Another story that I want to test. It was something that was in my mind for a while and I really want to focus on Quinn and Santana, with Santana being younger than Quinn. It will be a age play story mostly with some teenage stuff. I know I still have my other story but I will still update it every weekend. But you will see a lot more of this one during the week. Again thanks for all your review, keep giving me some ideas for Little Santana and Little Quinn. I'll see you soon. Enjoy!

Quinn shivered as she stepped out of the airport into the cold air of the Ohio. 5 years ago, she never thought she'd come back here. In fact she wished she didn't have to. Four days ago, she received a call at her work place from the Lima police station about a certain Santana Lopez. Quinn remembered how her heart stopped beating at the mention of her name. She had knew Santana since she was five when she babysat for the Lopez Family. She remembered the small Latina running in her arms every time she arrived. But then Quinn had to left Lima to go to college at Yale six years ago, and she never came back. The first year was fine, Santana called her via video every week and Quinn sent her some presents for her birthday and Christmas. But at the start of her second year, Santana kind of vanished and her parents seemed unreachable. When she called the Lima Hospital to speak with Mr. Lopez, she was told the doctors died during the summer. And it seemed like Maribel Lopez moved from their house and changed their contacts.

For a year, Quinn tried to find Santana but the school was becoming more important and soon she stopped searching. She graduated with a degree in child psychology and managed to find a job in a small cabinet in a small town near Portland in Oregon. She nearly forget about Santana until this fall. She was told Santana was in hospital and that Maribel Lopez has been arrested for child abuse and possession of drugs. Santana was found with bruises along with some cuts and overall in a pretty bad shape. Santana had no other relatives and Maribel told the police about her being in their emergency contact. The police asked Quinn if she could take Santana in or she would need to be sent in foster care. Quinn agreed to become her foster mother and she was given some information about the procedure with Santana's new social worker.

The very next day, she had someone to check her apartment and interviewed her. And two days later, she was given the green light to foster one Santana Lopez. Santana's social worker named Shannon, told Quinn she would fly with Santana once the girl could be released. But Quinn intervened and told her it was best if she speak with Santana in person and being her back home with her. She knew Santana wouldn't leave like that and she knew how insecure the girl was. Shannon agreed reluctantly, but Quinn's boss managed to convince her. So Quinn packed her bags and quickly traveled to Lima.

After taking her rental car, she drove straight to the hospital as the sun began to rise. She had taken the first flight so they could fly back before it gets dark. When she entered inside the hospital, Shannon was waiting for her. Quinn smiled at the woman and shook hands.

"Mrs. Fabray, I'm glad you're here. I hope your flight was good," Shannon politely said.

"It's me who has to thanks you Mrs. Bieste. The flight went without problems," Quinn replied smiling.

Shannon nodded and they began to walk to the ER. "Please call me Shannon, ready to see Santana?"

"Then you can call me Quinn," the blonde answered, "and I'm very excited to see her. And a bit nervous I suppose. It's been so long since I last saw her." Quinn admitted.

"I understand. I told her someone agreed to foster her but I didn't told her who. I wanted it to be a surprise," Shannon said as she opened the door to Santana's room. She knocked lightly and mentioned for Quinn to follow her.

"Hey Santana, your foster mother's here," Shannon announced as Quinn made herself know.

Santana was sitting up in her bed crossed legs, hugging a small stuffed tiger that Quinn immediately recognized. It was the same tiger that Quinn gave her the first time they met. Quinn's heart melted as she took a glimpse of Santana's lightly bruised face and tired eyes. Santana slowly lift her head up and froze when she finally saw the blonde girl. The young latina couldn't believe it, the person that she loved and missed so much was standing in front of her. And she was her foster mother. Santana felt her lips quivering and tears started to fall down her cheeks.

"Q-Quinn?" She whimpered as Quinn quickly moved to her side before Santana crashed into her body. "Quinnie! It's really you!" Santana cried, using Quinn's old nickname, as she gripped the blonde's shirt tightly.

"Yes it's me Sam, i got you now," Quinn soothed, rubbing the teenager's back. "I'm sorry I left you all these years," Quinn's voice broke a little as both girls cried for their pains.

Santana snuggled into Quinn's chest, and enjoyed the smell of Quinn's perfume and her soft touch. She missed her so much and she vowed to herself she wouldn't leave Quinn out of her sight from now on. Shannon smiled at the emotional reunion before she cleared her throat. Quinn reluctantly lifted her head off Santana's hair and smiled when Santana just kept her head buried into her chest.

"I just need you to sign some papers and Santana's release authorization. And her doctor is coming for one last checkup," Shannon explained, holding said papers to Quinn.

