In light of Quarantine boredom, I'm gonna post all these at once.

So for this and all the chapters, disclaimer, enjoy and as always...

Let The Chaos Ensue...

The prank was hilarious, and he'd do it again. The only thing he'd do differently would not stick around for his brothers' wrath.

Then again, in hindsight, maybe he did over do it a little.

Mephisto Pheles, headmaster of True Cross Academy, had an important introductory meeting that morning. And Rin wanted so badly to get him back for the stunt he'd pulled the weekend prior.

Dropping him and his friends in the middle of the forest do deal with a high level demon, then leaving them behind.

Hiding back at the front gate as Mephisto approached the foreign family, Rin set his clothes on fire, burning them all but his pink boxers, gloves, hat, and shoes. Mephisto's face went red before in a poof, another set of clothes appeared on his body.

"Sorry about that…" he said with a shaky laugh. "My youngest brother is upset with a harmless joke I played last week."

The Cram School student to be, laughed. "Sounds like someone I'd get along with." He said, a slight sparkle in his eyes.

Mephisto gained a real smile. "I'll be sure to introduce you later," he said. "Now, if you follow me to my office, we'll get to work on some of that paperwork, then I'll have my brother give your son a tour while we discuss everything else."

If he'd left it at that, things would've been fine, or even if he'd stopped after the fourth time setting his brother's clothes alight, his secretary went cherry red and then burst out into a fit of laughter.

Odd, Rin thought, I've never seen her show any emotion before.

Another change of clothes was in order, and Mephisto was pissed. The auburn haired, green eyed boy just snickered, getting hit in the back of the head by one of his parents.

He lead the family of three into the office, they sat down and as Mephisto sat in his office chair, one of the most cliche and harmless pranks of all time was set off.

A whoopie cushion.

And a rather large one at that.

To top it off, His clothes burst into blue flames once again.

One more apology, and another change of clothes. Rin's head stuck past the door frame before he lost it. Rolling around on the floor laughing, gripping his stomach and tears falling from his eyes.

"On second thought," Mephisto said. "Dovahkiin, I don't think my brother will be able to show you around for a while. If he likes to play with fire so much, he'll be busy with something else that likes to play with fire."

Rin froze, and it was at that point he knew he overdid it.

"eins...

"zwei...

"Drei!"

Rin saw a flash of light, then he was falling.

Oddly enough, it was a quiet day at the Dragon's Edge. Hiccup and Astrid were enjoying the sunset on dragon back.

They had a long flight back to berk in a few days, and just relaxing a bit always cleared Hiccup's mind.

In the rushing of the wind, both riders heard a strange noise in the distance.

"Hiccup, do you hear that? It sounds like… growling?"

"Yeah I hear it," he said. Looking around, almost panicked. Thinking it could be a dragon ready to attack. Slowly the sound changed from anger to panic, and the growl became a scream.

A few miles out, a form fell through the clouds, flailing and screaming, trying to grab something red off it's back.

Quickly, Hiccup changed direction and sped toward the falling figure.

It seemed the boy noticed them, and his eyes showed relief… then he hit the water.

Dragon and rider dove, and quickly pulled him from the depths.

"Hiccup! Are you ok?" Astrid yelled, adrenaline pumping as she arrived a few moments after.

Shaking himself of the water, he said. "Yeah, but I'm not so sure about this guy, he's breathing though."

"Where did he come from?"

Hiccup looked up, then pointed.

"People don't just fall from the sky, Hiccup. We might have some bad dragon riders to deal with, so we should be careful."

The other nodded. "You're right, but let's get back to the edge and make sure he's alright."

He held the boy in front of him as Toothless flew toward base, leaving Astrid and Stormfly in the dust.

He was dressed oddly, but that wasn't what caught Hiccup's eyes. It was the almost blue hair, the odd bag on his back, the strange energy radiating off of him. And even more than that, the sharp point his ears came to.

The kid in his arms stiffened, and moaned, mouth falling open and drawing attention to his long sharp canines.

Hiccup didn't know exactly what was wrong with him, but he figured they'd bandage him up and let him rest. He'd wake, and explain.

They landed back on the edge, and Toothless carried the boy to the guest house, Hiccup started yelling orders at the others. Bring water, clean clothes, bandages, medicine.

He laid the boy on the bed, and began stripping him of his strange clothing, taking the red bag off his back.

Upon closer examination, he found it carried a sword. He handed off the boy's sword, and clothes, barr his undergarments, to Astrid and had her take them to dry in front of the fire.

Hiccup began mixing some herbs to help with the bruising from hitting the water, when Fishlegs called him over.

"Ah… Hiccup? You might want to come look at this…"

Upon closer inspection, Hiccup found only small, insignificant bruising. But more than that, the odd boy was littered in scars of every shape and size.

"Oh gods, what happened to him?"

"While the scars are worrisome, I was talking about this…"

Fishlegs carefully picked up some strange rope, which Hiccup quickly realized was a tail.

"Is that…"

"A tail, yes. And I can't think of any reason he'd have one. Or a species of human that has those ears, teeth, and a tail except from…"

"Stories about demons."

"Yeah… But demons can fly," Fishlegs countered.

