(Gotham)
"Fuck me" Will said as she and Naruto ended up in an alley "why the fuck are we in this shit hole" she asked Naruto as the alley made the one's in NY look healthy
"I don't know" Naruto said as he got up
"You two know where you are" a man said as a bunch of other men came out from both sides of the alley "this is Two-Face's territory" he said as they all took out weapons
"Will care to do the honors" Naruto asked the redhead curiously
"Sure" Will said her hands being engulfed with electricity, but before she could do anything a man in a cowl showed up from out of nowhere and started beating the thugs
"It's Batman" a thug said in alert
'He's good' Naruto said seeing the fluid but strong movements in the man 'jonin level good' he thought as no using chakra to take down all these men was impressive
"No I'm not being left out" Will said as she zapped all the weapons making the people holding them drop them
Batman was momentarily surprised by that but pushed his thoughts aside and focused on the thugs
After a few very short minutes the men were on the ground unconscious and bruised
"Who are you" Bruce asked wondering if they had powers and wondered if they were result of an accident or magic
(one quick explanation later)
"Different dimension" Batman asked as he somewhat dealt with it as he had run ins with Zatanna and Etragan with these types of things
"Yeah we're just looking for a place to sell these and find a home" Naruto said holding a back of jewels
"What are you gonna use your powers for" Batman asked curiously as he was already predicting worse case scenario
"Probably do the vigilante thing you seem to be doing alright" Naruto said needing a good pass time
Before Batman could say anything he dodged to his side as Naruto threw a kunai but not at him but a thug's gun making it explode
'Impressive' Batman thought as he knew skill and talent when he saw it and even Robin and Batgirl his proteges weren't that accurate
(week later)
Naruto and Will currently finished making their costumes after settling into this world
Naruto was currently wearing orange and black jacket similar to his father's but his had kanji for kitsune, he wore a black no sleeve shirt and pants, a mask similar to Kakashi's, and black shoes
Will was wearing a pink top did absolutely nothing to hide her D-cup sized breasts her sleeves were somewhat short in length it connect to a pair of tight shorts, she had teal and emerald giant fairy like wings, wore a black domino mask, was wearing long black fingerless gloves, her hair was in a bob, but two strands of her hair had were a little longer in the front
(few weeks later)
"Remind me again why am I here?" Naruto asked as he was helping Batman with a plant based villainess Poison Ivy aka Pamela Isley apparently she stole something from a plant lab which they were currently searching
"Because she's a criminal" Batman said like it was the easiest thing in the world
"She's poisoned a few people from what I can see and has some kills but most of these guys have crimes that if brought to the right judge can legalize them being killed" he said as he knew it was possible and since this was Gotham it was way easier
Bruce chose to ignore that statement as he searched the lab
"And who are you?" Naruto said spotting a dandelion which he felt a weird energy to it feeling the nature energy increase in it allowing it to fully act almost like a person
The dandelion would have acted like a normal plant but easily gave in to Naruto but it was unable to communicate but let go of one of its stems which floated to Naruto which when he held out his hand where the stem landed and acted as compass
(minutes later)
"Ok this is a new one" Naruto said as he entered an abandoned building which when he got deeper into he saw vines and plants some looking carnivorous and deadly from what he knew about botany some of them even looked like ancient species of plants, but none of them attacked him just acted affectionately 'I swear these plants are like household pets or children seeking affection' he thought as he felt like he heard them purr
"My my what a surprise" a redheaded green skinned woman said wearing clothing made completely out of plants, she wore a strapless one piece that covered her high C-cup breasts but was tight on her nice round ass "my babies have taken quite a liking to you" she said walking toward him after taking a quick whiff of the air she shivered as if she felt pleasure "and I can see why" she said walking even closer to him "what's your name" she asked curiously
"Sage" Naruto said as he noticed the vines some of the plants closest to him were growing slightly 'my sage status must be affecting all these plants' he thought in realization as due to him mastering sage mode his body must retain a miniscule amount even if he didn't channel it
"Such a nice name" Ivy said liking it very much thinking it was plant related "do you like nature" she asked curiously wanting him to say yes
"Yeah I do" Naruto said as he assumed the plants getting even closer was their way of showing affection "why do you go so far as to kill people?" he asked calmly
"People are filth abusing nature killing it" Ivy said in a displeased tone
'She's not wrong' Naruto thought as Gotham was heavily polluted by chemicals in its woods to its water 'I'm surprised mutations don't happen more daily' he thought knowing how heavy the contaminants were and was surprised how few there were "why Gotham why not places that have had forest fires or run down forest you have been labeled as an eco-terrorist but you can do a lot of good" he said as he saw potential in her
