To making her own gang that involved her best friend as well a pair of big apple mutants. To where it has lead her to taking out the Joker in the same way that she was created from. Taking out the Legion of Doom's base, destroying half of Gotham as well of taking out another group of super villains. All this spiraling down to her and Poison Ivy, her best friend to getting married. While this was happening, bot Bebop and Rocksteady were freaking out with their position. From muscle headed mutants to members of a super villain squad. Plus the idea of Rocksteady's man Bebop, had sex with the Shredder's daughter along the idea that they haven't been tracked down by the foot as well killed on the spot. It might be possible their luck was changing, especially now with what's going on right now."

One of Joker's former warehouse

With Gotham City finally taking it easy as well repairing from how much destruction had happen from the Injustice League as well of Darkseid's invasion. Everything seemed like things might be normal, however there were a few stragglers such as Joker's clown goons. Apparently they believed that one day the Joker might return as well exact his revenge upon the ones that had killed him. Though right now, they were having trouble since certain individuals didn't see how that was either possible let alone insane. Right outside of the building was that of several goons being thrown out of the windows as well walls with broken bones, with fractured body parts. Inside of the warehouse was that of Bebop and Rocksteady.

Bebop: "Rocksteady, unless I have to break that horn of yours. I'm saying this once, Karai is not my girlfriend!"

Shouting at his friend since the fact that he has been teasing Bebop about the fact that he's got a leash around his neck saying 'property of Karai'. As well that the two were battling the goons, since King Shark heard a rumor about some goons going take back the amusement mile. Harley sent the two of them here to stop any Joker followers from bringing back the memory of Joker, she wanted him gone and forgotten.

Rocksteady: "So, your fuck buddies? That I understand, but from how you two are acting it seems like a couple just like the boss and Ivy."

Bringing up that since Harley and Ivy begun to be a official couple. They themselves have had quite the time being with one another, as well of how that they can take their relationship to the next level before they were friends.

Bebop: "But the difference between them, is that they knew each other. Let alone that they like each other, Karai kicked our ass's in New York. Did it here, as well threatens me. I think it's a fetish of hers."

Thinking about which was the first time that was on a singular woman as well how that when he gets rough with her, she gets a bit turn on. On the other half she accompanies him to see how tough he as, along that the mutant warthog was buzz sawing through several goons killing them in a instant.

Bebop: "What about you? Don't you got a thing for Shinigami?"

Asking about his possible like relationship with Karai's second in command, though the rhino had just finished crushing some goons bones into paste as well hammering some of the men with his sledgehammer.

Rocksteady: "We're gamer buddies. Remember last week that we and Harley stole those game stations? I found her account as well hooked up. Were right now in a guild as well leveling up. Like a lot."

Explaining that they themselves were friends, to where the two soon enough finish their goon smashing. So far the whole building was covered in henchmen bodies as well that of blood across the sides. Both mutants huffed a little as well walked over to the side as well sate near some boxes.

Rocksteady: "Also, I'm more of a player. If you see on my phone, I've been noticing a lot of meta women here looking for dates."

The rhino chuckled as well pulling out his phone, to which he soon showed several images of well known masked women both heroes and villains who had sent him images as well Rock doing the same. Bebop, read most of the comments as well saw both interested as well pretty grossed out.

Bebop: "Seriously? This is pretty much shitty thing I've ever seen you done. As well how freaky and strange these women are."

Rocksteady: "Hey, this rhino got all the ladies wanting me."

Acting a bit of a show off to his friend let alone acting high and mighty, which only made Bebop flip him off. Suddenly he soon gets a buzz from his phone, to which showed of Harley with a thumbnail of her having a drink as well a cap saying 'Top Bitch'.

"Hey boys? Are the clown bastards dead?"

She asked seeing how they might have been done, to where both mutants looked upwards at the rooftop seeing some bodies hanging above the rafters. As well fell right onto the ground splattering their blood, which was a confirm idea that they were dead.

