, were emerging on the surface of his fingertips. She turned her other hand around and she saw the same things emerging as well. She also looked up at the razor wire around the alley's entrance, ringing the fence whose gate she'd stumbled through in his blind race to escape. It looked like a prison. But she noticed something. There was a huge brown spider that was building a classic wheel-shaped web in one of the rings of the razor wire. Arturia watched it gracefully move over those fine silk threads, elegantly traipsing along, seeming to defy gravity, balancing nimbly on just the pinpoint tips of its eight spindly legs...

But Arturia realized those were on the pinpoint tips, almost microscopic hooks on those pinpoint tips. Hooks that could find cracks and crevices and blemishes in almost any surface, allowing the spider to scale incredible heights and balance on virtually anything at virtually any angle…

'This is crazy.' Arturia thought, thinking on what she was about to do as she turned against to face the wall again. 'There is no way this can work. This would have to be some dream I have now, and pretty soon I should wake up.' on a hunch she had started to put her hand on the wall. Though something felt very odd to her. She could feel every detail of the brickwork surface. Along that her fingertips had found anchor points to dig into. She had reached higher and did the same thing with her left hand as well. Once again, she could feel every defect in the bricks.

She began to climb up the wall. Actually, to be more accurate, she began to crawl up the wall. Just like a spider. Hand over hand, steadily traversing the bricks like she was walking very carefully on flat ground. Arturia used her feet to balance her lower body but not to actually climb; with her entire body weight being borne on the tips of her fingers. She knew she had to have somehow massively increase grip strength for someone to do something like this, but to her, the movement felt so effortless. Completely natural. As if she'd done it all her life. She couldn't have doubts that she probably had the same hook-like cilia on her toes now too, as they were tingling the same way, but they couldn't reach through her shoes. But she sure could feel every detail of the toe section of the worn insoles in her shoes right now, just like how Arturia could feel every detail of the brickwork. Arturia carefully reached past the fire escape support brackets, making sure she didn't snag her clothes on them.

Wait, fire escapes? How far had she gotten here? Arturia looked back down, and she couldn't believe where she had climbed at. She didn't realize that there wasn't even a "down" to her anymore, being so absorbed by the climbing she made. It didn't dawn upon her that she had just climbed over 40 feet from where the ground was below at. Arturia's eyes widened when she saw at what she had just performed, and she couldn't help but spread an excited grin on her face.

It took all of what Arturia had in her willpower not to scream or pull any shouts, and the only reason she wasn't doing that was so people couldn't see a teenager screaming her lungs while jumping from one building to another. She couldn't describe the feeling of freedom she now had as she raced from rooftop to rooftop. Arturia was running at incredible speeds; leaping across alleyways, landing with no more impact than jumping off a short step. The rooftops had turned into her own private playground, and any freakishness she'd felt earlier was gone in the euphoria of this moment.

Until she leapt across one building and realized that she was almost at the end of a block of a major cross street. Arturia barely managed to stop running before she reached the drainpipe ringing the top of the building. She looked down to see it was a four-story drop to the shorter building across the street from where she was at now.

Now having just discovering her abilities, Arturia wasn't sure if she could leap that far, and she wasn't sure if she was willing to take the risk of falling down on the ground in mid-air. 'Now what do I do? Should I go back where I came from? I'm not sure if I could make it all the way there. Should I just climb back down? Wait, hang on…' Arturia pulled out her collar on her right wrist to some kind of spinneret there, something she felt before when she grabbed it to calm herself down.

The shape of the spinneret seemed a little odd. It had the shape of a spider web but it was more of a swollen spot on her forearm than anything else. 'I can climb walls, run very fast, jump up to great heights, have an increase of strength, and along with quick reflexes. Since that spider might be the cause of these weird abilities, I should be able to shoot webs out, right?' she thought to herself, as she hanged her arm in the air. What laid just beyond was a four-story brick tenement. And even better, overhead was one of those towering cranes lowering an air conditioning unit to the rooftop of the taller building. She thought about somehow snagging the crane, as it seemed more easier to do. And she should be able to get across there without too much trouble. 'Problem is… how do I do that?'

Arturia spread her arm, just to make sure she could have an accurate aim to get to the hook. "Alright… so how can I do this?" she tried to move her hand to see if she could cause some reaction, but nothing was really going on. She pressed her left thumb on the spinneret, but still nothing was coming out of it. "No… maybe this?" she had her left hand on her right wrist again while still trying to position her arm. She tried to pull some few motion signs from some movies she had seen, but there still wasn't anything happening.

