Waiting for the bell wasn't something Ichigo thought himself to do. Sure, he'd keep track of the time until class was over, but he could never relate to the people who stalled time until the bell rang. The time could always be spent better than by goofing off, and some people who did really could've used that time to help their grades.

Today however, was a different story. He had finished the classwork that had been assigned and he waited patiently for the bell to excuse them for the remainder of the day. Not that he couldn't've studied for the finals that were approaching, but his mind wasn't exactly focused on school at that moment. He just wanted to get out already.

Lucky for him, the bell had just sang its stress-relieving tune. "YOOOO ICHIGOOOO!" And of course, that meant Keigo was bound to invite him somewhere he didn't want to go or show him something he couldn't care less about. "I was wondering, buddy old pal o'mine, if you wanted to hang out at my house today? I got this new magazine I really want to show you. Not to mention I got a new place! You should really come check it out!" Sliding up to his desk, Keigo hit him with the 1-2 combo.

Ichigo shook his head as he stood up. "No thanks. I got someone waiting on me outside." He politely declined, grabbing his bag and slinging it over his shoulder. "Maybe tomorrow though? Rain check." He shot back with a small smile, something that managed to surprise his friend, stunning him long enough for Ichigo to escape without further questioning. When the hell had Ichigo ever told him to rain check? And when did he ever smile like that? Not a smirk or a grin, but a genuine smile?

When he shook himself out of his stupor, Mizuiro had walked up next to him, placing a hand on his taller shoulder. "Kurosaki sure is in a good mood today, right Keigo?"

He nodded, right hand rubbing his chin like a detective working a case. He watched a lot of detective movies "Yeah...and he actually told me to ask him again tomorrow, which he never does! Something's up with him today, and we're going to find out what."

Mizuiro shrugged haphazardly. "Usually I wouldn't, but I got nothing better to do." He agreed, following his friend as they started to exit the classroom. They needed to make sure they didn't lose Ichigo.

"Wait!" A feminine voice stopped them from exiting. "Can I join you two? I'd really like to see what's making Kurosaki-kun like this." They were a little surprised to see that Orihime had asked to follow them, though Tatsuki had followed her, and he had obviously said yes.

"I'm not really into prying on Ichigo's private life, but I'll follow Orihime to make sure you don't do anything." She stated poignantly, eyes staring accusingly at Keigo.

He recoiled slightly in mock outrage, hand flying to his chest. "I would never! How could you accuse me of such things?!"

Another female joined their conversation. "Right! How could you Tatsuki? because you know that if Keigo had or were to lay a single one of his disgusting fingers on her, I would remove every hint of his genitals ever existing!" Chizuru chimed in, wrapping her hands around Orihime's generous bust for only a second before receiving a heavy, practiced kick to her face, causing her body to fly away. "Because Hime-chan's all MINE!"

"How many times do I have to tell you to leave her alone!"

A shadow was cast over their group, stopping Tatsuki from following up on her attack. "I'm coming too. Ichigo seemed off."

Keigo smiled nervously, jokingly slapping his friend's chest. Which he regretted moments later, as he practically slapped a brick wall. "I never thought you would've been interested in this Chad." He started, nursing his hand. "And you're pretty big, so I'm not really sure how well you can hide."

Uryu offered his opinion, which no-one remembered when he had gotten there. "Well, he was stealthy enough to creep up on your group, so I don't think he'd be a problem when it comes to being hidden with us."

Orihime smiled, raising her hands to her cheeks in delight. "Uryu's coming too! I can't believe everyone's so interested in Ichigo! This gonna be fun, like one of those ninja games Keigo showed me."

The quincy snorted, pushing his glasses up on his face arrogantly. "Oh please. I just don't want him dying to a hollow because he's too weak or occupied to fight it off. I could care less about his change in attitude."

They all deadpanned. 'He's really bad at coming up with excuses…Tsundere."