Bebop: "Yep, all splattered. Whacked, and any other gangster based comments you might know."

He told her as well noticing that of a sandwich on the ground still covered in wrappings, he chuckled showing it to Rock which the rhino mutant merely groans as he wanted something to eat.

"Well that's good, anyway you might want to take those guns as well anything that might make a big hole for any superheroes that might come our way. Also, might want to get here."

Informing him about getting back to new base they were at, Bebop hangs up as well checks around the place as well boxes that might have any explosives they could use. Rocksteady, quickly noticed some stolen money on the side as well decided to take it since the men were dead.

Rocksteady: "So, boss happy?"

Looking to the warthog as well seeing Bebop nodding with a smirk as he grabbed several smg guns as well a bazooka, as the warthog went out to their cruiser to place the guns in the back. Rocksteady noticed some of the Joker mines, he growls at the smirk as it still creeped him out as well Harley said to 'erase' Joker. He soon grabs several of the mines as well placed it across the beams, along some gas tanks. Outside of the warehouse was Bebop, who was listening to the radio hearing of the Justice League helping out with Gotham plus Bruce Wayne. Billionaire play boy who was giving the city money to improve on it's buildings, to which Bebop changes the radio.

Bebop: "Where the hell is that money for the Big Apple huh? Sure I haven't been there, but I got friends there. Alive, hopefully."

Thinking about his other mutant friends back in New York, the ones that weren't in the FOOT as well would hang out and wreck shit. Soon enough he heard the doors open wide as well turning his head to notice Rocksteady leaping right into the car holding several bags of money as well explosives.

Rocksteady: "Haul ass buddy!"

Shouting in his ear as well making the warthog squeal in a rather frighten like sense to which he hits the pedal making the rubbers burn. As well making the two head off onto the road, as well that Bebop didn't know what the big deal was. Except that behind them was a explosion that went off, especially with some fireworks that were both black, white and red. The personal colors of Harley Quinn, this caught the attention GCPD as they were driving right over to the scene of the crime.

Bebop: "That is defiantly going to get us some points with Harley. Maybe we can get the day off."

Seeing how that stunt might give them some time do stuff that involved themselves and nothing else that dealt with the others. It was a amazing job they have working with a boss who's both exciting, friends with as well doesn't mind jacking some cars for money. Though sometimes it's good to have a day off, let alone let Harley and Ivy spend some quality time together since they were able to get married online since Harley did register to become a minister as well marry herself to Ivy.

At the Outlaws base

Right on the outside of Gotham City as well unable to be noticed, stood the metallic skull like base which was now the new lair of Harley Quinn as well her gang. Ever since this new change from mall to actual super villain lair. The Quinn woman had a lot to take since she was deemed leader by the others, from getting a table as well a couple of rotating chairs. To a base that couldn't be detected by the Justice League, it was a lot to take in. Threw out the base was a room where was considered the 'meeting' room that involved the leader of the team as well other villains to meet. In the room was Harley Quinn, as well Poison Ivy were seating at a table looking at Karai as well Shinigami who were able to find their way here.

Harley: "Ninjas, even outside of the city you crafty women are able to find us. Let me guess, break some people's bones to find out? Just like in New York?"

Summarizing about the idea of that in New York, the only way to get their way is that of either hurting people or doing rather dangerous stuff to find answers. Karai, merely smirked at him not being intimidated by Harley with her being in a more suitable base for a villain such as herself.

Karai: "Internet, you Gotham villains are always have a taste for something. Typical, along how I was able to threaten several Lex employee's about the owner's previous bases."

Quickly answering her in which Harley merely bites her teeth as well trying to not get upset since the two of them have developed that of a hatred for one another. Due to the fact they were both skilled in a fight, femme fatales as well own Bebop in a strange manner.

Harley: "So, what exactly are you here for? To possibly talk shit about Bebop and Rocksteady being here then in New York like dogs? Cause that's usually why your here."