When Arturia tried to pull some of her fingers on her palm, that's where a strand of webbing came out of her wrist. Becoming surprised by this unexpected course of action, she pulled back, and it had the strand of web splatter off across the street. Arturia checked to see that it was her middle and ring finger pressed together that caused the web to come out. "Aha, so that's how it's done…" she said, now realizing the pattern she had to do. Arturia tried to do the same thing again, but this time do it better.

Once more, a strand of web came out of her wrist, but Arturia let her fingers go and as such the line of web had been cut off. She had to say that the sensation felt so strange to her. It wasn't something she was very used to at all. Now she tried to use her index and pinky fingers on her right hand to create an alignment window, before she carefully took aim and pressed her middle and ring fingers onto her palm again. A web shot across and it successfully smacked against the arm of the crane, having it sticking firmly onto it.

Arturia grabbed the line with both her hands. She then gave the line a firm tug, as if trying to make sure she didn't get away. It didn't budge from her stance. Arturia hopped onto the drainpipe before looking down to see that the ground beneath had to be around 6 stories high from where she was at. She had to make sure she didn't screw this up at all. So with that said, she took a deep breath to herself, making sure to get ready for what she was about to do. "Alright… here goes nothing." she said, taking a deep breath in doing so.

She stepped over the drainpipe, and for a brief instant, she was free falling. Then the web line kicked in, and she was swinging on an arc, right over the tops of cars, easily to the other side of the street. However it wasn't anywhere as smooth as Arturia thought it would be. She didn't count in that the arc wasn't steep enough to carry her over to the taller rooftop. She almost screamed from the shock, as she had been carried lower, and she desperately tried to somehow stop this. Arturia had been dragged to a much lower rooftop, with her feet getting dragged as well. She wished that her feet had the grip her hands had.

Before she knew it, she had crashed onto a wall face first, and the impact made her hands let go of the web. Arturia groaned from the pain she felt from that. "Ok... I am not doing that again…" she murmured before falling down on the rooftop.

Stupid. She was so stupid right now. Why did she have to run away somewhere so far? It was practically midnight from where she was at. Arturia had been running off to the streets, going to the block she was now familiar at.

She was so screwed. She could only imagine at how worried sick she must have made Morgan and Kay. She hasn't returned home from her school at all, and was probably missing for all she knew. She didn't know what kind of excuse she could give to both of them. She would have to figure out something along the way, right?

Arturia had made it to her home, but she still had no excuse to go with. Honestly she somehow hoped that they were both asleep so she could sneak in. However to her dismay she had seen that the door was locked and couldn't open it. Along that the lights were still on. Arturia prepared herself when she had rung the doorbell for her to be heard.

She already heard some footsteps coming by before the door became unlocked and opened up by Morgan. The older sister just looked at her sibling with a look of shock, and some relief. "Uh… hey?" Arturia had awkwardly greeted.

The second she said that, Morgan grabbed Arturia in a bear crushing hug. "You're finally back!" Morgan exclaimed in joy. "We were so worried!"

Arturia smiled as she patted her older sister on the back with just one hand. "Yeah, you don't have to worry—"

"Not worry?!" Morgan gave Arturia a flabbergasted look. "How could I not worry?! You were I gone for the entire night! We didn't know where you were!"

"Yeah… sorry about that—"

Morgan cut off her sister by dragging her along the halls. They got to the living room where Kay was at. Then Arturia had sat down on the couch, and both Kay and Arturia had been standing above her. "Do you mind explaining on just where the hell have you been?" Kay asked, giving a mix of a worried and frustration.

"I… well…" Arturia scratched her hair, as she still couldn't come up with any excuse to sort this out. "I was just off somewhere…"

"Where exactly could you have gone off to for a whole night?" Morgan asked.

Arturia bit her lower lip. She still had nothing to excuse by. Even if she did, it might sound too easy for them to catch on that she was lying. Should she actually tell them? She wasn't sure if she had much of a choice. "Ok, look…" she sighed on her seat. "It's just more so that I had to go off somewhere, I'm sorry I didn't say anything, but I felt something weird was going on with me." she told them.