Ivy thought about it for a moment and wondered why she even stayed in Gotham knowing she dealt with crazy people and only liked dealing with one in particular "I stay for my friend Harley Quinn I'm sure you've heard of the Joker" she said as no one on the earth hasn't heard of the mad clown prince as he was labeled as a terrorist, psychopath, mass murderer, environmental terrorist, etc
"Yeah" Naruto said as he wondered how the clown had not gotten the death penalty yet "if I see her I'll look out for her you have my word" he said wondering why the woman stayed with the man
"Thank you" Ivy said in appreciation as someone else would also be looking out for her friend
"If you give yourself up I can get you out in a month" Naruto said as he can get information on the men she killed "and I can probably get your status as a environmental terrorist removed" he said as he developed a lot of strings and connections in a couple weeks
"Will you take care of them?" Ivy said looking toward her plants
"Done deal" Naruto said as he liked plants and giving a little sage chakra while he relocated wouldn't harm or kill them
(hour later)
"How?" Batman asked as he saw Ivy in her cell
"I talked to her" Naruto said walking away but Batman following closely behind
"Ivy can't be reasoned with" Batman said as if it were a true statement
"Maybe if you show a little more compassion and appeal to their humanity instead of all that intimidation crap you'd actually reach some people" Naruto said teleporting away leaving him there by himself
Batman wondered like always if he was doing more good than bad as Naruto stopped Ivy by talking to her and even got her to turn herself in
(few weeks later)

"Oh my god" Naruto said as he was on patrol and for the Joker as he was claiming he had bombs scattered all over Gotham but in his search he found his partner in crime in a very bad state in an alley 'she has a few broken ribs luckily those will heal on their own, she has a few gashes she'll need some antibiotics, but these bruises are causing a lot of swelling' he thought in worry teleporting her to a secure location
(an hour later)
'What the fuck' Harley Quinn thought as she woke up in an unfamiliar room seeing an actual IV in her arm and saw most of her wounds were healed 'how the fuck am I healed?' she thought curiously as Ivy used her plants to heal her but it was never this quick
"You're lucky you would've needed a miracle or a real good doctor if I didn't find you" Naruto said as he saw Harley had a few mutated cells that were similar to Ivy's and used those and his sage mode to heal her 'Joker had her jump in the same chemicals as him I'm surprised she's this sane' he thought to himself as he read the bio of her and Joker from Batman and even saw their DNA but found it odd she kept her sanity to such a degree only displaying mild insanity unlike the Joker who was fully insane
"Who the hell are you?" Harley asked curiously figuring he saved her
"Ivy asked me to look out for you" Naruto said wanting to know someone she trusted told him about her
"Ivy told you?" Harley said in disbelief as Ivy hated most men and trusted very few people at times
"Yeah" Naruto said not knowing how to prove it as Ivy was getting out in a few days and he couldn't teleport her into Arkham as she was an escapee and him teleporting her in and being seen wouldn't look good for him "why do you stay with that asshole?" he asked knowing she'd know who he was talking about
"He's my puddin he loves me" Harley said with certainty
'Ok she's delusional' Naruto said seeing the chemicals affected her mind in a different way "let me try something" he said placing his hand on her forehead channeling some sage chakra as when it was channeled into a person it could be used to heal or relax a person's mind and have them see things more clearly
"Can't believe you actually think that freak loves you he doesn't know what love is" Will said as she came here after she finished helping Batman and dealt with the Joker
"Yes he does you-" Harley was saying till she gained a far away look
"You just saved her life" Will said as she normally beat people black and blue for calling her any names
Naruto ignored her "ok Harley listen I want you to think back to the Joker and every time he's insulted you, hurt you, and abused you mentally and physically" he said hating to do this but knew she needed to see this with a clear mind
Harley's mind then went to every time when the Joker abandoned or left her for dead on a heist or crime spree, every time when Batman beat them he'd take his anger out on her, he'd always call her names whenever she acted independent or voiced her opinion, even when she showed affection to him he didn't care and deep down she knew that
"The fuck is she seeing?" Will asked face to face with Harley seeing tears pour down her face
"The truth past her own self delusions" Naruto said as this method he developed made the person's mind think and with Harley's former background as a psychologist he expected her to have more results than most people, he slowly eased up on the sage chakra to ease her out of it and she soon became aware of her surroundings again
"You alright?" Will asked as she saw the devastated look on Harley
"I'm such an idiot" Harley said incredibly depressed
"It'll be fine" Naruto said trying to comfort her
Harley cried for a few more minutes and soon passed out
(few weeks later)
"I'm sorry I think I misheard" Ivy said with a smirk "can you please repeat that...hopefully on tape" she asked as she was visiting Harley with Sage as she was now a free woman with a few debts here and there
"I'm done with the Joker and when I find him I'm gonna beat his ass in" Harley said from inside her cell