"Anyway..." Keigo clapped his hands, the disbelieving sweatbead falling off his face as he regained his vigor. "We have to go before we lose track of him!" He raised his hand before pointing it forward. "Everyone, let's move!"

And to his surprise, they followed. As much as they loathed the fact that they were following the perverted, dull student, they had to admit that he knew Ichigo's route the best and had suggested the idea. He was probably their best bet at tracking the Soul Reaper.

It was going to be a long day of hiding in ridiculous spots or trying to find Kurosaki, Uryu could tell that.

"Wait-Wait-Wait! There he is! At that cafe, sitting at the table to the far left!"

Orihime placed her hand on her lip questioningly. His seat was much bigger than it should've been for one person. "Why is he sitting all alone? It seems kinda sad."

Tatsuki shook her head, staring idly at the shop. "He's probably waiting on someone, though I'm not sure who it would be. Maybe his family?"

This time, Chad shook his head. "No. His family's on vacation in America. His sister's school was cancelled for some reason, and his father decided to take them to Hawaii. Ichigo couldn't go because he had already missed too much school."

Keigo rubbed his chin. "Hmm… I wonder who it is then…" He bumbled, eyes dropping to the street separating them from the building Ichigo occupied.

"As interesting as this all is, LOOK AT THAT GREEN-HAIRED CUTIE ENTERING THE SHOP!" Chizuru, who's drool was now watering the comically-sized bush they were all hiding in, pointed out, salivating as the girl entered.

Keigo was the first to spot who she was talking about, and joined her in supporting the bushes' well-being.

She was, excluding Orihime of course, the most attractive woman he had ever seen, with absolutely no competition. She wore a school outfit he didn't recognize, though it was standard and comparable to their own female outfits. The fact that she was dressed in a school outfit, similar to Ichigo, raised his suspicions. Like they both rushed out of school to get there... She had, as mentioned, brilliant, messy dark-green hair that fell to the bottom of her shoulder-blades, though the fluffiness made it peek out from her shoulders. She had a more than modest bust, which he was more than happy to ogle, since her skirt hid the curves of her bottom from his eyes. Her leggings more than made up for that though, lighting all of his fantasies aflame.

He didn't have much time to enjoy them, as Tatsuki hit him and Chizuru on the head. If Karate didn't work out, the Pervert Police would be a wonderful career choice.

"I wonder what school she goes to…" Mizuiro muttered to himself, resting his head on his arms and knees as he watched with interest. He was sure she was his age, or a little younger, so he wasn't exactly innamored. He could admit she was cute though.

"That's an outfit from a school in a neighboring town. I'm not sure it's name though. The thing is, she must've traveled for at least a couple minutes on the bullet train just to get here, not to mention she chose such a small restaurant." Uryu pointed out, scooting away from the puddle growing next to him.

She looked around the cafe for a moment, holding her bag in front of her as her eyes scanned the small restaurant for her objective. She found it rather quickly, as if something made the person she was looking for stand out. Like maybe a head of orange-hair. "Guys...I think that's who Ichigo's waiting for."

Chizuru suppressed a laugh. "Yeah right. As if someone as scary and mean-looking as him could catch the attention of a goddess like her." She spoke with slight venom, though she really had no grudge against him. It just happened that he had captured Orihime's attention, and she didn't like that. So, maybe she shouldn't be so against the idea.

Then they watched as she walked over to the far left table, Ichigo getting out of his seat and holding his arms open in a universal sign of a hug. Which, she seemed overjoyed to take, leaping into his arms as she let her legs dangle, his arms holding her against his taller frame. And, pulling her head out of his shoulder, she craned her neck and put a kiss on his lips, which he graciously returned, setting her on her feet before breaking it and inviting her into his booth. If that display of affection hadn't been enough, when they sat down, she leaned completely against him, head resting on his shoulder.

Needless to say, Ichigo's spying friends were stunned and clueless, with no other words viable to describe their expressions.

And, needless to say, when they finally recovered, the whole bush went wild only moments later.