Morgan and Kay looked at their younger sibling in confusion. What did she mean by that? Did something happen? "What do you mean something weird was going on?" Kay asked.

"It's just... something weird happened, and I had to go off to figure out what was going on with me. I did manage to find out just what exactly it was… or at least I think so." Arturia had then gotten off the couch and moved past her siblings. "Alright… now what I'm about to do may look completely insane, but try not to scream." she warned them. "Or freak out."

"Wait, what do you mean by—"

Arturia had cut them off before she leaped at the ceiling and merely sticked onto it. Though she couldn't really use her lower feet to stick them as she still wore her shoes, she could still manage to balance out her lower body part instead. She had also started to move, or rather, crawl around the ceiling right before she flipped away from it and landed on the ground. Needless to say, Kay and Morgan practically had their jaws on the ground from the spectacle they had just seen themselves.

Kay had been nearly speechless. "Wha — how — you just crawled up on a wall?!"

"Well, yeah—"

"How in the hell did you do that?!" Morgan exclaimed, as her hands have gripped on her hair, as if trying to make sure she wasn't dreaming right now.

"That's kinda what I've been trying to say." Arturia scratched her hair. "I'm still not fully sure myself, but I think that this spider bite I got on that field trip must have been the cause of why I have some strange abilities. Because earlier today when I was coming back to school, I spotted someone was getting mugged. I just reacted on instinct and stepped in for that." she then looked at her older brother. "Kay, before you scold me for me being careless, I'm still going to say that when I was there, I managed to beat a grown man with a knife on his hand."

"Wait, seriously?!" Morgan seemed stunned by this before she made a grin. "That sounds awesome!"

Arturia and Kay had sweat drops at the back of their head. "Riiiight…" Arturia said. "But yes… when I realized how easy it was… and being afraid of people seeing what I did, I just panicked and ran away. I really didn't mean to make you both so worried."

"This is… wow…" Kay had sat down on the couch. "I kinda need to process a little bit of this."

"So…" Morgan began. "You mean to tell me… that you have super powers now?"

Arturia shrugged her shoulders. "I mean… that's kinda one way to look at it."

"That's awesome!" Morgan cheered before she got in front of Arturia and started to shake her shoulders. "What powers do you have?!"

Arturia had grabbed her sister's hands just so she could stop shaking her. "Calm down, I'm still trying to figure out what else I have. So far I only know I have abilities of a spider. I mean, I'm stronger and faster, along that I can jump really high and crawl to walls." she had counted on her fingers. "Oh, and I can shoot webs now apparently."

"Really? How can you do that one?"

"Something like this." Arturia then pulled the collar of her school shirt before she fired off the web from her wrist, shooting to a wall.

"Goddamn, that looks cool…" Morgan murmured as she looked at the web. "Now I wish I could do that."

"Though… that kinda begs the question." Arturia and Morgan turned to look at Kay, who had spoken from his seat. "What are you gonna do with these… powers of yours?" he asked.

Arturia couldn't really have an answer on that one. Thought honestly, she herself didn't know what she could do with these. "I'm… not really sure." she answered him.

"I mean, there's gotta be something to do with, isn't there? I'm not really sure if you should just hide them and do nothing with this."

"I mean, what could she do with them anyways?" Morgan asked.

"Good question…" Kay put a finger under his chin before he looked back at Arturia. "Could you just take out the trash first?"

"Sure thing." Arturia nodded her head before she went to do as told.

She had gotten the bag that had been stuffed full before she went outside to put it in a trashcan. But when she had done so, she became a bit surprised when she saw Irisviel outside as well, who had also taken care of the trash as well.

"Hey." Arturia said, just enough for the adult woman to hear her, even though she already saw her. "Didn't expect you here right now." she remarked, having a slight grin.

Irisviel had an amused smile on her face. "It's a bit funny. First we meet each other when we woke up late and were late where we had to be. And now this time we're taking out our trash."

"Little weird how coincidental this is." Arturia somewhat chuckled.

"So why are you still dressing up in your school clothes?" Irisviel asked, strolling up to the fence between their houses. "Shouldn't you have taken them off?"

"Oh, that, uh…" Arturia casted her eyes at her clothes, seeing that she hadn't changed them since she got back. "I-I kinda decided to just… keep them for today." she lied. "I kinda like them."

