I do not own Big Hero 6.

Enjoy!

Lenore Shimamoto looked at her machine.

It was complete.

To the world, she was the famous artist Lenore Shimamoto however in the closet she was a one of a kind female scientist.

But she was born in a time where females could only do so much career-wise and being a scientist wasn't one of them.

So at last her energy amplifier was complete.

If it worked, the world would have limitless energy and a new age will begin.

She came closer to it and was about to turn it on when something caught her eye.

A miscalculation, she turned her attention to it and corrected it, that was the moment, the single reality split into two and a new reality appeared.

She turned the machine on and waited, the machine she had built from her salary and lying about using a part for Art, hummed.

She watched the antenna light up and electricity start to stream out of it.

And that's when the ground started shaking.

What?

The thing was...no matter how smart you are, there was a reason humanity had not discovered limitless energy.

Coal, wind, nuclear and solar power we're all part of the natural world which human beings learned to harvest and developed around it.

However it was a law of world that nothing could be limitless, everything must run out eventually.

She had broken that, so now the punishment came and when that happens, not just one person suffers.

She felt her heart sink when she saw a star start to form in her basement and the ground was shaking more vigorous now.

However, she turned white when her correction caused an eye to form on the eye which looked back at her.

And then something gross and black began to form around it and it burst through her ceiling and outside her house and the earthquake stopped.

It was free.

"What the hell did, I just do?" She said.

She found out pretty quickly when she managed to get upstairs and glanced out of the nearest window, only to hear screaming and gunshots, and a blaze of smoke.

And then came the roaring and the ground swallowing people up.

Within an hour, everybody was trying to flee the city, calls were flooding into the government and the army to do something.

She didn't even manage to get close to whatever it was, because policemen escorted her out of the city against her protests.

She could only see the chaos and death from afar.

The Army arrived two days later and the battle was something else.

It was a massacre.

So many soldiers died.

The thing completely crushed the army and then it began its travel to destroying the rest of the world and killing thousands more.

The number managed to climb to a million before somebody noteworthy realised it wouldn't attack unless you came at it, so there must indeed be a consciousness in there.

All the while, she was too afraid to come clean to anybody because she would surely be hunted down for what she had done.

The whole world was in shambles before anybody important finally managed to reason with it and try to come to a comprise.

What did it want?

It wanted to rule them.

Cue another War, this took place for two years before everybody in power finally met its demands because civilians were threatening to execute their governments because the human race clearly wasn't winning and they were bleeding love ones.

But those sly males in power, thought that they could outfox this thing because how was it going to check up on all of them?

The answer was simple and horrific.

Parasites.

All of them were injected with a parasite through the neck, that will instruct them and kill them if they dared to go against orders.

The war was over but several important people had to die days after it before the human race shut up and did what they were told.

To everybody shock, the thing was actually a damn good leader, the world as a whole went through a huge massive boom while destroyed cities began to rebuild.

With the World working together, all those things that would have been hindered by human greed or stupidity happened way sooner than in the original reality.

The internet was brought into being in 1943.

By the time Lenore Shimamoto died, laws had been put in place to find insane and dangerous people fast.

Those who displayed dangerous tendencies we're put into therapy immediately and later, technology was developed so that normal people had less of a reason to interact with disturbing people.

And if the individual was deemed a complete lost cause after exhausting everything, death was the only option.

It was a cruel thing and there were even some protests but once the last generation that remembered a time when they weren't ruled by an inhuman thing died, it only took another 30 years before this brutal law was deemed normal.

By then the generation that grew up with this rule, we're way too comfortable in a world without hunger to even think about rising up.

It because of this, that the moment Tadashi Hamada came into the world, he was shortly imprinted on the neck and the world had changed so much that a tablet was considered a last-gen tech and mind-controlled technology was beginning to arrive on the market.

A few years later, Hiro Hamada arrived and his geniuses was sniffed out within a year.

The car incident that should have killed their parents?

Didn't happen.

Almost everybody on the planet had a self-driving car, so when they should have crashed into another car, their car safely took a turn instead.

With both parents surviving neither of them were forced to live with their Aunt and Hiro had a much more Japanese upbringing.

Callaghan daughter being sent into the unknown?

The project never got approved so it remained in blueprint limbo for eternity.

Tadashi, getting into San Fransokyo institute?

That still happened, but this time Tadashi got to live with his aunt in the city just to attend the school, he would come home when a holiday struck.

In the school, he met his professor daughter on more than one occasion and Fred was actually smart enough to be a student instead of a mascot even though the personality was the same.

Hiro did finish school at 13 and having seen a virtual tour of his brother's school and how many famous and amazing inventors actually graced the halls, Hiro wouldn't shut up about it to his parents so they allowed him to enrol.