"Unless he's possessed by a demon," Hiccup replied.

The two boys started to counter and discuss, what the cause of his odd features was. And what actions they should take. So when Snotlout sauntered into the room, they were oblivious to the other's presence.

It wasn't long until Snotlout found the tail, and like a true moron, started to pull on it, to see if it was really attached.

The boy's body sized, and convulsed before dark blue eyes glared at the fat idiot with his tail in his grip.

Woken up by pain caused only through the tail… was probably worse than getting stabbed in the gut.

Snapping his eyes open, Rin stared at a fat boy in leather, hand wrapped around his tail like a vice grip. In one swift movement and a kick to the head, the moron was out cold, body slumped against the wall.

The other two in the room paused their conversation at his growls and turned to look at him. The burly one in fur, ran out screaming. The other, the one who'd saved him, looked at him wide eyed with hands in a calming gesture as Rin bared his teeth.

The other boy tried speaking, not that Rin understood it, but tried nonetheless. He looked around the room, finally noticing he was in his underwear, (Mephisto was probably enjoying this) then noticed the lack of a certain katana.

He lunged forward, pinning the green eyed boy to the wall. "Where is it? Where is my sword?"

When he only got unintelligible sounds, he pulled the knife from the boy's belt and held it to his neck. "What have you done with Kurikara?! Where is it?! Where is my sword."

The boy yelled, a high pitch noise filled his ears, a flash of light, and he was once again unconscious.

...

"Toothless?!" Hiccup yelled. Frantically looking back and forth between the dragon, the other riders, and the prone boy. "You killed him! I can't believe you…"

"Woah!" Ruffnut yelled. "He's not like…"

"Char?" Tuffnut finished.

"Yeah, he's not a smoldering corpse, why?"

"I… I don't know," Hiccup said slowly as he walked forward to examine the boy.

The taint of plasma left colored smudges on the boy's chest, the only thing that said he was injured was the few trials of blood that ran down his torso.

Hiccup looked back at toothless. "Did you know this would happen?" The dragon looked around, wide eyes, then gave an odd shrug.

"Why did Toothless attack him?" Astrid asked.

"Woke up, knocked out Snotlout, then attacked me. But I think I recognized one of the words… Sword."

"He wanted his sword back?" She asked.

"I think so," Hiccup said. "He seems fine, so let's put some clothes on him and lock him in a dragon pen. And… leave his sword with him."

"Hiccup are you nuts?" Astrid yelled.

"He just attacked you, unprovoked. And you want to give him back his weapon, this guy could be a demon, or possessed!"

"WHAT?" Rang around the room.

"He's got a tail, and pointy ears and teeth. We can't think of anything else he could be."

"If he was possessed that would explain why someone tried to drop him in the middle of the ocean," Astrid said.

"And why he's got so many scars, I bet he was a prisoner," Fishlegs added.

"Anyways, put his sword in one of the pens, I'll move him there as soon as I get him dressed.

Rin woke up on a pile of hay, dressed in leather, Kurikara leaning against the wall. He seemed he was in some kind of barn, and he was in a cage, chains around the thick wooden bars.

He sat up and stretched, noticing a small colorful lizard fly out the door.

Crossing his legs, he took a deep breath.

Time to figure this out.

Something else that likes to play with fire…

Flying lizards…

Dragons.

Damn.

The people, how they dressed, along with their buildings suggested vikings.

Which means a huge language barrier, if I can remember it, I know a spell to be able to speak and understand the others' language.

Getting out wouldn't be a problem, but I seriously overreacted when I didn't have Kurikara. I really hope they aren't gonna try and kill me.

The door to the 'barn' opened, and the boy he'd held against the wall walked in. Missing a leg, carried several weapons, rides dragon that slightly resembles a Col Tar, and that dragon's fire hurts like hell.

He stopped in front of the cage, crossed his arms and stared.

"Who are you?"

Rin stared back, eyes half lidded.

"What's your name? Why did you attack?"

All he said sounded like unintelligible noise, but Rin could guess at least one of those questions.

"Rin Okumora," he said, pointing to himself.

The boy's eyes lit up, and a smirk graced his features.

"Hiccup," the boy did the same.

Rin couldn't help but fall on his back laughing at the name.

"What so funny?" Hiccup said something that sounded exasperated.

Rin laughed harder, but pointed to the other. "Your name's Hiccup!"

The other glared back, as what he said was obvious.

Hiccup then pointed to the sword, and made a 'why' gesture.

Rin thought for a moment, looked around then back to Hiccup.

Using his hand to pretend to write, he hopped Hiccup would understand. Luckily, he pulled out a thin pencil from his jacket. Cautiously stepping forward and handing Rin the pencil.

Rin grinned, his pointed teeth showing. Then got to work drawing a magic circle, once done he sat in the middle, chanted some stuff, made a few hand gestures. Hiccup glowed for a moment, then the glow transferred to Rin and he gave a huff.

"Now, what the hell do you keep saying?" He asked. Hiccup's eyes were wide, and he looked at the charcoal circle on the floor, and back to Rin.

"You're speaking my language…"

"Yeah, glad I remembered the spell." Rin gave a cheeky grin, rubbing the back of his head.