Irisviel quirked her eyebrows in some confusion out of this. She thought this was a bit odd but she didn't really question much of it. They did look pretty good on her. "Well, if that is what you want. Though I've been thinking… did you have any plans for the future? Like, what would you want to do after you graduate high school?" she asked the teen girl.

Arturia had put her hands down on the fence, all while she still had eye contact with Iris. "Well… since I would be almost reaching my graduation, it would be silly of me if I hadn't thought about what do after at this point. I had planned to go in a college. Though when exactly I can't be too sure, but it should be pretty soon. Like maybe take some break before heading to it." she told her.

Irisviel had smiled at this. "Well, that's great. Though any chance you thought about on what job you could have?"

Arturia thought about it. "There was one in my mind, and I kinda thought being a police cop."

This one had the adult woman's interest. It was just something that she hadn't really expected that one. "Really? I would have thought if you would have gotten some job that would make you earn a lot of money. At least that's what most people would want these days."

"I mean, don't get me wrong, getting rich does sound kinda cool. You wouldn't just have to worry about getting rent most of the time, and buy practically anything you want. But I wouldn't see much of a point in that unless you do still have connections to people you know. For me, I just seem to want to help people, while still earning some decent cash myself. I mean besides being some cop, I thought about being a firefighter, or some bodyguard, or maybe a doctor… though the last part might be too hard."

"That does sound like a lovely dream to have. I do think that it should be important to help others. Especially if you had some position of power to do that."

'... Help people, huh?' Arturia thought, looking at her hand. She had gotten the realization she may have needed. "Yeah… it seems nice."

"Well, I would like to talk to you more, but unfortunately I'll have to sleep. I can't really get late to work again." Irisviel told Arturia before she headed back to her house.

"Have a good night." Arturia said, as she also got back to her home, just waiting at where Kay and Morgan were at.

"Kinda took you longer to get back from taking out some trash." Morgan remarked.

"Sorry, I was just talking to Irisviel." Arturia saw Morgan gaining a smirk, to which she gave her sister a small a glare. "Not what you think it was about."

Morgan shrugged off. "Sure it wasn't…"

"Anyway…" Arturia took a breath. "I think I figured out what I could do with these powers."

"Really?" Kay asked, being quite curious as to what decision his sister had made. "What would that be?"

This was where Arturia had made a smile. "I wanna become a Superhero."

"...Come again?"

"I know it sounds crazy." Arturia put her hands in front. "But I do think that this might be the best option for my new powers."

"And being a superhero is that option?" Kay was hesitant about this. "I don't know... I'm not sure about this. I mean couldn't you just use your powers in a more useful way in some job?"

"I'm not sure if people would react nicely if they saw some girl just crawling up to walls."

"I guess you're right on that one." Kay rested his forearms on his knees when he sat down on the couch. "But still, a Superhero?"

"I don't think that sounds too far fetched." Morgan remarked, folding her arms. "I mean she does have superpowers after all."

"But the problem with this is that if Arturia actually goes through this, she would be acting out on her free will."

"So?"

"So, she would just be doing what she wants. She would just be… I don't know, just jump really high, and stop come criminals. You really think that New York would just be okay with some… spider person crawling around, or swinging, or whatever? You think they would just be alright with that and not react at all? Arturia would just be a loose cannon without any official authorization to stop criminals. She would just be a vigilante." Kay explained. ''And from what I've heard, vigilantes don't really have good reputation following them up."

"Oh right… "

"Even if that was case… "Arturia spoke up. ''I made choice. I'm not just going to stop that."

"Hey, I wasn't trying to stop. As long as you can actually prove you can take care of yourself, then it's fine by me." Morgan said, as she leaned onto the wall from behind.

Kay looked at the time before he sighed. "Ok look, it's nearly 1 AM now. This isn't really the right time to talk about all of this. We'll discuss this when the three of us manage to come up with something in the afternoon, or at least when all of us come back."

"Well we might have to think of something quick at that time. Because Jeanne is coming here next week." Morgan stated.

This caught Arturia by surprise. "Wait, Jeanne is coming?!"

"Oh right, we didn't tell you while you were gone. Yeah, our dear cousin is coming here. Well… to be more accurate, she's actually moving in here." Morgan informed her.

"With us?"

"No shit she's gonna stay with us. She's old enough to do that anyways, besides we're her family as well."

Arturia scratched her hair. "Well… alright I guess."

