Real best friends don't control your life.

The 4 youngest T-Birds Kenickie, Sonny, Doody and Putzie drove up to Danny's house, parking in the street. "What if he's, you know...a mess?" Sonny asked Kenickie, worrying about Danny.

Kenickie lets out a sigh.

"There's one way to find out." Kenickie repiles. "Let's go fellas."

The boys got out of Greased Lightnin and walked up to Danny's door step, Doody knocks on the door.

"Do Zuko know we actually like Sandy?" Putzie asked.

Kenickie smiled at the innocence in his youngest best friend.

"Well we're gonna help get his girl back." Kenickie tells him.

Just then the door open and it was Danny.

"Hey fellas, what's up?" Danny asked.

"Danny, we need to talk." Doody told him.

"It's important." Kenickie adds.

"Guys, I'm-" Danny started but was interrupt by Putzie.

"Please Danny..." Putzie begged.

Danny lets out a sigh, giving up when Putzie gave him the puppy dog eyes.

"Ok, come on." Danny said.

The T-Birds were in the kitchen drinking a beer, Danny's parents weren't home. Anyway when Danny turned around to see his best friends standing there awkwardly, he chuckled to himself.

"Ok fellas, what's the prob eh?" Danny asked. "You're standing there like bunch of nerds at the dance."

The guys looked at each other.

"C'mon, please tell me what's wrong." Danny begged, desperately wanting to know why his best friends, who are like his little brothers, acting so strange.

"When was the last time you spoke to Sandy?" Kenickie asked him.

"I beg your pardon." Danny said.

"Danny, at the Bonfire, w-why did ya act like that towards Sandy? I mean I know we laughed...but we couldn't shake the Feeling of why you acted like that?" Sonny asked again.

"It's nothing guys, honest." Danny lied. "I'm over her."

"No you're not." Kenickie said.

"Am so." Danny argued.

"Are not!" Kenickie snapped back.

"Since when do you guys care?" Danny asked leaving the kitchen, going in the living room with the guys behind him.

"I'm sorry, did you just ask why do we care?" Kenickie asks him. "Um do you even remember that us 5 have best friends since birth?"

"Fellas, just forget about it." Danny told them. "Just like I forgot about her."

"Oh really?" Sonny asked

"Yep." Danny replied.

"Mmhmm, ok." Kenickie said before grabbing the remote and turn on the TV, it was a home movie of Danny and Sandy at the beach.

The guys all looked over at Danny.

"My mother must've put it in there by accident." He lied.

"Sure." Doody quietly said.

"Gimmie the remote back man!" Danny order as he snatched the remote out of Kenickie's hand.

"Why Zuko?" Kenickie asked him.

"Why what?" Danny repeated.

"Why did you lied to us saying she was easy and acted like a jerk towards her?" Kenickie asked again.

"Yeah Danny." Putzie protested.

"You guys really wanna know?" Danny asked.

The guys nodded their heads.

"Ok," Danny said sitting down on the coffee table and out a breath. "I told you fellas those things and the way I treated her at the Bonfire is...is because I was afraid you wouldn't like her cause she's a good girl and not like the other girls I dated in the past." Danny explained.

"Sooo, let me get this straight." Kenickie started. "You acted like a complete different guy at the beach, but she stayed in Califorina and goes to Rydell and by the time the Bonfire came up, you acted like a creep?" Kenickie asked.

"Hey!" Danny yelled, for being called as "Creep". "Yes fellas, I am an idiot"

"But why?" Putzie asked.

"It's because we're "The T-Birds"," Danny admits. "I just always thought you guys looked up to me because I get it on with the chicks.

"What." Sonny asked.

"Seriously?" Kenickie asked.

"Yes." Danny said.

"Well that is totally not true at all Zuko." Kenickie says to him. "Why would you ever think that?"

Danny looks at his buddies.

"I feel like a crummy friend." Putzie said sadly.

Danny drapes his arm around him.

"You are not Putzie. You're a great kid." Danny tells him.

"Were you embarrassed by us or by Sandy?" Sonny asked.

"Neither ok, guys I know it was stupid of me do that..." Danny started.

"And to think like that." Kenickie added.

The guys looked over at Kenickie.

"How can you just stand there and say we only looked up to you cause you know how to get it on with the ladies?" Kenickie asked.

"Kenickie..." Danny started.

"No let me tell you something pal," Kenickie started. "Putzie looks up to you like a superhero and so does Doody, Sonny looks up to you like a role model and I looked up to you cause you're strong and never let anything scare ya..."

Danny looks down feeling bad.

"But what we all have in commons...is that we all looked up to you...like a big brother." Kenickie added. "A big brother we all wish to have."

Danny looks back up, letting out a sigh.

"You just stand there and ask us why we care." Kenickie finished.

"Look fellas, I'm sorry ok. It's just...I was caught up in the moment with Sandy being back, trying to protect my image epically with everyone's around." Danny admits to them.

"From who?" Sonny asked.

"Everyone else, because they expect me to act like a total jerk." Danny tells him.

"Well screw them, who care what those nerds think?" Kenickie asked.

"You got real friends." Doody smiled.

"Who are mainly like your brothers." Putzie said making Danny chuckled at him.

"You got that right Babyface." Danny agreed. "Look boys, I'm really sorry ok. Are we cool now?"

"We always been cool." Kenickie said as they laughed. "And would you please call up Sandy and make up with her?"

Danny looks away.

"Please Danny, we feel awful just as much you do." Doody told her.

"Besides, she may be your one and only girl forever." Putzie added.

Danny lets out a sigh.

"Ok I'll call her." Danny finally says.

"Thank you." The boys say in unison.

Danny chuckles at them and sat on the couch and calls Sandy.

"Hello, Sandy...hey it's Danny. Listen I need to explain for my attitude towards you at the bonfire is because, I wasn't thinking right...thinking that my real best friends are the one that knows me well...And I just wanna to say...that...that I am very, very, very sorry darling...Yeah, I know, I'll admit I have acted like a jerk. So how about we just start all over, and have a nice dinner just you and me...I promise to be a gentleman that I am...Really, alright I love you angel." Danny said before hanging up and stood up."We're going out on Saturday." Danny told them.

"Good." Kenickie smiled.

"Frenchy took us to Sandy's house last weekend and we like her a lot, she's special." Doody said.

"Not like other girls you dated in the past." Sonny said.

"In a very good way." Putzie assured.

"Thanks fellas." Danny smiled. "Come on, I'll go clean up and we can have a guys' night." He added.

"Cool!" Putzie smiled.

The guys chuckled at him as Danny went to cleaned up.