Crossing her arms as well not falling for Karai's calm like expression, seeing she as well Ivy have seen it from multiple villains that would look good to hangout with but soon would lead to the shit hitting the fan as well something bad happening.

Karai: "Actually, I was here to congratulate you on marrying Ivy. I knew you two looked somewhat better together, no offense."

Crossing her eyes to Ivy, as the red head woman merely stays silent as well not caring since Karai. Although not having a group of ninja's behind her she was still dangerous. Shinigami, slowly rose her hand up to possibly say something which Harley allowed since the witch female was rather friendly.

Shinigami: "Along that, Karai. Not wanting to say it, had gotten you gifts. As well to inform you that it isn't, any schemes like what has happened."

Bowing her head in which she walks over and shows them that of some slips for them to attend a sushi palace for them to attend. Ivy, got interested since that this place was exclusive as well was hard to get into.

Poison Ivy: "Well, thank you. Along that I'm a bit fifty fifty on this, seeing how that I don't trust your friend. As well how we could get free sushi. Since it's been a while due to Gotham going to the shitter."

Looking at Harley due to her accidentally letting it happen, but the white skin clown woman merely did a pout trying to apologize to her. Which Ivy merely groans accepting it since now she was her wife. Karai, merely waves to Harley to which she looked over to see what she might say.

Karai: "It's nothing betraying like such as the countless people here who has possibly tried to kill you countless times. As well it's, a way to make up with the police interrupting the wedding. As well, to see how the stooges are doing."

Referring to the mutants that were under her command, Harley merely nodded as well would possibly attend it. Seeing how this was a way to possible enjoy her marriage with Ivy, as well possible learn a bit from her. Karai, merely nodded to which Shinigami merely drops a small pellet on the ground which shrouded them into that of dark purple smoke. The two Gotham women coughed a bit as well saw how there was no trace of them let alone dust on the ground.

Harley: "I seriously need to learn how these people do that. Seriously, it's kind of bad ass."

Seeing that it was a bit cool, let alone how that most of the people she had met know this talent as well know how to make a fast get away. Ivy, looked a bit hesitated by the idea of being invited to a restaurant where they could be trapped or killed on the spot. Harley, noticed this as well wrapped her arms around the side of her shoulder in which Ivy smiled a bit.

Harley: "You seem worried? You know I'll back you up, as well break someone's face if they think about you dirty."

Poison Ivy: "Since your going be the one to do that?"

Smirking at her in which Harley smiled in a friendly manner since they did already have sex, so it was possible for Harley to imagine what else they could do to each other. Though as they were about to possibly continue to flirt with one another, they stopped hearing the doors slid open showing both Bebop and Rocksteady coming in with several boxes of money as well explosives from the warehouse.

Rocksteady: "Hey boss! Were back and loaded with guns and cash!"

The rhino shouted out loud as well showing off their supplies as well Bebop snorting a bit which he was carrying the guns. Both women, turned to the mutants with a look seeing how their moment was ruin. Along that they might need to bring them up with what exactly will happen, especially how they might be involved with this strange like even that would proceed tonight.

Gotham's Sushi Palace-Night Time

Right across the several repaired buildings of Gotham as well that of everything settling down, the palace where the customers would get the most tastiest meals as well Chinese meals was doing quite well. Guests were coming in as well at tables eating their meals, to which at the entrance was none other then Harley Quinn as well Ivy and her two mutant brutes.

Harley: "We have some slips to attend this place, so hook us up!"

Showing it to the man at the stand's face along looking really prideful, to which the man merely raises eye brow and takes it. He was going say something but noticed the looks from Bebop and Rocksteady which had them showing their teeth as well could smell their breath at the same time. Ivy, noticing the look on the man's face merely tried something. Using the pheromones she made the man dizzy as well allowed them to enter.

Poison Ivy: "We really got to get a better grasp on how to enter a restaurant without starting trouble."

Sounding a little bit annoyed since it felt like she might be going to get them out of trouble, though the four noticed that of two familiar women by the table at the window. It was both Karai and Shinigami, who were in rather jet black dresses as well waving to them. Bebop, gulped at Karai as the kunoichi merely smirks at him with her piercing eyes.