"We should figure something out until then." Kay said, getting up from the couch before walking to Arturia and putting a hand on her shoulder in a reassuring manner. "But right now, let's just have a night of sleep."

"Yeah... I guess you're right."

The following day, after school had been finished, Arturia had tried to contact the hospital staff just so she could go to talk to that female doctor she was with the other day before. She only got the information that the head doctor hadn't been in the hospital, so she kept on asking for the doctor's number till she eventually got it. So then she dialed up the call till Nightingale had answered, informing her she was in her apartment. Arturia told her about "weird changes" that she had felt, and Nightingale had told the teen her address just so she could get there.

So here she was, right in Nightingale's apartment as she had been sitting on a chair, with Nightingale herself sitting to opposite where she was at. "—The next thing I knew was that I could just crawl up to walls and shoot webs out of my wrist." she had informed the doctor of everything that's been going on with her.

Meanwhile Nightingale had been sitting on her chair as she was in front of Arturia. She had been wearing a pair of leggings and a brown shirt, adding that with a skirt below her shirt as well. She bad been trying to process just everything what her patient had been telling her. What she was getting… was not what she expected at all. In fact she had been trying to write down on paper just what she had been informed with. But the more this girl's mouth kept telling her these things, the more difficult it was to concentrate to think if this was real.

Though this was something Arturia had noticed. "Is there something wrong?" she asked in some confusion, noticing the woman's writing seemed to have been slowing down.

"It's just… everything you're saying…" Nightingale put her hand on her hair, while she had been trying to process everything handed to her. "This wasn't what I was expecting at all. None of what you're saying just seems to be possible." she then looked back at the teenager. "Are… are you sure that this really happened? You didn't really suffer any… brain damage of sorts?"

"No!" Arturia responded immediately in denial. Well one hand she could get why the doctor would find this so hard to believe, but on the other putting her situation as some brain damage seemed a bit much. "I'm telling you, I'm not crazy! Hell, I can show it to you!"

"Wait… what—"

Arturia immediately sprung into action by leaping on the ceiling and sticking onto it. Along that she pulled her collar out to show off her right wrist before she fired a strand of web at a wall. She then jumped back down on her seat. "See?!"

Nightingale had slowly blinked her eyes, as if making sure she had just seen this correctly. "I... I saw it. So… that spider that bit you really did cause these… changes to happen to you?"

"I mean I can't really see what other thing could happen to me to just do these things."

"Can… can I take a look at your hand?"

"Sure?" Arturia walked right over to Nightingale as she showed her hand, more so the one that her hand got bitten by.

Nightingale grabbed her hand just so she could check something. "I... I think that the marking on your hand has gotten smaller." she remarked.

Arturia checked out, and indeed the same marking from before has gotten a little smaller, though it was a bit hard to notice. "Huh... I guess it has. Maybe it's just passing away?"

"I'm not sure… the amount of venom you gained that's been injected might still reside in your body. I think it still hasn't gotten fully used to the changes itself." Nightingale hypothesized.

"Well, that does sound interesting."

"Yeah… just let me uh… write it down…" Nightingale had her eyes twitching, and her hand seemed to have been struggling to get it down, right before she stopped moving.

Arturia had been slightly alarmed by this. "Uh, hey, you alright?" she asked, but she didn't get answers at all. Nightingale had only remained still. "Hello?" Arturia waved her hand in front of the doctor's face, but she still didn't get anything. "Anyone there?!" she then snapped her fingers.

That wasn't until Nightingale rolled her eyes back before she collapsed on the floor beneath her. This made Arturia start to panic. "Ahhh! What did I do?! She just passed out!" she exclaimed the obvious, looking around to see if she could figure anything to get her back. "What do I do?! What do I do?!"

Quest Aerospace managed to hold on to the barest threads of their expectation that they would become the next big thing in defense, contracting when the prototype of the exoskeleton fighter was finally ready on schedule.

And it was just in time for General Slocum's visit to their test facility on Long Island. Ironically enough, it was just up the road from Yggdmillennia, whose testing grounds were still dark almost two weeks after the devastating accident. John Quest was standing outside the test area when Slocum's motorcade arrived in the dark of night. "Pleasure to see you again, General." Quest greeted.

Slocum shook his hand firmly. "Quest." he acknowledged. "Is everything ready?"