The enrollment day happened but Hiro presented something far more advanced than microbots because the invention already existed and was used in construction anyway.

The fire?

It did not happen, Professor Callaghan, daughter was even in the crowd with her dad as Hiro did his presentation, so Hiro walked out of there with his parents, brother and Aunt and went to celebrate.

Hiro moved in with his Aunt a few months later like his big brother did to attend the school.

Their parents spoke to them on a regular basis, sent them stuff and gave their Aunt money to take care of them so hand me downs we're not an issue at all.

As scientists, they were valuable assets to The Master, so they received a lot of money for research on top of their salary, however, in exchange, they indeed had to have a mental health checkup daily and safety when dealing with dangerous things was really strict.

Since there was no fire that meant Big Hero 6 did not come into being and Baymax was still being tinkered with in Tadashi lab.

San Fransokyo was the spitting image of a city of tomorrow, every invention that would have been decades away was common to the average person.

You would have never imagined that such a luxurious world was built on the death of millions and fear of their hidden imprint turning completely black exposing it underneath their skin.

Those who had a black imprint did not live very long afterwards.

So it was no surprise that the mental health industry was the most profitable industry on the planet, because of fear.

The world seemed to continue its track until a portal opening up in the Hamada boy temporary bedroom.

But it only lasted for a few minutes where the Hamada boys stared at it.

In those few minutes, a marshmallow robot came spewing out of it, it looked like...

"Wait, is that your robot?" Said Hiro.

Tadashi stared at it and then said. "Bring up, Baymax"

And a hovering screen opened up and it showed Baymax still in his lab back at the school.

This was not Baymax.

Both boys wore high tech versions of the other reality clothing, the whole wearing white crazy never became reality.

Hiro began to poke it and not care for safety, the boy turned it around and pressed his face against the stomach.

"Wow, this robot is ancient," said Hiro, confusing him. "It's exoskeleton is really old, like versions old. I did not know they still made actuators like this anymore"

And Tadashi couldn't help himself and came over to look, the bot was clearly not moving at all.

Tadashi began to inspect with his brother and saw the inside indeed held ancient tech, however, he had never seen this level of tech looking this brand new.

He opened the bot up just like how he would do for Baymax and was shocked to learn it indeed replicated it.

However, there was no chip inside which explained why the robot wasn't online.

"Somebody really went to great length to replicate your work Tadashi but they were too cheap to spring for a halfway decent exoskeleton," said Hiro.

"My work is on lockdown, how did they even see my work?" Said Tadashi, security was extra tight and every idea was patented the moment blueprints we're drawn up.

Any spy bug would have been detected.

"Well, there's a slot," said Tadashi. "Let's recover it" and then he swiped and connected to the headframe of the model before his eyes.

However, he saw his own signature on this model, the password to hack in was also his own.

Wait a minute.

This was too many coincidences.

Could it be?

"Hiro...I think another me made this" said Tadashi, to his brother whose eyes went wide.

The old Hamada was old fashioned and didn't have his computer record his passwords, he memorised them instead.

So how could somebody know him so well that they set this robot with the password he set up for Baymax?

"Wait. Like a parallel version of you or something?" Said Hiro, before Hiro curiosity got the better of him and he said. "Do you think they sent this bot to communicate? Do you think we should send something back, like a video or letter?"

"Absolutely not, Knucklehead," said Tadashi. "Not only do we have to sign a formal digital letter, but there is also no way it will be approved. And then we don't even know where this bot came from, those on the other side could be brutes. We could be letting a virus in" he looked at Hiro and said. "And you're not listening to me, are you?"

"Nope," said Hiro, already filling it out. "And Send"

Tadashi almost facepalmed, if crime existed than he was sure, he would be bailing Hiro out of it.

At least he knew for sure, that nobody at the top would-

"Wow, it got approved," said Hiro.

"Wait. What?" Said Tadashi, slipping into Japanese.

"It looks like somebody at the top, wants us to contact whoever is on the other side," said Hiro, and then the boy said. "I'm making a video. Do you want in?"

And Tadashi blinked.

And then he smiled mischievously.

"Make sure you get my good side when I do press-ups," said Tadashi, puffing up his chest.

Hiro rolled his eyes.

"I can try but your giant head may block the screen," said Hiro.

"Say's the one who's head is the biggest part of his body," said Tadashi resorting back.

"Is not" said Hiro.

"Is too." Said Tadashi.

The Hamada brothers banter was alive and well in this universe, they didn't even think about a world where one of them wasn't alive or healthy.

So nothing could have possibly prepared them for the impact they would leave when the other side was shown their world.

A promotional video was designed to make even the most horrific place look good.

With technology so easy and advance, how could the future result not look good?

And scene!