Quinn nodded and accepted Shannon's pencil before she succeeded to sign with one arm being blocked by Santana's grip. Quinn Gabe the papers back to Shannon.

"Good, now you're officially Santana's foster mother. Congratulations," Shannon said to Quinn who smiled before looking down at Santana.

"Heard that tiger? You're coming home with me," Quinn whispered into Santana's hair when a knock was heard and a doctor entered the room. Shannon left the room to give them privacy.

"How's my favorite patient?" A blonde woman said with a gentle tone. "I'm doctor Holly Holliday but you can call me Holly. I am Santana's doctor and i heard you're the new mother. How exciting!" Santana laughed at the energetic woman.

"Yes i am, my name is Quinn Fabray," Quinn replied, shaking hands with the doctor.

Holly then sat down and opened her files. "So I already checked Santana just before you arrived so I won't need another one. But I need to tell you a bit about Santana's injuries and the rest of her recovery," Holly started to explain. Santana let out a whimper and snuggled deeper into Quinn's body. "Santana had some bruises on her face and stomach, mostly from punch's and kick. Fortunately, nothing was broken. She mostly suffered from emotional abuse."

Quinn felt Santana stiffened in her arms so she gently stroke her hair as she tried her best to hide her anger. She blamed herself for not having trying harder to find Santana. When Santana snuggled into her body, she felt a maternal feeling taking over her.

"Santana will need to see a psychologist once a month, as well with a check up in three months from today. Also Santana might regress some times, it's something really natural for kids. She might also wet herself during the night or have nightmares."

Quinn nodded, "I understand, I work as a child psychologist." Santana moved a little and put her thumbs in her mouth before closing her eyes.

"Good then, I recommend she uses some diaper the first few nights and help to recover. Also no physical activity for a month and I'll have a list of pills she'll need to take," Holly finished explaining.

"Alright, thanks for your help again doctor," Quinn politely said.

Holly nodded and said her goodbyes before leaving. Shannon came back with a duffel bag in hand. "Hey, I have Santana's bag with her stuff and I put her prescription inside too," she said putting the bag on the bed.

"Thanks Shannon," Quinn replied before looking down at a now sleeping Santana. Quinn smiled and checked her diaper under her hospital gown. "I'll need to change her clothes I think, but I don't want to wake her."

Shannon smiled, "don't worry, she won't even wake up trust me." Shannon then stood up, "I'll leave you two alone."

Quinn thanked her and she slowly laid Santana back on her bed. Santana whimpered à bit but didn't woke up and just cuddled with her tiger. Quinn grabbed everything she needed from her bags before she carefully took off Santana's gown. She untapped Santana's diaper and wiped her privates parts gently before putting the diaper away. She quickly put a new one before putting a sweet pants with a pair of warm socks and a large hoodie. Santana began to slowly woke up and Quinn smiled when the Latina opened her eyes and rubbed them with her fists.

"Hey there tiger," Quinn cooed. Santana blushed adorably at her old surname. "Ready to leave?" Quinn asked her, pulling her duffel bag over her shoulder.

Santana shook her head and whimpered as she held her hands up. "You want me to carry you huh? Alright come here you," Quinn chuckled as she lift Santana in her arms.

Santana rested her head against Quinn's shoulder with her hands wrapped around her neck. Quinn smiled and carried Santana out of the room. Shannon joined the pairs and walked with them to the car. Shannon and Quinn exchanged their goodbyes and told her she would visit when she could. Santana was almost falling asleep when Quinn began to drive back to the airport. When they arrived, Santana was almost back to her normal self but kept holding Quinn's hand as they made their way into the plane. Quinn managed to kept Santana occupied during the rest of the travel with some games on her phone.

It was late in the evening when they finally arrived at Quinn's apartment. Santana was hungry and whining since they left the plane. Quinn knew it was the results of the travel but she needed to set some rules before Santana got into too much trouble.

"Alright, you're going to sleep with me tonight and tomorrow we will buy you a new bed and some stuff. I moved everything out of my study, it will be your room from now on," Quinn explained as she opened her bedroom. "Just put your bag here and I'll call the pizza place, sounds good?"

Santana put the bag on the bed and nodded, before following Quinn out of the room. Santana went to watch some tv while Quinn called the pizza place. When she was finished, she went to join Santana on the couch. Quinn immediately noticed Santana's mood had shift so she turned off the tv, making Santana unhappy.

"Hey I was watching that," Santana whined, trying to reach the remote that Quinn was holding. "Give it back!"

Quinn was surprised but quickly regained her composure and put on her mom's face. "Hey hey, calm down. I'll put it back after alright?" Santana just huffed and crossed her arms over her chest. "I think we need to talk about some things like rules and stuff."

"I don't wanna, it's boring, I wanna watch tv," Santana whined.