"Oh you are good" Ivy said looking to Naruto "I knew you could watch over her but to finally wake her up man I'm impressed" Ivy said as she tried to convince Harley that the Joker was wrong for her in every way possible
"So how you doing Harles?" Naruto asked as he visited Harley couple times a week bringing Ivy along
"Just fine Foxy" Harley said flirtatiously as she began falling for Naruto thinking he was everything the Joker wasn't
'Oh my god' Naruto said with a smirk as he didn't hate the name but hated the reason on how she got the name as last week he was fighting king shark who had stole Bane's venom and due to the man's enhanced tough skin his normal mode couldn't pierce so he had to go into chakra mode showing off his fox like features which was live on the news which Harley saw as people in Arkham got cable to reduce violence
"Hey can you get me some stuff?" Harley asked him giving him a list
"When the parole board say you'll be getting out" Naruto asked taking the list
"Few weeks maybe a month or two" Harley said as she was amazed Naruto got most of the charges on her removed
"Oh its you freaks" a guard said serving the prisoners their food "talking to Joker's used up bitch" he said arrogantly
Naruto sent a look to Ivy as it wouldn't be good with her recently getting off her sentence to beat a guard, he then channeled some of Kurama's chakra and glared at the man scaring him faster than Scarecrow's fear toxin
"Impressive" Scarecrow said as he was a few doors down as they were all in a part of Arkham where the superpowered villains were held
"Thank you" Naruto said giving the man the same look he gave the guard making the Scarecrow tremble in fear as Naruto knew the man had caused more than a few deaths with his fear toxin "with what that guard said I can say your getting harassed by guards to Gordon it might get your sentence reduced" he said as the man was as much of a hardass as Batman but he was flexible and did the right thing even for criminals
(few hours later)
"You know I feel like I should be worried you're spying on Ivy" Naruto said as he bought an old botanical garden which Ivy was staying at taking care of her plants
"I trust no one and criminals are likely to fall into former habits" Batman said not even surprised Naruto found him as he told him he was a sensor able to sense anyone close by
"Isn't the no trust thing why Robin left" Naruto said knowing it was a bad idea to say but it needed to be said
Batman glared at him as he knew it was the truth but it still made him angry
"She's not dead Bruce" Naruto said making Batman both surprised and curious "the tech you use the multiple alibis you have for when Batman is out doing something seriously man the party circuit" he said as he found out who Batman was in a week as he hated a person knowing more about him and he not knowing anything about them
"Who?" Batman asked curiously as this wasn't the first time someone found out his identity
"Andrea Beaumont" Naruto said as he did some research into Batman and found that a criminal he never convicted interesting so he did some research and found a trail at a carnival which was burned in a lot areas but in certain areas he found the space and area in certain seemingly off and teleported following the teleportation route to a woman who had a false name but when she left her house one day he broke in and found the Phantasm outfit hidden away
Bruce was shocked as he believed the woman who stole his heart in his youth was dead
"Here's her location" Naruto said giving him a card with coordinates "I'd really think about giving her a chance man I mean seriously you dated an assassin you could do worse" he said not wanting Bruce to pull his noble crap of right and wrong
Bruce remained silent and walked away
(a week later)
"Ok moving day" Naruto said as an army of clones pack up their stuff
"I swear what I could do with this" Harley said her hair in pigtails the tips dyed black on one side the other orange she was also in a new outfit keeping her harlequin theme with a tight leather tank top one side black the otherside orange as she replaced all her red with orange it didn't hide her mid D-cup breasts, orange and black leather short shorts that barely hid her plump ass, and one orange knee length boot and the same boot on her other foot except that it was black
"Focus Harley" Will said as she helped finish packing
"Ok sparky" Harley said with a smile
"Where we going anyway?" Ivy said as she placed her plants in a storage scroll which she was surprised worked so well
"New York" Naruto said getting two cheers and one groan
"At least this city is less polluted than Gotham" Ivy said trying to look for the bright side
"We live by central park" Naruto said knowing that would cheer her up
Ivy smiled a little as central park was on her list of places she wanted to go on her list of nature preserved places to visit the top of that list being Yellowstone and the Amazon
(few days later)
"Are you serious?" Ivy said as she was currently in central park making a tree grow here and there as Naruto told her she always started to big and that she should start small and walked in on a mugging "you morons call yourselves the purple dragons jesus this city is more tame than Gotham" she said as she saw three thugs trying to mug some redhead so she made her vines grow from the ground "beat it" she said scaring them off
"You ok kid?" Ivy asked the redhead who nodded and ran off
"Isn't she a villian from Gotham?" a voice from a sewer grate said
"I hear she's reformed" another voice said
"She saved April let's leave it alone" a third voice said not wanting any trouble
"We can take her" a third agitated voice said
"Let's just get back to sensei" the third voice said as they went deeper into the sewers