"Absolutely," Quest said, leading them toward the test bunker. "Captain Curtis is our finest pilot. We believe our exoskeleton is fully inspected and ready for this test."

"Good, because if it does what you say it does, I'll sign that contract tomorrow." Slocum listened to the echoing countdown to launch as he looked out over the field, where he could see technicians doing last minute checks on a large mechanical person-shaped plane that looked for all the world to see. "Unless you do manage to beat the Yggdmillennia that is."

There were also a few members of the Yggdmillennia that had participated in the final contest between them and Quest. It was an all or nothing for them to get Slocum's contract on their companies. But within the walls of the lab test, there were a few certain members that had checked on some mechanics.

Fiore had made sure to check on her mechanical hand that she had worked on. Since now after this exoskeleton, it would have to be her turn. She only hoped that her Bronze-Link Manipulators would be able to top whatever Quest would throw at them. Ever since the horrible accident that occurred nearly 2 weeks now, and with uncle Darnic taken out as the head of the Yggdmillennia, she now had to be the one to take care of the work in the company and work on the experiments.

"How are you holding up?" Caules asked his sister, putting a hand on her shoulder just so that he could somehow ease up the tense she had.

"Nervous." Fiore answered as she clenched onto her glove.

"Try not to worry about this, we've seen what Bronze-Link Manipulators can do. That dumb exoskeleton is not gonna win this competition." Caules tried to reassure her, though he couldn't blame her for being so pressured for these past few weeks. And to be honest he was really hoping they could win this.

Fiore made a shaking sigh. "Alright then... I just hope so."

The exoskeleton suit had came down on the ground, signalling the end of the session. And now it was Fiore's turn to demonstrate her work. She took a deep breath before she started to walk, already making her turn.

"Curtis!" ground control suddenly said with alarm, "We're picking up a bogie at two o'clock, closing in fast! Do you see anything?!"

Boy, did he. Curtis couldn't believe it. There was something screaming straight for him. "What are those things?!" the man shouted in shock, right before there were powerful two laser-like beams that easily pierced through the exoskeleton and the man along with it. "Ghaaaugh!"

Needles to say, it's that everyone in the entire room had been shocked by this. No-one could summon the proper words before the laser beams to travel further and just pierce through practically everyone that was within the lab grounds. Bodies have started falling down too fast to be counted, and the unknown energy beams have just kept on going further and easily cut through the stone walls, tearing apart the General, Quest, and along with multiple scientists within the confides that they have been teared in half, some being mutilated with the amount of blood that had spilled out of their bodies, along that with their organs falling out as well.

Fiore could have been seen beneath the exoskeleton suit, but half of the armor had fallen down on her legs, which rendered her stuck to move. 'I... I can't move my legs!' she thought, feeling that her limbs were numb. There was a paralysis of fear written all over on her face. Her breathing had kept on becoming more ragged, and her mind had tried its best not to be completely overwhelmed with fear. 'What is going on?!' Fiore looked around to see what had happened, and the sight nearly made her want to vomit. She looked around to see that her brother had been injured, and rendered unconscious, but other than that he was still alive and breathing.

"Ah, such a gorgeous sight…" Fiore hitched her breath to look over at just where that voice came from. It turned out that whatever this came from, and that was probably responsible for this gore of a mess that had been created.

Darnic had been very pleased to say the least. He almost couldn't believe just how easy all of this was. Within just a single blow he dealt with all of his former enemies that caused him so much trouble. "Seeing all my former enemies on the ground, dead." the vampire had began to look around, and he had seen there were actually quite a few Yggdmillennia lying around here. "Hmmm... It seems as though that there were actually quite a few of my own here." if this had been his old self, he might have felt bitter about taking out his members. But this new him on the other hand… he had begun to chuckle. "Well, that's none of my concerns anymore." honestly, what did even matter anymore? With this new power, why even worry about something petty of his former comrades? No more deadlines. No more overwork. Now he was finally free, he had surpassed that of a human. "Although... I should probably work on my aim." he had taken a few breaths. "Not just that, but I have to be careful on using this. It seems to really drain a lot out of me." he had talked to only himself, and he had leaped away from the labs.

Fiore had merely stayed on her spot, hearing the voice talking to her the entire time. She wasn't sure if her ears had been blocked, but she could have sworn the voice that spoke really sounded alike with… "Uncle Darnic?" she barely uttered the words, those being the last ones before she passed out on the floor.