Bebop: "Oh hell no."

Thinking to himself as he was going to walk away, however Rocksteady and Harley stop him seeing that he warthog was possibly afraid of her. Though there wasn't going be any back stabbing, seeing how Harley could handle her. Bebop, continued to try and flee but Rocksteady held him as well carried him to the table. Soon enough the four sat down with everyone looking at each other.

Shinigami: "I was able to order everyone's food, along able to see what you all wanted."

Being the first to speak as well acting much like the voice of reason for Karai, which Poison Ivy thanked since at the wedding she could tell that Shinigami. Although loyal to Karai could be quite friendly to others, if not tempted to attack her. They all remained quiet as well waited for their meals, to which Harley taps her fingers on the table thinking of something to say.

Harley: "So, anything you want to talk about?"

Bringing up the topic at hand, seeing how this wasn't just a dinner but that of more of meeting. Which Karai, smiled as well circled her finger on the table looking at her.

Karai: "Well, that I'm surprised not many people are after you. The GCPD have right now focused on taking on the criminal elements, their leaving the super villain business to the heroes."

Talking about how Gordon is handling any gang members from villain teams as well different types of criminals would be off. Leaving Harley and the other to be captured or detain by the Justice League or even Batman himself.

Bebop: "Well, our boss has been keeping good on the down low. As well how were right now operating on making sure no villain or hero will come at us."

Chuckling at Harley to which he noticed Karai looking at him seeing how he had a lot of faith in Harley, which Bebop soon stops not wanting to be terrified with that look that made him afraid when he and Rocksteady in New York. The two Gotham women looked at how Karai not understanding how a woman like her could make two muscular, as well monster size mutants afraid of her.

Poison Ivy: "So, since were talking about ourselves. Tell us how you, a seemingly normal woman wearing black tight suit uniform. Could make these two afraid of you, as well why they became. This."

Bringing up a question was bothering her, along that of Harley since there could be a lot of reason how these two became over sized mutant enforcers. Karai, nodded to which she went into her pocket as well pulled out a small paper with a name on it. 'TCRI', Ivy looked concern as well grabbed it quickly to which the look on her face startled her.

Karai: "The Shredder, wanted soldiers or rather men who lacked in intellect but had. 'Much' more, was brought in to be tested. To which, Bebop and Rocksteady came to volunteer. The company, 'TCRI'. Are responsible for mutations you might have seen."

Talking about the situation as well of how that this certain company, that had startled Ivy was possible behind the mutations in the city. While they were talking, they soon got their plates of foods as well began to eat, as well talking about the company that made the two seemingly normal men into mutants.

Harley: "So, a bunch of a scientists made goop that's able to turn normal people into animal mutants? Yeah, I call bullshit. Cause that happens from Hugo Strange, Lex, and one time some weird Brain guy. The one in a jar as well with a gorilla that are somehow dating..."

Summarizing about the idea of men and women making a chemical that could mutate normal people into monsters? Could only happen here. Karai, merely chuckled seeing how she was only a Gotham city girl. This made Harley and Ivy glare at Karai seeing that there was much more sinister men out there then just in Gotham. Shinigami, nodded as she could inform there was much more.

Poison Ivy: "TCRI is on my list of company's that destroy the environment. But that they make green slime that turn people into furries? No way, not unless aliens are involved with it."

Making a joke to which the two notice how Bebop and Rocksteady, remain silent as well the female ninjas seeing how that was possible. Which made the two villains looked rather shocked, as well didn't know what to say.

Harley: "Holy shit, aliens are running a company in New York. I knew Men in Black was a documentary!"

Shouting out loud but quickly covers her mouth noticing the people looking at her, which she soon seats back down to look back at the group who continued to eat.

Rocksteady: "Yeah, we thought it was mad scientists. Or a bug we used to tease, Baxter Stockfly?"

