"Girl... don't write him off yet... yeah, he was hurt but I don't peg him for giving up."

"Hayley it's obvious... just watching you since you called us in... you're head over heels for him... and it's not hard to see why." Aisha leaned against the wall "Look Tommy is amazing I'm not going to lie; he isn't my type he's more like family than a potential lover but I saw him grow up so much and so have you." she smiled "Just look at what he's done with this team Zordon would be proud as hell of him!"

Hayley wasn't sure what to make of what Aisha was saying.

"You're right but... Aisha you saw only the tip of what happened to him. Please don't let him know I said anything about this... but the end with Kat was so much more painful than you know for him."

"Girl you don't know what I know..." Aisha smiled smugly but that fell "you're right that was bad. He was crushed... news flash he's an open book most of the time so when he shut down, we knew it was bad."

Aisha put her arm around Hayley's shoulder.

"Look this is a conversation you need to have some version of with him before you decide all is lost."

Aisha had been unaware that she hadn't actually locked the door and for the last few minutes the one person that they didn't want to hear their conversation but needed to hear it was there listening to the whole thing and feeling more and more like a complete jackass. He knew she was aware of his history but the truth was he didn't realize he was pushing her away when what he wanted was the exact opposite.

"Aisha, I need a moment with her." he said

"Okay" Aisha excused herself having a good idea where this was going. She could see Tommy wasn't fully healed but he would be fine letting the little scratches and bruises heal on their own without scars to show for it.

Hayley was stunned when she found herself in his arms.

"I'm sorry"

She couldn't find the words to ask why he was sorry in the short few seconds he paused.

"I didn't know what you felt I... I just knew I needed time to come to terms with everything and I'm ashamed it took me almost dying to realize not only that you love me but I... I love you too."

Hayley was stunned by what was said she was certain that after all that had happened this was impossible but as he kissed her, she realized how wrong she had been.

Aisha had been secretly watching the whole go between and smiled broadly as she left them to the privacy that they thought they had. With the hopes that this team would learn what Tommy was like when he was truly happy.