Mortar boards exploded into the air as the principal of Midtown High pronounced this year's senior class officially graduated. A photographer gestured for the subject group of his photo to stand closer together. "Say 'chess' !" he called.

"Chess!" the group of award winners, centered around Arturia, calling out in laughter. They held up their diplomas, plaques, medals, and more. The camera flashed, and the students began to disperse.

Arturia had went back to where the rest of her siblings were at. And along that, her cousin, Jeanne, was with them as well. Jeanne had immediately ran over to her cousin and gave her the tightest hug she could give out. "I can't even begin to tell you just how happy I am seeing you like this!" Jeanne exclaimed joyfully, hanging onto her cousin with as much grip as she could muster.

Arturia had a small blush on her face from this, mainly cause she could feel Jeanne's bust press against hers, but other than that she had a smile on her face. "Alright, I get it, I finally graduated. I'm happy about it as well."

"Don't say it like it's not a big deal!" Jeanne pulled Arturia tighter into the hug. "You finally graduated from high school!" she would continue to hug her cousin to pull her in tightly, but then she felt something odd. Well more so odd as something pressing against her. "Hm?" she looked down to see what it was. What she saw made her face flush in red. What she was seeing was Arturia's bulge pressing against her. "Wait… is that your…?" Jeanne wasn't sure if she could finish her sentence probably.

Arturia blushed from the embarrassment she felt. Of all the times for her dick to just randomly sprung out of nowhere… and on her cousin as well… though she would say that Jeanne was very attractive. "I-I'm so sorry. I didn't mean that, I just… hang on…" Arturia had her hands go onto her bulge just so that she could point it upwards so it wouldn't be so noticable.

"Was I the one to cause that or…?" Jeanne had now backed off. Truth be told she was aware that Arturia had a cock on her, but the fact of the matter was that she hadn't really seen it like this before, at least not so close like this…

"No — I mean — it was pure accident." Arturia blurted out her words.

Before Arturia suddenly realized it, she then got in a bear hug by Kay. "Ahhhhh! My little sister is growiiiiing!" Kay had tears in his eyes while he hugged his younger sister. "Why did you have to grow up so fast?!"

"Kay, stop, you're embarrassing me here…" Arturia blurted out, hoping that her brother would let her go now with so many other people here. "At least not with so many people…"

"I don't wanna!"

Arturia sighed, but nevertheless she couldn't help but smile. She then looked over at Morgan, whom had a proud smile before she walked over to Arturia. "Great job, high school graduate. Now try to survive when you get over to college." Morgan joked.

"I'd rather not think about that right now." Arturia couldn't help but get a grin.

"Hey! There you are!" Arturia looked over to see Diarmuid walking over to her. "Great job!" he congratulated her.

"Thanks, and you too as well."

"Hard to think it's actually over now. Feels like it's been going on forever."

"Yeah." Arturia had to agree. She had been going to this place for so long, and to think she might not be here again…

"Say, since this is the day of your graduation, how about we actually celebrate?" Jeanne suggested. "We could go out to some places in the city to do just that."

"That sounds really good!" Morgan had agreed with this before she looked over at Diarmuid. "How about you come with us?"

"Oh, no, I couldn't accept that." Diarmuid turned down the offer. "This is just something between all of you. Besides, I have my own celebration with my family to do as well."

"Well, alright. I guess I'm gonna see you later." Arturia remarked, right before Diarmuid bid his goodbyes to the Pendragons and Jeanne before he left.

"Alright then! Let's bail out of here and go out for some fun!" Morgan exclaimed.

"Sure." Arturia smiled. "I wouldn't mind that."

Well, alright, chapter 2 is now finally done. Sorry if I made you people wait for a while, and I hope that this was worth the wait to read this. But goddamn I can't believe how quick this passed. With watching the Sam Raimi movies, I would say I'm about halfway done with that movie.

So anyway, I guess I might explain a little bit on Jeanne's part. So yeah, in this story Jenane is kinda related to Arturia and the others as their cousin. I don't think this should require too much explanation as to why this is the case. The simple explanation would be that she's a Saberface. I mean come on their faces look practically the same, you would think you're related to that in some way.

So yeah, I don't think there would be much left to say on my part. Except that the next chapter should be more interesting, as it would contain more action. And the more fun parts about it as well

See ya guys later!