Thinking of the name as well Bebop trying to figure it out as well, though on the looks of Karai it was true. Not knowing the waiters, who were in the back were silently grabbing that of knives as well small hand held guns as well ready for something.

Karai: "All the same, it's been getting serious in New York. Mutants leaving New York due to Bebop and Rocksteady, the Shredder making sure he has every criminal organization in the city. Though, he hasn't been winning. Since the..."

Trying to talk, they heard a flinging like noise coming at them to which was ended by a thump, the group gasp in front of Bebop as he had a ninja star in his back. The warthog merely groans as well checks behind him, the mutant rips it out as well growls at who threw it. Soon enough, the guests merely ran away as well saw the waiters and other employee's removing their clothes showing them in white suits as well with neon green dragon tattoos on their clothing.

"Oroku Karai! You and your bastard mutants will pay for the ghosts boys as well Xiang Fei Tong!"

One of the men quickly shouting which the men and women pulled out their guns, Harley quickly reacted by kicking up the table and use it as a shield. Everyone took cover as well kept close to each other, the people continued to open fire as Harley looked through a hole seeing them.

Harley: "Let me guess, their not with you?"

Asking as well taking several dinner knives on the ground, as well hurled it on the men as she was able to kill some of the men. Taking the chance, Rocksteady hurled the table at the men which sent some of them on the ground.

Bebop: "Nah, these punks are the ones we first took out when we were with Karai. And did not ruin it."

Karai: "Really? Because I remember you killing the entire fucking court."

Arguing with him as the two took the chance and rushed the ghost boys, along Ivy who noticed some plants in vases. Using her powers she sends them hurling right over to piercing threw the bodies. Using her powers she protected Harley as well helped with taking out the men. Harley, was using her acrobatic talents to avoid the bullets. As well saw Shinigami coming from the back, surprising the men as well aiming their guns at her.

Shinigami: "Most people don't understand what my name is, would you like to know?"

Asking in a rather sadistic like to where her gloves showed claws, in a fast like motion she slashed through the guns slicing them in half as well cutting their throats. Dropping to the ground, Shinigami turns to Harley who had just finished beating one of the men to death.

Shinigami: "It means god of death."

To where she moves swiftly through the ghost boys as well killing them with her claw hands making Harley a bit freaked out at how fast she was moving.

Harley: "God these FOOT people are psychos."

Looking a bit shocked at how their members act unlike the criminals here in Gotham, Karai. Had a small blade from her waist as well killing most of the men, to which she side kicks one of the men sending one to Bebop, as well doing a back hand sending him out of the window making him scream. They all looked around at the mess they made, especially how most of the remaining ghost boys were lying dead at their feet.

Poison Ivy: "For once, I'm starting to regret my decision in living in Gotham. Cause I can't get away from this crap."

Sounding a bit annoyed at whenever she tried to have a normal evening as well do something that didn't involve criminal activity, it would come to her. Bebop, looked at Karai as well chuckled at her seeing how well she did.

Bebop: "When your not exactly scaring me and Rock. Your sure are sexy as hell."

Trying to be a macho man, however it wasn't working as she gripped him by the shirt as well kissed him on the lips taking control as well making the others a bit uncomfortable.

Karai: "Say that in the bed, and I'll make you squeal. And not in the hot way."

Flirting with him as well threatening at the same time, meanwhile Harley looked at Shinigami to see if this was some type of revenge act which the kunoichi witch nodded since Karai and the mutants had a encounter with them.

Harley: "I need to know something, these suppose 'mutants'. There's not a chance they be coming here, right?"

Asking a bit sheepish which Shinigami didn't know, seeing how that could happen. With the luck as well reputation that was growing from Bebop and Rocksteady being here in Gotham, the likely hood of mutants like them coming here? Was possible. This made Harley and Ivy both fascinated as well worried, due to the fact if they would come. Then possibly this 'Foot' group would come. As well their leader, the same one that trained Karai and made the mutants. The Shredder.