Quinn let out a long sigh and closed her eyes before she decided to kneel down in front of the young teenager. "Santana look at me, I understand everything seems overwhelming but rules are important. They are here to help you grow and to keep you safe."

"I never had rules before so why now?" Santana replied with attitude.

Quinn raised an eyebrow, "because you're now living with me, like it or not." Quinn's voice was stern and Santana squirmed a little at her intense look. "Now first rule is always being respectful. So no attitude or swearing to me or any adults. Alright?"

Santana nodded and Quinn kept explaining some rules she had set for Santana. The young latina protested a little at the mention of a bedtime and the fact she had to wear diapers at night until she fully healed. But Quinn quickly stopped the brewing tantrum she knew was coming and finished telling Santana the rest of the rules.

"And if I break a rule?" Santana quietly asked.

"Well, there will be groundings, losing some privilege or time out. But for the bigger things, I will spank you," Quinn calmly told her.

"W-what? Time out and spanking? But that's for little kids!" Santana protested.

Quinn raised her eyebrows, "yes, kids just like you." Santana blushed at the pointed look from her foster mother. Santana was embarrassed about this conversation but the bell ringing saved her.

Santana walked to the kitchen as Quinn came back with the pizza. They silently ate while Quinn jungled between eating, looking at Santana's folder and calling her boss saying she will need to take some days off. Santana silently watched Quinn while munching on her pizza. When she was finished, Quinn told Santana to go brush her teeth and that she will help her to change.

"Come on, is it really necessary?" Santana whined loudly.

Quinn let out a long sigh and pinched the bridge of her nose. "Santana. We already talked about this. Once you'll be fully heal, we'll stop alright?"

"But I'm fine!" Santana snapped, stomping her foot.

"Hey, calm down!" Quinn scolded lightly. "Now stop protesting and go brush your teeth please!"

"Stop ordering me like that! You're not my mother!" Santana shouted before running to the bathroom.

Quinn rolled her eyes and winced when she heard the door slamming shut. She let out a long breath and finished cleaning the kitchen before she went to check on Santana. She lightly knocked on the bathroom door before entering. She was about to scold Santana for slamming the door but her demeanor changed when she saw the Latina. Santana was sitting between the toilet and sink, hugging her knees while sniffling a little.

Quinn's heart broke in two as she knelt down in front of Santana. She sent a sad smile to the teenager as she angrily wiped some tears before she looked at Quinn. Her eyes was red and Quinn knew she had been crying. "Are you going to hit me?" Santana mumbled, her voice quivering.

Quinn shook her head and reached to rub Santana's leg. "No, there's a huge different between hitting and spanking. I think you know the difference. I won't ever hit you or spank you out of anger, I promise."

"So you won't throw me out of the house then?" She sniffled. Santana was confused by Quinn's calmness.

"Santana, listen to me. I won't throw you out or hit you or anything else. I love you and I won't leave your side. Sometimes I might get upset or angry about some of your decisions but I'll always protect you and support you no matter what," Quinn explained to the young girl. Santana nodded and both stayed silent until the Latina began to speak.

"I'm sorry, for you know. About what I said," Santana apologized quietly.

Quinn smiled and wiped some tears from her face. "I appreciate that Santana, thanks you. And I know I'm not really your mother but just know that I already consider you as my daughter."

Santana sniffled loudly and lunged herself into Quinn's body. The older woman smiled and gently hugged Santana for a few minutes. She gently placed a kiss on Santana's head. "I love you tiger."

"Love you too Quinnie," Santana murmured.

After a few moments, Quinn told Santana to brush her teeth while she went to make the bed and grabbed Santana's pajama and fresh diaper. When Santana came inside the room, Quinn had already laid a towel on the bed.

"Good, now come on. Lay down here," Quinn said, patting the spot on the bed.

Santana groaned but obeyed. She laid down on the bed and Quinn gave her stuffed animal. "It's embarrassing," Santana mumbled as Quinn untapped her dry diaper.

"There's nothing to be embarrassed for. It's normal for kids that suffered from trauma. Tell you what, if you're dry for a week, we'll see about stopping, Quinn offered before she put another diaper under her. "Now let's put your pajamas," Quinn then said as she helped Santana into her clothes.

"Alright, under your go now," Quinn cooed as she lifted the blanket for Santana to climb in. Once she was comfortable, Quinn tucked her in and kissed her forehead. "Sleep right tiger, love you. I just need to work a bit and I'll come back soon. Call me if you need anything alright?"

Santana nodded sleepily and let out a yawn. "Okay, love you too," she said before closing her eyes. Quinn smiled and quietly left the room, closing the door. Quinn was finally relieved the day was over and that Santana was now safe with her.
