Chapter 0 Gundam, Thank you…

As the energies of the Psycho frame, the newtype abilities of Amuro Ray, spread and mingle as his hopes to prevent Axis from falling upon to earth cascade, shroud his unit and himself, having lost any idea about Char, Amuro Ray, had only but a sigh escape his lips. Body sweating, heavy aching and fatigue in body and mind. Before he knew it, he felt light, all the pain gone, his senses no longer burning as he was weightless, darkness accepting him.

"I did it, to the best that I can..." he tells himself as he floated in the void. His eyes closed, the silence just a welcoming greeting that he has met and was unable to evade this encounter and his end. His mind racing back onto memory of old. The loss, the deaths, the battles, his experience up to the last second.

"Yes, Yes you did, Amuro"

"But since my own freedom, we both believe you are meant for more."

Spoke two ethereal, distant yet warm voices. He recognized both, his shock has him shake and tumble, flinch, eye wide open, the memories flooding within on the two. His heart racing, excited and the strings of his feelings burning back. Seems he was not as dead as he thought.

"Chan! Lalah!" He shouted out, as he raises his arms, reaching out to two distinct ethereal lights, both green, different shades, shapes forming slowly. One of a swan in mid-flight and the other a distinct 'T' shape tool, both very familiar to him, his heart and his regret flooding his body, a shiver, a cold snap and the need to gulp down the growing emotions that threaten to spill out from his lips.

"Both you and Char are needed somewhere else, but in different places, Amuro."

"This new world need you, more than you know. It may not be obvious, but your best will open their eyes." The voices spoke, as Amuro rights himself up, looking at the two ethereal shapes, slowly taking the form of two women who are important to him, in different times in his life.

"What do you mean? I am still needed! But I-" But he was halted from further talking as he felt himself being pulled back, like a string along his suit, his soul and his body being pulled behind him as he was slowly accelerating backwards, the strong waves of motion and speed wisp behind him with a growing light that threatens to overthrow the darkness as he looks at the slowly distancing forms of Lalah and Chan.

"Amuro, show them what a hero can do, show them that you can make a change, to make them see, they are all the same. A goal to live and peace isn't so bleak."

"Don't worry Amuro, the Gundam, every one and more, will be with you in this journey. I am sure this experience will be peculiar, but always remember... we love you."

The two voices spoke slowly fading away as the pull on his body and form strengthened. He tried to cry, to shout, arms reaching forward, feeling himself unable to accept not seeing them once more. His mind closed and soon he knew he was somewhere else, somewhere new and young again, unable to move until he felt the need to shout, to speak up but all that came out was him, crying as a newborn in this world…

All men are not created equal...

That was what I learned quickly in my life. Quirks, or the name given to the phenomenon of naturally occurring supernatural, superhuman and unique abilities that humanity has experienced. What was supposedly a technological boom became a biological breakthrough, different from what I knew.

Powers thought only to come from comic books now made themselves a reality, heroics is now a job that tries to mimic real heroism, crime is the work of people marked as villains, vigilantism is frowned upon and many new social norms that far differs from what I'm used to.

My name is Izuku Midorya, but I have all my memory, my conscious and my experience. I am Amuro Ray…

Chan, Lalah, why am I here?
